Burger King burger king false advertisement

I went to bk in Adel ga drive thru. they had advertised 2 for 6$ sandwiches. I order that and they said they can't do that because she didn't have the button on register to ring up 6$ so it wasn't available. I ordered something else. Went to the window and said that was false advertising. She responded she was only a worker so she couldn't do anything. I stated that the manager should remove it from the menu. she replied he has been told that before and there was nothing she could do the manager was busy. She stated again she's just a worker there again. I've been in the restaurant business for 20+ years and couldn't believe her response. It was order 510 check 40082. I didn't receive the correct receipt. the burger king in Adel GA needs to be improved and better customer service. I've been there several times and I have had sloppy, cold and sometimes inedible food.

Desired outcome: I would like cooperate people go there and get them up to par. I've always loved bk food. I really would like to see the quality improve there. the food is just not good and needs to be brought to bk quality.

Burger King Patty melt / service

I pull to the order kiosk, there is a sign saying "speaker broken pull up to window to order". I pull up to the window and there are 3 people behind the counter talking to each other, they see me, and just keep on talking. Eventually a person walks over and say's "hey boss, what do you want".

I ordered one of your new patty melts . . .

I get home and there was a burger patty between 2 slices of bread, uncooked, untoasted, just sourdough bread. I took one bite and said "Nope".

It was a burger sandwich ! ! ! ! And the fries I ordered were cold and there were onion rings mixed in the batch ! !

How in the world does Burger King's main office allow this ?!?!?!?!?

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I love Burger KingBut we only have ONE in my town and it is run by a bunch of incompetent's that have absolutely no business being in the food industry . . .

Burger King service and food

i went to burger king in alma ar at 518 pm and ordered a whooper meal with NO CHEESE med size well it had cheese on it. but first of all the manager and employee was sitting in lobby when i went in. no problem finely took my order told him twice no cheese and before i took order and again before i left store No cheese. well that didnt happen it had cheese. it was rung up to have cheese on it. he told me 2 times it didnt have cheese. the manger was in lobby and was yelling to someone in the back if he was ok. she got up and stormed into the back. you have lost a customer for life. it cost me 11.45 for a burger and drink and frys that were just warm and had onion ring in with them. like i said i know to you 11.45 isnt alot but to me its alot and i dont get to eat out offten so when i do i expect to have my order right and no one in management yelling though the lobby i know my small business wont hurt you much but i promise you this everyone i know will be hearing about this

Burger King service

on [protected] at 12:49 i walked in to store #11074 and the lady working the register did not ever greet me she just stood there and stared at me. so i ordered and i paid she never once spoke to me she gave me my change and she turned around and started bagging food and never washed her hands after touching money nor put any gloves on... she bag the order ahead of me and then mine and then the lady behind me and never once said thank you have a good day nothing she never even asked any of the 3 of us if it was to stay or go ... she is by far the rudest person i have ever seen in a BK and i have been in a lot of them all across the united states. The lobby was a mess as well. I was in shock going in there.

Desired outcome: I feel like BK should decide what they will do to make this up to me. like I said I have been to several BK around the states and never had a problem like this. I'd like BK to tell me what they'll do to keep me going to them.

Burger King whopper jr

Ate at BK in Dequincy, LA on 4/1/23. HAd whopper Jr with cheese & FF around 1 pm That night around 9 pm I got sick, vomiting & diarrhea. This continued all night so bad that I became weak & almost couldn't walk. I went to Urgent Care on Sunday 4/2 am. got Zofran & Promethezine - this stopped the nausea & vomiting, but diarrhea continued. In 3 days all I could keep down was yogurt, cheese & sprite. Finally went to ER Wednesday 4/5 & was transferred to Cabrini

in Alexandria where I was admitted - finally discharged home on Sunday 4/9. Was diagnosed with Salmonella infection. I have reported this to other places I ate from Thursday 3/30 through 4/1 since doctors said it could take a couple days to show syptoms.

I have my receipt but couldn't get it to upload

Desired outcome: Investigation into this to see if anyone else became ill.

I ordered a kids meal of chicken tenders. These were not tenders at all; they are an enlarged version of nuggets. Disappointed. Please take note and deliver what the customer orders, not a fake product.

In addition, this store rarely serves fresh fries; this order was no different.

Burger King Poor management

I was offended a job for the Grayson ky Area store a few weeks ago even though I called them last week telling them that I accepted another job opportunity. Thier main management called me three times today talking to me rudely and unfairly and before I got to say something back they literally hung up. Yeah a few months ago I put in several job applications and yeah I went thier countless times for job interviews just to get told they weren't hiring. Then whenever I do get the opportunity to work for them a better job opportunity came up unexpectedly. They didn't need to call me back being childish and rude over the phone because I called them being totally professional and honest last week. And for the record no I didn't file for unemployment like I was accused of by thier hiring manager. Why because I don't have any time paid in to draw unemployment if you check the labor laws you have to have no less than three months to draw unemployment benefits were I am a substitute custodian for Carter county school district they don't pay into unemployment benefits for substitute custodian or teachers.

Desired outcome: Do not contact me ever again

Burger King Manger

We ordered burger king from door dash and i spent $50.00 worth and they didnt make our food right and also was missing items and the manger flat out called me a liar. I tried to call 9 times to lwt them know that i was missing items and 3 out of 4 meals were not rigth due to the staff not following instructions! i went in the next day and the toothless mager was a [censored] and didn;t handle anything properly and said she dont believe anything i said infron of the other customer my son and all her employees and was rude. I believe she shouldnt be working in the community if you have to talk customers that way.. Here is a p copy of my order ans i will explain from top to bottom. She told me to call door dash and i said its not there fault its ur kitchen cooks fault...

1x cheeseburger meal had onions and can't eat them.

1x8pc chicken nuggets w/bba - never got

Today at 101 Austin Graybill dr north augusta sc ...around 12:00 the waitress was making all the white people go thru the drive thru, and I witnessed all the black folks were waited on inside. This is pretty bad discrimination and gives a large corporation the size of burger king a black eye. Whether you are white or Black we should all be treated equal.

Burger King Service

date to place was on 3/31/23 at around 7;30pm.

I ordered two doublebacon cheeseburgers with no ketchup, no mustard no pickle, and just add mayonnaise, and to add a medium coke. so he said so your waiting a meal then and then I told him no you are not hearing and so we started all over again and he said it back to me right and so I put my money on the counter and he put the money in the cash register and I looked down at the price I just told he the hell with it and I would just go somewhere else and he closed the cash register without giving me my change for what he put on my order but giving me a receipt showing what I ordere so I could come back in the morning so I can get the manager to do about it getting my money back.

Saying he can't reopen the register since he already closed it and all I said was thats bull because you have another customer right behind me wanting to order and I don't understand why he can't give me my money back when he opens it to take he money and he said it has to be opened by a manager and I said sir you are the assistant manager you should have the power being assistant manager to open it when the manager is not working.

So he just told me that I have to leave or else he's going to call the police on me, and I told him I'm not leaving until I get my meal.

So he called the police and I walked out to my moms car and told her what happened and showed her the receipt so my mom and I walked back in and she asked why he couldn't open it the register when he took care of the person behind me but when we go back in he told me well I can. t do that because I already took her order. So I just waited for the police because I needed one or the other because I'm hungry and that's all the money I had for the night to eat on.

So when we explained to the police they went over and told him since he took the money that he has to at least give me the food to hold on to and bring back what I didn't want on my order still in the bag so I said fine and we went home and all my food is cold and not even made the way I asked for on the burgers.

so ionly ate half of one burger because they were not made the right way and went to bed. I went back to burger king around noon with my mom and talk to a regular employee and they were able open the drawer for me. so I dont understand how come the assistant manager couldnt help me in the first place and the regular employee could when I came back in the morning.

Desired outcome: i would like the assistant manager fired because.He lied to me about what he could and could not do and tried get me into a argument with him and get me into trouble with the police when i didnt do any thing wrong in the first place.

i ordered a delivery order and was charged twice on my card i called the bk that it came from and was told to call the bk app phone number and all i was told to go on web site and it was no help.i will never order by delivery again my email is [protected]@yahoo.com this happened on march 31 2023. the manager was very rude.the order was over 35 dollars and they charged that amount twice to my card and that was a lot

Burger King Incorrect order at Burger King

On March 20th if this month at 1:30 I visited you off at school today which is 4811 McAllister avenue I spent $40 for 10 cheeseburgers,3 Small fries and 3 eight piece nuggets when I arrive home to feed my family I realized they only gave me half of my order I have five burgers which were dressed and I told them only cheese one eight piece nugget and one small fry. When I call and talk to her manager Melanie she assures me that my name is put down in a book and whenever I was ready for them to redo my order they was I called today and they don't even have my name down she avoids talking to me is there any way anybody can help me with this matter I don't want the food no more I want my refund

Burger King Online survey

Each time we get a BK receipt we look for the online survey online , so we can do the survey and , get a Code to put on the receipt. There is NO survey accessable. so how do we get a code.

Also cannot find a mailing address for headquarters/ corp. anywhere. to write to. Please email me a CODE # so we can get the FREE whopper as advertised on my receipt. They are closing up 26 BKs. We have only 2 here. locally now. Also they are not letting anyone eat inside. and 2 are not open for breakfast items.

Burger King BK gift cards

I purchased a gift card on 10/28/22 in the amount of $50.00 #[protected] no pin , I used it once and had a balance of $30 and change. I tried using the balance and was not able to. My mom recently received another card as a gift in the amount of $15.00 #[protected] and we attempted to use and were unable to. I went online to check the balance and the message said "Sorry, we are not able to verify this Crown Card number". I called [protected] and couldn't verify the balance on either card because the cards don't have a pin # or anywhere to scratch off a pin number. Please help me out. We enjoy eating at BK and look forward to receiving gift cards for BK. Thank you!

Burger King Rude Employee

I drove to the Burger King on Cove Rd in New Bedford, MA around 2:30mp.m. I was going to order food, but I needed to use the bathroom first. The drive thru girl refused to open the door the bathroom door because I had not ordered the food as of yet.

I have never been treated like this in any restaurant before and will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

I understand that there is a policy at the restaurant, not at any other ones I have gone to, but some people have medical issues and this issue can put someone in a lot of pain.

Desired outcome: Open the bathroom door if someone states they are going to order but needs to use the bathroom first.

This kind of complaint, in my opinion is moot. As humans over the age of 10, we should, although some do not, we should be mindful of what's going on around us. If there is a policy that states "restroom is for paying customers only" you knew the job was dangerous when you took it. Forgive my rudeness, however this nation is post-pandemic! Its not rare that stores are not sharing restrooms because not everyone is respectful and clean. Whose to say while in the restroom you changed your mind and decided not to eat there? A conundrum now. If they bent the rules for you they must do so for everyone, who "had to use the bathroom first.'

Believe me I am not condoning any behavior of the crew at that store. As an RGM i've had to get on my employees for their rudeness. Its not tolerated by the Brand and The Burger King Corporation, however Franchise owners do not care about the brand as much as the corporation.

I have seen many places that do not share bathrooms any longer post covid-19. Its ok, sometimes you gotta go before you go, or invest in some adult diapers. There are choices but to tarnish a store because you had to go to the bathroom and the one rule that was most likely posted or was explained to you, as you knew of said policy and mentioned it.

What we can do as consumers is use a little empathy. Imagine how difficult it may be to turn someone away who does need to use the restroom because of a rule they MUST enforce. I pray you did not act out in public about it. Good luck to you all and God bless.

Burger King Everything I bought there..

walked into sedalia burger king at exactly 10:42 am this morning ...I bought whopper meal with milkshake and whopper only with bacon and medium coke and my daughter got chicken fries and medium drink and mozzarella sticks...$33.87 ...then while waiting they said no ice cream and no mozzarella sticks...I asked for ticket and she said didnt have one...I said can you give him a medium coke since you dont have ice cream for shake and refund for mozzarella and difference...she gave me 3 and said it should be good...so cokes were straight up all clear...no syrup so drinks you couldnt drink any of them...and chicken fries were overcooked and cold ...could have been they got so tough from being under a light but they were cold so maybe just old...couldnt eat ...and but whoppers were cold ..cheese was really really cold and did I say when getting cokes but sides of stainless steel on sides where they used to keep napkins and condiments was dirty dirty ...and when asking for sale and ketchup we got it in tall clear cup ..he didnt even bother...he is 70 years old and vietnam vet and first time I have ever wrote a complaint but every single thing was bad and the doors were filthy glass and push bar

Burger King Everything at Burger King in Birmingham Alabama Airport!

3/19/23 5:00 pm No Woppers at The Home of the Wopper, they were also out of All Hamburger, cheeseburgers meals, as well as Sprite, Coke Zero only had overcooked chicken sandwiches and fries. They also wouldn’t take any cash only cards. My spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting, greedy and I had to toss it out because all of the grease was nauseating what a waste of $12 also no thank you or any other type of service besides what do you want and we are out of that!” Also no signs indicating non available items and NO CASH Policy! Why was this place even open for the day?

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund at the very least for a product that I could not consume and Training for staff in customer service, communications and respect.
