Chowking Chicken Lauriat and Chick n sauce lauriat

We ordered chicken lauriat and chicken n sauce lauriat at Chowking tagaytay sta.rosa road near paseo. Siningil kami ng 5 pesos sa gravy dahil nakahingi na daw kami twice pati sa sa soy sauce 5 pesos din but there's siomai to our lauriat orders and chicken yhe main meal. Regular customer kami ng chowking and hindi basta basta ang inoorder namin sainyo lagi. Para sa gravy and soy sauce lang kapalit ng order namin sainyo kailangan may bayad?

Nakakaoffend ang mya employee dahil binibilangan kami kung ilang gravy or soy sauce na ang nahingi namin.

Kung di nyo babaguhin ang protocol sa lahat ng branch nyo, I'll assure you mababawasan kayo ng customer.

Kami ng pamilya ko will never order again in any branches if ganito kayo

Bakit laging close ang cr sa chowking edsa starmall at chowking edsa greenfield district(pavilion).pag tinanong ang staff ,sira ,barado daw,at hinaharangan ng upuan.paano nman ang mga customer nyo pag nangangailangan ng cr.sana mabigyan ng attention ang concern ko.thanx

Chowking Lack of professionalism as promised to the customers.

Store: Chowking SM Dasmariñas, Cavite

Date of Purchase: Dec. 12, 2022

Ordered Time: 6:43PM (15Mins Promised Time)

Received: 7:47PM

Orders of other people are already coming out but my order was still pending and it took me an hour to wait for my food even if the promised time was only 15 mins. One of my order (12pcs Steamed Siomai) was very late even if I already told the manager that other peoples order has also steamed siomai at the top of their meals, but why is my order are still pending though I was the one who ordered first.

Chowking service

I am complaining about what we encounter yesterday around 11am, December 8,2022. I ordered 2pcs chicken and 1pc chicken with pancit canton,the cashier then told me that there serving time is 30 minutes so I told her its so I requsted the particular part breast part since my mom don't eat other part of chicken and she is a senior citizen already, so the cashier told me its not allowed to request part, whatever they served that it! Even the manager told that its not allowed to choose,so what's the point of waiting for 30 minutes if we can't get what we want! Super bad service, even the manager so rude to think my mom is a senior citizen and she is very hungry that moment. So what I did I cancel everything and transfer to other fast food. I hope they don't do it to other costumers super bad for the business.

Chowking Slow service and the service crew is kinda rude.

December 09, 2022 9:50AM we arrive at chowking near cubao farmers mall and we order food however the service crew told us the waiting time is 25 mins. We agreed on that, Time past by it's already 10:40AM and still there is no food on our table and we kinda frustrated because our lunch time is roughly losing because of the long wait. We ask for a follow up however we receive is wrong information because the crew told us is 25 mins its already 30-50 minutes past by and also the crew told us that the time on their system is late by 10 minutes this is a complete mess.

Desired outcome: I would like to have atleast an compensation for this inconvinience because this is a complete mess and also i was a chowking customer for almost 10 years however this experience is [censored].

Chowking Missing item / order # [protected] tanza branch

Poor customer service for hi top chowking malapit s anonas lrt station

Tinanong ko yung crew kung matagal pa ba ang order ko imbis n I entertain ako tinuro ako s kitchen ... seriously ako ang mag follow up ng order ko s kitchen... ndi ako mag papa change or replacement dahil talagang ndi ko kinuha ang order ko s sobrang tagal... gusto ko lang n aware kayo na ang bagal ng service ninyo... un approachable pa ang crew ninyo... sana ma improve nyo yan isang halo halo lang inabot ng 20 to 30 minute...

Chowking Unattended at counter and lack of crew

I was waiting for morethan 10 minutes and waiting to take my orders. When i ask the crew she is not in her mind to take my order. It takes 20 minutes to take my order

Chowking Rude staff

I went to Chowking SM Light Mall. I wanted to have a follow up of my order, I approached one male staff asked how my order is going, he did not bother assisting me and instead went in a different direction without me getting any answer. When my order came no one handed it over to me. Instead the manager of the store just called out my number and left my food there on the claiming table. How poor customer service you have. Never again

Me and my senior citizen mother dine in at one of your Branch in 168 Mall and awaited for atleast 15 to 20 mins for our food Order and it was fine.

While at the "Claim Here" area i politely ask the Announcer "Joseph" for assistance for bringing the tray upstair and he sarcastically replied "Balikan nyo na lng" with even using either "Po" atleast..

i understand that they are really busy specially lunch time but im seeing several crew roaming around they couldve ask for help..Is this the kind of Employee that provides good customer service?. I wonder who hire this kind of employee..

im not happy with the result since we traveel like 2 hrs then the service was inappropriate especially im with Senior Citizen.

Same Goes with Manager "Carlos" the name. We are in second floor and approached us saying "May naghahanap po sa inyo" and i ask whom? " Hindi ko alam puntahan nyo na lang sa ibaba" referring to the order number that we have. Since there was no speaker upstair for us to hear the annoucement. Such Unethical Gestures working in the Fast Food Chain.Unacceptable so rude.

please escalate this employees on this branch "Joseph" and "Carlos" was their name. I will make sure that this will gontonthe higher management as well

Chowking Poor customer service and bad behavior

I ordered at Chowking Cabanatuan City with 3 orders of Chao Fan; 1 siomai, 2 lumpia, and halo-halo. After the cashier took my orders, he put a tray on the side with pending number, however, he did’nt say anything. I asked him if my orders will be served but he just ignored me, that’s why I decided to sit on our table. Afterwards, our meals were served without the drinks and halo-halo. I talked to crew on duty and he said “kunin ninyo nalang po doon sa counter” I said “ay kahit po kayo naka missed out, kami pa rin po kukuha ? ” crew responded “yes, po. ” then I was like, huh? is this kind of service they have here ? I immediately talk to cashier who took my orders but instead of saying sorry for inconvenience, he blamed instead.

Chowking Service attitude

The crew in chowking pasong tamo told me to change seat since he was about to clean the area. I was with my 1 year old son and was comfortable already with our current table. After I transfer to another table, he didn't clean the area that I was with before and he just went away and eat. It was so disrespectful that he was so urgent to transfer me to another table to clean but he didn't do what he supposed to do first. He also brought a high chair for my son with a broken seat belt. Is that the service you have here in chowking?! If so, I would be dining anymore in this kind of restaurant

Chowking Late order

I ordered alc. wanton mami and chaofan w/ drinks at Chowking Naia T3, i order it at 3:30 and i follow up my order to their foodrunner because its already 20mns she said "saglit lang" while continue walking to Dining Area she did'nt notice me if how many mins i'll wait then i receive it 3:50, then i request for a chilli sauce and calamansi she only look at me and turn around without response anything like "hello ayaw mo ba ko kausap?" So disappointed lang, she's not approachable, or saying sorry for the late order -,- i did'nt see her name but i only remember that she has a tattoo on her left arm/hand.

I'm a food panda rider at natanggap ko sa device ko Yung chowking-Dasamariñas at panda go ito. Once na panda go na natanggap ko, it means sa inyo umorder Yung customer nyo. At kayo Ang nagbook sa food panda, Kaya may karapatan din po ko magreklamo sa inyo kasi kayo naman Ang nagbook sa food panda.

Ang reklamo ko lang Dito ay napakabastos Ng guard nyo at dalawa nyong crew. Lumapit ako para kausapin crew nyo, tinawag ko crew nyo na lalaki Sabi ko ipapacancel ko Yung panda go nyo kaso napakabastos Ng crew nyong lalaki inalisan lang ako sabay may lumapit sakin na crew na babae kinausap ako. Maayos ako nakikipag usap sa kanya, Sabi ko saan po ba drop nito ma'am, Sabi Ng crew nyo Tierra Nevada, nagulat ako kasi napakalayo sobra at napakababa Ng bigay sakin at Sabi ko kung pwede ipacancel Yung panda go nyo kasi napakalayo sobra Ng cs at napakababa Ng bigay sakin 51 pesos lang nasa Dasmariñas ako sabay deliver ko sa gentri. Kahit ibang rider magrereklamo sa inyo.mabuti kung mag aadd kayo tulad Ng ginagawa Ng ibang branch, kaya Sabi ko cancel na Lang kesa magpa add ako sa cs Magagalit pa sa inyo Yun at tatawag sa inyo pero di ko ginawa Sabi ko cancel na Lang sabay lumapit Yung guard, sabi sa crew na babae ano ba problema nyan! Sabi Ng crew na babae I cancel daw Yung order, sabay Sabi Ng guard hayaan mo Sila! Sila mag cancel nyan! Sabay inalisan kami Ng crew at guard para akong Tanga don na nakatayo na walang kumakausap sakin. Ang bastos Ng guard nyo at crew. Kung pwede pagsabihan yang guard nyo o di kaya patanggal nyo na. Mali sya Ng kinakalaban! Ayusin nyo to Chowking ito pa naman pinakapaborito Ng Pamilya ko kainan sabay ganto Yung guard nyo napakabastos. Dapat di sya ganun mapa customer man o Foodpanda o kahit sino pa man Makita nya na papasok sa Chowking nyo gumalang sya. Chowking Customer Service. RUDE STAFF

Hello good day. It happened yesterday, October 15,2022 nasa cashier kami 12:56pm something then nakuha namin order mga 1:20pm up like that.

Gusto ko lang po mag complain sa staff po ng Chowking Robinsons Marasbaras Branch. Specifically yung isang staff niyo na nag a-announce ng number ng for serving na menu. Dalawang babae at isang lalaking cook na nasa loob mataba na lalaki. We were patiently waiting for our order but unfortunately, yung mga nasa huli kong linya na customers nauna pa ka-serve ang order. May isa ko pa ngang kakilala na nahuli sa pila, natapos nalang siya sa pag kain, hindi pa na seserve ang order namin which is yung order niya at order namin is may similarity di nnaman. May manok din naman. Ang sabi daw ng staff is linuluto pa daw ang manok. But ang question ko, bakit yung nasa huli, may na seserve na manok din naman. At ang masama pa don is nung kinakausap ko sila, NAKATALIKOD SILA HINDI SILA HUMAHARAP SAKEN. Hindi nila kami binibigyan ng information na maam ganito po kasi ka minutes or ka tagal bago maluto ang manok po ganyan WALA. HABANG SALITA AKO NANG SALITA, NAKATALIKOD LANG SILA. IN SHORT, WALANG RESPETO. sana may pleasing personality mga tao niyo dun para at least matuwa customers niyo. Kahit yung mga cashier dun nagsasabi na kanina pa nga daw kami NAUBOS NALANG ANG PILA NANDOON PA REN KAMI.

Sana mabigyan ito ng action ang please let me know. They need to learn their lesson na dapat di lang sila tanggap nang tanggap ng sahod.

Chowking Halo halo - small size

Hi good afternoon Ma'am / Sir. I am complaining about the product that I ordered from foodpanda. I ordered

Dimsum Chao fan steamed beef siomai, Chinese - style fried chicken and super sangkap halo - halo small size. I only received 2 products and missing the halo halo. Maybe the assemblers forgot to portion the halo halo. I ordered Tuesday Oct 11,2022 at exactly 11:21 A.M. Pls I wanted a refund for the halo - halo if possible and if not just deliver the missing item which is the halo halo small size. Thank you

Chowking Product and service

Lagi kami dati sa chowking central mall binan ng asawa ko, pero naka ilang beses nadin kami lumilipat sa ibang branch dahil, sa lagat ng pagkakataon, wala silang softdrinks, my time na ang chao fan di available, at madalas na pag no choice kami, malamig na ang food na nasi-serve nila at makunat nadin ang siomai, ang tangin mainit nalang is ung wonton soup.

Pag niyaya ako ng asawa ko na kumain sa chowking, wala sa choices namin ang chowking central mall binan. Pag no choice nalang talaga pag meron kami sadya sa nasabing mall.

My time din na ang pera ko is 1k then ang order namin ay nasa 300 plus, naturn-down kami dahil walang barya, never nag initiates na balikan nalang namin ang sukli after namin kumain, which is loss of sales ang nangyari.

Desired outcome: Hope to improve food quality ang freshness. Kasi mas masarap at mainit pa kumain ng fishball kesa food na siniserve sa branch na ito.

Chowking Bad service

First of all, I am very uncomfortable with the service. The floor manager has a bad attitude and does not provide accommodation. She looked angry every time anyone approached her.

Then came my order, I ordered CHICKEN LAURIAT but they missed 1 item. They said they offered it, even though they didn't. They want it to look like I'm lying. I wouldn't recommend this branch and I would warn everyone I know to go here! Very disappointed! !

Ngaun umaga ako unang customer; grabeh kabagal ng service!

Chowking Incorrect order

Nakaka disappoint kayo chowking muntinlupa bayan I ordered medium pineapple juice for my drink since hindi ako pupwede ng softdrinks pero yung dumating at nakapunch sa receipt ko large coke mahirap bang intindihin yung order ko kung not available naman sana nagcommunicate muna sa costumer before mag decide ng choice of drink ifollow sana yung order kaya nga nagpadeliver na lang ako para less hussle pero ganito yung dadating sayo .

Chowking Incorrect order method

This is happened last September 15, 2022 at around 1335h casher Anna who assigned for panda Go delivery dispatcher but suddenly she got a mistakes of her order she make COD instead of paid on line. Then ng bumalik ako sa ck unciano hindi nila binigay Yung bayad ni cs at Pina pabalik back lang nila ako hanggang yun October 6 na at ng nag follow up ako muli ngayung araw ganap na 12:56 ng hapon ang kaherang Naka duty ay pabulyaw na sumagot saken na ka panda raw ako mag reklamo. Subrang nakakasama lang ng loob dahil ako na nga ang nag abuno sa kasalanan ng kahera ganon pa ang gagawin nila.
