Service at the drive through.
The two times I've been to the new Burger King in Dayton, Oh. at the I-75 South and Stewart St. location. Nobody comes to help you for 10-15 minutes or not at all while using the drive-through. I was in the drive through at bk for 35 minutes. i have a 30 minute lunch. when I got to the window the cashier would not accept my coupon which is the only reason I was going to bk. it was not expired but she said she already cashed me out. i did not get a receipt in my bag or given to me with my "change". this was a very upseting visit to bk and I don't think I will be going back
Food poisoning
After a year of not going anywhere because of Covid, my husband and I decided to take a week long trip to Florida.
We stopped at a Burger King in Valdosta to pick up a quick meal as we were eager to get to our destination.
We have been sick for more than a week because of food poisoning with sickness and diarrhia from two beyond burgers. We are still not fully recovered.

I bought 2 for $5.00, Whoppers I asked that they be cut in half.
I proceeded to the window to pick up my food and I was told by a man
to pull up and he would bring it out to me. I waited, and waited about 12 minutes and about 9 cars behind me had already received there orders and left.
So I was over this waiting game so I pulled up to the window and told the girl that I had already paid for my food and I waited a very long time but no one came out to bring it to me. I told her I wanted a refund.
The very man that told me to pull up and wait told me that I would have to come inside for a refund, I said I did not have to come inside for you to take my money. I was so angry and hungry. I told them to keep my $5.35 that I was contacting corporate. I am disable and it is not easy for me .
I just wanted to let you know that you have incompetent people there who can't cut 2 hamburgers into and give them to someone.

Sourdough burgers
Went to 14W Derenne Ave Savannah Ga. ordered 2 double sour dough burgers and 2 large onion rings. They weren't doubles and were awful. The bread was right out the bag. It wasn't toasted at all. We can't afford to go out often and we were totally disappointed. The meat was good we love the flame broiled taste. The next time we can go out- McDonalds here we come!

On March 5th, 2021, I went to Burger King on 3625 S Dort Hwy in Flint MI. I was really looking forward to a Big Fish Sandwich. I ordered 2 Big Fish Sandwiches with a Sesame Seed bun and 2 small order of fries. When I got home, I seen that they gave me a Whopper Bun, no problem until I looked at the fish. It was about 1/8 th inch thick with one of the corners cut off, and it looked like a postal stamp setting in the middle of the Whopper Bun.

Unable to order for over 6 hours
Am going to try again. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger at 4:00 said their menu board was down went back five hours later still couldnt order why didnt they just turn off the lights instead of making me wait to tell me I couldnt order? I placed an order for delivery & when my order came part was missing. I had ordered Onion Rings which I paid for but did not receive. I am retired & on a fixed income. Every penny counts with me. I'm a frequent long time burger king customer at multiple locations. As i've been watching and listening to some of your great employees trying to work hard, for example "scrubbing floors w/masks on 'and trying to breathe in the process. I understand the current 19 health concerns"?, but, work could be done by applying 'some common sense and logic' w/out wearing masks so they can inhale and exhale correctly and not jeopardize there own health in the process by wearing masks while performing certain tasks. I respectfully challenge you to investigate some of the health risks caused by obstructive breathing from prolonged use of masks! If 'the cov19 precautions (masks) create health risks for health employees, well'whats accomplished!? Thank you" concerned patron.

I ordered four sandwiches and on both of my chicken sandwiches, My bread was completely burnt! Black, chaired and hard, could not bite through it. There is no way the server could miss this. Nor can say this is to any standard! Would they eat a black slice of bread from any location, fast food or restaurant! Someone should train the staff on quality of food being sold.

i was at burger king #21654 at 4010 atlanta hwy Montomery, ala.36109on monday march 15 at 01:56 pm in drive threw. from the time i paid till the time i received my food was 10 mins .wile myself and another customer where waiting they gave another person there whole order and was processing the one behind them before they brought my food out i didn't order nothing but a whopper meal nothing special. the receipt they gave me didn't print the total amount (thank goodness it was cash) i am 62 and have ate at burger king most of my life but if this is the service to be expected i will spend my money elsewhere.The survey you offer can not be completed due to the receipt not printing anything on the right side .Very disappointed in burger king for allowing this type of service.
