Hello good morning po , grab rider po ako pmasok po yung booking around 2:06am 2:08am na panch ang order lumabas ang order is around 2:47am ng march 28 , 2023 . Grabfood order number 959 . Ilang beses po akong nag follow up ng order ng costumer sa grab . Halos wala po ginagawang action ang manager on duty na venice ang name at cashier trisha . Sobrang tagal ng order tapos nung nag 25 mins na nagfollow up po ulit ako ang sabi po sakin is cooking time daw po . Then ilang minutes pa po bago lumabas ang order . Sana po magawan ng action ang complaint na ito . Kasi halos walang ginagawa ang manager at cashier . Thanks in advance .

I order my favourite halo2x in chowking 24hours caminz Zamboanga city today at 01:00am I waited for long time then when i took my order i immediately asked the crew why there’s no icecream on top then the one who prepared it asked me if the cashier didn’t inform me that the icecream is not available i said she didn’t informed me because if I knew it i will not proceed with my order, since I wanted it badly i just took it without icecream i just feel bad I waited for long time that happened please pay attention with the service

This is happened earlier at Chowking Glorietta CK1679. I'm on the line, while waiting on my turn. After finish the transaction of the girl before me cashier cherry leave the Counter area without noticing na susunod na ako at kailangan niya ng itake ang order ko. Naiwan akong nag aantay sa kanya, buti nalang wala ng ibang customer na nakapila sa kabilang counter kaya natake ng isang cashier ang order ko. I ask her na 'san nagpunta yung kasama mo? Kasi hindi manlang siya nagsabi bigla siyang umalis. Sabi ng cashier hindi kopo alam. On my part nabastusan lang ako sa ginawa niya sa akin kasi hindi naman ako ganun sa mga customer. Honestly, I'm retail employee also kaya alam ko kung paano itreat ang mga customer. Wala naman akong magagawa kung may gagawin siya sa dispatching area, ang sa akin lang sana nagpaalam siya para hindi ako naiwan na parang tanga dun.
Rude Attitude - Crew Name: MARK
We've been dining in at Chowking SM Bacoor quite often but this crew keeps repeating his rude attitude towards customer. I should let it slide since last year but I should take action because my senior father keeps encountering his rude attitude or maybe to some other customers also. Whenever we asked for something he would usually not nice and not accommodating. Grumpy! My father is a senior citizen but the way he talk is no respect at all. Please do something about this. Thanks

I went to CHOWKING rest.-Robinson Mall Gen. Trias Cavite on March 16 10am. Owner of the franchise DOES NOT maintain quality standard. It was poorly operated & I was VERY DISAPPOINTED on these orders:
1. Wonton noodle- NO spoon for the soup
2. No chopsticks
3. Milk tea-NO specific straw for tapioca. Imagine how disappointing to have milk tea using regular spoon to just scoop tapioca instead of sipping it in the right size straw?!
No wonder that branch is becoming unpopular due to non compliance with the company’s standard!
Desired outcome: Have proper utensils for customer use: 1. Right spoon for the soup2. U call this Chinese fast food but NO CHOPSTICKS 3. So FRUSTRATING drinking/ eating Milk Teas without the right size straw!
Automatic upgrade, no choice.
At chow king, rosario branch, the customers are left with no choice but to uograde their drinks to medium. They said its automatic even if regular drinks on iced tea are requested as indicated in the menu boards. You have glasses for medium but not on regular? Just out regular drinks on large glasses then. Clearly you are forcing customers to upgrade their drinks to increase your sales. Unsatisfied customer here.

Complaint ko lang sana ung ugali ng cashier base on her nameplate Rona ang name nya. So ganto po yun. Lumapit ako sa counter for ordering sana. i asked the cashier (rona her name) if available ung counter na un kasi wala naman nakapila. pero sabi nya sa kabilang counter nalang daw. pero ung may pumila na iba (2 student) sa counter nya. inassist nya agad. what kind of attitude is that po? naminili sya ng guest ganun. naka break lang ako that time kaya lumapit ako sa counter na un. Yun lang po. Salamat

I just want to complain your crew named JOSHUA ABELLA, so arrogant and doesn’t know how to respect and treat well your costumers.
I waited so much time and when I made a follow up on him in claiming area he never even mind me, he just keep on serving to those food coming from your kitchen, I just stand in front of the claiming area waiting fro for his attention to ask me til there’s somebody, one of your crew wearing white collared shirt then he took my receipt bring it to Joshua and that’s the only time he check my order and call your kitchen crew about my order then after giving me my chao fan order with steam siomai he tell me to go infront of the cashier to take my halo halo and ice tea, bit they lost my receipt so I still have to waiy again, they verify my order to the cashier who took my order, I ask their manager Ellaine to furnish me copy of receipt but their machine was too slow to function so I just talk to the manager to talk to Joshua and she told me na pasensya ma po. Since no receipt was provided, i took picture of my number and my orders. This was last March 5,2023 at around 5 pm to almost 7 pm, imagine my waiting hrs of almost an hour.
Desired outcome: Talk to your crew named JOSHUA ABELLA - simply let him know that respect and patience should be included on his job, I understand his tireness but services were included in you products.
Dried and hard chix n sauce and below 80g
I bought a chix n sauce meal I paid 205, at first no available soda she asked additional payment for medium icetea/pineapple juice what a modus, si customer talaga magadjust dahil wala kayong soda? 2ndly wen the order food arrive after how many minutes the chix n sauce is already dry and hard and puro fried na harena. And I asked for a manager but sad to say these people always wanted their customers to wait. Manager pa namn sana pero pinagaantay ang customer? Sayang potential ng store very poor service and even product serve! and even restroom inutil, sorry for the word.

The cashier ought to have informed us that the [censored]ing egg rice would take that long to prepare so that we could look for alternatives that wouldn't take as long. We didn’t have any compensations for this [censored]ing delay!
Desired outcome: Provide some [censored]ing clearance to the customer and let your cashier be transparent as they can, if the order will take too long!
Pag sinabi ng cashier na 10 minutes po, it means 20 minutes. Times two ang actual waiting time.
Poor service on charging customers
I visited today Feb 12, 2023 Chowking here at Midsayap Cotabato at around 9am. My family ordered 3 meals. The cashier ask what is our preferred drinks, she gave us option of ice tea or pineapple juice. So since its a meal I concluded its all included with the price. When I checked the receipt, I was charged of 90 pesos for the juice. 30 pesos each meal. What upset me is that she should have inform me fo the extra charges. I am dissappointed because in the menu it shows that the drinks in included for the meal package. I hope there is a proper training for the staff how to talk or politely inform the customers.

Your chow king branch in antipolo in front of the churc. Poor service & rude staff.
We ate lunch just now here at Chow king Antipolo Branch, and because your store is a bit small on the ground floor for dine in customers, we were forced to go up to the second floor to eat. So we ordered at the counter & we presented our Senior cards, & paid. My wife & me, went up stairs, knowing that our ordered food will be delivered by their staff since we are Seniors & accustomed to that practice since we frequent your SM Taytay branch. I called out to a waitress in the 2nd floor a couple of times & she seemed deaf or avoiding requests. Upon approaching her, she said that it’s self service, even for Seniors. What if we stumble down the stairs carrying the tray of food! Pls. Improve your Service & Care for Customers.
Desired outcome: Improve your in-store customer service and Care. Conduct seminars with your staff so they’ll know how to properly deal with customers.

I called Chowking hot line between 9-9:30 am to order for breakfast, an agent named BON answered without asking my needs with 'breakfast is not Availble' without asking if I need for delivery or take away then I visited the branch safeer mall ajman at 9:40 as I'm working on the same mall and It was Availble, my concern is the agent is not providing proper information and this is not acceptable as this is not the first time.
Desired outcome: Ahmet needs to be polite and ask what does the customers need, he can answer in many polite ways that it's not Availble at the moment instead of saying not Availble in all the branch
Poor and bad customer service especially the crew
Napaka poor and very rude ang mga crew especially sa counter. Mahinahon kaming naoorder since we know na queuing that time, we understand na ang daming orders at 45min to 1hr yung waiting, but your crew is so very rude, walang manners! Sobrang tataray ng mga nasa counter, papaulitin lang yung order para sure na naintindihan sila pa yung galit! Bad attitude!
The audacity ng mga crew nyo hindi ko kinaya! Hindi pa namamansin yung mga nasa production area kahit yung iba wala naman ginagawa. Iwas sa trabaho yan?
Even pag hingi ng water galit pa?! Dapat free lang yun and I was shook that I was need to pay for 15 pesos for three water sa baso. Tapos hindi ipapunch sa counter? Why naman ganun. Tho it is just 15 pesos and I already paid for it. Nagulat lang ako kasi first time kong maka encounter sa chowking ng ganito.
Again, wala silang narinig samin na kung ano while nag oorder ni hindi ko/namin sila sinigawan. Paki turuan at paki balik sila sa training ng maturuan ng tama kasi sobrang babastos nila.
Desired outcome: Paki ayos yung service crew nyo, paki turuan ng right attitude and good conduct.

I come to your branch in South bound NLEX san fernando pampanga around 9pm dec 27, 2022 when i entered to your store service crew is not approachable then i ordered but the main concern is the cleanliness of the dining, its really dirty, when i go to back station kitchen is messy, when i go back to my sit i saw the counter the garbage is just down the cashier and the crew is really not approachable i ask for water no answer just a wave of hand pointing in the back when i ask for chili sauce they turn back on me not getting my concern, the noodles is not properly cooked i just not get a picture of the store because am really piss off kindly do something about this am a regular customer and am also a licensed chef working in Cruiseline international do something about this

I order In chowking restaurant tonight 12/23/22 . My order came after 7pm. Inorder combo of chicken mami and siopao asado and 1 extra meaty siopao asado. But the 1 meaty siopao asado is missing. I contacted customer support thru chat for my complaints but unfortunately they can’t do anything about it. What is this every time there is a missing item they can’t do nothing about because of their policy. This is unfair to customers like me that we pay for the food but missing when they deliver.

It's actually not a complaint but a comment on the new taste of your chicken. It is not the same as that of before, before was far better than the new taste now, this time it taste like "an arab food".
Secondly, why did you phase out the tofu, and your vinegar for the tapa during breakfast.
my son used to enjoy the chicken but this time not anymore...while me and my husband used to enjoy the tofu and the vinegar with the tapa...but since no more...we do not usually go for breakfast at this time in chowking.

Hi, we are here at chowking robinsons imus. What a bad experience. Actually wala nmn aqng balak mag complaint kaso ung crew named marvin ung nagtatawag ng order laging tumatalikod. Sabi pa nya ung manager dw nagkamali ng pindot e wala nmn aqng maqtang manager na nandun Instead na mag apologize kasi nagakamali ng pindot dahil pinindot ung buzzer nmin n number 14, then pagdating q s claim area hindi nya man lang aq kinausap n nagkamali xa, okay lang nmn sana kung nagkamali xa kaso nakatayo lang aq dun kung hindi pa aq nagtanong hindi q pa malalaman na nagkamali xa then nakatayo lang aq kc sbi nya malapit n ung order q. Feeling q matagal pa so i decided to go back to our table. Then after couple of mins. nag buzzer n nmn ung buzzer, nung lumapit aq tumalikod n naman xa, hindi p kumpleto ung order q.
