Careem Unethical activities

Careem reversed my Captains bonus with comments that he made some fraud. In this regard he has visited there service center Located in Malir & DHA Karachi but there their agents confirmed that they there is no issue with his account and they don't know that why did Careen do that.
From last 3 days i am continuously emailing at go@careem, com but they are neither replying properly nor resolving this issue.

Few days ago few other Captains were also protesting at there DHA office with same kind of complaints. I am uploading their protest video as well.

Careem customer service centre

Hi
I am a careem captain since 2017 and I have a swere complaint regarding customer support helpline services.
Last night I picked a customer with the dropoff I will guide the captain and after 14kms customer dropped at dropoff location who He told me.
When I ended the ride at dropoff location then He was saying I want to go back at pickup location otherwise I will not give you money.
We received messages and calls regarding careem policy careem is not allowed us to leave the payment and He called to the customer support centre and said I will not give hime money because I want to go back at this car.
Customer support helpline person talk to me from customer cell phone and told me you will not receive the money I will adjust it and enter 0 at your device.
Customer said to me sea this is the Pakistan and we can do change everything like this issue.

I am very dishearted from Careem because you show the policies to the captain and you are implementing at only captains but you can change your policies at any time for facilitating the customer.
Careem is only making money from captain but not giving rights.
Really this is very shameful for captains who is working good with careem.

Careem charging me twice

I booked a careem on tuesday february 19th from mudon to jlt.

I paid the driver aed60 and have also been charged aed52 to my credit card.

I registered this error on wednesday and have heard nothing back. I registered again on thursday, nothing. I wrote a complaint on friday, saturday and sunday and have still heard nothing back.

When can I expect my refund? I am asking for the aed52 back on my card not the aed60 even!

Careem go ride

Careem Captain's name Muhammad Qasim Dar, Silver Toyota Corrola, Go plus, Car no LEB-6025. I have never witnessed such an illiterate driver and such a behavior before. The captain had not an idea of how to talk and deal with customers. This captain tried end the ride on the middle of the way on ring road and while it was raining, stating that he couldn't go all the way as there might not be a ride available so he could come back. Being in harsh attitude the captain tried to end the ride middle way. I was about to loose my temper but controlled it asked him to drive me to the destination. He then started driving damn rash and started abusing in low voice. Upon saying that i will report the incident the captain cleverly said that do it thrice. This is a shock to me and this is going to be my last ride on careem if there's no action taken shortly. I hope that careem does take care of their customers and I'm waiting for that now.

Careem accounts blocked

Dear verification team,
My Name is Muhammd Tauseef and I am captain and vendor of Careem as Id 803457, one week has gone my id is blocked and all my house expenses depends on Careem earnings, I visited three times to Careem supply office but even not solved my problem,

I emailed manytimes to Careem but no response from anywhere. I tried any possible way to get resolved my problem but found helpless,, I watched online training and I passed a test with 10/10 marks but still no positive response,

I am humbly request to you to please resolve my problem unblock my id so that I continue my services with Careem.

Careem my careem id blockade

I want to work with careem please unblock my ID as soon as possible. If I have done any mistake please forgive me. I will try my best to not do any mistake in future. Careem captain cancelled my ride

I had booked my ride at around 8.36 AM from Al Barsha 3, Villa 147.
I was waiting for my captain to arrive. And it showed me he's coming from Al Barsha Heights. I clearly remember seeing 6mins for the captain to arrive.

I am not sure what happened and I never saw "The captain has arrived" status.
I couldn't even call him because I do not see him in my history anymore.

Then I had to rebook a Careem.

This is bad service.

Careem driver arrived at the wrong location, when he finds me and i'm about to open the car he took off leaving me behind

Full description of the incident:

I book a careem ride to hospital because I was sick. When the monitor says that you "captain has arrived" I went down and only to find out that he is not downstairs. I called him and he said that he is in the place where I said I was but I was looking everywhere but he is nowhere to be found. I started to get irritated, its because, first of all he has gps and from there he should know where is the exact place. It is not like I book careem for the first time. I have been using your service for a longer period of time and captains always waits for me at the same exact spot where I put my location in the gps. Never did I know that this captain which information I mentioned above doesn't know on how to read gps!? How can I even trust him to go where I should go when he doesn't even know where is my location?

Despite his mishap, I still waited for him to come and pick me up and when he finally found me I was about to open the door at the back of his car and suddenly he took off leaving me behind! I was in total shock, aggrieved and was totally angry. I don't have time to deal with him that time and could not raise a complain since I was too sick to do that. I just cancel my ride and took a taxi the hospital. Because I was still angry of your driver my blood pressure soars up to 190/90 which I need to be admitted to the emergency room to be injected with a hypertensive medicine. The attitude of your driver jeopardizes his passenger health without him knowing. If he only do his job properly and being respectful to his client, none of this will happened.

Since I cancel my ride, I have to pay for my booking cancellation which I believe is unfair since its your driver who made a mistake and took off and not your client.

I would like careem to cancel the qr 13 booking cancellation which was being charge to me and give sanctions to this driver who I believe will do the same thing to others given the circumstances.

I am looking forward for your favorable response concerning this matter.

Careem I am complaining about the captain

I booked a ride from chikachino, Isb to QAU. And the total fare was 250. I gave 250 rupees to the captain but he entered 50 rupees only and I got the negavtive fare of rupees 202. So kindly resolve this issue asap. Also the captain was so rude he sent me very abbusive text messages after the ride ended. Kindly teach your captains how to talk to females and hire some well mannered captain.

Careem over charging

Hi Team Careem

I Raza Parwez booked a ride for the very first time from B-17 to F-10 Markaz, Islamabad on 12th Feb-19.

At destination I was told a total bill amount is Rs 968/- which I paid in cash of Rs 1000/-

Today I received an email receipt of my ride Which showed amounting Rs 469/-

On the other hand, careem app reflects a negative balance against my wallet.

I am surprised what is wrong in terms of ride charges.

Why I was changed extra?

Why my account wallet is showing negative balance?

You are therefore required to look into this matter please.

Careem wallet not updated

I booked careem rickshaw today and had negative credit of aed -5 in my wallet. The ride fare was rupees 282 but the total fare was 490 i-e including the aed -5. I paid 500, which should suffice the fare for the ride I took plus clearing the negative credit, and an additional 10 rupees in my wallet.
But my wallet is still showing a negative credit of aed -5. I have the email from careem showing all the details. Kindly fix the issue asap and add possitive credit in my wallet.

Careem I am complaint about captain

Dear Careem Team,

Recently I am booked my ride but alas! I want to Register my complain against below secreen shoot this Captain was cheat me, I am still waiting the captain front of SIR Ganga Ram hospital my sister was realy upset she was majour operate,

I want to Request you to plz lock my complaint and Investigate this fake captain. I also try phone number so many times but he switched off and didint reply. Is it an joke for Captain? Plz Rebate my Credit and fine the captain. I am your loyal customer. I hope Careem Team resolve my issue Asap.

On 3rd Feb at 8:12 pm I have opened careem app and find a car that I have found a car name of person is shown on my cell phone with help of true caller is Asfand yar [protected]) I have called him 3 three times but he received my call but didnot talk to me and talk to an other person. unfortunately i have cancel ride.
now what should I do? if again I will avail careem service then he charged from me previous credit. So who is responsible to pay this money? I will not to pay you.

Careem Cab service

Since I have installed careem in January 2019. I have two rides till now. One is about 18 km distance and the other is about 12 km. I don't know why the [censored] I am being charged such high rates for such small trips. Careem have charged me Pkr 762 and 862 respectively for both trips. But if we compare the fare of the same trips with uber and other companies it is about 350 and 230 for above trips. I want a refund from your company of the differential amount or otherwise I am not using your service.

As I'm wendor and my driver work hard day and night to complete target we got this response for bonus what kind of this repsone is kindly back our bonus other wise we will close this service and choose other option kindly justify the fraud as he done as living in same area and 2 rides get from same customer what type of this none sense response is

Careem careem ride

Today I booked a careem ride captain was 20 min away from me. I booked a ride and after 10 minutes when I saw the captain is not moving I made a call & he asked me to wait. Atlast captain made me to wait for 1 hour and then he arrived at the wrong location 15 min away from me. I had an appointment in the hospital and the appointment was cancelled just because captains non serious service and also careem charged mee the cancellation fee kindly take a look and take action against such captains

Careem unfair billing

AOA, i booked a ride from westwharf to dha and the phone's battery of the captain was low the phone was switched off. He took the ride and told me to cancel it. When i was cancelling it careem was charging me 172 rs. So i told him i will not cancel its not my mistake. He said he will look into it. And then in my next ride i got cancellation charges of 164 rs and i was charged. This is not fair at all. It was not my mistake
