Please be advised that since January 26 2021 my delivered item of acrylic in Chowking San Carlos is still not yet paid! Im contacting your manager Mary Angelie Sy but since then she cant pay the said items. Still no response about my concern from there side.

We dine in ur branch at Ever Gotesco Comm on Nov. [protected]@16:07pm w/ OR#[protected], the food is nice yet we just notice the dirty acrylic barriers on every table & also the glass walls were so dirty, knowing that you put barriers to avoid spreading of virus, hoping that your staff MUST clean it once every customer go...also the serving plates were dirty!

Maam/sir, gusto kong magbigay ng feedback sa CHOWKING FAIRVIEW COMMONWEALTH cashier name JOSHU with or# [protected] dated today nov. 19, 2021 at 10:19pm. Nagtake out po ako nung mga oras na nabanggit ko po.. nag order po ako ng halo2x small at wala naman na po masyadong tao ng mga oras na un. Ang di ko lang po maintindihan ay nagawa na pala yung halo2x bakit hindi kaagad naiserve sa akin..kinailangan pang lumapit ako at ifollow up then saka nilabas from freezer ba un. Inabot sa akin without saying nothing.wala man lang pasensya akong narinig bagkos bakipagtitigan pa si cashier na mismong nagtake ng order ko..i think JOSHU pa din un. Sana naman po kahit ano pang kasuotan ng mga customer mgaing pantay po tayo sa pagtrato. Di porket itoy nakacourier uniform ei small things na lang.. lahat tayo pagod pero as long nasa duty ka at suot moh ang uniform.do your duty and bepolite sa lht ng customer.
Not allowing me to dine in
Hi Chowking team,
This is to complaint the two personnel from Evangelista Branch that I Am not allowing to dine in because I do not bring my vaccine card.
Both of these two personnel are so rude that they don't give me time to help me buying my food.
They are very impolite in telling me. Ive been a loyal customer here since evangelista chowking opens. I told them that I will bring my card just to let me eat first.
But they insisted me not to allow. I'm showing my video that I'm vaccinated but still they don't allow me.
I cannot understand the policy if in fact:
1. Jollibee can dine in already regardless if vaccinated or not
2. They allow kids to dine in
3. I'm showing them my video but they don't allow it.
I have also video of the conversation and we don't want that to get viral just to get all the point of these two personnel.

Hi good afternoon.. Gusto ko lang icomplaint yung prepation ng food nyo. Late na dumating ang rider( mali daw naka pinned na skecth).. Pero ok lang naman kung late ang importante very polite ang rider ng food panda. Kaso po bakit hindi man lang ako nainform kung plain rice ba ang ilalagay sa order ko kasi expected ko egg rice ang nakalagay sa picture ng order ko.. At isa pa masyadong makalat ang sauce sa pagkaka package. Sana kung ano yung nakalagay sa picture na order ko sana ganun din expect ko kaso let me know kung di available ang egg rice maiintindihan namn sana. Paki ayos namn ng service nyo.. Thanks

Chowking clarkfield pampanga. We went in to the store to dine yesterday October 22, 2021 8:00pm and there was no crew or anyone to assist us and took awhile calling them before someone came out to assist us. But the worst part is took an hour before we got our food after i follow up numerous time then other customer that arrived later than us their the one served first and when i ask for my food they were asking for my receipt that they never gave me in the first place, they have no idea what i ordered and even the manager does not even communicate with me even i have ask for him numerous time he keeps on ignoring my complaint and the food given to me was dead cold. Kindly address this matter please its a very unpleasant experience.

Cashier wasn't properly trained. She never mentioned that the condiments were already part of the add ons, so I took another line in order to have condiments on my dish, in addition, she doesn't confirm if I do have a happy plus card and she doesn't confirm if i'm done with my order, she finished my order without confirming, I would like to add a dessert on top of that but it was too late, I don't have time to make an order again since i'm chasing my own time for work and I think she doesn't want to work with you if you'll ask everyone's perspective. Also with regards of what I ate today, the quality was off, the rice wasn't cooked well same with the pork siomai, I didn't asked for an exchange or dispute on my order since it will become a loss revenue on your end since I also do business, that's why i'm here right now sharing my experience as a customer so that I can help you improve the business, it's either you could put them again on training or you could kick them out since they're not passionate of what they're doing.

Early this morning I had a breakfast in the said branch, I ordered a meal of sweet n sour pork with addtl wanton soup.
I'm so disappointed that time but I choose to remain calm coz i'm too hungry.. But it's not a reason to forget that thing.
I just wanna raise some concern about the food that they're serving it's not worth it for the price. The sweet n sour pork only served 4pcs of small bite size, the rice is not so full and substandard. I don't know why they are doing this? Is this branch a franchise? I don't care!
My point is that you have to be fair because I paid that food to satisfied my self unfortunately they disappointed me that much. Please don't be too tipid or substandard in every serving we already know the food and the serving of that.. It's not a comparison bet. Other branch.. But I see a lot of differences and for me, this branch is failed to comply that.
We all know that this pandemic really hits our life hard but it's not the reason to give the best, right and fair service for every customers.
Pls do an action.. I won't tolerate that act!
And pls visit them to see what they're doing!.

Hello, Camiling branch nyo po sana tell nyo na mag check sila ng app nyo kasi 1:08 pm ako nag order tapos 1:48 lang nila niluto. Sana make an action for this. Kasi pano kami oorder ulit kung ganun service. Gutom na mga nag aantay tapos sasabihin lang "kakakita lang po namin" di ko na po yun kasalanan. Di nalang po sana kayo gumawa ng app kung di nyo din priority icheck palagi kung may order. Thank you. I hope I'll get a response!

I wish to complain about one of your staff in Chowking Sampaguita Theater building Araneta Ave. Cubao. His name in his name tag is Nathan.
I was with my nephew when we were asking for order. My nephew presented his vaccination card and i showed my screenshot in my cellphone like what i used to do in other restaurants and other branches of Chowking. He was very very rude in telling me no we can't allow you, its not allowed. I apologized and told him, i have been dining in many restaurants and even other Chowking branches. Nobody told me that, they were just asking for other ID to confirm that my vaccination ID is mine.
I accepted my mistake of not having the printed vaccination ID and apologized but his choice of words and the way he talked to me is so rude and very unprofessional.
I was starving, tired and was just wishing for a nice lunch but your staff really increased my blood pressure and didn't even thought about how his untoward behavior can bring to people. I didn't argue with him and Just kept myself quiet.
Please talk to this guy and make him understand how to treat the customer properly.

Omorder ako sa Chowking, Pork Chao Fan with toppings fried Shanghai, through grab, kasi gutom na ako at wala na akong oras para mag luto pa ng food kasi pagod na din ako galing sa work. Yes masarap naman sya, at sarap ng kain ko kaso biglang may nanguya ako na matigas nang chineck ko may scrabbing pad na nakahalo sa food, nakakawalang gana kumain!. Im not going to request to refund my order, this is just to inform the branch that next time please make sure that they serve gold standard food to their customers, para wala nang ibang customer na makaranas pa ng ganito.

The salt and pepper pork is lapse i ask the manager what is the standard appearance of the spp bec. Its to hard to bite even the fork cannot penetrate to the spp meat. And also the sink is dirty. If i am going to rate the is failed front crew are using cell phone while on duty. soda is not available where can i attached the picture to prove my complain thank u

We were about to dine in on one of the branches here in Dagupan. Years had past since the last day we eat on this place. Here it goes. I, accompanied by my two boardmates, were looking for a table. Since the max individuals who could used the table is only two, then I don't have the option to sit beside them. So I decided to pull the other table near their table. Following the COVID-19 protocol. Then this lesbian employee, came to my position then she suddenly grab the table I used to connect to the big table. She looked so annoyed. I do not know why. I have no intention to fight since I was so tired from work. So I let it past and pretended not to see the attitude she gave towards on me. But out of knowledge, one of my boardmate noticed it also that the employee has an attitude. Way forward, in good faith, I didn't hear at first that she is calling our order number. I only hear it when she shouted "39!". She was still looking like she was about to give a scene. Please do look on CCTV. Out of curiosity, I tried to take a photo of me and her. But when I turned back to see where she is, she is sitting for her not to see on the camera. Please refer to the CCTV. I guess, she knew that I am going to take photos of her. If that's what she thinks, then maybe she knew that he gave unethical acts to the customer (me) and afraid to have a customer complaint.

Spoiled food
We had a take-away order at Chowking Avenida Recto on Sept. 19 at 6:25pm. We ordered for 1 beef chaofan with dumplings toppings and tofu as side dish. We got home before 7pm bec we only live at Tayuman St. Unfortunately, we found out that chaofan rice is already spoiled. The smell and taste is not fit anymore for consumption. I'm not asking for any refund. I only wish to let the management know and take action to prevent the same scenario from happening again to other customers.
