June 2020 when we purchased a pre selling house and lot at Camella General Trias Cavite. They told us that we can pay the amortization for 2 years. We have been religiously paying our Monthly Amortization every month until June of this year 2022.
Sad to say, we have visited the lot 3 times and one very recent was 1st week of June 2022. And No house was constructed. Not even a foundation or anything. I think from that block its only ours which have not been constructed after 2 years.
I have reached out to Camella office at Vista mall Las Piñas around the same month of June 2022 to ask regarding the update on the lot. I am 6 mos pregnant and It took for them 1 hr and a half to accommodate me despite my 10am supposed to be appointment.
The girl on their front desk gave me a contact number of the account manager managing our account. His name is Gian Vicuna. He was responding to the girl on the front desk but when I tried to contact him his mobile number cannot be reach. I have sent him an email twice and still no respond. The next day I have waited and still no response. I have grew upset and I demanded immediate answers stating that it has been 2 years and I have recieved ZERO update on my purchase.
The next day he replied to me with my contract to sell attached. He reiterated about some "terms" that they have in the contract to sell that I needed to have a Bank approval first before they can construct my house. I read the contract myself and it says there that they may assist buyers in Bank Approval process.
He said that I was declined by the bank due to canceled cards.
I was furious and very upset. I told them why did they wait 2 years to tell me all this. I have certificates to prove that I am cleared of any debts. I actually thought this was taken care of because their last update to me was year 2021 (I cannot remember the month but I have emails to prove it was the said year) they were asking for my documents to process the bank loan. I was informed by the agent that one certificate for full payment of any cards is okay. Now that I have finished my 2 years amortization as part of our agreements I was under the impression that they also did their part. But what makes it unacceptable is the fact theh have neglected their duties and responsibilities to their buyers. And the FACT that I have to be the one to reach out to them just to learn I was decline and no other resolutions was offered.
WE ARE VERY ANGRY AND I HAVE REGRETTED GETTING A HOUSE AND LOT FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY HAVE ATTITUDE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY URGENCY TO YOUR CONCERN.
Desired outcome: I am hoping to talk to anyone in corporate regarding this matter. I pray to have immediate resolution to this concern.
I agree with you. This Camella is so scammer, unprofessional, inconsiderate and everything. I purchased one too in Alfonso and after waiting of almost 2 years, they said that "sorry, but that property is not for sale for house and lot anymore". Why they kept us hoping, they promised us that they will finish the property after 18 months. I tried to refund all my payments, and they said they will just find us RFO unit. I said its okay as long as it is in Cavite area. Sadly, no RFO unit in Cavite or Batangas or any nearby Alfonso. They found one in Pampanga, which I had a second thought of course because it is so far from my family in Cavite. Because we need a place to stay, like we had no choice but to accept that one in Pampanga. After watching several youtube videos in Alfonso Camella, found out that they still selling that unit for now 4.8M it was 2M that time we got the unit. They are money-grubbing company!
