Children's Place I am complaining about poor management

The general manager Bozena Zuckerman from store 96 ( Staten Island Mall) is not fit to be a head manager. She is rude to customers, I have seen her personally mistreat ALL her employees. She forces customers to sign up for credit cards and half of the time the customers do not know their signing up for those cards. She takes advantage of her employees and only makes expectations for some employees.

Children's Place employee

On June 7, 2018 I was in the Murfreesboro, TN location shopping. As soon as I was done shopping I went straight to the register to check out and left. A few minutes later I receive a phone call from the store claiming that another customer misplaced their phone and asked if I had it, I simply replied no and hung up. As I was on the phone with the employee, named Hannah to be exact, I receive text messages from said customer accusing me of taking their phone. Soon after she calls and is claiming that she is going to turn the location on as well as look at the cameras to see if I took the phone. I replied back and told her, "Ma'am I do not know who gave you my number first without my permission but I did not take your phone. She asked for a description of what I had on and I provided that information to her. I told her if she wanted to look at the cameras to go ahead because I did not see a phone anywhere I was in the store and that once I was done shopping I went straight to the register and left." A few more words were said and I hung up the phone.

Now, I do not know how you operate your stores, but giving out a customers personal information without asking them first is illegal. Hannah had no right to give the customer my personal telephone or even be looking up my information herself. For my safety I do not know who this person is and what she could've done with my information. I am not only upset about the situation, but I also do not know if I will any longer shop at your facilities.

Children's Place service

I got a present from a relative of mine who lives in LA.
All the cloth that were on the present doesn't fit my child (he is 1 years old while the cloth fit 6-9 month).
Because I live in Israel I didn't have the opportunity to replace the cloth until today.
As I visit the store I talked to the manager named Liz which said I cannot replace the cloth and thats the store policy (the cloth has the price on it and of course that haven't been worn/used).
I told her that it doesn't make any sense that I receive a present that doesn't fit my son and all I want is to replace in order to have cloth which will fit him (not refund!).
She had no willingness to help what so ever!
For now I'm stuck with 7, 8 items that I cannot use.
That's the worst service I ever got!
Because I come to visit often in the USA I can assure you that I'll never buy in the Children's Place and will tell all of my friends about the solution of yours which is in other words:"the customers problem".
All I want is to replace to have regular cloth for him and all I got was 100% opacity from the manager.

Children's Place poor customer service

I placed an order online and it was sent back undeliverable due to no address on the label. I called customer service, which is clearly outsourced to another country. I could barely make out what was being said to me. After 35 mins of I'm sorry can you repeat that, I was told that I have to wait for the package to be received then reahipped. 3-6 weeks. My daughter's graduation dress was in that shipment. So I informed them I couldn't wait that long. I was told it the items would be reshipped from the distribution center which will take 7-10 business days, JUST FOR SHIPPING. Now I have to go out and change my child's entire outfit for graduation because that's not enough time. I am going to cancel this credit card and NEVER shop with them again. BUYER BE WARE

Children's Place rudely treated

My Mom and I went in the Childrens Place in Asheville, NC at the Outlet Mall located on Brevard Rd. My Mom wanted to return a pair of shorts and because it was past the time she could return them, she wasn't able to. I explained to Employee Clarissa that my Father had been real sick since she bought the shorts and passed away. We had to be home with him 24 hrs. A day and was not able to return them. Her response was shoulder shrug as if to say "Oh well, I can't help it that your father died." She was extremely rude. Maybe if she would have said something like "I am so sorry, but our return policy is etc..." instead, she shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to tell us what a strict return policy your company has! She lost quiet a few good customers today. I know nothing will probably ever come from this, but she needs to learn to some people skills!

Children's Place returns past return date

I had 2 pairs of shoes that were 30 days beyond their return policy and I was not able to return for a store credit. I was offered the same item in a different size if they could locate it. The only reason I kept so long was because I had tried twice to exchange for size but the items were not available so I thought possibly my kids feet would grow a bit and they would fit. Unfortunately the length fits but the shoes are still too wide and their feet slip out.
I have been a dedicated customer for 8 years and I myself have worked in retail for the past 25 years. To not be offered anything in the store while I was purchasing more product is such a bad customer experience. A merch credit for in store would of kept me happy and would of been used in the same transaction. I had to call customer service to complain only be given points on my account to cover the cost of one pair of the shoes. This is very disheartening as I will never again shop children's place and will let everyone I. An to not shop here as well.

Children's Place rude store manager - horrible check out!

First trip to the store to use my new CP Credit Card and the 30% off coupon that came with the approved CC application.

Had no trouble until I checked out and was told I could use the 30% off coupon with another $10 coupon for signing up for text alerts.

Once my order was ready for payment the clerk told me the 30% coupon was already used and wasn't working. I informed her I haven't used it and there's a mistake.

Cashier had her manager "Sam" come over. Sam proceeded to assume the situation and asked to see the email I received. I handed her my phone and she made an ugly face and made a negative comment about the age of my phone (really!?!?).

Once she saw the email proceeded to tell me the coupon was expired, so I showed her a calendar. This manager made my experience so difficult over 30% off that was offered to me. Then she said I wasn't approved...REALLY...why do I have the new card in my hand. At this point I was so upset and my 3 kids were just looking at her like she was crazy. After a 15 minute stand off she gave me the 30% off, but wouldn't let me use the $10 off for signing up for text alerts. She was by far the worst employee I have ever come in contact with at CP. I hope she gets some customer service classes ASAP. She doesn't belong in an area working with the public.

Children's Place wrong information given to me

I placed an online order and I needed a different size so I went to a local store they didn't have the size however they took my return I asked about my $80 rewards and the girl told me to call customer service about my rewards because they couldn't see it in their system that they should be able to help me so I didn't loose it. I call customer service only for them to tell me that they couldn't give me my rewards back, rewards that I earned spending hundreds of dollars not giving to me for free. I am not a pleased customer will not shop there again or recommend the store to anyone.

Children's Place rude employees at great mall, milpitas location

I had the most appalling experience at Children's Place today (Great Mall, Milpitas). The staff was extremely rude and insulting towards me to the point that it was harassment.
When I brought to the store manager's attention that one of the staff members had been rude to me, instead of listening to my concern about lack of politeness from staff, she herself became hostile and started shouting at me. When I pointed out that being a manger she herself was not able to display the courteousness I was expecting from her staff, she started to threaten me, telling me to leave the store or she will call the security. I was shocked at how the two employees were clearly abusing the "power trip" they were on and instead of trying to professionally address my concern, they were clearly in alliance to protect each other. I left the store not wanting to further create a scene but My two girls were crying after we left the store and kept asking why the lady in the store was so mad at me and why she was yelling at me.
I'm a health care professional with multiple years of management experience. I'm completely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and clearly, lack of proper training these two employees received. They both behaved as if they were ready to take on a street fight without regard to their professional obligations.
I plan to reach their supervisors hoping for them to get proper training in customer service.

Children's Place Unprofessional Behavior

The display of unprofessional was alive in this store. I was verbal abused by three employees. As I was approaching the counter the teller walked off. I was a bit confused as I was the only person on the line. When I asked her if another teller was coming, she said that she would be right back. When she returned, she took my items, scanned them and threw the items I was purchasing amongst the counter. The flip flop that I was purchasing said buy one get one half off. To be sure, I asked her if that was correct. She said yes. When it was time to purchase, I gave her my phone that displayed my rewards and she snatched it out my hand and almost dropped it when giving it back. By the end of the transaction, I glanced at my receipt and was confused because she confirmed that the flip flops were buy one get one half off. When I questioned the price, she got upset and asked another employee for assistance. A third employee jumped in and said "there's a line forming, why is this taking so long. I had a customer like this the other day and I was about to choke her out."

This is really upsetting to me. I was very fearful especially after just two weeks three employee killed a customer in broad daylight right in the store.

I really hope there is some type of remedy to this incident. I did not deserve to be treated like scum.

Children's Place delivery not received

I had a total of 4 orders first delivered no problem the last two said bad address and returning to sender. I never received the merchandise I tried to called several times but was quoted hold times of 20 and 30 minutes when I finally got through I was told refund processed as a courtesy I was horrified they would call it a courtesy. I ordered stuff it never arrived and they are doing me a favor by retuning my money? In the form of gift cards ensuring I am again forced to do business with this horrible country and whatever country they outsource customer service to their command of the English language leaves much to be desired. Since I have no children of my own I am in quite a quandary as to what to do with the gift cards. Since the shipping is most unreliable and the customer service unsatisfactory.

Children's Place promotions

The store and online policies are not on the same page. I have used all of my place cash at the same time at the store, come today and find out they will not let me use more than 6/10 cash rewards. I was told i would have to make an additional purchase to use the other 4/10 coupon, and a third purchase to use 25% birthday discount. This is unreal, and they are not informing consumers until they have already bought it and are about to use it. I will give the cash away. I am done and i will not be bothered with the nonsense they have going on!

Children's Place customer service

I ordered during the spend $20 get $20 promo. I ordered $100 worth of clothes before midnight and my order wasn't processed until after. I called customer service and they said they would honor the $100 in myplace cash. I haven't received an answer or the coupons. When I finally got an email response, I was told the spend $20, get $20 never happened and it was spend $20 get $10. I have emails to prove the double rewards existed so I don't appreciate getting lied to TWICE and treated like an idiot. I want this resolved. Immediately!

Children's Place online services/ customer service

I placed an order online on April 6th. When trying to check out and use my $20 in Children's place cash I kept getting an error message saying it would be applied once I checked our using my Children's place cc. So upon hitting submit I realized it did not take my $20 off! I immediately sent an email to their customer service and got an automated reply stating that somebody would be in contact with me in the next 24 to 48 hours. I never got an email or phone call and today when the package arrived I called customer service to tell them what was going on. Their response was I could drive 45 minutes to the nearest mall to return the purchase and get my money back and try to re-purchase the items using the children's place cash in the store. Or I could pay and ship it back myself. I think it's very poor customer service expecting somebody to go through all these steps when your error message is incorrect online. I have been shopping with children's place for 14 years! And after the way I was treated today I will never buy from this company again and plan to share this experience with as many people as I can to hopefully save them the headache and troubles I have been caused. Children's place always runs sales and has a gimmick to how the savings can be used. This is not the first time that I have been cheated out of money by this company and I will not be a victim of their false advertising again!

Children's Place customer service

Sunday March 8 2018 I went to your store #1213 California Tyler Mall I bought a lot of merchandise but the line was really long and only 1 checkout lane it is very disappointing that being such a busy store only 1 check-out and then I was very upset that I wanted to purchase a backpack for my daughter and they couldn't get the SKU none of the bags had it they has to call other stores the people were waiting in line it was to much of a wait so i just left

Children's Place store manager was rude and unhelpful

Went to store # 1930 8180 park lane Dallas tx 75231 on 04-02-18 at 7:30 pm and store manager Ashley was rude and un helpful along with another female employee there at that time. I went to exchange some shoes I purchased on Friday for another pair of shoes it was a 2$ difference for the new pair I wanted to get and Ashley wanted me to pay 17$ for the new pair when I asked why she laughed and said because thats what you need to pay if you dont want the new pair dont get them. I could not believe she told me that as I asked her is this a new policy I have my receipt I just got the shoes 2 days ago and yoe want me to pay 15$ then I should she said yes. I have never had an issue before at another store to exchange something but apparently she had new rules and wanted to be rude that day. I will never be back to this store I was humiliated she made me feel like I wasnt a customer dont understand why these employees are so rude. I checked the online reviews of this store and rudeneess to customers happens here alot why havent yall done anything about this?

Children's Place long line only 2 line open then left a sensor on my clothes and the police ran behind me like I was stealing

I was in oakwood children's place 3/31/2018 when the line was all the way to big boy there where three lines then the manger pulled the young man off the register and had only two registers open. I checked out while walking out the door my bag go off and I walk back in where I looked through the bag and found a sensor on my clothes ...There were two officers that ran up like was stealing the manger was in the front of the store thinking that it was funny that and officer was coming behind me ...
P.s this store is a mess I felt so embarrassed... I don't think I'll be going back ...

Children's Place visalia mall,

It is March 27th at 4.45. I received the worst service ever tiny little young girl rude and lacked common sense, the store had trash on displays, was a all over awful visit I will encourage everyone I know to stop going there. Pretty much all I can say about them. My daughter loved this place l. One of the people representing your company sure needs a lesson on how to work with the public.

Children's Place rocket ship blue infant sleeper

My partner and I purchased a ton of clothing during the recent 60% off sale at the Children's place in willow grove pa. We purchased the sleeper pictured below. We washed and dried each item as we do all purchased clothing before allowing our child to wear the item. The blue dye from the sleeper rubs off to the touch. There is blue dye on our hands and shirts from holding the item against our bodies.

This is a great disappointment at the item was washed and dried.

Children's Place online order

I ordered my son some denim jeans (4) graphic tees (4) the items were too big so I took it to gateway mall exchanged them all for smaller size I got home saw online toddler clothing are cheaper, so I called CP I was no given price adjustment. so I went another store to return all items I'm so dissatisfied with CP I'm not spending my money there anymore they lost a good customer. I had a CP credit card someone did fraud I still shopped but nomore. order number [protected]
