Chowking Service

my workmates and i went to the branch at Sevilla, San Fernando, La Union to grab some snacks during our spare time from our work.. we ordered siopao and the crew told us it would only take 5 minutes but after awhile the crew went back and told us to if we could still wait for another 15 minutes... she should have told us earlier that it would take that long so that we would not set expectation waiting for something that wouldn't be serve to us as expected..

Desired outcome: proper communication between the Service staff and kitchen staffs for them to provide proper info to their customers

Chowking Wanton noodles

Di ba kaya ka nag order ng wanton noddles kasi gusto mo ng soup na mainit yung sabaw, pero pag serve sayo malamig ang sabaw

Pa advice naman na kung i seserve wag malamig lasang luma yung noodles parang luto ng matagal

Di naman libre yung kinain ko para di ibigay yung standard n requirement para matuwa si customer

Di ako naninira pero ngayon lang ako naiinis s kinain ko

Chowking Not properly assemble/ kulang ang product na binigay..

3 executive times this store are not propely assemble my product... Kulang ang sauce, wala sauce... Nakakainiz kaya ka nga bumili ng product to satify you.. Not to stress me...
In my 1st buy on chowking product..
I have to wait atleast 20 min to buy my product to eat to my office then kulng amg sauce ng product ko.. Sabi ko ok lng.. Baka nagkamali lng..
2nd try and another day may product again take out.. At may inutusan ako..
At kulang na naman.. May sauce nga..
Pero another add sauce ay wala.. At nagbayad ako.. Sabi ko ulit sa sarili baka pagod sila... Pinabayaan ko ulit..

3rd executive time take out again..
At ako ang bumili.. No sauce kulang siomai.. Ko anu to joke lng
Nakakainiz na ito 3 times failed for me.
Nakaka stress yan store na yan.

The managenet of this chowking san andres singalong is not propely aware of this system...
I think palitan lahat ng nandun.. Sa store na yun.. Date around jan to feb

Chowking Canton platter

Dear Sir/Mam:

Greetings!

I would like to draw your attention to the awful and oily Canton Platter I purchased this afternoon (Feb. 16, 2021) at Chowking Quezon Ave/Welcome branch.

Aside from the nasty oily noodles, which is obviously unhealthy, the taste is not that good to consume either.

Appreciate if you could do something to correct this matter.

Pagod ako sa work at sobrang gutom na dahil late na ng gabi labas ko kaya nag dine in na lang ako sa chowking avenida recto. Grabe, ang dugyot ng lugar. As in madidiri kang gumamit ng tables nila dahil napakalagkit na. Mas lalo akong nadismaya nang dumating yung order ko. Napaka oily nang canton, tapos hindi pa maayos ang pagkaka assemble ng food. Kalat kalat. Hindi ko naubos yung food. Nakakawalang gana talaga. Sana maayos niyo ito Chowking.

Chowking Poor service

2pm in moa, we ordered. It took 10 to 15 mins... I think.. Nauna pa ung halo halo.. Nauna pa nareceived ng kasunod ko sa line order nila.. Gusto ng manager at crew kunin na halo halo.. E wala pa nga rice meals nmen... Yung plate may black spot or something na nkadikit.. Unwell washed plate.. Yung rice parang minadali pa.. Unsatisfied.

Chowking I am complaining about our food

It was lunch time, my cousin and I were eating chow fan at Fuente Circle, there was something black in it. We thought it was one of the ingredients of the said food but when my cousin chewed it she noticed something hard and sharpy, and she took it out from her mouth. We looked carefully, we saw that it was a tiny plastic, but still the food is so delicious. I know this is just an accident, hopefully next time you will be more careful and hopefully next time it will not happen again. Pls next be more careful in handling food safety.

Chowking Pork chowpan

Very disappointed
I ordered take out of pork chow pan at chowking acacia lane because my husband is craving for it so we decided to order take out because i'm pregnant and im not allowed to go dine in but when we got home and my husband is excited to eat the food we order we notice that the chowpan serve to us is very oily my husband did not eat the food and got disappointed he wanted to return the food to the store but since we are tired from work he just decided not to go back but he did not eat the food we order it just a waste of money. We just want to make sure that the food they are serving is good so that it will worth the money we spent thank you

Chowking Food

Im complaining the siomai with chowpan that served for take out while eating in the midddle of the siomai when i bite it there is a hard and look plastic and it looks a piece of teeth so disappointed while eating and when i cut another side i encounter another pcs that u cant explain why there is a thing like that! I loss my apettite to eat my food i ordered i considered chowking siomai is one of my favorite but now sad to say if still safe serving a food with that kind of thing. I take picture on this as proof. Hoping to improve your standard and awareness of the food that serve to the people since we need to take care of our health we need to be carefull and more standard for preparing .

Chowking Disgusting utensils

I ordered a sweet and sour lauriat and I also ask a glass of water, then I almost finish my food and tried to drink the water and I almost finish it when I noticed a black shade at the bottom then I tried to get my fork and scratch it if it is stain or just dirty then I saw that when I scratch the black shade it's like dirty substance that dissolve in the water it's kind of a soil or something and it only shows that its not properly wash and check.

We dine at Chowking Metrolane complex P. Tuazon Branch!
To all manager on duty, please ensure that you are serving on quality products all the time! You are there to ensure food safety first specially during this time. Paano kayo papasa ng audit kung ganyan ang quality ng food ninyo? Lumpia is dark din parang niluto sa lumang mantika. Kakairita. First time namim sa store niyo pero hindi na kami babalik.

Chowking Service complaint

Today, I ordered at Gaisano Grandmall Chowking Basak via FoodPanda with 3pcs chocopao in a box and Pork Chaofan with fried siomai toppings and medium iced tea but instead of Chocopao I received Siopao Asado and Pork Chao fan but no ICED TEA. No spoon and fork. Very dissapointed. Please make an action with regards to this matter. Let your staff make reading a habbit in before giving our orders to the delivery man. Thank you

Chowking No condiments

I ordered at Foodpanda around 5pm and the food arrived 6pm. Though the app promised only 39 minutes, we still received the food but what makes us disappointed is the condiments is missing. We ordered 3 shanghai (meal) and yet the crew only gave us two mini sachets of shanghai sauce. Imagine, in one order there is 4pcs of shanghai and they gave us 2pcs of mini sachets? To tell you, we already note upon ordering that we want extra shanghai sauce because we knew it'll be not enough. This is so disappointing.

Desired outcome: If they can, deliver us extra shanghai sauce. That's what we want.

Chowking Discrimination

Good evening,

Gusto ko lang ireklamo ang guard dahil binastos at diniskrimina niya ang tatay ko, dahil lang akala mukha kaming walang pera, at walang kakayahan, at hindi lang yan habang nagsasalita ang aking tatay tinalikuran pa, hindi ako yung taong magpopost sa fb, that's why dito ako dumiretso, I hope na hindi mangyari ito sa ibang tao. I am very angry SA Pambabastos SA Aking Ama, humble na tao ang tatay ko. Hindi niya deserved mabastos at masakit lang.

Chowking Service

Pasarado nyo na yung store dito sa taft avenue la salle chowking. Napaka walang kwenta ng service dito 2 items lang lauriat at beef chowpan. Wla pang drinks na kasama puro alacarte. Inabot ako ng 31 minutes kakaanyay mga katabi ko alis na ng alis sakin wala pa napaka hayup ng service dito araw araw

Chowking Fail to issue receipt

I order sweet and sour lauriat, 1pc chicken and small halo halo at 11:16pm and I got my order on 11:58pm. And I noticednthat my small halo halo is missing I tried to look for my receipt for follow up and i notice that the cashier failed to issued me an official receipt so i have to talk to the manager about it.

Sa dami kong nakainan ng beef mami sanchowking dito lang ako nadismaya sa branch ninyo sa robinson malabon, yung beef mami nila parang lucky me beef noodles na nilagyan lang ng toppings para masabing beef mami pakiayos naman po, tapos yung officer ninyo na mataba don na lesbian masungit, nagfollow up lang ako ng extrarice nakasimangot na samin, pakiayos naman mga mam ser

I have tasted and may have eaten a foul food served by one of Chowking branches in Petron, Dimasilang, this food was delivered to my home and so I went there immediately to get their validation for the awful food on and get explanation on why I was served that way, but the manager insist on answering nothing and take my information and leave.

Chowking Unhygeinic way of serving the order and attitude towards customer

My office mates and I went to one of your branch to take out some lunch. We ordered chaofans with toppings and plain... On our receipt it's 11:57, but the food was served 12:10 without any notice that it would take that long in addition to that of the crew on the dispatch area preparing the orders, the crew makes "kamot" her body while holding the plastic bag without setting aside the fact of covid it's not hygienic specially she is serving food. Food safety matters, and for the service itself a simple greeting is enough just set aside the smile because they're wearing a mask.

Desired outcome: be food safety minded,they should be customer oriented and dont make faces towards their customer if any..

Chowking I am complaint about food served

Hi! Good day
First time ko kumaen sa chowking pitx kanina, pero nalungkot ako ng iserved saken ay mali food instead na chaofan fried rice with 1pc chicken.. 1pc chicken with plain rice lng.. Tinanong ko kay crew kng bakit mali yung served n food dapt chaofan rice yun at hindi plain rice ang sagot nya saken plain rice lng dw yun.. Kita nman sa resibo na pcf (porkchaofan) un at hindi plain rice, hindi na ako nkipagtalo dahil gutom n rin ako sa biyahe.. Sana po maaksyunan nyo po yan na dapat po matraining lahat ng crew sa pagbabasa ng resibo at sa kitchen nmn po pakibasa po ng maayos ang resibo bago nyo iserved..

Yun lng po at maraming salamat
