On the 07/01/2020 I went to Chicken Licken to buy Soul Sister 4 with Cone Ice Cream, when I arrive at home my Son took small packet of chips and ate I then open the Box of meal only to find that 2 pieces of meat was not fresh. I then tried to call them 3 times but the was no answer. The next day I took the meal back .I Requested my money back and in full hence I have used my petrol The man by the name of Samuel told me that his Manager say they can't refund me full because the chips are not there .He then gave me R55.00. I requested to talk to the Manager but he refused to come and talk to me. I am not happy for bad service I received from the Manager who refused to talk to me.
