poor service
I ordered pork chao fan w/ fried siomai past 1PM via Grab Reward, dine-in. Inspite of several follow ups with a crew & 2 trainees, my order has not arrived. On my 4th follow up, I overheard the crews that my order has been on the counter for quite sometime & has not been delivered on my table. The food is already cold & served as "take-out" when in fact the order slip indicated that it should be "dine-in".

It happened yesterday may 29, 2019 around 7:50pm when I went to your imus nueno branch... I stated my order to the cashier and gave me the waiting or pending number 87 and I waited on the dining area ofcourse... Then I noticed parang mejo matagal ung order ko kse normally mga 10mins lng un or less parang max n nga ung 10mins until binigay sken ng crew ung order ko n 2 wanton mami then took my pending number sbi ko may 3 chowfan pko n inorder then nghintay ako mga 5mins p ata until tumayo ako and ng follow up s cashier tapos ung cashier she checked ung paper bag don s may malapit s lagayan ng siopao then she said n un dw ung order ko and she noticed n ung nakalagay n number s paper bag eh number 12 while ung akin eh number 87... Then she said n sorry dw kse ngkamali then I told her n ang tagal ko nghintay s dining area tapos ung order ko was just sitting on the counter area and kung hnd pko lumapit eh hnd ko pa malalaman n ok n pala ung order ko... Ng sorry nmn xa and said n hnd dw nya alam kung bakit ganon ung ngyri then I asked her just to call her manager then ung manager named jerrah approached me and same as her crew ng sorry and said n hnd na mauulit dw un... Nung una sbi ko I dont want to make a big deal out of it pero when I saw that it seems like shes not even interested s pg ccomplain ko mejo nainis nako and I said n ano gagawin nila don eh ang tagal ko ng nghhntay don for me every minute counts and may nghhintay n pwd and a 9year old kid s bahay... Kaya ngako umorder nlng s chowking kse para mapabilis nlng kse ung mga nghhntay sken eh gutom na tapos gnon lng pala mngyyri nghintay ako ng matagal dahil lng s neglegence or pggng incompetent nung kung cno mang ngkamali don... At isa pa ung manner nung manager n para lng dn ako nkpg usap s crew n halos wala akong nfeel n sympathy and assurance n mggng ok ang lahat parang hnd xa manager at all or rather baka nmn pagod n xa s work nya and she needed to rest s bahay nya and don nlng xa... Sbi nya sken aalamin nya kung cno ung may kasalanan non and will give me a feedback (I was the one who insisted for her to give me a feedback) then I gave my number to her... But umaga na at wala akong nakuhang feedback sknya... Cguro nmn bago nag out ung mga crew nya don eh nakakuha n xa ng info kung cno ung nglagay nung maling number n yon dba? Pero wala it seems like hnd nyako sineryoso at all... Maybe because I was wearing pambahay lng and hnd mukang sosyal kanina kaya hnd nyako cneryoso and she just gave me those lame promises just to shut me up? Well I guess shes wrong kse customer service kayo and she should know how to handle that kind of situation with assuring statement to make the customer feel n important kami hnd ung paulit ulit n sorry n ngng cliche nlng kse nga paulit ulit nlng and mukang hnd nmn xa sincere... I know n hnd n mababalik ung nasayang kong oras kanina but I want some resolutions... Cguro kailangan mg undergo s training ulit ung crews nyo and jerrah the manager para next time hnd mfeel ng customers nyo n wala kyong pakealam s oras nmen...

Hi good evening. Salamat po don sa crew at manager ng Chowking Sta. Lucia branch nawala ko kase yung wallet ko as a student malaking halaga na rin yon kasama ng cash card na andon. And then sobrang thankful ako kase ang babait ng crew nila don. They contacted me on messenger saying na I left my wallet and one of the crew surrender it to them. Kinontak nila ko agad and willing to wait sila for my response sana marami papo kayong matulungan at godbless po. May 27 2019 i went to Chowking Sta Lucia Branch here at Cainta to buy some food then suddenly i left my wallet, i dont know where. Then luckily the manager of the said branch reached me on messenger to inform me about the wallet i left in their store. He said one of the crew surrender my wallet to Mr. Thane Jemari Dumlao the manager of Chowking Sta Lucia Branch . Atlast i found my wallet with their help. Their very accomadating to surrender my wallet May 29 i went back to store to get the wallet i left. Napaka bait ng mga crew nila don di ko inakala na mababalik pa wallet ko kase diko alam san ko nawala as a student napakalaking kawalan sakin non kung saka sakali . Kaya thankful ako sa Chowking Sta. Lucia Branch Cainta Rizal sa mga crew members nito lalo na sa manager nila . Im the one of avid fan of their beefchowfan with siomai and wanton mami . And even my girlfriend too . I would like to complain your crew at chowking san joaquin pasig branch. Her name is MAU.
I went on your store yesterday, May 28, 2019 at around 7:15 in the evening to buy just 2 small halo2 to take home for my parent. As i entered on your store, she was processing only one person(so i'm the next) while the other counter has 2 more customers in line. As I stand on the line, She immediately told me to transfer on another counter (kakapasok ko lang ha, wala pa kong isang minuto s pagtayo.), so I transferred. I waited long because the counter was processing longtime. And then, new customers came and I was shocked that this MAU called them and processed. I was looking(she was also looking at me!) at her, expecting her to call me since she knew that I was the first who fall in line and waiting so long but she did not.! I was almost left alone standing and waiting there while she already processed all next on me in the line!(maybe 4- 5 customers!) She was just looking at me repeatedly! I told the crew who processed my order to say my complain on the manager on duty, I said on her that if MAU did not ask me to transfer, I'm done already and MAU did not even care to call me and just looked at me the whole time! but i'm not sure if she tell the manager. I did not caught the attention of the manager as I saw customers needed their service.
Please orient MAU regarding Customer Service cause I think she doesn't know it.! I do hope that this complaint will reach your management and that it would never happen again to anyone.. To be honest, I came on your store happy but I left it disappointed because of MAU. She ruined my day!

sprite and the poor customer service
We ordered food with sprite as preferred drink. Yung sprite iba na lasa, eh hindi pa ako naguumagahan tapos yun una ko nainom kasi tagal ng food. Pota residue na pala yun. Kaya iba ang lasa sumakit tyan ko after 20 mins ng makakain ako. Eh may job interview pa ako nun. Sobrang badtrip. Tapos yung halo halo namin ubos na food namen wala pa halo halo. 1pm ang balik namin sa inaapplayan edi nalate na kami. 0 customer service. May baba pa dun nagrereklamo mali daw napunch na order. Sabi nung crew yun daw nasa receipt. So kasalanan pa ng customer na hindi nilinaw yung order bago nagpunch.

Decided to walk and dine at V Central Mall chowking branch, kawit, cavite due to (unavalable halo-halo at Kuya J). So upon entry, I immediately asked the cashier if they have available halo- halo, and he promptly replied, "ay marami pa po maam". Okay, well said, so we sat down and talked about our orders. After decision was made, I them came up to the counter to have our orders done, "3 milky white halo-halo + 3 orders buchi". But to my dismay, he looked at the fridge and told me, "ay wala na po". So I said, "Kala ko ba marami pa? Panong wala?" And he replied unapologitically, "super sangkap lang po ang meron". Without a word or an apology. So we decided to move to Mang Inasal were we received best service.
concern about halo-halo
Here at Chowking Malolos Crossing, napansin namin yung ingredients nila na banana at yellow beans ay mejo luma na. Yung banana lasang panis at yung yellow beans naman ay lasang luma na. As my concern sa store, tinawag ko yung manager na si M' Roxy, di ko sure kung yun yung name niya pero yun yung naaalala ko sa nameplate niya. Agd agad naman siyang lumapit pero nung niraise namin yung concern namin e ang sabi niya lang e titignan niya. As a manager you should value the needs and wants of your customer. Kahit pasensya wala kaming narinig. Umalis na lang siya at kahit thankyou sa concern namin wal kaming narinig from her.

Chowking Branch here is Robinson's Place Ormoc City is the worst branch ever. They said our order would take only 15 minutes but almost 40 have passed but our food were not yet served even up to this time that I am typing this complaint. I have already called the attention of about four different crews but still of no avail. The ice on our drinks have already melted but the food was not yet served.
sweet and sour pork lauriat
I ordered sweet and sour pork lauriat and upgrade its drinks to pearl milktea on may 27, 2019 at chowking araneta center cubao near sogo. After 40 minutes of waiting, my order still didnt delivered to me. They told me that they didnt saw my table number and forgot my order which i believe its imposible since their store is small enough to oversee the table numbers. Out of anger due to my hunger, i insisted my order to be pulled out. The manager of the store immediately cancelled my order without compensation and with an angry face. This experience seems to be the worst experience i ever had in your company and this must be resolved to avoid similar scenario.

Good Customer Service is hard to come by these days. We were having our regular Monday lunch in Chowking, BGC. It was the busiest day of the work week and with the high influx of customers in the mainstream restaurants of BGC, we had to bear the long queue. Our team has a shared favorite - Buchi. Quite frankly, we had no intention of having additional orders. Joanna Marquez, the branch supervisor, took the initiative to approach us and offer assistance. She brought the GCASH QR code to us and provided the orders right away. We were able to avoid the long queue and are extremely satisified with how she went an extra mile for us. Kudos to the BGC, WCC branch for having her as part of the team!

I ordered sweet and sour pork (2x) and chicken lauriat earlier today via Grab app. However, there were no chicharap and gravy for chicken upon delivery. We were not informed about this. Based on the menu of chowking, chicharap is included when you order these items. Please remove chicharap in the picture if you will not include it in the delivery. This is misleading to your customers and false ad (Republic Act 7394).

Gusto ko lang po sanang i-complaint yung kahera ng Chowking patindig araw nasa POS sya malapit sa main door. Napakarude kasi ng behaviour nya towards sa mother ko. Ang ayos naman ng pagkakasabi nya sa kahera na nakatake out yung reg na asado pao, choco pao tapos yung chicken naman walang gravy. Kaylangan nya pa bang magdabog sa harap ng nanay ko? nahulog yung pao sa sahig tapos yun pa ang balak nyang ibigay na product at yung pinangbalot nya ng mga for take out ay ipinatong nya pa sa basahan. Matagal naman na kaming customer sa ibang chowking store. Ngayon lang kami naka encounter ng ganyang treatment. Nag transact sya between 2-3 in the afternoon today.
Gusto ko lang pong iacknowledge si kuyang matangkad na naka white kanina. Ang galing niyang mag handle ng customer kahit na napakaraming tao. He can wprk under pressure. Kudos sayo kuya( diko nakuha name nya eh ) keep up the good work po!

Nagtakeout po ako ng 3 pork chowfan, 2 pork mami at isang beef .Pero paguwe po namin yung beef mami walang siomai ! di lang yan yung una na may kulang sa order ko sa store na yan nung umorder din ako ng take iut kulang naman ng egg rice lagi nalang may kulang ! poor service 😤 nakakadismaya kase konti lang naman yung tao ng time na yan ! dyan lang sa store na yan ako nadismaya 😤😤

I ordered chicken lariat with wanton soup and pearl milk tea worth 159. 00. I requested for chili oil because I want something spicy. The cashier said that chili oil is not for free.. What? I did not expect for that.. I have been loyal costumer of chowking since then but that was the first time I charge for chili oil. The tray that used for serving is also dirty.

Super late ang delivery. Nag order ko through food panda and completed at 12:14. I was expecting my food to be delivered at the time phrase given pero hindi! It took 2 hours na and until now wala pa rin. I Called the cp number for that branch sabi nakaalis na daw ang rider. Nakakaloka hanggang ngayon wala pa! Kilalang compang pa naman kayo sana maganda din ang service. Nakakadismaya lang. Sana ayusin ng management to. Nakakagalaiti.Thanks.

late response on the ordered canton
We ordered pancit canton from the chowking-cubao farmers branch. They took our order around 8:52 pm and they served first our meal but the said canton was late. It took so long! Ive been calling the attention of the service crew even the counter (for about thrice) and yet no response. It is so disgusting! I talked to ms. Astrid- counter: for what happened in our ordered canton. She said nandun lang sir - i told her that i would like to cancelled the said order because we are in a hurry that time.
- 2nd, they were not approachable! They didnt even smile my god!

I called in 5/21 at around 10:25PM MNL to order. A girl from the branch who will supposedly deliver my order called with the phone number above saying that milk tea is no longer available. It was completely fine.. I went on and gave her the adjustments to the orders which will be made. Once I tried to order pork chao fan with fried siomai, she said it will take minutes as they are closing "... pa close na kasi kami." I again said it's okay. I have to order a few more because the minimum order should be PHP200 which is totally okay with me. I am willing to adjust and make sure we hit the minimum for the delivery even without the milk tea.
Later on, I ordered shanghai which then again she said will take minutes because they're closing. I ordered another chaofan to make it at least PHP200 only for her to reason the same thing - which I already told prior that is okay.
She said that at least 5x ; saying that they are closing. It makes me wonder why they would advertise that they accept deliveries until 11PM MNL, and yet would talk to me in this manner. Does chowking close out at 10PM? and tell everyone else who come in or order delivery that the last hour before 11PM is for them closing out? Seriously?
The girl who talked to me clearly was triggering me to cancel the order. She was not concerned that I will not get the milk tea (or any drink, as none is available she said). The way she talked, she clearly was pushing me that. It would have been okay if she just told me right away that she decides I can't get the order even if I called in before 11PM. She wasted my time and made me upset.

First time to order at Chowking SOLANO branch, i requested for CHILI OIL for my CHICKEN LAURIAT and another one for my FRIED DUMPLINGS. To my surprise the crew said that they have a memo regarding chili oil requests.
That states that they will only serve chili oil for siomai orders ONLY..
DI BA MAY SIOMAI DIN YUNG LAURIAT NYO!

May 22, 2019 around 8pm and everytime na kakain ako dito I'm very disappointed. Bad customer service. Masusungit yung cashier and parang mga bingi yung mga crew. Kumain ako uli doon dahil no choice, doon ako inabutan ng malakas na ulan. Nung omorder ako and humingi ng chili oil pero sabi ng cashier may bayad daw sa pork chow fan with fried siomai (Totoo ba ito?) so I paid then after ko magbayad nung humihingi na yung cashier dun sa isang crew na nakikipagtsitsismisan ay galit pa kapag natitigil magtsismisan dahil may iseserve. Galit pang tumingin sakin yung crew. Chowking baka pwede nyo ayusin ang service at staff nyo sa 10, 10 Shaw Blvd, Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig. Yung ibang Chowking na nakakainan ko sa Shaw ay ok naman pero ito worst talaga.

They should've place an announcement or memo that chili sauce already has a payment and cannot be served on anything but siomai. It is cost is cheap I know but when I spoke to the manager named Mark, can he not give at least a one time courtesy since we often eat here? It is just sad! I hope that you can be better in giving service and courtesy to the people loyal at your fast food. Unacceptable!
