Burger King Online order

Ordered Dbl whopper, large fries, 9 chicken fries from your store at Central 6 Retail Park, Warwick Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 6TA via your website (receipt shows order number 3712).

Received regular fries, regular whopper, 6 chicken fries. Attempted to to use your website to report the error and it refuses to submit the form (clicking the submit button does nothing on Edge).

Desired outcome: Refund, and explanation please

Burger King manager

I just left the McCormick burger king date [protected] I ordered Whopper combo so by the time I pull to the window to pay for combo I found my coupon for the 2 whopper meals for $12.99. I asked can I add another meal for the for my coupon and the cashier said he would have to ask his manager. The manager said no so I told them to cancel my order. I then went back through drive thru to use my coupon and the manager told me I couldn't make a order do to I cancel the other order. The manager was very rude and I will not be going back to McCormick Burger King anymore because the manager is to rude for my liking. I then went to Hardees and got me a combo with no problem. Thank you!

Desired outcome: Something done about manager and her attitude hoping if another customer come through with the same problem it could be addressed better.

Burger King’s motto is “Have It Your Way!” And saying no was not rude but not allowing the customer to go back on line and re order on their own time certainly was rude!

Burger King service

03/17/2023 around 1:00pm. ordered bacon melt and asked for no sauce because i am allergic. got home and there was extra sauce on my burger. this happens to me all the time. i thought burger king offered burgers our way. i tried not going to burger king and instead going to mcdonald's, but everyone i know wants burger king. please have someone fix this issue at the burger king in littleton, NH. sometimes i get home and i get the fries and drink and no burger. i took a bite before checking and had to spit it out when i realized it had sauce.

Desired outcome: i would like this situation corrected and better quality control on your product.

There are only one Burger King in Hillsville Va. 24343. The only other fast food is Hardies, 3 miles out of town beside Interstate 77 we have Mcdonalds, Wendys, & Subway. I live in town since Sept 2011, I prefer Burger King over Hardees. I also use coupons that come in the mail. My question is the pictures on a whopper show cheese along with the combo...

Burger King Fish sandwich, fries and shake.

The quality is not there anymore. The fish is very thin and tasteless, not like fish from the Alaskan waters like before. The fries were cold and potatoe flavor was not fresh. The shake was a mess and tastes like artificial ingredients are used. I will not be going there anymore also do to the fact that the employees are lost and not getting it together, took forever to get my order.

Desired outcome: Yes, a refund will work. My order was $10.00 and some cents.

Burger King No customer service and wait times are ridiculous

The place should be shut down or hire more qualified and customer service oriented. I ordered coffee and they informed me in the most disrespectful way, "oh no, we don't have any coffee yet" it was 0730. So I let that go and gave them a second chance and once again they did not fail to disappoint. We waited in line for 30 mins. I could not believe it, people were just driving off. Change really need to place in the establishment. It is beyond professional. Because of this place I'm done with BK for good.

I just went thru drive thru and looked at receipt and showed a 57 cent round up charge, nobody asked if we wanted to do that, purty nifty scam since 90% of drive thru customers don’t check the receipt, can you imagine how much money is made by just one location, imagine all over the place. Very disappointed, as a student I worked for this company for three years.

Burger King Store, employees order

store in Gatesville TX me and my family go to this Burger King quite often every time we go we have something go wrong every time on Saturday we went to this Burger King inside to get our order done. five different items and with the items we ask we ask for certain things to happen like no pickles extra mustard no lettuce no tomato when we got our food home the food was wrong like it always is the hamburger meet was totally hard around the edges ask for no pickles and got them ask for extra mustard never got that asked for no lettuce no tomato and it was on the sandwich every time we go to the store our order is wrong I have contact to the store few times by talking to the manager and they have replaced a meal but it is getting to the point that it is ridiculous though we have to do it every single time I shouldn't have to call in every single time my order is wrong and go pick it up again when wrong the employees are rude like we are taking up their time by ordering stuff their Coke machine is always busted so we have to ask them to fill up our drinks which they give attitude about we never get straws or napkins and if like we order chicken nuggets we ever get our sauce. and it takes forever to get our order it's getting to the point that not wanted to go to the Burger King anymore which is better than mcdonald's but but at the same time is not because mcdonald's at least cares about their customers

Burger King Service or lack of!!!

Stopped at Burger King on US1 across from Wal Mart in Port St. Lucie. No one was inline we were the first car. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take order and that never happened. Drove up to second window to maybe place and order and the person told us to get back inline and they would take order. Got back in line and no one ever came to take order. Left in a huff and walked in the front door and did not see anyone. Finally the supposed manager came out he told me his name was Spencer. I do not know how your sales are at that location as there were many cars behind us by the time we left and all left without food. Not very good customer service or caring for your producct at all. Thank you.

Burger King Customer service on 3/08/2023

on 3/08/2023, i was heading to work but decided to stop at BK on university blvd to grab lunch to take with me. i pulled into the lot and got out to go inside lobby so i can be direct on fast service because drive thru was full and i didnt wanna be late for my shift. so i get to the door and noticed the door was locked but i seen other guest sitting inside eating and one guest flagged me to use front on street door. so i walk around to that door and still it was locked. so im waving employees down to let me in but they looked at me and rolled their eyes as in they were discusted with me being there. but hungry i was and also craved BK for my lunch for work so i then walk back to my car and proceeded to drive thru, i waited my turn and when i got to speaker i started to make my order but was very confused on why the lobby door was locked at 230pm in day time and lobby says its closed at 12midnight. so in the midde of my order i asked thee employee on head set why was the lobby locked? and they ignored my question as in it was none of my buisness. so i repeadly asked and they kept saying, is that all? is that all? and so i said wow yes that is all, i get to the window and the cashier who was at the window did not have on a head set so i said ok,hey can you tell me why i cant place my order inside?she said cause they close the lobby. i said why? she said they do that sometimes. i said ok, can i speak to a manager? she said yes one second. and she yelled to the manager hey customer wanna talk to you, the manager replied with a very nasty reply and said they gone wait! here i come. so finally she comes to the window very defensive and very rude and said YES! ? i said hey why is the lobby locked? she said cause i closed it and again said is this ur order ur total is, i said wait im still talking to you about the service and she said very nasty i closed it and thats that. she said i dont need to tell you or give you a reason why i closed it now this ur order ur total is. and i said wow maam thats not nice at all and ur a manager? she said anything else ? cause we done talking about the lobby. i said so u just telling me to shut up and pay and leave is this the service you giving me after i choosed ur store to come to? she said very nasty, YOU want this order or not? if not then leave ! i said wow can i speak to the GM? she said she aint here. i said can i have her name and number to this store please? she said you can look it up she will be here tomorrow. i said jesus u are very rude and mean and u aint right. i said whats ur name. she yelled KIM! and spelled it out very nasty K-I-M! anything else? i said no maam you have a blessed one and she very nasty rolled her eyes and said what ever!

i ended up goin to work with no lunch and felt very unwanted at the store. i felt like i was treated very very very poorly to have been talking to a manager. i wished i could have recorded how she treated me to show it to the GM or supervisor of this location. i have worked in food service since 1997 and NEVER EVER treated my guest this way or allowed my managers to do it. i got rid of bad energy ever detected at my store. because we as managers and store managers want our guest to feel like they are worth every dime they spend with us. i am so down about this and i NEED to meet with someone of this location ASAP.

Burger King 396

I went to 3603 Brewerton Rd Syracuse NY 13212 @ 12:40 pm on 3/8/23 I used my credit card to purchase a buy one deal and the cashier over charged me w/ adding another sandwich onto my order total charge $17.53- I went up to the cashier w/ the extra sandwich and explained she added a sandwich onto my order that I did not order or want- She ignored me and after waiting there for about 3 minutes I spoke up and a manager came over and told me I had to return the entire order and they would order new food- that was ridiculous, I am on a 30 minute lunch break and I was just looking to be credited the sandwich I did not order- and then another person who did not address them self came up and was very rude and disrespectful and acted bothered by me- So the refund that was supposed to be credit that was supposed to be returned to my credit card has not been - it appears it was made to an INCORRECT order #88 Holly Bovet in the amount of $23.28. , I am not her and this was not my charge -

So your staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I would like a refund made in the amount of $17.53 credited back to my Empower account Michelle Carter immediately.

Burger King Both product and service

First im complaining about my experience i had at the burger king on park blvd and almost on the corner of 66th st north in st petersburg.I drove in to the takeout window and when i got in the lane there were two cars in front of me.When i finally got to the speaker after 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker the girl takes my order and sounded like she didnt want to take any orders.Anyway i waited 20 minutes behind 2 cars before i finally got to the window.I heard the lady in front of me complaining in the car saying come on.She gets to the window and now shes waiting more time for her order.They close the window on her and i here her again saying come on.So now i get to the window and i say to the girl,what is going on,and her reply was were busy which was [censored].I told her you only had two cars in front of me and we all waited 20 minutes in line.Also there were only three cars in the parking lot which im sure were employees cars...Really your busy.So as i confronted her with this she shook her head at me as if i was the problem.She gave me my order which was a big fish combo number8 with medium frie and coke.I leave i get home and the food was lukewarm at bestand i dont live far.Secondly i also ordered 4 pc motzarella sticks which were over cooked and dry inside.Then the whole order tasted bidder form the oil not being changed,and to top it all off she only gave me a half a cup of coke,when i ordered a medium coke.Just poor customer service all around.I ate the fish sandwhich which was bidder,and i just through away the fries and motzarella sticks.This all happened on march 5th 2023 at around 6 p.M.I also went there a week before ,same place and when i ordered 2 hamburgers all that was on them was ketchup, thats it this is ridiculous. thanks.i think this manager and crew should be investigated under cover and then spoken to,

Burger King Kids' play area

Store 5816, on Francis Avenue in Spokane WA. The play area was not very clean. One child, around age 8, was in the play structure without socks. I brought this to the PIC'S attention and asked if socks could be made available. When she replied that they could not, I advised there was a sockless child playing on the structure and asked "isn't this a health code issue?" No other reply but a shrug, and no one came to advise the parent or the child of a need for socks. The sock rule was posted with all other rules.

Burger King Manager not knowing policy and treating me unfairly receipt #[protected]-03020 or-08020

Feb 24 2023 approx 12 pm.The clerk did not understand the receipt with the validation code so he called the manager who was sitting in the office as he usually does. the manager there would not accept my receipt with the validation code BB96618. He said it was only good for the month of January, i made the purchase on jan 29/23. He said the code should start with LL for it to be valid. i took the survey within the required time and received the validation number, your policy says that the offer for a free whopper w/ the purchase of a drink and fries is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. 1 month will be feb 28th or march 1st. i had the receipt and he just blew me off saying it was no good. I asked him if the food being purchased jan 29 if the offer was only good until jan 31,2023 and he said yes.

The man deliberately did this or he obviously needs more training . this is not the first time i have had problems with this man, i believe it may be an underlying issue directed against me. he does not and has not in the past treated me like a valued customer. this manager has been there a long time he is obviously not fit to be managing other people with his "customers do not matter attitude".

I may report this to the better business bureau . please get back to me with the solution you will be providing.

A very unhappy customer

Desired outcome: provide me with my free whopper and let me know what actions were taken to provide the manager with his badly needed management and customer service training

Burger King Lack of staff and security burger king Newquay

Local underage nite club event on this nite, no extra staff or security like before I this restaurant. Approximately 15 youths came in with alcohol, refused to leave then a girl attacked the young lady manager, she held her offwhilst being repeatedly kicked and punched in the face, a man the put this mgr in a choke hold from behind as well, a older mgr came out to try and help as this young lady was surrounded and being videoed by another laughing youth, then another tall dark haired male kicked the young lady mgr in the back and sent her flying, a customer then came to her aid and this young lady still did her job and got them out of the restaurant with the help of the male mgr, this is disgusting and scary to witness, why was there not more staff on and why no security anymore?

Desired outcome: Provide more staff and security for these nites when underage youths are drinking

Burger King Several burger kings I've been to.

No specific dates just attempts to visit Burger King over the past three months. I am so sick and tired of driving to Burger King to have dinner with my husband at diffierent location (loveland ohio and lebanon ohio to mention a couple) and when we get there, get out of our car to go to the dinner room, walk up to the door, pull on the door and find it locked. I don't go to sit in my car and eat my dinner or drive all the way home to have cold food. If you can't run a full service restaurant then close them down instead of being an inconvenience to your patrons! There is no good excuse for this not even lack of workers. Hire more or close down the store!
