grilled chicken salad
This chicken salad has always been a favorite of mine because of the delicious cut up chicken and the healthy types of lettuce. I had this salad just today and was not satisfied at all. the price has increased to over $6.00 and the lettuce is now all Head Lettuce and the chicken is a flat slab which you need to cut up yourself. The person behind toe counter does not offer a knife, you need to ask for it or eat the chicken in one piece.
getting double charged and horrible service
I am very upset at the moment. I just left carls jr down the street from my house and not only was i double charged the manager on charge was quite rude.i am an assistant manager at a major food chain myself and k was highly disappointed that after i proved to the manager about being double charged he didnt even work to correct the issue
In a dismissive manner the manager said there was nothing he could do and laughed and walked off. Not only is there an extra 12 dollars out of my account but the service and the food was poor. I grew up eating hardees and have never had to worry about these issues before. Very highly disappointed
original chicken salad
Ordered Original Chicken Salad via drive thru. when I got back to work opened bag and found 1/2 the original salad in a rectangular container. Yet picture on order board was the large round salad. You Just lost me for good as a customer. Bait and switch on a salad for profit? Funny thing is the salad dressing is still the original size. Talk about drowning your salad. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I went to Carl's Jar on December 3rd, 2016, I had a coupon on buy one get one free on any big chicken fillet sandwiches for equal or less value, on the menu there was the regular sandwich and then the one with bacon and Swiss cheese, so I decide to get that one but the person who's taking my order says that sandwich is not one of the options when clearly in the menu its under the 2 big chicken fillet sandwiches they have, in the end I had to show the manager where in the menu says that but she still say that specific sandwich doesn't count, when I was clearly showing her on the menu that it was under the 2 sandwiches I could pick. Customer service in this store wasn't good at all and the manager kept on telling me that I was wrong. Overall I wouldn't go back to that Carl's Jar for poor customer service.

I was at your Carl's Jr on 5600 West and just off 3500 So in West Valley Ut this morning around 7:15 am. I set in the drive through for 2:minutes before a girl finally come the intercom and apologized for the wait and said that they were having system issues and asked if I would like to wait. I told her I would after waiting 2 more minutes in the amount of time I have ordered at other Carl's Jr locations and left with my food because I was short on time I decided I would just go inside to place my order. When I went inside to place my order there wasn't anyone at the counter. There was however someone making sandwiches behind the heat lamp that I said Hi to them thinking she would come around and ask if I needed help. She never did she just continued doing as she was before I come in. I stood there for another couple of minutes waiting for someone to help me. Then another employee in the back noticed me and then disappeared some where in the back of the store she did not say anything to me when she did notice me she also went about doing whatever she was doing as well. By this time I been there nearly 10 minutes and was starting to think to myself what terrible customer service. Finally a woman come out from the back after about 2 more minutes come up about 1/2 way up to the front and tells me she will be with me in a minute by this point I am thinking to myself why am I even here? I am going to be late for work and I had been there for nearly 15 minutes at that point and I finally had to leave to prevent being late to work. No one ever apologized for the wait after the person I spoke to at the drive through and I was nearly late for work and still left with out any food and hungry dissatisfied and will probably never again go back to that location again because of the way I was treated. Everyone that ever asks me about going to that location I would not ever recommend it. Which is sad because as far as Carl's Jr food as far as fast food is concerned has always been one of my favorite but as good as the food may be I don't frequent places when my past experiences are as bad as they were today and if I had this type of experience how many other people have had a similar experience at this same location? That is alot of lost business to the McDonald's or Arby's just up the street or Del Taco just down the street where I have never been treated like this at anyone of these places.
crispy bacon chicken sandwich
On 11/21/2016, I ordered a crispy bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. When I received it, the bun was overcooked(burnt), the bacon was ice cold, and the chicken was 2/3 grizzle. Please look in to this matter, I would like to be compensated $5.88 This is the second time this happened, once in Gallup NM, and this time in Holbrook Az.

Does not matter which Carl's jr. I go to there was a mistake every time tonight for instance went through the drive-thru ordered turkey Teriyaki combo meal with . . . Sprite and medium fry and another combo classic double combo with medium drink and Fry all I received in the bag was a western burger and a small fry tried to call the store on 82nd and Powell and I a fax machine tone that has been 2 hours now trying to contact somebody in regards to my messed-up order again I live 35 miles away from the Carl's jr. Drive thru I went through tonight and refused to go back and I am not going to be going through the drive-thru because every time I do the orders are messed up drive-thru inside they can't get it right and I want to bring it to somebody's attention that it's not just in Oregon it is in Washington every Carl's jr. Today I had the very gratifying pleasure of having lunch at your restaurant located in the city of Queretaro, Qro.México, next to the Plaza Constituyentes Mall, and pleasure because apart from the the delicious hamburgers your staff prepares, I had the opportunity to be served by two of your employees, of which I would only get the name of one, Alejandro. I was so impacted by their service not only because of their attentivness and helpfulness, which these days is very rare and scarse, but impressed because they both were both mentally challenged! In the first place I applaude Carl's Jr. for giving these gentleman the opportunity, which in México is very rare if not frowned upon. And second I would like to congratulate these men for the effort and geniune care they apply to their job. They were so grateful for having been able to serve us, and very conscientious of doing their job above and beyond. It would be wonderfull if other companies in México give the handicapped this kind of opportunity. I will certainly return and definitly recomend your restaurants to family and friends. Thank you Carl's Jr. for placing so much attention to selecting and training your staff!
I would also like to comment that your web page does not allow for comments from your Mexico customers for which I had to select a restaurant in the US, as well as I had to capture all the info THREE times because I got an eror response, please fix your page. I had to use your complaint page to submit my comments.
cheating the customers with the food prices
On 23 october 2016 I ordered a " bacon egg & cheese biscuit combo" and paid $ 5.09 + tax = $ 5.50 but in the announcement in the wall i could read $ 4.69 then i claimed to the manager and the only thing she told me was that the prices had changed and gave me back 31 cents. The attitude of person was bad and the image of the store also because it appears the customers are been cheating with the other products prices.

I went to Carls Jr on my way to a doctor's appointment two days ago. I got the $4 meal deal I brought it home after my appointment. My boyfriend took a bite of the chicken sandwich and there was a piece of long black hair. I called Carls Jr to complain and the manager on duty whose name was "Ashley" said i would get a full refund as well as my meal replaced and was very courteous .I went to Carls Jr around 7 am the next morning and told an employee that i was there to replace meal and get refund and that i spoke to "Ashley" the manager on duty the night before. The employee looked clueless so i asked to speak to a manager, the manager told her to replace meal. The meal was in a bag and the manager was like "im sorry and have a nice day"i replied that the manager on duty "Ashley" said that i could get a refund and the contaminated food replaced. Very rudley the manager talked to me like a child and was short and said"Refund or food, you can not get both".I was very upset and didn't have time to argue but just said that this is not was discussed on phone.I mean come on the meal was already made and also i was told that both would be replaced! So i called Carls Jr again and manager said to call back later in evening.I was at hospital due to a separate issue and being seen when i got a call from Carls Jr. I told manager i was in hospital and would call back, she wanted to talk about issue right then and there (also argue and basically tell me i was lying about getting refund without replaced meal) .Again not appropriate I was already in hospital and that was not the time to debate. So i called back this morning (my phone died after i left hospital and not in mood to debate anything either. )I talked to "Vicky"the manager who called me at hospital and she got really short witg me on phone, thank god my boyfriend saw and heard her getting loud on phone so i gave him phone and he talked to her(Come on i just got out of hospital! ), he explained that there was hair in food, he didn't yell but for some reason she was more calm talking to him! Which is bologna because i was the one who bought the meal!She said that meal would be replaced and was very courteous with him.After these two incidents, I will not return to this location. I feel that this staff needs to be trained on customer service and also manager needs to oversee food making.

Ordered two basic hamburgers combos, waited 30 minutes to receive the two hamburger meals. After I ordered the meals, there were five other females ordering their meals, they received their meals (within fifteen minutes) before I received my two meals, so I inquired about why they received their meal before mine, and why it takes 30 minutes for two basic hamburger meals, the Carl Jrs staff ignored both of my questions, and asked if I wanted to return my meals for my money back, REALLY! I wait 30 minutes and the staff asked if I want my money back I said yes, but they wanted the meal back? I asked to be compensated with a discount or coupon, staff said they will give me nothing.
The reason I believe the girls received their five meals before my two meals, is basically discrimination, the Carl Jrs staff was mexican, and the girls were mexican, also talking to the other patrons, they also did not receive their food for over 30 minutes, they were also white, so again it is obvious Carl Jrs staff is racist towards whites.
The quality of the food is below standards, and I see, a lot of other Carl Jrs complaints about food quality, Carls Jrs used to be top of the fast food chains, but looks like quality is no longer a priority for Carl Jrs.

My office is in the neighborhood of your North Portland location at 39th Expressway here in Oklahoma City. There are lots of fast food chains nearby, but I prefer Carl's Jr.. I have never eaten a poor a quality meal at any of your locations. However, my complaint is not with the food, service, staff, etc.. My only complaint is that on at least a dozen...

Went to Carl's Jr. in Kingsburg Ca. Feb 6th 2016. Ordered a Taco salad and a Turkey burger. The meat and beans in the salad was cold and the cheese on top tasted like fake cheese. The turkey burger was too salty and it looked different than the ones we've had before. If this is any indication of the rest of your menu, we won't be coming back, any time soon. Maybe the rise of the minimum wage has something to do with this.

First things first, I am am very attractive female, so this hasnothingbto do with self esteem, jealousy or any other label men use to justify making fun of women who speak their minds about their in comfortability with explicit content on t.v infront of their family's. I understand that, of course, men feel totally comfortable with seeing half naked girls on t.v., its a natural male reaction, but women also have all right to feel outraged. As a mother of 2 young daughters, I do notnfeel comfortable with those images being portrayed for advertising of food, especially out in the open on an infomercial on regular cable. In find it quite disrespectful myself. Carlsjr. Should remembethat they are advertising food with probably has a majority of customers that are families, not selling secual related products for men.
