All employees even the manager never smile. They seem to frown all the time to the customers. I've been coming in this branch a few times already and they are always frowning. Also, they are very loud inside the kitchen. They shout at each other as if they are in a market or "palengke". They are very unfriendly and they are very noisy. They also don't let customers change their orders. They serve small chicken part.
