Care.com has provided zero reason for suspending my perfect caregiver account of 8 + years. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to get this reinstated because I have worked tirelessly to maintain it over the years and accumulate 18 perfect reviews for my hard work. I sincerely hope they reach out to FIX this error ASAP!

The non-transparent nature of Care.com is highly unacceptable. There should be an immediate written explanation request concerning the termination of your account. If they do not respond, hire a lawyer who will send them a legal demand letter based on your clean records and reviews. Also, emphasize potential defamation and how your life has been affected. You can also move to the next level by lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or your state attorney general. Publish your narrative in order to intensify their need for responsibility. Do not give up on defending what you have struggled for all these years – don’t let them get away with destroying your reputation without putting up resistance.
I have indeed filed a complaint with the CFPB and attorney general, as well as a sour review through BBB (although they are unaccredited). The first supervisor has stated their Terms of Service means they don't have to reveal anything.
