I’m picking up an order. That was made three door dash.
I’m at the Carl’s Jr 3440 E Ontario ranch Ranch . As upon arriving to the the drive threw. I got ignored at the speaker also when I drove to the window because know one answered the speaker . Know one came to the window . I get out my car and I see someone standing in the kitchen as well as someone walking from the back laughing . Her names is Alexis I believe she said she is the store manager for tonight . Also at this point I walk from my parked car to the drive threw window she made me get back in my car . I ordered in drive thru and got home and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a double western and got a superstar. I ordered a kids burger and got chicken stars. I ordered waffle fries and was charged $1 extra and received regular fries. When i called to complain to one at the store answered. Refund
On April 5th, 2023 I placed an order on the app and immediately noticed it was the wrong restaurant. Called restaurant and explained and was assured the order would be refunded that they had not started. Order # [protected].
No refund as if today
I then placed a similar order for the restaurant closest to me. Order #[protected].
The most frustrating part of this is that this is my 4th attempt for resolve this. I have used the online"contact us" form 2 times and replied to the confirmation email from the order. I have not even been dignified with a response.
I get that this is my fault, but the fact the order was never made, I caught the error and contacted the restaurant immediately should result in a refund. Poor business practices on several accounts. Promises unfulfilled an no response to a few inquiries.
I like Carl's Jr. But refuse to support a company that has no decency to even reply to a customer's concern. This is my final attempt for resolution and Carl's Jr opportunity to save a customer.

Placed my order on the internet, paid my feed, went to pick up my order, and informed the lady that I was there to pick up my order, she inform me that they didn't have my order and that I would have to pay again and that it was not their problem. After I got home I call her up to complain again, this time she told me that my order came 30 minutes after I had gone and that I would have to call CARLS JR. Customer Service and that she couldn't help me.

Old nasty food
We have food stamps so when we choose to eat out we want it to be great because we don't do it often. I ordered a #9 double large sized with a coke, my boyfriend ordered Angus thick burger meal large with a root beer and we got an order of onion rings. I specifically asked them to make my food fresh. I was told it was fresh. We walked 5 mins home sat down and pulled out our food. Both fries were so old that they were clumped together and smashed. The onion rings were all falling apart and barley warm. The burgers were cold and the buns were so wet it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. The lettuce was so bad I could smell it before I opened the box and not in a good way. And my burger was not done.
Desired outcome: I want a refund

You have an employee named Stephen Sutter very young and totally rude. I go to this store alot Jose is the mgr nice guy. I was there at the drive thru I pulled up, I ordered two classic burgers, he charged me for one and said he would add another,next thing I know he's all pissed off ,tells me to Shut up,then he slams that glass window in my face
I then waved down the other girl to get the mgr Jose came over I asked what his deal was ,just then Stephen walks over yells at me then slams the glass window so hard Jose thought it was going to break. He apparently did not like the smell of my truck inside smoke, I wasn't smoking either.. wow he needs some serious help to act like that. I ended up paying for my order but not getting my order. Needless to say I will never go back to that store for fear that kid could pull a gun on anyone.

This manager woman, short, older light hair Hispanic totally speaking to the young very tall, middle Eastern girl looked about 18/19. She is obviously new, young and trying to help out customers. The Hispanic older women's demnour is tense, gets in this girls personal space, this young girl clearly shuts down and blanks when this women is speaking at her not to her. The Hispanic women says you have to listen, you did this mistake already. She should pull this girl to the side, not embarrass this girl who is clearly uncomfortable.
Desired outcome: For this woman to go to training on how to communicate in the workplace.

i went to your facility at Ajo and Park in Tucson, AZ after 6 a.m. when the restaurant was supposed to be open and the manager said they do not open until 7 a.m. the posted hours clearly stated 6 a.m. If this is true then the posted hours need to be updated. Super Star combo meal
Paid $16.00 for one Super Star combo meal which is way over priced for fast food. When I opened the bag at home 10 mins later, the fries were not cooked correctly. The burger had no cheese for which I paid. The lettuce on the burger was brown, the onions were soggy. I asked for extra onions, and they told me extra onions would be an extra charge which is ridiculous. I already over paid for the meal and didn't get a good meal. I ordered #11 combo since it’s above the pictures of the chicken tenders, just like all other orders in your menu! I tried calling store and no one answered when I called…so i went to the store and explained what happened, i was told i had to pay again for what i wanted. The #11 is a hamburger and it’s something i can’t eat! Your menu is confusing and i urge you to change it so it’s not frustrating.

I am filing a complaint on behalf of my dad who placed an order on the Carl's jr app and my brother went to pick it up at the 140 foothill blvd location. When he went to pick it up they refused to fulfill the order because it "didn't show up in the system." My brother showed them proof of the order via email and they still refused to make it. My dad was charged twice! My brother spent a half an hour proving to the cashier that the order was placed and paid for but they still refused to fulfill the order. If something is paid for then it should've been made. Over a week later my dad hasn't been refunded and he was charged twice on his card.
