Umorder ako ng 2 solo order ng pork chao fan topping fried siomai at lumpiang shanghai. I orderd around 13:12 pinaupo ako ng kahera at not saying kung ilang oras ang hihintayin ko. Gutom na ako at buntis ako. akala ko mabilis lang ang serbisyo kaya dito ako umorder. umupo ako at nag aantay na dalhin ang order ko. 1:45 inupdate ko yung kahera kung ilang oras pa. umakyat sya para iupdate kung di ko pa iupdate di nya ipapafollow up. coffee in paper bag dropped on my foot caused first degree burn
I bought 3 breakfast meal and the crew placed 3 coffee in a paper bag which gave way and dropped on my foot which caused first degree burn. I didn't receive any apology from the crew and i didn't get any attention from the manager. The crew should have placed the coffee on a proper holder but he placed it in a paper bag which didn't hold 3 coffee cups. No apology was given whatsoever and I am suffering from sore and swollen feet.

insect on my food
Hi this is Kristine, i ordered a take out meal from Chowking Pureza, dated [protected], receipt number [protected]. Unfortunately, there is a fly in my food. So, I end up throwing up my food. I was not able to go back to the restaurant to have it changed because of the weather. Hoping that Chowking can see this post and do an appropriate action. This is so absurd.

I would like to raise my concern on the Chowking located at Maimpis, City of San Fernando Pampanga.
Every time I order a meal to them the food is not available and most of the meal are the new meals that they offered.
I am totally dismayed because it was even displayed on their menu board.
Hope that this will be resolve on this branch, I believed its was already their culture on that store.

Hi Good morning! I just want to give a feedback to one of your crew in Chowking Dimasalang branch. She's very rude, We were waiting for our take out and what happened is, I asked her that "Miss, excuse me pwede pafollow up." she rolled her eyes and said "Che..." Ganon na ba talaga kahirap kumuha ng mga crew na may respeto. Kasama ko pa lola ko that time. I asked her name to the other crew who serve our food. He said that it is Glady's but Im not sure if it is her real name. Ang kulit pa ng pinagtanungan ko, nakailang ulit ako ng tanong sagot niya sa akin "Bakit...bakit nga.. Bakit" Ano ako tropa niya? As if like hindi ako customer. Then maybe she just invented the name Glady's. The girl I'm pertaining to is short and chubby, assigned in the right side of the counter.

Hi good afternoon! I'm one of your regular customer at chowking anabu kostal. But I felt dissapointed about the service of your drive thru last week, i think its friday (mid afternoon) may sakit ako nun kaya imbis na mag dine in kame nagdrive thru nalang kami ng husband ko at ang binili lang namin ay Wanton mami with Pineapple Juice. Sa una palang sa pagbabayad palang sa window 1 ng mga binili namin medyo nakakadisappoint na ang manner ng crew niyo like tinatanong lang naman ng asawa ko bakit umabot sa ganung halaga yung binili namin samantalang alam naman namin yung price nung food, ganito po ang nangyaring conversation ng husband ko at yung Drive thru counter niyo na lalaki:

Nagstop na kami dun almost 10 mins na namin hinihintay yung order namin. nakita ko na yun product na ok na pero hindi man lang binibigay sa amin at para lang makuha yung order namin pumasok nako sa loob ng store para ifollow yung order namin. Imagine? Drive thru pero 10mins na wala pa din? Iaabot nalang hindi pa magawa ng mga crew niyo. Nakakadissappoint kayo sa service. Sobra!

I placed an order at around 12:34 pm via chowking hotline. I called again at around 1:45 pm to follow up the order and the branch called me five mins afterwards. Food was delivered around 2:10 pm with 200 php GC. My lauriat ONLY containes pansit, rice, SSF and 1 fried siomai. The other SSF meal I ordered doesnt have chicharap as well. Orders were late and incomplete. Called the hotline already but no update as of this time. I did not order chicharap separately knowing the meals have it. But apparently, there was none

It was around 11pm, last friday July 27. Me and my sister went to have our dinner in the above mentioned branch. The branch has 4 counters but only one is open to take the orders before my turn a client already left, I've waited for more than 10mins in the line. And since only one counter is open, the cashier took my orders as take out instead of dine in. The service should have been faster if they open another counter. And to think that its friday and peak day. The manager should have thought of that. And im feeling sorry for the cashier, because her manager doesnt know how to emphatize.

I am complaining about the bad service/s that i have experienced again just this morning at your G/F SM-Megamall Mega Fashion Hall Branch.
I am working within the vicinity of SM Megamall that is why I would consider myself as a regular customer of this branch (for almost 4 years).
I am visiting this store for about 3-5 times a week and most of the time for breakfast.
Details:
* it was only 9:35am when i orderded for a King's Breakfast (coffee drink) and staff have told me that it's was only the "tapa" is available.
* I was already pissed off because nobody have the time greet me when I entered the store
* most of the staff are busy replenishing their stocks in the counter
* the manager on duty don't even care to approach me or ask the staff to attend for my needs
* the counter staff also have shown a disinterest attitude assisting me, as if i am just an interruptions for she was doing.
These are my concerns:
* I am wondering how come coffee is always not available/ready in the morning knowing that the store was offering a breakfast meal.
* They only have one coffee dispenser, that is why when several customer/s asked for it they will inform the customer to wait
* I believed that breakfast should be offered until 10:00am strictly; or for some cases they should also be willing to extend a little bit depending on the need/s of the customer.
* I do not want to compare, but other fast food chain has the willingness and capability of extend their breakfast even beyond the scheduled 10:00am as long as there is a demand for it; I would say that is the real meaning of "Good Customer Service" and "Customer Satisfaction".
* When I told the cashier that "Never mind"; she thanked me but I felt insulted may be because of my desire to have that meal and her manner of delivering the message.
* When the cashier had approached the manager on duty and told him about me, the manager doesn't even care to talk to me and explain why I cannot have that breakfast/no longer available and why do I need to wait for 10-15mins.
* When the cashier have told me that I need to wait for 10-15mins if i really wanted the meal, it sounds like i do not have any other choice; knowing that it was only 10:35am and I will be working at 10:00 am so definitely i really cannot wait and accept their options (no options at all/very disappointing)
In this regard, kindly explain or tell me if I really deserve such treatment from your company or why do I need to have such bad experience even I was a regular customer.

I just want to share my experience one your Branch (Franchise) here in Chowking Bayanan Bacoor Cavite, The incident happened to day, we dine at the said branch, my companion placed his order and then gave the 500 peso bill together with the Happy Plus, and with NO questions asked, the cashier load the 500 to the Happy Plus, without our consent, and when my companion asks the cashier about his change, the cashier said that the total 500 was on happy, mejo nagulat din kami, hhindi naman namin ipapaload yung buong 500 para sa Happy Plus, and when we dine at the table, lumapit si Sir Manager saying na hindi na daw pwedeng ma unload yung 500 because kawawa naman daw si Cashier (Female) kasi siya ang magbabayad. Nagsorry lang siya and then he left, with no action taken. Walang nangyari at kami oa ang nag adjust sa kanila. So pano yun? parang kasalanan pa namin na mali yung Cashier niya for not asking their guests kung magkano iloload, and pano kung yun nalang ang pera namin? pede ba naming ibayad yung Happy Plus sa Jeep? sa Taxi? syempre no! Please orient your cashiers and also the Managers to handle this kind of situation. Hinayaan lang kami ng manager na umalis ng inis sa service nila, sana hindi na ito maulit para naman babalikan kayo ng mga Guests/Customers niyo. Nagorder kami ngayon ngayon lang sa chowking FCM branch around 2pm today july 28. My order is sweet n sour fish lauriat, chicken lauriat, pork chaofan and 2 kangkong for out. Nanghingi kami ng toyomansi and it turns out when we got home, wala! Also, walang kalamansi! Kulang kulang ang condiments!
Worst is, pagbukas ko ng order ko na sweet n sour fish, sweet n sour pork yung binigay samin! E hindi ako kumakain ng pork, ano kakainin ko ngayon? Itatapon ko nalang tong order ko? Yung cashier niyo napaka rude! Nagtanong yung mother in law ko if available yung happy plus niyo, nagmake face siya at nakasimangot pagkasabi niya na hindi to gumagana. Walang smile, walang thank you. Tamad na tamad magtrabaho. Gusto ko magcomplain on the spot kanina pero walang manager na visible. I would like to hear back from you ASAP! I would like to report the delay in delivery from Chowking Alabang, Muntinlupa. The order was placed 7:26pm and was expected to arrive around 8:26pm according to the app, the delivery boy named George Onia arrived at around 9:34pm. I was asking for a gift certificate for this, he didn't bring any, instead gave me a receipt so i can instead claim it, as he said, only in Chowking Madrigal branch, which is another inconvenience in the part of the customer because we have to travel all the way to that branch when in fact, if he provided us with a gift certificate right away, it can be used in any Chowking branch. This is inconvenient in the part of the customer.

I ordered past 9am at CHOWKING MAINGATE in Angeles City and my order didn't come. Almost 4hours waiting for the delivery but it didn't come. 3times followed up but nothing happened. They said they will give feedbacks but they never called me. No information about what happened, they just didn't deliver my food. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER HERE.

I was chewing at my food (sweet and sour pork) half way eating when i suddenly felt something hard tried to chew on it but i felt it was not part of the meal. When i spit it out it was a broken part of i think of a plastic glass. Fortunately it did not pierced any part of my mouth since that thing was kinda pointed... i did not finish it coz i felt dissapointed since i frequently dine at chowking.

Hi. This is Guia Cebrero. I am writing because I want to report my experience with your delivery service. I am extremely disappointed about the inefficiency that I experienced today when I ordered via your hotline. I called around 7:30am only to be told that the store that caters in my area(Century City Makati area) still opens at 8am. I was asked to call again. Understandably, I called around 8:10am and placed my order. I was told that my order would arrive in 40-45mins. At around 8:30am, a branch called me from Fort saying that the call center made an error in sending them my order and they told me that they cannot serve my order since it is too far. They even asked me to be the one to call the call center again. When I called the call center again, they just told me that they already filed a report and it is the most they can do at the moment. I had to wait for someone to call me without knowing if or when my order will arrive. After around 10mins, someone called me saying that my order will come from Reposo branch instead and it would be another 45mins. I feel like this kind of inefficiency is not expected for any fast food chain. More than 1 hr waiting when I could have just ordered from Mcdo or Kfc. After complaining to the last caller from Chowking, they said they would just give me GCs, but when my order came they forgot to give me GCs and they had to deliver the GCs after an hour. This is very disappointing and I hope you can do something about it.

I was extremely disappointed on how your staff is handling your Unciano branch in Antipolo. We went for a drive-thru last night at around 11:30PM and had to wait for more than 30 mins to get our order. The customer before us ordered a lot and your staff wasn't able to cater all of it on a timely manner. I was surprised that they didn't ask for that customer to drive forward and made them wait at the waiting area. Instead, they held the line and finished that customer's order first before moving to the next customer. Then finally it was our turn in front of the window. I requested to speak to the manager to get some explanation. The manager in charge at the time was Ron and the staff in charge of the register was Rowena. When asked what he plans to do to mitigate the situation since we've been waiting for more than 30 mins now, he responded with "I-pprioritize na lang po namin yung order nyo." Did he seriously think that would satisfy us? We're already in front of the window, ofcourse they should prioritize our order. One of the worst things he did was that before they completed our order, he talked to Rowena first to get her explanation as if he had no idea of what was going on. That took a good 5 mins before they decided to complete our order. The guy who took our order also didn't make use of the screen to recap our order and give us the total amount of our bill. It feels like no one there's no sense of accountability in anyone at that branch, no one was seriously thinking of the customers' well-being. They all feel like they're just there to get their paycheck and do as little as possible as not to tire themselves like they have better things to do at the time than to work.
