Rude Cashier!! Chowking Marcos Hiway
di ko palalagpasin ito that's why i am writing this complaint letter to bring into your my experience at your restaurant! im your regular customer i always ordered food into your store, hindi naman ganyan mga naaabutan kong cashier staff nuon kapag gabi ako nakakapag order ng take out or dine in nuong sila angel pa ang cashier..di lang ako makapunta palagi kase nga inaayos pa yung daan sa marcos hi way!

I am complaining about the chicken that was delivered to me.
I ordered 2 chicken lauriat at Gil Fernando Ave, Sumulong Marikina just this morning thru foodpanda. There was a promo indicated that if you ordered 2 fried chicken lauriat, you'd be able to get 2 fried chicken for free. The other chicken was bloody. To think that I received my order after an hour and I wasn't able to enjoy it! Just because it comes with a free fried chicken, doesn't mean you will serve such an substandard product.
Desired outcome: Replace the product. ASAP

About the sweet and sour fish lauriat

Chick n Sauce
I ordered chick n sauce thru grab delivery. The order was incomplete. The chick n sauce has no sauce in it. I ordered that meal for that sauce and what i got is a plain chicken
Pancit Canton Platter
The pancit canton noodles used were instant noodles from canton packets hence the curly texture which is VERY different from the usual pancit canton noodles from Chowking. This is not worth what i paid for and is very different from usual pancit canton that we order. Attached are photos for reference in which you can see the short and curly strands which is not how it should be.

Siopao
Last night nag takeout ako ng siopao for my tatay. Sabi ko pa pa add ako ng sauce kase ayaw ni erpat ng siopao na walang sauce. Paguwi ko sa house walang sauce kahit isa. So pano kakainin? San ka nakakita ng siopao na walang sauce? Hindi nakain yung siopao sayang lang sana nman pag ganyan ang order dapat paglagay sa takeout bag kasama na sauce alangan balikan pa namen diba.
Desired outcome: hindi kinain yung siopao ng father ko kase nga walang sauce
Wanton noodles
Yong wanton noodles parang instant noodles lang. Ang layo po sa dati ninyong noodles. Ang alam ko po hindi curvy ang noodles ng Chowking. Twice in a week or more kami kumakain sa Chowking, pero 1st time ko kumain ng noodles ninyo na parang instant noodles.
No utensils for take out
My mother and I ordered from Chowking Pateros to take out food yesterday, Sept 1 at around 1pm. But surprisingly, no utensils provided. We ordered 2 lauriat which has pancit canton, rice & chicken. We are in the cemetery and unable to eat them with dirty hands. Other branch of Chowking provides utensils automatically without asking for it especially for take outs. We are very frustrated at the manager as he doesn't provide credit of what happened. We were very hungry at that time but unable to eat. I took a video of us complaining and I am going to post this in my social media accounts to spread awareness. This is not right. Chowking should not assume that all customers know that utensils should be asked when doing a take out. It should automatically provided. I no longer have the receipt because the manager took it. The manager on duty is somewhat rude and doesn't seem apologetic. Please take action on his behavior and train him to handle customer complaints.
Desired outcome: Please do a refund of what we’ve spent.

Nagcrave kami ng mga kawork ko sa chowking na malapit samin chowking anabu coastal imus kaya nag madali ako mag book via food panda okay nadeliver nman ng maayos ng delivery rider sobrang approachable din at maayos kausap, in the story short break time na namin 12:30 medyo disappointed lang ako dahil malata yung young chowpan shanghai at beef chowpan steam shomai ma's lalong ng pasama ng loob ko yung 1pcs chicken na order ko PLAIN RICE na dapat egg rice dahil ng pa upgrade ako tapos wala man lang toyomansi pano yung steam soimai?
Chowking delayed food preparation and delivery
Today 25th of August around 10pm i placed an order from Careem for my order in chowking the bucket meal with 8pcs of chicken, 4 rice, iced tea and vegetable and sweet food, but then as per the delivery time we will received it by 10:40-10:50 but then its already time and in the tracking it is showing the delivery is taking time because still in the preparing procedure so then i decided to call customer service of chowking they said its ready, so i waited for 10mins again, then still nothing, so i called the driver he said another 3-10mins because not ready, then i called the customer service again and they said it was ready, and i called the driver said waiting. So this thing happened and i dont if they are really coordinating as the customer service put me on hold and never transfer the call and it took 2mins on hold. This is really a bad experience and bad service. We received the delivery around 11:06 and for that we waited for one hour.
Desired outcome: Please improve the service.

To Chowking Central Mall Dasma,
I am so DISAPPOINTED. Me and my friend were so hungry and we are craving for Pork Chao fan, and when its our time to order we ordered Pork Chao fan and the counter said that they can only serve chicken and they dont have Chao fan so we dont have a choice but to order the chicken and after that while waiting for our order someone on the line ordered Pork Chao Fan and the couter was looking at us while the other customer is ordering to her and after that she asked the customer what was the toppings that he like so i was shocked because i thought they are only serving chicken? that's why we ordered chicken.
So while we're eating the chicken that we ordered i was very disappointed and take note she have a manager with her and the counter is looking at us knowing that i heard her talking with customer who's ordering chao fan. You know lying to your customers is not right. Please Value your customers. I will not eat again in that store. Thank you

Your branch in Housing taguig made us wait for 40minutes! We only ordered for 2 Large Milkteas! Just those drinks and we waited for almost an hour ! And only to find out that they havent prepared our orders! Such a shame ! Poor service .bad experience .
