Burger King employees fighting and using foul language

My husband and I stopped by to grab lunch between his doctor appointments. When we approached the counter to order, one employee by the name of "Rachel" was accusing employee "Lisa" of stealing her cigarettes that Rachel said she left on the front counter along with her pocket book. Both of these employees were shouting very loud, using very fowl language.
There were two other patrons sitting in the dining area. One employee who I did not see her name tag, but she did have a Team Leader shirt on, told the two employees to take it outside. The two employees did go outside ushered by two other employees. Once they were outside, the employees who were inside tried to get back to business, but continued their chatter of what just happened. The employees started to screwed up customer orders. I assume it was the Manager, told them to not take an more orders until they could get caught up. The lady waiting at the pick up window heard all of the commotion and kept looking at me as to say, what is happening? I only shook my head. She had to wait longer for them to re-do her order. One other patron came in behind me and after hearing all fighting and cussing she left. I would have requested a refund if it had not been for the fact that neither my husband and I had eaten and were on our way back to his doctor. This incident was totally unacceptable. Those two employees came back into the building where they continued their arguing and verbal language. I encourage the Supervisor of this restaurant to view the video to see and hear all of the fowl language. I also encourage that these two employees be immediately fired, not reprimanded, simply FIRED !. Also, it should be noted that it took 15 minutes for us to get two hamburgers, fries and onion rings. Supervisors should also take notice, that is if they actually do read this complaint and if they actually do take action, that employees were constantly in and out of the side door. About 6 months ago, this restaurant burnt and was completely torn down and reconstructed. The floor behind the counter was sticky, the drink counter had cups, lids and paper littered.
The actions of these two employees causes unnecessary disruption among patrons and the other employees. If Management cares enough, they will look at the video to confirm the bases of my complaint.

Burger King service

I visited the burger king in Rantoul IL on Sunday night 9/24 around 11pm. I ordered the two whoppers for 6.00 that are on special. The person who was taking the order informed me that they could not serve anything but fried foods as they could not cook hamburgers. My assumption is that they were preparing to close and already cleaned their grill. I informed the person speaking that I could not understand her through the microphone as the speaker was in bad condition and was reverberating. She then spoke through the microphone as if I were a two year old who had issues with the content of what she was saying. I was insulted and irritated as I wanted what I ordered. How could you be open and have the lights on if the grill is shut down.

Burger King coupons

We go to the local burger king at
15225 S E Mcloughlin Street, Milwaukie, OR 97267
pretty frequently; at least once a week.
Everytime we do we have the same issue with coupons.
Our usual order is
a Double Whopper
A whopper
and a veggie burger
with a coupon for a free whopper with the purchase of a whopper.
Every single time we get grief from the cashier
"you cant use this with a double whopper"
Why not we are spending more money...why can't you just take off the cheaper one.
Sometimes we order two double whoppers and just want the coupon to take off the amount of a regular whopper and we can pay the difference.
It's so stupid to discourage us from spending more money.
We have the same issue with the break fast coupons
We usually get an Ultimate croissant and a regular and the coupon is bogo for the regular...again, you have to buy two of the same croissants. Why can't we buy a bigger one and still get the less expensive one a a coupon.
It does say in the fine print buy any whopper sandwich and a whopper of lesser or equal value is free.
Can you please either fix this in your computer system or train your employees to read the fine print.

Burger King management

I recently went to a burger king restaurant and saw the management treating the employees like garbage. Treating them as if they were slaves it was awful. The manager on duty was verbally abusive towards the kitchen staff and constantly in and out of the building smoking and talking to friends. She was yelling at the staff about team work and not once did I see her lift a finger to help, when a swarm of people came in and were in the drive thru she would go outside and stay gone until the rush was over then proceeded to talk about how slow they worked and they needed to work as a team.

Burger King service

The service at Hwy 14 in Lake Charles Louisiana has been at its worse for at least 3weeks now this is the 3rd time my order was jacked up. Today I ordered 2 meals and they forgot both fries and a burger. Same thing has happened before. Im unable to drive back because I do not own a vehicle so when I go I have to catch a ride there so its impossible for me to go right back. Im just tired of all the mistakes nobody is perfect but after a while it just needs to be addressed

Burger King service

The order was all wrong, the person that took my order didnt listen the first time I order and made me repeat it because they were laughing in the back ground, never asked the size we wanted, I order chicken fries meal and got 2 chicken sandwiches. The drinks had almost no ice in it as well and I asked for my receipt and she opened the machine and said sorry I don't have any paper. I don't even know what size I got charged for or the meals. Not an experience I ever want to have again.

Burger King the bacon cheeseburger

Yes I ordered the two bacon cheeseburger with the bacon on the side with extra pickles and extra onions and when I got my burger I drove off and when I got my burger my meal that I ordered both of the burgers were cold the cheese was not even melted everything was cold and you pick it up you can tell was cold so I tried to call them back I called 5 times they would not answer the phone I drove back over there to drive through and ask to speak to the manager and he came through the speaker and say yeah what do you want and I told him about the problem so I still waited in line another 15 minutes when I got to the window he was there at the window he took the burger went and took the pickles and the onions off of the burger and he warmed it up and gave it back to me like I didn't know I took pictures of everything and I marked it where I told her the same thing so I just took it and I left and I said I was going to make a complaint and I would like my money back for the order I can be reached at [protected] my name is lacaonda Dingba.

Burger King complaint against service and arrogant behavior of staff

Dear BK,

Today, 23 Sep 2017, I happen to go to one of your outlets in Pune Store ID: 22742(detailed address mentioned below) and had a horrendous experience with service and staff.

I placed my order. The air conditioner was not working so I asked one of the staff members to switch it on as I was suffocating. I thought he might start it. But when I was enjoying my Whopper suddenly lights went off. I called manager/person in-charge, Mr.Ashok, and told him about the incident. He said the person must have misunderstood.(I don't know how could a person not understand basic hindi and difference between switching ON air conditioner and switching OFF lights).

Even after assuring me that both things will be switched on right away, he switched on only lights. The whole time I definitely was not enjoying my meal at all so I decided to have rest of my dinner at my home.

The story doesn't end here. When I went to let the manager know that he still had not started the AC and what took him so long. His exact words were, "When there is no crowd, we switch off the AC", I was amazed as I myself asked him to switch them ON. How on the earth he could say that there was no crowd when I and my friend were sitting there already. When I told him that I have taken the photos and video about the incident he said no problem. So I asked him to called his senior. Now, self professed chief, Mr. Swapnil Vidhate comes into picture with his servile flattery sugar tongue, provoking me to write this email to you. Also there was a person named Mr. Parmeshwara, who had nothing to do with this matter but poached his nose into this with his ignorant and arrogant behavior.

I want clarification from BK on these things:

1. What is the meaning of 18% GST that you charge customers in your bills when you definitely don't provide them the frills which you are obliged to provide

2. Do your employees know your company policies better or customers have to bring it to attention

I have attached necessary photos. Please check them below

. And if I don't get satisfying actions immediately I will seek justice from consumers court.

Burger King customer service

I visited the Burger King store #1861 this morning at 9:55. I went through the drive thru. I ordered two large combos with OJ and three 3 piece French toast sticks. $14.99... easy right? Got to the window and realized I needed a large hashbrown...the lady added to the order and price changed to $17.00. She asked if I wanted sugar or creamer so I advised I didn't order coffee but rather two OJ's. She fized this. She proceeded to look in the bag before handing it to me and I repeated my order- 2 large combos 3 french toast sticks and large hashbrown. She handed me the bag and I left. I get hime ti find two small combos, 3 french roast sticks and no large hashbrown. I look at my receipt and of course it's the original receipt so I have no leg to stand on to go back and get either the hashbrown or my money back. I pull up my bank account as I paid using my debit card and of course $17.00 is pending. I call to speak with the manager and someone answered the line. I asked for the manager and has to repeat that request three times. He finally understood my request and so sure...so after a minute the same person says can I help you? I said you are the manager? He said yea. Not yes ma'am, but yea! I explained the issue and asked how I could get the charge reversed on my debit card. He told me I would have to come back with the receipt. Well problem is, my receipt didn't show it and I was told my pending debit would not suffice. Granted, while I understand where he is coming from, this is extremely ridiculous. So consider this a $2 contribution towards their $15 an hour request

Burger King customer service and quality of food

I always see the burger king on Welsh and Blvd in philadelphia empty, today i seen the reason why. I ask the cashier about their 2for $4 she didn't know what i was talking about and didn't even bother to ask someone else. She seem to just to want to take my order and call the next person. I order a chicken sandwich and it was cold and nasty. Something is wrong with that location when it's always no more than 2 customers at a time. I drive by there everyday and wonder why its always empty.

This burger king have some very rude and unprofessional [censor]es that they call managers the cashiers are very nice.. I also recall seeing roaches and ants in there they need to do something about that immediately before I call the health department thats really gross.. most of the Time I go there they always out of something like damn do you guys general manager do the truck order correctly.. This one manager has a disgusting attitude but I don't know her name because she didn't have a name tag on they need to get rid of that [censor] immediately she's gonna make you guys lose customers...

Burger King restaurant ran out of whopper and whopper jr.

This afternoon around 315 we went into the Collegedale Ooltewah Burger King. Also went went in to get something to eat and we're getting to ready to order when the person at the register informed us that they were out of Whoppers and Whopper juniors. A husband that were very surprised and we eventually walked out having it to drive 30 minutes to another Burger King to actually get something to eat. Just for reference sake this was unacceptable. We frequent this restaurant quite often and we're very surprised. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Burger King dirty restaurant, cold food and discourteous employees.

Congratulations to Burger King store # 6140, located in Reisterstown MD, which seems to have achieved the perfect combination of a filthy, greasy dining room where the patron can enjoy their cold food served by rude, [censor] employees who clearly don't care about Burger Kind, or their products. Tonight was the last time I will set food in a Burger King, because I have too much respect for my shoes. The floor is covered in grease...well it's not just the floor...there seems to be greasy film coating on everything. My chicken Parmesan was cold, and was on a stale bun. I had to BEG for a receipt, as it appears the store policy is not to provide one. My guess? They don't want people to identify the store number, to avoid complaints. The employees were only interested in talking to each other, and seem genuinely put out when a customer places an order, or asks a question about one of the products. Burger King has no apparent quality controls, either with regard to the way food is prepared, or how it's employees interact with customers. At least It wont be my problem anymore.

Burger King inappropriate charging and business policies

Today, 9/22, I purchased whoppers from Burger King location (#2279) located at 329 N. Capitol Avenue in San Jose, CA. I asked them to hold the mayo and add BBQ sauce but the screen showed that they were about to charge me $.30 to put BBQ sauce on each Whopper. I told them no thanks and they said they would a bbq sauce packet for free but they didn't include one in my bag. Burger King's slogan has been have it your way, but I guess they need to update it to "Have it Your Way for a Fee". I have been ordering my whoppers a while this way and wonder how long I have been unknowingly been charge this ridiculous fee to have someone put bbq sauce on my Whopper. Further, they also seemed to intentionally prevent me from completing their optional survey at bkexperience.com by ripping the receipt in places so the information was missing or difficult to read. On the back of all their receipts is information on how to complete the optional survey, however, the top of my receipt was ripped so that the store number was not included. The store number is required to even start the survey. The bottom of the receipt was ripped across the survey code making it extremely difficult to read the numbers in the survey code that are required to complete the survey. I attempted guess at the numbers to complete the survey but had multiple unsuccessful attempts until finally the website said that they had collected all the feedback they were taking for this period and it went on say only one survey is allowed in 14-day period as if my incorrect entries were counted as separate successful survey attempts. Lastly their when you click on "contact us" at their website no contact information appears (only a blank screen).

Burger King terrible service (muskego, wi)

About a week ago around September 15th, the Burger King restaurant #20641 in Muskego, WI gave me TERRIBLE service. The worst of the worst. I was told not to order certain products because it would take too long to make, the wait time was long, the workers were not following hygienic procedures, the drive thru girl was EXTREMELY rude. The girl with pink hair urged me to not come back at the same time and was also cursing out loud before she attended me. Not only that, but half of my order was missing. Which I think was on purpose considering they through one fry in the bag to mock us. I am furious over this experience and hope something is done about this.

Burger King rude cashier

yes i went 2 ur burger king at 744 w.colonial drive on the 21st of september to order food for me i got in front of the counter and the cashier made me wait 30 minutes before before talking my order thier wasnt a line she had a attitude with me she began 2 talk loud and calling me a demon in front of the other employess and other customers saying i had a attitude and i was very nice with her so i spoke 2 the manger there about how she treated me but he did nothing about it she blew me off like i wasnt human very nasty i told the manager if she going to treat costomers like that she doesnt need to be working at the register at all i was order 94 the time this happend was 1:23 pm i feel i deserve a apology from her but she didnt do it she kept being nasty with me i dont know this woman at all i was jus a comtomer there.

Burger King store closed and food not edible.

Just to let you know how my day started. I went to my local Burger King 226 Longs Pond Road, Lexington, SC 29072 at 6:22 am on Friday September 22, 2017. The drive thru announcement came on stating" Thank you for visiting;however, we are not opened for business." As I was pulling away, an employee came out the side door and I stated" I thought you opened at 6:00 am" The employee said" We do, pull back around and order." NO THANK YOU!
I left and went to another BK 2216 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29210 (#4178) at 6:37 am where I ordered a small hash brown and a sausage biscuit and 1 pack of mustard. I received about 4 hash rounds and the rest were small crispy crumb-like pieces. My biscuit was cold and the biscuit was so had I couldn't even chew it without choking. REALLY! It's 6"30 in the morning. WHY are the biscuits already cold and hard as a brick? I am so disappointed with BURGER KING!

Burger King service

Hi, my name is Sean. On 9/21/17 at 9:58am I decided that since I'm having a rough morning I'll stop in my favorite fast food spot to treat myself. Location 13701. Order number 394. The meal I placed an order for was suppose to be the complete meal, #5 breakfast menu. However, some how it was missing an egg that belonged on the sandwich. This was very displeasing. I love my Burger King so this was not a light issue for me.

Burger King service

[protected] at 12:39, I ordered one bacon cheese burger thru the drive thru, order #66. I have 1/2 hour lunch period. I was the 3rd vehicle in line. 1st was a tan truck, with 1 person & was waiting at the window when I ordered my sandwich. Next was a red car, waiting. 1st car got 1 bag. 2nd car go 2 bags and 3 drinks. At 12:54 I paid, did not get a receipt and received a Cold sandwich. I thought BK was suppose to be a fast food restaurant. During the time I waited, I watched the staff in the window, laughing and joking around. With McDonalds across the street, I thought BK would give the McDonalds a run for their money. Now I know why McDonalds is always busy at lunch, and not BK. With no receipt, the only thing I have as proof that I bought anything is the Order # tag that was taped to my bag, which reads Thu Sep 21 2017 12:39 PM T12L I=8 C=280. As far as desirable resolution - a HOT sandwich would be nice and possibly staff that wants to Work. Good Luck.

Burger King complaint about customer service @ burger king (r) 005535 order 75

Yes my name is Missionary Gloria L. Jackson known by many as Missionary Gloria L.(Davis) Jackson.

I had just left a funeral service on September 18, not to mention my husband has not been dead yet 6 months until September 28, 2017. I thought I would patronize Burger King as opposed to eating a regular dinner. The McCartney Road location. I order a Whopper Jar., And a small fry Mon Sept. 18, 2017 approx. 2:43 PM. T=12 L I=2 C+300 receipt criteria.

This Caucasian women wearing a black top with black hair depicted anger, she may have been a manger based on the uniform she was wearing.
I had gone though the drive thou wind to order my food, after explaining that there was this Super large onion ring in my fries; she took the fries slammed them in the garbage. The women said, " We can not help that the fries come out like that, they will always be like that". I responded that I did not order onion rings, my order was fries.

Never did I raise my voice in stating that or get indignant with her. The girl then said, "I fixed just leave, in such a nasty disrespectful way. Then I replied, I am with in my rights, and you do not have to disrespect me like that. Reminding her that I was not her child. She was furious, and stated, " I am calling the cops. I told I don't care, she could call the cops, the President, or her mother.

There was no need for her to yell, and act as though she was a loose can, neither contact the police we were having a dialogue. Her co-worker commented on something I said. The conversation did not concern her, and I did inform her of that. There were customers eating that could attest to her abnormal behavior. I then left going to my car sitting eating my fries. The police then cam, and wanted to know from me what was going on. He stated, " they wanted me to leave. My response was I did do anything but go into Burger king, patronizing them, and explained the large onion ring was in my fries. That would be discrimination, and if they would of taken me to jail, a false arrest claim could be filed where your company would have to pay big bucks. Folk sitting there eating saw what happen, and how rude, an hostile the women acted. I did not want them to taste like onion rings. The women told not even a skillful law, and was on a power trip.

That is why you have innocent men, in prison today because of women like her, who straight out lied. This was not a good example for her co-workers to see her behave as an ignoramus fashion. The customers could not have been impressed with her bad attitude. She need classes, and training, I need an apology from her. This women called the police taking them from their busy schedule of important things. You do not want them to get a reputation like the little boy who cried wolf.
