Chowking Chicken lauriat and lumpia chowfan

Ordered food around 7pm lastnight... alam ko pasara na kayo considering na pandemic tyo pro i dont thnk its right na bgyan nyo kme ng lapsed na pagkain na inorder kopa mn dn as requested ng asawa ko for his brthday ystrday... lumpia malamig na and makunat! san ka makakita ng chewy na lumpia instead of crispy.. chicken sa lauriat again malamig narin, tigang at kuyos na! Oviusly lapsed na! Kadismaya! Plus the foodpanda rider is rude! Detailed yung adress na nilagay ko.. pro mali pagkabasa nya tinalakan pako s kalye so chineck ko pinned addres ko and tama nmn and pinakita and explain ko s rider na mali basa ny.. ni hnd nanghingi ng pasensya aftr mamahiya ng customer sy paman dn may mali..

Chowking Cashier Service

As hungry customers we were excited to dine-in. Upon ordering we mentioned Tofu and the cashier just said in a rude way "We dont have that, just pick another one besides that" (in our dialect). Not a proper way to respond to a customer and she hurriedly said that pork dumplings and etc are not available as well but we got disrespected already so we decided to leave and not eat in a place where theyre not happy to serve their customers. The girl actually has a history with us. Bad service. Sayang.

Desired outcome: To change her, she does not deserve to serve the customers

Chowking Wonton soup/gravy

Ordered thru grab lastnight, but when the food was arrived the wonton and gravy tastes too much salt. We always ordered sa others store pero hindi naman ganyan yung lasa! Sobrang alat gusto nyo ba magka uti kame?

Chowking CHOWKING OMAN- Long Time of Food Waiting Lousy and Poor Service and Not Organized

Chowking Oman - Friday July 30, 2021. INV # AKC-2117842 .
My partner ordered food at 11:37am. Bulalo, Steamed Rice, Halo-halo Premium, and Iced Tea.( Dine-in). At the same time I ordered at Jollibee. We are able to find a table at Chowking so I told the cashier to deliver at Chowking. It was delivered 5 mins after. My partner was told by the cashier of chowking she should wait 20 mins. After 30 mins, I asked her where is your food. So, She go to the cashier to follow-up the food. Because she saw that the lady behind her when she was ordering already got their food. She was told by the crew that her food was still cooking (Bulalo). She waited beside the cashier for 15 mins. Then after waiting, she came come back to the table without the food. I was upset so I go to the crew at the front. And told them ''Ayaw ko mag mura dito, asekasohin nyo ito kung hindi mag file ako nag Complaint''. After 5mins I was called to get the food. But to my surprised it was packed and was ready for Take-Out. So, I called the Supervisor and told him that Why it was packed?(The food was already cold and the Halo-halo already melted.) We order for Dine-in and not for Take-Out. He told me that the food was still Hot because it was covered by Aluminum Foil and I was told ''Wag ka na mag mura Sir, Tayo-tayo lang naman mga Filipino alam mo naman ang daming mga customer''. He get the receipt with the Halo-halo and told us He will make a new Halo-halo. We ate and after few minutes my partner informed them of our Halo-Halo. And again to my surprised He didn't make a new one instead he only put it in the fridge. After we finished eating I ask for the receipt. He could not find the original receipt instead He printed out a duplicate receipt. To the Management please check your CCTV for more details.

Chowking Customer service of the cashier just now..august 1 order time4:51pm

My partner getting our order...then i said may i add some order then she stopped and sabay irap..naging cashier din ako ng chowking nuon pero di ako ganyan...nakakabad trip...i didnt order nalng un additional...sumama ang araw ko.khit pandemic kung ganyan din attitude ang staff nyu di nya deserve maemploy sa inyu...ako pag may ganyan akong staff i evaluate him or her fail...regardless ano estado ng customers nyu.

Chowking Not serving drinking water for the customer that not drink softdrinks

So umorder kame ng chao fan at sabi ko walang softdrinks kase hindi ako nainom ng softdrinks so bigyan na lang ako ng water. So nag oo si cashier. Tapos nung nakaupo na kme sabi ko sa dining crew pengeng tubig sabi nila wala daw silang service water. So paano na lang kung nabulunan ako? So no choice ako bumili ako ng bottled water. Nawalan na ako ng gana kumain. Buntis talaga ako kaya hindi ako nagsosoftdrinks. So sana inooffer ni cashier na ang drinks ko na lang ay bottled water. Hindi yung nagmukha akong tanga duon na humingi ng inuming tubig. At pati toyo bawal din daw magbigay. Ano ba naman yan? So sino gaganahan kumain pa nun?

Chowking Wrong product served

I ordered on food panda around 2pm under the name of Christian Tisado. Ang order ko po is wonton mami, bcf w/ fried pork siomai and lumpiang shanghai then sweet n sour fish lauriat. Tama nman po ung ibang nabigay na order pwera lang po dun sa lauriat. Ang dumating po ksi sa akin is yung sweet n sour with rice lang po. At first, di ko po pinansin bakit un ang dumating. Akala ko mali po ung napindot ko sa app so di ko pinansin at kinain ko lang po ung food and di ko na rn napicturan kse po gutom na rn ako. Then later on naisipan ko po icheck ung reciept ko kung mali nga ba tlga ako ng napindot sa app, but no. Lauriat po tlga ang naorder ko. I will attach the reciept for proof. I hope na di na po ito mangyare sa ibang customers. Please check dn po kung tama ang nailalabas na product sa fp. Thank you.

Chowking Beef Chao Fan

Good evening,

I would like to bring to your attention the quality of the Beef Chao Fan we purchased via drive-thru in your Patindig Araw branch yesterday, July 26, 2021.

Sadly, the grains of the rice was half-cooked. My husband and my son-in-la w who both are very good cooks both noticed this. It wasn't t even half cooked. It was hard and you could even see the grains were still color white. I include here the video showing my complaint. Anyway please make sure that this doesn't happen again because we almost fed it to my 17month old granddaughter. Had we been alone in the house (and I personally don't cook), I would not have been able to see that the rice was half cooked. I cannot even begin to imagine the stomach pain my granddaughter would have had to endure because it would be very difficult for her at her age to digest rice that isn't cooked very well. This is kind of disappointing because we made the trip, and it was hard-earned money that was wasted. Please look into this.

Chowking Wrong Order

I order 1 OSFC 6Pcs Box and I note "No Wings on my order please" But instead I Got All wing part on my order. This is how you treat you customer? I simply dont want wing part on my order but You really put an effort to piss me off on my order. I want full refund on my money. And I will never ever buy again on this store. Cant deliver what customer wants.

Chowking Delivery failed

We are so disappointed with our order number 640425 at VCENTRAL MALL, LEVEL 1 CENTENNIAL ROAD, MAGDALO POTOL, KAWIT CAVITE . Because we wait for 2 hours. But our orders did not deliver. We call the cp number branch of the store. And they said that the delivery rider will deliver the time after our call. But after 2 hours of waiting, we just wait for nothing. There is no problem if they just tell the truth that they can not deliver, so we did not wait for nothing. Reason of the system that they are saying is unbelievable because 10 minutes after I message the store, I received a call from the store.

Goodmorning CHOWKING good morning Amang Marcos, May kulang na naman po sa inorder namin kanina. Ngayon lang ako nakapagcomplaint kasi hinahanap ko pa ang Phone number para mapaidelivery ang kulang sa mga order ko. Wala din Receipt kami natanggap nagdrive thru kami kanina 10pm July 17. Bumili ako chaofan sa chowking Rob. Palapala July [protected]@0640 pm, nkauwi ako 0750 pm paguwi ko agad nming kakainin ung chaofan. Tpos sbi ng asawa ko pgsalin sa plato prang panid dhil mlgkit at pawis dhil pag nabili ako chaofan pagsinalin s Plato buhaghag. Sabi ko Hindi naman tpos binuklat nmin at may laway na dikit n ung kanin kya dna kinain. Kya ayun pkain nlng sa aso.

Chowking Food

There are blue stuff together with the food. This could be poison or plastic! We only saw it when we were almost finished eating since the stuff were stuck to the cardboard box!

This is a serious health concern! Worst part is, the food was delivered by grab food!

What if there are other people who has been given the same stuff!

Please do something about this.

Chowking Asking for water

I just wasn't to complain Antoneth she is a cashier in Chowking Mall Of Asia
I was eating and ask her for a water to drink. But she did not even respond she just look at me like she's angry . That's not a good attitude towards customers . I will understand her if she assist many customers but she did not I'm the only one who's in front of her. She is just walking around and did not gave me any water so I ask water to her co league instead.

Desired outcome: Hope she will not do that attitude again

Chowking Candon City Branch has very poor cuatomer service. The cashier was proactive. I bought siopao but she didnt inform me before paying that their siopao bola bola sauce was out of stock. My mother also commented that their chao fan was different compared in other branches she had been to. I wonder if Chowking main branch are aware about these issues.

Chowking Poor service, not complete orders

I order 1 pork chao with chicken and 1 porkchao with dumplings in chowking rob gentri. Yun lang order ko pero grabe antagal ng service, sana man lang nagbigay ng promise time kung meron. Then nung number ko na yung tinawag akala ko ready na, sabi ko sa isip ko sa wakas makakauwi na tas sobrang disappointed ko kase pagdating ko don para kunin. Walang condiments, then I requested binigyan naman ako tas nung nagrequest ako ng chili oil kase naisip ko baka wala na naman dimsum kase ganun dati ehh tas sasabihin saken for steam siomai lang ehh pwede namang ipalit yun na sauce tas sabi ko ehh nagorder ako ng may dumplings tas sabi saken toyomansi na lang po talaga tas binibigyan nya ako ng toyomansi sabi ko wag na lang.😡😡 tas malalaman ko sa co - manager ko na libre lang yun pag nirequest.
Tas pag dating ko ng bahay nung kakain na kami aba walang chicharap 8 pcs na nga lang wala pa 😡😡😡. Naiintindihan ko na pagod na kayo sa maghapon na duty. Alam ko yan danas ko yan pero wag nyo naman pahalata masyado. 😔😔

Shout out kay sir frio I feel sorry dahil sa hindi pagrespeto sayo ng cashier mo na maattitude kung ako yan sir hinayaan ko na lang mashort yan di ko ivoid yan. Sa dami ng ginagawa naten bilang isang manager tas yung mga crew mo ganyan behavior dapat di tinotolerate yan.🤨🤨🤨

Kahit sina kuya na nagfood panda nagrereklamo na sa tagal isang item lang ilang mins ata naghintay. Ehh dapat priority yun.
Tas pagdating nung product di pa ayos packaging walang tape feeling ko nga matatapon na yun..😕😕

Ayoko na sana magcomplaint pero grabe nakakadisappont lang talaga.😔😡😡😡

Chowking Cashier / service crew

Hello I am complaining how the cashier cater his Customers. His name is Jewri located in Level 3 Ayala Center, Cebu City. I don't if he is willing to work or not. It seems he is very rude and doesn't want to work. I know how does it feel working in Fast-food Industry because I've been working the same jobs before. So far, we don't tolerate this kind of attitude in our company. I hope Chowking managers or the Restaurant Manager will able to 1 on 1 talk to him. This was happened on 7/15/2021 at 14:54. Please advise this crew.

Chowking Wonton mami noodles

I bought this meal for lunch and midway while I was consuming it, I found a green worm in my food. This is the first time it has happened and I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly. Imagine if I ate that and it went straight to my organs? Who would pay for my health? Just a small meal, but I suggest that the workers should be able to serve it properly and with hygiene. We are your customers.
