Chowking poor etiquette of front liners /cashers

Chowking Gaisano Island mall Mactan LLC May 18 2019 around 7pm. I was very disappointed with the cashers about handling customers. They don't even Say a proper approach about asking customer's order or simply saying "Hi ma'am what's your order" instead saying "Yes? " "only" without a smile seriously?. And when someone Follow up because her order is not yet serve about 20mins of waiting the two cashers turn their back and talking with their angry faces. Is that how you give service to us as your customers? Hindi po ako yung nag complain regarding sa food pero I witnessed their actions towards the customer. Anyway please you are in the Food industry show us hospitality. If your excuse is you're tired then we are tired and hungry too. That's your job to give satisfaction if someone complained then give them what they need follow your food serving time. I didn't send this feedback to shame you but I posted this for you to become aware of your actions on handling customers properly. That's all thanks.

Chowking salt and pepper pork rice meal

Chowking's food and services are getting horribly and utterly POOR! Its a disappointment and shameful. You advertise delicious and well prepared food and sell at a medium to high price yet its entirely opposite in reality. Get this fixed you rascals!
Picture is taken at CHOWKING SM CENTER LAS PINAS.
Rice is scattered. Pork are small and few, and full of flour. Chicharon was only 4 pieces.

Chowking super late delivery

Hi I ordered today at 12:26 pm as per porcessed time order from their hotline. They told me that delivery time would take 75mins, so I said ok will wait. For dismay 2hrs already passed the food is not yet delivered. I called their hotline again, follow it up and told me they will call the serving branch J. Vargas, and the branch will call me.
After few minutes chowking green meadows called me up that there was a mixed up of forwarding orders. We were supposed to be catered by j Vargas.
I told him that the food were past 2 hrs late already and promised me that J Vargas will prioritize my order. As am writing it's already 2hrs and 40 mins late and still no delivery.

Chowking j Vargas store service really sucks. If it's not super late, they will deliver incomplete orders.

I've been ordering since 2012 yet the service is still poor.

I hope this will get management attention.

Chowking wanton noodles

Umorder AQ ng wanton noodles pero binigay skin na sabaw eh lasang tubig pero pinalitan nila ito ng substandard sabaw dahil tinimplahan lang nila ito ng pang beef wanton my picture pa AQ na Hindi ko mai upload dahil naglolokobang cp ko, pero Maki kita ito kpag nai upload ko din agad, ginagawang kagaguhan sa chowking pasig city sanjoaquin tigilan nila na ito masisira LNG ang pangalan ng chowking, sa namumuno nmn eh gawan nio sana ng aksyon ang mga reklamo ng mga costumer nio para tauhin kayo, wanton noodle nilagyan ng gulay na pang beef wanton. Chowking poor service nakasimangot ang cashier

nakapila ako ng mahaba ang tagal ko nag hintay para sa makaorder. nung ako na ang sbi ng cashier name shiela sandali lang po mam and then many minutes passed by wala pa din sya napansin ako ng isang cashier na nakasimangot na she smiled at me so i smiled back kaylie ang name kinausap nya yung susunod s knya kung oky lng ba n paunahin aq pumayag namn kc sbi ko PWD nmn ako at mtagl n naghintay nkaorder na ko at lhf di padn bumabalik ang shiela poor ng service nyo wg nyo iiwan ang counter kung alm nyong may mga naghhntay pa

Chowking moa besides kfc

Good day.. Due to your crew I lose my appetite. I order beef wanton mami and I understand that there so many costumer. They serve my order and I told them for the first time to pls cut the calamansi nicely so I can use it, but your crew come for the second time but the calamansi is the same as it is, I call another crew and tell to please cut the calamansi again and for the third time nothing change in the calamansi.. I lose my appetite bcoz im waiting for so long, I reported to the manager and they dont do any actions I give them my food and left.. Maybe next time please provide a good and desrving crew bcos theyre all like an idiots..

May my msg giv a little help to you and your company, so you can provide a good service to your costumer..

Chowking slow speed of service, poor customer service

I was waiting on a very long line at this branch May, 16, 2019 (8:00 PM) when a customer in front of me had many requests I think he's already senior citizen. The Register/POS lady was still like a trainee. She can't attend to the old man's request on a quick time it aeems like she's just playing around. When it was my turn to order she didn't welcome me first but chitchat with the other register lady about his experience with the previous customer. Additionally, the manager seems pissed off because of the long queue of customers, she was shouting out like no manners to the pantry/kitchen area for the orders. And the register lady is just like her, no manners, very poor service. They were just like playing their jobs. I hope they'll have a sitdown about etiquette.

Chowking wrong order given to me

Good afternoon. On May 16, 2019 12:40pm I ordered Salt&Pepper Pork Lauriat Solo (P155) for takeout but I received Salt&Pepper Pork Solo (P99). Tag outside the plastic and in the receipt says Salt&Pepper Pork Lauriat Solo. I did not go back to store because it is a hassle to me and there are many customers already. I didn't manage to take a photo of the food as Im very hungry already. The cashier lady told me to wait 10mins for my order but it came after almost 20mins but its okay.

Chowking wanton soup and yang chow f. rice

I ordered wanton soup for bfast so that I could have a hot soup but the one that was brought was already cold and the yang chow I ordered is too salty and greasy.. What is happenong to chowking? It is not just this store I am in right now but also some stores are also like this, I know these store are all franchised but you should monitor them, so dissapointed.

Chowking service

Grabe ang chowking sa robinson manila. Ngdine in kmi at ngorder ng chao fan fried siomai, wanton siomai. At fried chicken meal. Humingi lng ako ng chilli paste sinisingil b nmn ako ng 5 pesos! Pang siomai lng dw ang chili nl, e ano ba mga order nmin hnd b siomai? Silang branch lng ang ganyan. Pati mga staff wlng proffesionalism. Barubal pa serbisyo. Hindi pwedeng irecommend s iba. Im so disappointed.

Chowking call center

I called the 98888 hotline and placed an order at exactly 7:01pm. I was told that the delivery would arrive within an hour. And so an hour had passed and theres still no feedback from them and not to mention still no food. I followed up at around 8:15pm and again was told to wait for their update and yet no one even bothered to call or message me. It was around past 9, i called again and relayed my concern. My family was really hungry and yes chowking was our last resort so we were really waiting and excited for it. I was informed that the order was placed in SAN JOAQUIN BRANCH and again would be called within 5mins. 5mins had passed still no call and so i directly called their hotline only to be told that it was "OUT OF DELIVERY AREA" and so it was cancelled. IMAGINE WE WAITED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR! WAITING FOR THEIR ACTION ON MY CONCERN BUT THEY JUST PASSED ME FROM ONE BRANCH OR ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. THIS IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING. hope you can take action on the said matter

Chowking delivery

The delivery hotline number of chowking lopues east branch could not be reached for almost 30 minutes. So I asked the main branch which is bacolod lacson branch if I can order for food delivery. The girl who answered told me right away that if I can wait for two hours for the food to be delivered! She did not even ask on what to order yet sha already told me that it will take that long and it has been the usual complaints of customers! Please improve your delivery and customer service to your clients!

Una nag dine in kame, yung crew hindi masyadong magalang, bastos makipag usap and sobrang alat ng pancit canton tsaka sobrang tamis ng halo halo, yung ctr. Hindi naka smile and ang taraay. then pangalawang order is take out. Hindi maganda ang quality ng order ko. Ang tagal pa ng service. Yung shanghai sunog! Grabee naserved nyo talaga yun? Hindi nyo ba alam yung if its not right! Dont serve it. Kakadissapoint

Chowking delivery

I ordered earlier thru Food Panda a bucket meal for family lunch. I ordered it around 12:07 as per confirmation email of Food Panda. The delivery arrived at 1:55pm. We asked the delivery guy and he said they receieved the order 12:55pm. I sent a chat thru Food Panda app asking why it was late. They said it might be there's a technical issue on chowking side the reason they punched the order late. I attached in this complaint the chat transcript and my order receipt where you can see the time. This happened the second time wherein we have to wait longer time for delivery.

Chowking almost one hour service

kanina lang po nag order kami sa chowking gumaca about mga 6:30 nang hapon but yung food namin eh dumating na eh 7:14 i think may technical error daw po eh dapat po sinabi manlang nila na nag ka technical error sila para manlang po namin na matatagalan yung food na inorder namin pero di po agad nila sinabi yun kaya nag antay po kami nang almost one hour hays medyo nakaka disappoint po kasi kaya po ako sachowking nakain kasi mabilis service nila ngunit ngayon medyo na disappoint ako :(

Chowking I am complaining about the delivery service of chowking

Were located here in mckinley west taguig at cyber sigma bldg. Were paying and charged for the price but were not getting what we order. Last time i ordered a sp pork lauriat but theres no siomai inside. Imagine kelan pa nwalan ng siomai ang lauriat . And now wala yung drinks but its included on charge . Im so disappointed with this. One is enough and two is too much . Whoever the branch na ngdedeliver dto i will knew it and i will make sure that this will de escalated to the relevant government agency. Para wala na kayung mabigtima . Hndi nmn pinupulot ang perang pinangbbli nmn sa inyo. Were all working to live . Sana hnd kayo nanlalamang .

Chowking Service

Lagi akong nasa chowking para mag order ng Milk tea at Chowfan, I always took my dinner at Chowking located at Luzon Ave. Ang nakakainis yung mga crew, nakikita na sa dispatch area yung order ko na nilapitan ko na talaga since nakikipagdaldalan lang mga cashier at dispatcher, mas kumikilos pa ang mga trainees kesa sa mga naka uniform na. ALWAYS to. Seryoso, lagi tong nangyayari. Okay ang food, ang products, ang lugar, ang makakasira talaga sa inyo yang mga regular crew.. palitan niyo na yan at ng hindi kami magsawa

Chowking incorrect order served and counter personnel who's not attentive

The cashier was not paying attention to my orders. I even asked her multiple times why they did not have the card stuff for Jollibee (card, the Happy Plus card). I also asked why and she did not give me an answer and instead was handing me a glass of water that I did not ask.

Here comes my order (to go). The gentleman gave me the food and I asked if it had toyomansi and chili. He said they do not have that for take out and that they would have to put it on the food if I wanted it. I did not agree because it's "sawsawan" so why would I want that on my food when I'm supposed to just dip on it?

In the office, I was really hungry, I opened the box finding chicken instead of porkchop. not sure if the siomai is supposed to just be a single piece when i used to have 2 pieces of it. I no longer returned the food since I was hungry and the effort of doing it will just make me not eat at all. I immediately took a picture of the food and the receipt.

Get this corrected so it will not happen again. Horrible!

Chowking staff who called us about our delivery address

Just now, a staff called us asking about our address. I am used to this call since my place is tricky to find though it's very near to the chowking branch (Greenfield District). The staff was a bit impolite of saying "Mahirap po kasing puntahan yang sa inyo" (It's hard to go there in your place.) in a disappointed tone. As a customer, he seems to convincing me to cancel my order. I told him the directions buthe still sounds negative and I am not sure if he really calls me to deliver my order fast by asking me for directions or he just wanta to discourage me from ordering. I can hear him talking to someone in a reluctant tone. He even drops the call without properly saying goodbye. I don't even know who is. Upon receiving my order, I found out from the delivery man said "Kinuha ko ma'am kasi di nila alam dito." (I took it from them because they don't know here.)

I feel offended with the tone of the one who called me and even his discourtesy of dropping the phone without saying anything. It's not my first time that they called me for clarifications and I am grateful about it. But this is the first time I received such tone and discourtesy.

Chowking negligence of service

Wed like to complain about the incidence happened last Wednesday dated 05/01/ 2019. We called on your hotline to request a delivery at 7:20 pm. Then the customer service said, stay on the line she will check the availability of the branch on our area that can accommodate our request. Then after 2 mins waiting on the line. The customer service says the branch will cater our request is in Dasmarinas Highway Cavite, in front of Waltermart Dasmarinas Cavite. They got our orders then after they said it took 75 minutes to our area. So we agreed on that. Until 75 minutes has done already. We expect any call or text coming from them. But they called us twice, but then we couldn't answer there call. And after that we are worried already because the turn around time that they provided is already finished. But nobody informing us that our order is already cancelled. So we reach again your hotline to ff up our orders. Then we finally know that they cancelled automatically. First and foremost, we give two numbers that they can reached us if were are the delivery already. But Mr. Ace the immediate supervisor onnthe floor that time insist that it is our fault. Because we couldn't answer there call immediately. We as a customer we asked why did they cancelled immediately without informing us. We want a sanction, on those people who involved on that day. They doesn't know how to handle the customer. If they cannot do that better yet re-trained them or else Replaced them. There are more people that are capable and better person. Hoping for soonest feedback with us. Thanks
