I wanted to order Chao Fan with dumpling toppings. Then, they said it's unavailable. I ordered something diff. They said it's unavailable. Even the chicken is not available. I was frustrated that it's still showing available on the menu. They could have just posted that it's unavailable so we dont have to wait in line for a long time for nothing.We got no choice but to order something thats available which is chao fan with lumpia shanghai. They really took time, they served me a shanghai with no sauce and then they gave us a spicy sauce. Pls take note that not everyone is into spicy. I asked them to give me the original sauce for the shanghai. I ended up having soy sauce on my shanghai, did not even taste great at all. I was wasting my money. I should be compensated with my worst experience.

beef chow fan and packaging for take out
okay, so i am not about to complain but this really get my attention. i ordered an ala carte beef chowfan and a wonton soup.
well i hadn't finished my chowfan since it's somehow watery. it's like the newly cooked rice is stir fried as soon as it gets out on the casserole makes it MALATA. and i am okay with that, what triggers me to complain is the packaging since i don't feel like eating the food yet i don't want to waste my money so i planned to eat it later.
and they take out my chow fan on a plastic like a dog food. i heard that the crew asked me if they will use plastic and i just nod because it was to fast to understand yet i am pissed about my food.
i never encountered a take out of chowfan on a plastic bag. makes me sick to see this like a dog food. such a waste of money.
hope you would take actions on this because many people are suffering from eating disorders like me and this is just what i get. just lost my appetite, thank you

Hi I am a customer of Chowking San Pablo Rizal Branch in San Pablo City Laguna
Two times that I take out an order from that branch and those times there's an order that is not being put into the take out bag. The first time was a chowfan, then yesterday the forgot to put one asado and one choco pao. That is so irritating for the customer because we pay for that.
Please do an action for the crews there as it causes customer hassle and I felt that the crews are not paying attention to check if the orders are complete.
935 pesos change and receipt not given
Around 2am of July 27, 2019, I ordered for small milk tea and buchi to Cashier Pat, it cost 65 pesos, so I gave her 1000 since I don't have other cash with me. Pat frowned since it is a big amount towards my purchased of 65 pesos, but then she said, "mamaya na lang po yung sukli niyo."
So umupo na ko to wait for my order, then a boy service crew gave me my orders and took the plastic number. After this I went outside and waited for 10 minutes for my ride home to arrive. I was already at Gilmore when I realized that they did not give me my change of 935 pesos, so even though it is time consuming and stressful, I went back to the store.
I said to cashier Pat na nalimutan nyang ibigay yung sukli ko, then tsaka niya binigay yung 935 pesos. There was no sorry even for a fake one.
I politely asked for a manager but Pat said na naka break daw for 1 hour. Ganon ba kapangit yun customer service nyo na kahit konting minuto lang hindi pwedeng harapin yung complaining customer?
Cashier Pat sqid na hinanap niya daw ako, sabi ko kung talagang hinanap niya ko eh 10 minutes akong nag antay sa labas ng branch nila for my ride pero wala naman akong nakitang naghanap sakin.. Sabi niya hindi niya daw ako nakita.. Instead of arguing, I went home and I am here to complain.

I'd like to make a formal complaint about an incident which happened tonight, 26 July 2019, at one of your branches here in Festival Mall Alabang Level 1.
Around 3pm today I placed an order of lumpiang shanghai rice with medium pineapple juice (discounted since I'm PWD). I requested to have it delivered at 7:00pm in Hemotek Dialysis Center since I cannot order myself by the time I'm on dialysis. The cashier personnel agreed and asked for someone else's help before punching the order. I paid P72 after the discount and went to the dialysis center. Not an hour passed, while waiting for my turn to be accommodated at one of the dialysis center's machines, a crew already went there looking for me and holding my order. I told her that it should be delivered at 7pm. She apologized and told me that they will redeliver it at 7pm then she went back down.
It's offensive because my order was not properly endorsed by the first cashier personnel when she asked for another crew's help. That's the reason why after I ordered, they delivered it to me right away. Not to mention that their change on my P100 payment is short of P5.
Back to my main complaint, I finished my 4-hour dialysis treatment at 9pm and my order was never delivered. I hurriedly went to the branch and asked for a manager which was a good thing they still accommodated me even if it's closing time. The sad part was, even if I directly told them that I was really hungry since I was still not eating, the manager did not offer me anything just the refund I asked. Then, that's it. I walked out of the branch starving holding my P72 refund.
I talked to them calmly and politely but my voice was realy shaky due to anger and hunger. That's also the reason why I did not took a photo of my receipt and only asked for the name of the cashier which the manager said it's just "Ju".
Please do something about this. I don't know how will you address my issue but please, make a necessary action!

Nagorder ako ng pagkain at humingi ako ng chili garlic sauce tapos sabi naman serve naman daw tapos nung na serve na yung pagkain wala naman yung chili garlic sauce tapos try ko ule sabihin sa crew na chili garlic sauce, nagantay ako walang nagserve, kumain ako wala pa din nagserve nung hinihingi ko na sauce. Ang tagal mag serve at mukhang ayaw pa serve yung hinihingi ng customer.
Nakakainis talaga yung ganyang service sa kainan.
Nanipa pa ng upuan yung crew hindi naman sadya pero imbes na mag sorry tuloy tuloy lang sa paglalakad.

Ok pmunta ko s taas at sakto lumabas siya ksama ang 1 babae.. At tinanong ko kung sia b ung manager and she said yes... So kinuwento ko ung nangyari and infairness kay manager apologetic yung approach nia humingi sia ng pasensya at nirequest n sana wag n ikansel ung order but nacancelled na...
To cashier 2 named "jona" na sobra sa pagkabastos... Sana lang mabigyan ng karampatang aksyon at leksyon ang babaeng to... Kung ako n wlang gingawa s kanya at minuto lang ang itinagal s store n yun ay kaya nyang bastusin ng sobra sobra... Pano p kaya sa iba...

pork chowfan
I ordered pork chowfan with fried shiomai. The preparation was poor. There is a string of pancit bihon in it that shouldn't be included. It was very unhygienic. I asked the crew about it and they just reheated the chowfan. I asked them to take it out because I lost my appetite but they just put it inside the plastic without any proper packaging. This is worst and very unhygienic.

Hi good evening. I just wanna catch your attention regarding the attitude of your guard towards customer, i arrive here in chowking imus nueno around 11:10pm and it was raining papasok plng ako sabi ng guard sakin" iwan mo yung payong, sabi ko dalin ko nlng kasi bka mawala, sabay sabi nya na iwan mo jan mababasa ung sahig" napakabastos dba? Paki traine nman ng ayos at sana may good moral and right conduct yung hina hire nyo na guard. By the way i am peeson with disablity. I hope you do a corrective action for this matter. Thank you.

We are on kur way back to Manila from Pangasinan, and we decided to eat in Chowking Shell along NLEX Pampanga.
The cashier doesnt even smile at us and doesnt get our order correctly. Shes not as friendly and accomodating as we expect from this fastfood.
Our order came so late and we have to follow up several times, with just a 3 siopao and milk tea

I ordered last Friday (7/19) for future delivery at 7PM. Then by 5PM tumawag ako sa cs hotline nyo para makiusap na imove ng 8PM since malelate ng uwi ung umorder. Nag oo naman ung agent na nakausap ko. Then sa email confirmation na sinend nyo, I also clicked on the 'message the store' button at nilagay ko nga ang request ko. By 6PM, may doorbell ng doorbell sa bldg. Asawa ko lang ang nasa bahay that time at nasa cr sya. Panay pa dn doorbell ng delivery driver nyo na di nyo ata trinain on how to handle deliveries if unresponsive si customer. Sa kapal ng mukha nung driver nyo, nakuha pang pumasok at umakyat ng bldg at nagkakakatok ng malakas sa unit namin. Ganyan nyo ho ba itrain mga empleyado nyo? What's the point po ng paglalagay ng requested delivery time kung di nyo lang din pala susundin?! Seriously, an hour before the requested time of delivery? What if di pa nakakauwi ung umorder at ganun kaaga nyo pinadeliver? Eh di uuwi pala kami na sira ang doorbell namin dahil tatanga tanga mga drivers nyo na di alam ang protocol pag unresponsive ung customer?

I am very disappointed.! All this time? sa ilang beses namin kumain dito lolokohin pa kami? Counters should inform customers if large or regular lang ang drinks nila, wag dretso punch ng large! I know it could be one of your tactics to improve sales, but accdg to what happen, there is no such good suggestive selling!
And then, let us know kung 30 ba serving time nyu. And i dont think so, kasi nauna naman yung last na nag order sa amin. So disgusting! But Make immediately action plans though..

The service is very slow even they have too many crews working . The person on the cashier is unpleasant while speaking to my mom which is a senior citizen and The crews are just standing aside the counter and doing chitchatting. Hope you can educate your employees there and do some action to this. and it seems like the supervisors there is tolerating their employees in their bad customer service or could I say attitude. They should be more accomodating and welcoming.

Sa tinagal tagal kong kumakain sa chowking, ngayon lang ako nakaexperience ng basang chaopan. Panis na ung nakain ko?😡😡 iba na ung lasa at amoy samantalang kkabili ko lang un sa chowking sm makati before 6 pm july 18. Tapos kakainin ko sana siya sa byahe kaso di ko makain inabot siya ng before 7pm ko kkainin kaso pag tingin ko ganun ung texture at amoy. I would like to inform you that the same incident happened the last time I complaint.. My order was at the dispatcher's area already that was said to me by a crew
and told me that they'll served it after awhile but my order wasn't given to me. I waited for an hour for that order. Everytime I follow up my order they're telling me that they're already preparing my order but wasn't given to me for an hour. I even saw the crews playing with their mobiles while other customers were waiting for their orders. I could tell that the crews here at Chowking located at Commonwealth, Luzon Ave. was terminated after I sent my complain before, it was all improved after that. But it happened again, not just today but also the other day. But i just let it, but today's incident can't be forgiven. The crews were just on their phonesss! While us the customers were waiting for the orders.. I went to the cashier's and told them about my late order! And was surprised that the moment they saw my order, they're just about to make it!? I've waited for an hour!

We ordered for 2 beef chowfan fried siomai as toppings. After 10 mins, the orders of our companions had been served. Thus orders served are wrong, chicken was still raw and drops of blood were dripping from the plate. Our other companion ordered for fried pork siomai, thus she was served with beef instead. The other one ordered for pork chowfan steamed siomai, the one served to her was fried. And our order was running 15 mins. When it was served it was completely wrong. They gave us pork chowfan with fried pork siomai. We gave it back, when we gave it back we were told that we would wait for another 10 mins for our order because they haven't still made it. They were not busy, there were only few customers so I can't understand why they haven't made our orders. Looking forward to, your reply on this matter. Thank you.

Mean while habang kumakain na pamilya ko pina follow up ko order ko wala pa daw! So balik ako sa table namin! Kasi naka ilan tawag na ng ibang customer wala pa din ung order ko eh..
