chilli garlic (not worth of 5php)
I an one of your regular customer, and as a person with understanding, i always choose to understand the situation but this time i really can't. The chili garlic which is free have fees now of strictly 5 pesos. The problem is why the amount of chili garlic is always half of my smallest nail? I didn't approach the crew or manager because im not that kind of person but it keeps the cycle. I hope you strictly trained and analyze all the crews of all chowking branches. Generally, they all have bad manners and no respect in customers because if they had this would never happen. These crews makes chowking to have a bad image. Fix this, thanks.

Good day!
I have encountered poor customer service at chowking caloocan city inside victory mall especially from your manager having the name jhay on his pin. My daughter is a person with disability and we were ordering halo halo requesting for the beans to be removed since soya is not allowed. He kept on insisting for me to order milky white instead sticking to my order which I have never experienced at any other chowking branch. Telling me that my order can't happen due to the pre ready halo halo they have which by my knowledge it should be prepared upon order.
Having a family member having a franchise in laguna phils. Nora donato, I am frustrated to experience such customer service despite humility and respect i've shown.

substandard product and slow service
I ordered at 5:17pm. Around 5:30pm they served me the halo halo. The halo halo is noticeably not freshly made since the ice already melted and the water from the ice is very evident in the product. I followed up my order after the halo halo was served. What's worse is it took me until 5:42pm until the chao fan is served. And by that time my halo halo is half consumed. The food and service really sucks in this ck branch. I can consider if there are many customers but it seems the queue is not that long and many seats are unoccupied. There is also a lipstick mark in the spoon that i used. Don't know really if that's a lipstick.

Nag order kami thru online and may confirmation naman na natake na order namin. Provided na may chowking store na nagmagcacater which is chowking dasma along aguinaldo highway. So ayun nga waiting kami sa delivery namin.. Almost 1 hr na kmi ng hihintay. So i try to call the number of the store na pinrovide ng online . Myu god nung nkausap ko yung crew wala daw sila na take na order nmin dahil wala daw internet. Wala man lng call or msgfrom online na wala mgcacater samin dahil walang internet.! sobra nio kaming ginutim. Imagine dkmi nkpag lunch ng dahil sainyo ontime. Sana ayusin nio ang service nio. Chowking dasma alam nio na my problema ang internet nio sana ginwan nio ng paraan. Or sana tinake nio nlng ang order nmin dahil nkausap nmin kau directly.

Pls address staff to vigilantly check the stations for cleanliness. Early morning services should be checked also. Allow a mystery shopper to evaluate and give feedback. We've been going to this branch since 2017 almost everyday. I've seen some staff come and go, but one thing I can say is that the service provided before by the likes of joy and cherry by the counter is excellent. Unfortunately, it seems that kind of service is now missing. I experienced, they forgot that we ordered coffee and we had already finished the meal before they had it delievered. (my wife did a followup)
chicken lauriat
Very small serving of rice and pancit canton. Pancit canton has no taste at all, it's supposed to be saucy but it's so dry. And is there really only one siomai now? Really? The chicken doesn't seem to be fresh. The meat is a bit hard. I used to love chicken lauriat but now I don't even want to consider eating in Chowking. How disappointing! 😠😤😡

Hi I am the client at Chowking SM Sta.Rosa branch, I am a regular customer there and bought a pork chowfan regularly etc., and also you sell the chili oil for the Price of 5.00 but, I get mad to the manager here name: Pepito Huerta because what I request to them is to put only a little bit of oil on top of my rice just a little drop and do not put a chili just an oil to put some few spicy on my rice that was my everyday meal but everyday or everytime i went there he always face to me the rules that I need to pay 5.00 to put some come chili oil but what I was asking is a little bit of oil and I dont want the chili only the oil, but he remained for being rude to me and he said that when I come back again he will not sell me he will cancel my order at chowking how come he become a Manager if he acting like that way, lost sales just for his pride and how rude he said that to me infront of many people what a hell experience in SM Sta.Rosa Chowking...i will complaint him to DTI if he remain of doing unconsidered thing like that...

I am writing on behalf of numerous staff working for Chow King at various outlets.
On Sunday 16th June (Fathers Day) a store was exceptionally busy and a cashier on the day had a money discrepancy on a register.
I believe all cashiers have discrepancies occasionally!
The policy of Chow King is for the cashier to pay that discrepancy before leaving the store or borrow the money from a co worker. THAT POLICY IS SO CORRUPT AND WRONG!
No Cashier in any Chow King outlet SHOULD have to borrow money from any co worker, to satisfy Chow Kings corrupt policy! I believe the staff member cannot leave the Chow King outlet until the discrepancy has been finalised. That too is WRONG!
On Father's Day 2019 a very distraught cashier arrived home from work so distressed that the register was under and the cashier had to pay the amount of discrepancy.
Does crying all night with distress concern Chow King's management? Obviously not!
Your employee did not sleep that night due to Chow Kings policies.
That could mean the cashier possibly working for nothing that day.
Chow King Wins, Cashier loses!
In a court of Law the defendant is innocent until such time as they are proven guilty. As it should be!
Chow King pronounces you are Guilty until proven innocent. WRONG - WRONG - WRONG!
How dare you (Chow King) make the cashiers pay the discrepancy, without proper scrutiny and investigation!
I am led to believe that when the cashier is over at the end of the shift, that money goes directly to the company and added to the day's revenue. That also is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG
It MUST go into a miscellaneous (slush fund) account, and be used to balance discrepancies!
You (Chow King) have two sets of rules
1. If the cashier is under, they pay
2. If the cashier is over, that money is taken from them.
Another issue that Chow King has is they have no idea on rostering staff for their breaks!
Quite often staffs are required to have a 1 hour break after only 1 hours work, and then work the remaining 7 hours of their shift with only one 15 minute break.
That is just ludicrous! Four hours work maximum, then a break.
Once again Chow King has no concern for their staff. Ideally they should not get a break until they have completed at least three or four hours work. Chow King is violating Human Rights to the core!
Human Rights you may ask? Yes no consideration for staff at all!
With all due respect, I submit this letter to Chow King in a hope that they will review their processes, and make the work place a pleasant experience, rather than the staff being on edge at all times

Nag order ako kagabi thru 98888 they gave me 45 mins. So from 8:05 dapat 8:50 andito na, someone from the store(chowking pasig rotonda) texted me the amount and labas na daw ako kasi andun na yung rider lumabas ako and waited for 10 minutes wala namang rider 2nd balik kO kadadating lang nya.. He Handed me my order pero walang proper presentation i didnt get his name pa nga, upon checking sa bahay wala yung drinks. Hindi ko na pinabalik since maulan and wala naring iinom.. disrespectful cashier with worst customer service
6/29/2019 at 9 PM, we've decided to eat at Chowking SM San Lazaro, when I got to the cashier I politely told her my order even without any greetings from her, which is very unsual for every chowking branch, me: 1pcs. Chicken with drinks (Php 95), how much if I will upgrade the drinks to milktea? Cashier: what size of milktea? Me: Large size, Cashier: 54 Pesos and then I said okey then I ordered another rice meal chowfan with lumpiang shanghai toppings (Php 85) plus extra chili oil (Php 5), and then she computed my bill in the POS machine she charged me Php 369 for my order and give me waiting number for my order, when I got to my seat I realized that there was a problem with the order because the bill was too big for 2 rice meal and a milk tea, so I decided to go back to the cashier, when I got there I immediately ask for my receipt and then there I saw the problem she put different order when I clearly told her 1pcs. Chicken with drinks she put another rice meal, lauriat meal which cost Php 165, different from my Php 95, 1pcs. Chicken order so I told her that she put wrong order, she immediately call her manager without even talking to me or saying any apology for the distressed she got me, when the manager came he didn't even ask what happened they just refunded the money and the cashier give me the rice meals I've ordered and a waiting number for the milk tea without saying anything which I find very disrespectful for someone who caused such hassle I think the least you can do is to say at least sorry or anything but I've got nothing so I told her that next time she should listen well to the customers order, when I got back to my seat we immediately ate the rice meal while waiting for the milk tea, we're almost done with our meal but the milk tea was still queuing, I've updated my milk tea order to different staff there for 4 times already but the milk tea still wasn't there and then when we're done with our food the milk tea finally came without the receipt so I ask for the receipt and wait again which is another 5 minutes just for printable receipt. Overall I am so disappointed with their customer service they didn't treat well the customers, while eating lately I've observed that they prioritize chatting with co-staff over giving customer service that is why they lack on focus, plus the manager didn't even thought his staff how to respect, I hope that this will not happened again to another customer, thank you!

Panis po yung Rice na natake out namin at walang sauce yung siomai, walang cataup yung Friend chicken kasi we're expecting na kapag nabalot na yung take our namin may dala na pong ganin.

impolite staff/improper use of words
My husband was carrying our 1year old baby and I was 37weeks pregnant, there were customers ahead of us but they didn't even bother to prioritize me (still okay for me tho). After we paid for our bill, the cashier had given us our change and closes its drawer but lacks php.100.00. So I told her that i'd be willing to wait for it and to ordertake the customer behind me so that her drawer opens and I could get my change. While I was waiting, there is this girl staff telling the other customer waiting for her takeout, "I will get your receipt because there's no receipt inside." (no ma'am/madame is labeled politely as sign of respect to the customer) but still okay for me. I'm not the one who's being told. After a while the girl staff was bringing a tray of food and told the cashier (verbatim), "jonah, there's no order number 60 in the lobby. Ugh. I've been looking for it all around then it's still here!" right in front of my face.
I haven't got the name but one thing I am sure of, you should train your staffs on proper use of words specially in treating customers. Staff should never complain in front of customers, if they do better quit their job!
Not to mention I was a former food chain crew then promoted to managerial position, I was trained and knowledgeable on giving a pleaseant customer service.
I was just about to talk to the manager on duty about the incident but they were not visible.

I am 8 mos pregnant and was really craving for your Lauriat. It was about 9pm and the SM Center Tunasan is about to close. But the following people made the extra effort to open up to accommodate my order, even if it meant staying late at work for them. I am complaining the cashier at Chowking Pedro Gil Branch named Ms. Rexy Mangunday (not really sure the exact spelling of her name). I purchased a product worth 162 pesos and gave a cash of 1000 but she gave me a change that only amounts to 300 pesos. Because she thought I gave a 500 peso-cash ang punch it directly at the counter stating in the receipt. She insisted that I gave 500 pesos only, and started to get grumpy and a little bit angry towards me despite of her mistake. I am complaining so that this could serve as a lesson to be more aware and diligent to her work as I don't want any other customers to experience the same poor quality of service

I am complaining about jen, the cashier who gave me a bad service
I went today at SM north edsa just to eat the chicken of chowking. At around 5:20, Jen (the name of the cashier that's on the receipt 'cause i haven't checked her nameplate) took my order. I ordered chicken lauriat for my boyfriend and 1 pc chicken for me. I've requested for a thigh part dahil un ung cravings ko as a 2 month pregnant, at un at un lang talaga ang pinunta namin sa sm. Pero wing and breast lang daw ang available, sabi ko I am more than willing to wait naman kahit 20 min para lang makuha ko at masatisfy ung cravings ko sa thigh part, but the cashier anwered "HINDI PA KASI THAWED UNG THIGH PART KAYA BREAST AND WING LANG ANG AVAILABLE", i was disappointed kasi un nga lang pinunta ko dun eh, dinayo pa namin ang sm para lang sa thigh part, so i ended up choosing wing part nalang since hindi ako kumakain ng breast part pero breast part pa din ang binigay nila nung nasa table na kami, naiirita na ako kasi ganoong service ang nakukuha ko, so my boyfriend ask them to change it nalang into wing part.
Sa drinks naman, since pregnant ako hindi ako pwede ng softdrinks, i ordered iced tea for the both of us. However, hinihingian niya ako ng additional 20pesos just to have the iced tea. Sabi ko andami kong kinakainan na chowking and kahapon lang kumain din ako ng chowking sa victory mall, pero bakit sila nagawa nilang bigyan ako ng regular iced tea eh regular lang naman ang order ko hindi medium eh smaantalang parehong system lang naman ang ginagamit nila, but Jen asnwered me " WALA PONG PUNCHING FOR REGULAR ICED TEA SAMIN", i was like PWEDE BA YUN? Sa iba meron tapos sakanila wala? Alam ko namang kailangan niyong mapataas yung sales ninyo, pero sana naman kung ayaw ng customer na igrab ung sinasabi niyo eh sana respetuhin nio dahil hindi lang ako isang beses kumain sa CK, it is one of my favorite fast food kaya alam ko kung anong service ang dapat na makuha ko. Now, if you guys get 1 disappointed customer each day dahil sa poor service niyo san kaya kayo pupulutin?
Yung thought lang pinuntahan lang talaga namin ung chowking Sm North para lang masatisfy ung cravings ng buntis tapos hindi niyo pa nameet yung expectations, sobrang NAKAKADISAPPOINT. Magsara nalang sana kayo kung ganyan kayo mag service sa mga customers ninyo. Pakitrain ngaayos yung mga crew ninyo kung pano sumagot at kung pano ngumiti at iwelcome man lang si customer, hindi ung nagtitake kayo ng order ng nakasimangot na para bang mas galit pa kayo sa customer.

We decided to eat in Chowking Market Market Taguig Branch but the experience was really worst. This was happened yesterday June 20, 2019. From the counter, the cashier seems that she is not aware of what she's doing. Im second to the line, she took the order of the first customer for almost 20 mins . Then before she took my order it takes up again for another 5mins on waiting.Im really frustrated that time but I tried to be calm. So I just let it. Afterwards, i got my order which are the 1pc chicken for two then kangkong but suddenly the Porkchao fan with fried siomai is not included and take note the cashier did not tell me any details or time if how long Im going to wait for that. So I decided to speak with MOD to have a followup for my remaining order. He got my receipt then he said he asks to cook for it. So i said fine I'll wait. After 10 mins of waiting still nothing has been served. So I asks again the MOD. We wait again for 3 mins. He got back with the porkchao but what made me mad again is that it really takes a long time to served, , but what they serve was so cold but he said he asks to cook it .How could they do that for their customers . All in all I will not eat again on that branch. It's a bad experience . Hoping they will improve.

SM MASINAG BRANCH, we always love to buy this chowpan food since it was launched, and everytime we order a [censored]ing take out! i always need to bring my own spoon and fork just to eat this crap! and you know that toyo thing! your crew always forgot to complete everything before they ask ther cx to leave and take another cx to messed up with! and i dont see any managers on the floor ! can you please tell me if theres a manager on that branch! if your going to ask me what specific time and date is it, just imagine if were going to buy food everyday in that branch, thats gonna be everyday! im seek and tired checking my order first before leaving and everytime i forgot to check it! crapped! clamshells and food were the only things inside! have i not paid it in full for you guys not to complete my order ?! stupid service they will also tell you and set your expectations that its gonna be 10 mins before they serve order, wt* i lost 30 mins of my time seatting their my food still not served ! im gonna [censored]ing rant on your managers faces ( if theres any) if it happens again, stupid!
