I went in this morning to the Carl's Jr. #7404, absolute worst service I've ever had. Being that my cousin, Kevin Ziegler, is a regional manager with a close friendship to your CEO, Mr. Puzder, I know for sure the woman that was at the window would definitely not be working there because the standard of service he chooses to uphold is much higher than she has given any time I've gone to this location (I won't be going back to it by the way). I placed my order and get to the window and she just puts her hand out for my money with no total given upon order or at the window. Then she just decides it's a good idea to up charge me for something I didn't order, even if minut in price that shouldn't happen and probably does often, and tries to act like she didn't. Then when I finally get my order and difference in change from up charge, she just says "bye". She did the same to the gentleman in front of me so it must be a common thing for her. The last time I was at this location she rang up my order then asked if I had cash because she she pressed that instead of using my card which she had in her hand. It just baffles me that even at such an easy job people still can't be happy and have any customer service (I say that because I've worked in the food industry before and know "how it is").
My apologies for the small book I just write but at a certain point it becomes too much to just sit back and deal with that, as a customer, when I am always as polite as possible.

on February 16 around 4:40pm i went to my local Carl's Jr in san gabriel, California where i been have going for years. This is my first bad experience. After getting the 4 for real deal there was bite sized chuck of my chicken sandwich missing from just chicken patty. This is outrageous disrespectful service thought I never would get from here I'm taking business else where.

Your company's anti-worker policies have come into the full view of the American public. Your CEO has been exposed as the woman objectifying, domestic abuser that he is. I can't emphasize enough how embarrassing it has been to sit through your nasty commercials while watching Laker games with my family, my children. I am going to continue to boycott your business (as I have for years) and encourage friends on social media to do the same. America doesn't need your wife abusing CEO's T&A commercials, your unfair policies or your burgers. There are plenty of other choices available.

I drove almost an hour to your garland Texas location and arrived at 8:32 pm and it's closed but it shows the hours are until 11 pm. I am very angry about this. I got all my kids together and drove far because we don't have one so it was a special treat. I don't understand why you advertise open until 11 pm and your ###ing closed at 8:30! And so I tried calling corporate and they're closed too!? Seriously!? Bad business

This took place on tropicana/mountain vista las vegas nevada address is 4606 E tropicana phone #[protected], 2/12/2017 6:57:11 pm drive thru #2071 / 2147 order was 3 dbl calif chbgr, zucchini total price $11.31, it took about 3 minutes at the order box then about 12 minutes just to get to the front window to pay, they were not busy at all. i gave her $20.01 she gave change of $14.00 even back, when she gave the order i told her she shorted her self 30 cents she said it's because (exact words) we don't have quarts any more, when my wife got home the burgers were very slopply made and not right (had no onions) thats the best part of the calif classic burger. she also stated was training new fry cook. there was no one inside but the long wait was to where we were going to leave for jack in the box but we do enjoy the calif classic so we waited the long wait. i come their most every day i have had only one other time close to this one. this falls on very bad management to leave a shift this pitafully this is all bad management. i'm not looking for anything but correction and apoligies for the badly made food and service. i will still use this carl's jr. i love it. i hope no one loses their job but instead pay more attention to there workers with needs. i say thank you for your time on this issue. My husband currently work's for Carl's Jar. In Colorado Sprint's Colorado. We recently lost our child and when my husband requested a few day's off he was fire. He had spoke with one of the managers several time's including the day our child died. She had him removed from the schedule and fired and when confronted lied to the general manager about ever having any knowledge of the situation and the conversation's with my husband which was more than one occasion. My husband was fired. He contested this and got his job back but with the General manger and one of the shift leader's and several crew member's making rude and unkind statement's as if this situation is funny it most certainly is not funny. They refuse to let him work even when is scheduled. The made jokes about him and our situation losing our child, I spoke to the General manger yesterday and she was very rude and nasty very unprofessional, when I asked to speak to her in private she refused me that courtesy instead embarrassed me in front of all the worker's and customers and made a laughing stock of me. She presumed to engage in a conversation with her fellow employees in Spanish because she thanks I am black in which case I'm half and black and half Mexican and speak write and understand the Spanish language I do not appreciate her nor the other employees talking about me and calling me out of my name being very rude disrespectful and making racist comment's, I'm very much considering getting a lawyer to sue Carl's Jar.. If this is the kind of people that you employee, I'm sad to that it's very shameful and I will go to the newspaper I will go to the news I will take to the public eye so that they are aware of what's going on and aware that Carl's Jar. Has no compassion nor do they care about the customer's. I would like to hear back from you. Something Ned's to be done about this because it does not say much about your company. Another note there is or was I'm not sure at this moment just yet but a manager who was also pregnant and went into labor while on her shift and when telling them she needed to leave and go to the hospital the refused to let her leave and threatened to fire her, this poor woman went into labor giving birth to her child and she is threatened to be fired because of that, is discrimination that is very unprofessional and if you do not do something to fix the situation like I said you will be sued.

I have gone in to buy food a few times to this particular Carl's Jr since it's my favorite burger place but this particular Carl's Jr is horrible they either get your order wrong or cook with stale burned oil which gives the fries & hash browns a horrible flavor I once went to buy a order & took a coupon which was valid they took the coupon bit didn't apply it &when I questioned them they ignored me & another time they gave me the wrong change &left me standing there completely ignoring me the manager was horrible along with the staff

I went to Carl's Jr of Parker Colorado 2/6/17at 4:44pm. My order number is 30078. I ordered 2 famous cheeseburgers without onions. They came with onions. I ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. I ordered 2 chocolate shakes with whipped cream, the vanilla ice cream was not blended in and one had the last spray from the whipped cream can- I even asked - did you run out of whipped cream? And he said yes, sorry. Didn't bother to go to the back to get more. My main problem is that I spent $24.56 on a meal and there was something wrong with every part of it but the fries. I would like a complete refund.

I wasn't going to let others who have been telling me to ban Carl's jr. Because the new CEO has ties with the Trump presidency going on. But honestly over the past 7 years or more this Carl's jr. Next to my house always seems to have the worst problems! The fact that I just wasted a ton of gas, money and my time going to this Carl's Junior three times in a row because they couldn't get my burger order straight the first time and kept giving me chicken tenders and bacon and cheese crisscut fries instead is enough proof for me never to come back! You have employees laughing at the situation hanging out messing around not paying attention and I even caught employees on their iPhones behind the registers! The only person that seems to have some responsibility was an older gentleman in the back with a black jacket on and he had a file with him and checking off some papers I don't know if this is the manager or not but if he was he really just saved everything going around him out and did not keep those kids in line. During my time in the drive-thru I was very pleased they were nice to me and my dog and were very kind but after the mistakes happened more of them didn't want to talk to me or help me fix it and I had to end up getting upset to make something happen. The store could be so much better than it is but I guess nobody wants to take the responsibility to do a full overhaul and get this Troublesome store in line. I think it's funny how you have them say my pleasure like Chick-fil-A but maybe you should try a different saying than my pleasure because Chick-fil-A has never messed up any of my orders their employees seem to be way happier and take their job way more seriously. I'm addicted to your Burgers I love him so much it's hard to say goodbye but until things are straightened up you will never see me out another Carl's jr. Ever again!
fries chicken nuggets and burger were bad
I had heard of the bad service at this Carl's jr location but I didn't want to believe it even thought it was a while that I had not been there. All I can say is that I will not return to this location ever again and will not recommend this location to anyone. I went thru drive thru no scripting first of all when I got to window I asked to add two more iteam shift leader was not happy about that I waiting for my other iteams that I added. Shift leader then come to windo nd asked me to pull forward the he will take my food I again wait out side for a while he comes out to tell me it was almost ready .. I had checked the iteams he had already given me and so I tell him to wait have him back the medium and kid size fries the fries looked like they refried them more than once they wher black and saggy he did not apologys or anything he just took the fries and went inside after a while he comes back gives me my two items I added and fries I returned, it's not possible that I got there before 10pm nd left till 10:30pm. I then get home and the kids try the stars and fries they tasted so bad no one wanted them and it is because of the oil it left an after taste and my plain cheese burger had no cheese. On top of all that there was no reason y I should still receive some of those old saggy fries I gave them back inside of my new bag with my other two items I don't think it was very nice to do that was that shift leader trying to be funny or what .
very poor service
I went through the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and the girl who took my order seemed very annoyed and rude . I pulled to the window, she didn't have any greeting any smile, didn't seem happy at all. This is the 3rd time at this location I've received poor service. This location is right across the street from my house so maybe I should travel further down if I want Carl's Jr. If you are working with customers you should at least fake a smile . Very upset

Had to wait 5minutes in drive thru then was asked to wait in front of store for another15minutes food was cold an was dripping water are something from burger when i ate the food it made me sick i vomited it up nasty food and bad service it was about 815 pm pacific time.i also ask worker for a warmer burger was told it be another 10 minute wait bad customer service an bad cook im going to call the health inspector next cause i dont want no more people getting sick .the management needs to correct this asap its a health concern i understand the wait time but serving bad food is not right.

I have already submitted my complaint, however I do not see the picture I attended of the breakfast biscuit. This is really important to view and correct, it is unacceptable to not care how the food is presented. Please follow up on this complaint, this is a new breakfast item and if this is the outcome, it is going to fail. This may be just this particular location at 1535 E Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA. PLEASE let the management know that this is absolutely terrible customer service and it affects Carl's Jr Corp.
I ordered this breakfast item to try it because it is new on the menu. The biscuits were cold, cheese not melted and the meat looks absolutely terrible to say the least. The taste is of old grease, it is just horrible. I have always been pleased with this particular Carl's Jr location, this is surprising to see the food look and taste so terrible. Please see the attached picture to see how old and overcooked the steak is. I highly doubt Carl's Jr would allow any of their locations to offer such horrible food and/or service. I ordered a combo when I put my straw in my drink proceeded to drink it half way down my cup i noticed suction from the straw was failing I open my lid and found out my straw had two cuts and the pieces of straws were floating in my drink I possibly swallowed a piece of red plastic I wonder if it's dangerous enough to kill me at this point I'm scared I will go back to the store and show pictures and my drink to the manager . Tami the GM and Candace the other manager tami lied about going into the store to view cameras with the other boss Luke but never did come into the store that day sje had an unauthorized person tell me im fired and not herself about food i ate but really Mrs. Candace wrote me up but didnt tell me i got written to sign it and all the way around Tami Flores went along with it hiw they did it was wrong and lies so now i need someone to check into for me but how can she write me up and the whole time she wasnt around she was supposed to be counting money when my drawer was the only register open for the night and she kept disappearing while i hold the front down by myself so to me and how everything was explained to me like they planned this dirty move knocking me from making money for my kids because im very hard worker when i come in to work never give anybody any trouble
cold stuck together onion rings
There is no way the manager should be letting this food go out like this. The onion rings were cold as ever and 6 of them were stuck together I posted a picture to show how disgusting they looked. Not to mention the California classic burger was cold and soggy. It's ridiculous how much these people hate there job that there willing to feed people this type of food so carelessly. I called and asked for the manager, Bryan answered and said he was the manager so I told him how horrible the food was being served and then hung up because I'm not looking to get free food or to hear any excuses cause there are none. I just want better quality when I'm spending my money to help provide for the company and there workers that get paid to do what they applied for. This should not be tolerated. Better quality, happier costumers! Would rather wait bit more for my food to be some what fresh then to get left overs to improve productivity. Me and my wife went into carl's jr on lee trevino st in el paso tx. I came up to place my order to the main mgr named sandra who weighs about 300lbs.. I told her hi how are you happy new year to you.. She replied rudely with ugly frown.. Can I help you.. I placed my order and she rang it up.. Then when she gave me my change.. I told her thank you very much.. She just turned around didn't reply back and walked off.. I also ran into this fat sandra at the carl's jr on yarborough st and montana in el paso about a year ago and same thing.. Very rude big ugly frown on her face.. At that time as well.. This is a manager and this is how you treat nice customers.. I will never eat at carls jr again... Thanks sandra
charged twice and didn't receive money when asked at store
I went to 11224 S western ave Los angeles CA and ordered through the drive through and as i start to drive away i noticed my balance was lower then what it should been so I pull over and check my bank statements and it notifies me i was charged twice. I go in and ask for the manager and a rude employee by the name of Rosemdo or Rosendo rudely told me i was lying and i didnt get charged twice and that he will do nothing for me. Im very upset and demand my money back. He also admitted to running my card more than once. I was charged $25.88 twice.

horrible customer service for a gm
I arrived at the Carls Jr located on 4th and Baker in Ontario around 11:15pm on 12/24/16 I kindly asked the lady at the speaker if I may place 2 orders, she told me no and said I would have to drive back around for the 2nd order which we had no problem doing. I placed my first order which was only 2 drinks. We arrived at the window where the GM named Sydney was waiting, her tag said GM. She was extremely rude to me and other in the car, we went back around for our second order and as we arrived at the speaker she tells us they are closed! I know they weren't suppose to close until 12am so there was still plenty of time. She made us go around just to tell us they were closed. And when we pulled up to the window the second time she had the nerve to say "Go cook your own damn food, your Mexican" this is the same GM that gave attitude to my family when we ate inside a few weeks ago. I will also be taking this to HR and I will be contacting the owner of the restaurant because I don't think someone with an attitude like that should be a GM of a restaurant. And I will try my best to get her replaced because no one should have to feel the way I did when she rudely commented on my race and then laughed about it. You guys need to pick carefully who you put in charge of your restaurant because you will lose a lot of customers with her.
