No Utensils provided/ Missing Condiments/ Wrong Item on Request
1.I ordered thru FoodPanda App and included on the app request all to be needed except utensils which is literally they should included on the order? right. So how can we consume what we order if we don't have any utensils on hand?
2. I've requested for Thigh Part for my order. Then what I received is not Thigh.
3. I also requested for an extra condiments on my order.. okay given but i have chicharap there is no vinegar on the condiments?

I am very disappointed with chowkung one mall valenzuela, i ask Pam the cashier if the asado siopao is available, since there was a poster of the new improved siopao that i was pointing iright in front of her. i ordered 2 asado siopao large.. pay them. Waited for 10 mins and then my ordered came it was 2 large halo- halo. I told her i did not ordered halo -halo, i ordered 2 siopao and i even ask her first of it was available. Then i said never mind, i will just take home the halo- halo, is the asado siopao available? She said no, only the bola-bola is available, so i just stormed out. I was craving for the siopao which ruin my day, i am a regular customer there, i oreder 3 times a week. Its just very disappointing

Gudam. I ordered 1pc large halohalo earlier. Tagal ko naghantay sa bintana walang nag aasikaso patayo tayu lang. Kung hindi pa ako bumusina hindi pa nila aasikasuhin. Hindi pa dun natatapus. Nung nilagyan nila ng yelo yung cup, iniwan uli yung cup sa dispenser ng nakipagkwentuhan sa iba ng akala mo ay walang naghahantay na customer at sinisilip pa ako sa bintana at patayo tayo lang. Actually napuno na ang line sa drive thru sa likod car ko .Ako kasi pinaka una. Eto pa diba first come first serve bakit di muna nila unahin ang order ko kaysa sa likod ko nauna ako. That is why i took the picture dahil i cant take it anymore such kind of irregularities behind the store. Hoping for your actions regarding this matter. I would like to report what Abbie Chavez did to us earlier today at Chowking.
Pag pasok namin sa pinto walang wet signage. Medyo nadulas ako pero di naman ako natumba kaso ung brother ko nadulas sya bumagsak sya and ung manager lumapit kasi tinawag ko sya at nagreklamo ako bakit wala sila sign sabi nya wala naman daw wet area dun at di daw nila kasalanan u g solution daw s pinto ay basa daw so sana meron sila mahabang basahan sa loob para sure na tuyo n ang mga sapatos or tsinelas ng mga papasok before it hit the floor tiles. Kulang ung rug n nilalagay nila and sana may sign na di pla masyado absorbent ung basahan nila. Imbis na asikasuhin kami mag offer man lng ng yelo kasi na sprain n ung paa ng kapatid ko kaso hindi busy sya sa pag tatangol n di nila kasalanan un. We are so dissapointed on how Abbie attended to the issue. I HOPE SHE WILL BE REPRIMANDED. We came back and asked the guard her name and they put the wet sign too.

Hi, last thursday I ordered through your online site but after an hour I received an email saying that the order failed. The order was already paid via bdo online banking. I called your hotline and was told to wait within the day for feedback but it has been 3 days, til now no feedback. Please, syang din yung 600 pang therapy ng anak ko. Thank you.

Customer service is so poor. They didnt provide any promise time how long we have to wait to have our order done. It takes 20 mins i have to follow up for my order and that was the time they processed my order. There are long queue for pending and the manager who was the one took an order didnt bother to provide promise time and didnt bother to mention thay there will be changes for the amount if I change my drink. .

So me and my husband went to SM Sucat yesterday evening to Chill. We decided to eat in Chowking cuz my husband wants to try the Fish something with Pansit. The cashier told me to wait for 15 mins to prepare everything so I thought it will serve well. I ordered Chicken Lauret. After 20 mins, the food is serve. (I didn't make some complains by the late of the food) Since I don't like the buchi, pansit and shomai I transferred it to my Husband's plate. Then he ask me "Bakit ang lamig ng pansin?" ("Why the pansit is cold?") Actually, I am a former crew of chowking and I don't remember the foods we're iniinit lang. I went to the crew to complain but he gave me another order which my transferred pansit is gone. I complain again then the shomai is still missing. Tho its a little amount of food, please serve it in the complete order. I am not wasting money for your icompitent kind of service.

Over cooked dumplings
We ordered at Chowking Magic Mangaldan at around 3:30 in the afternoon (March 7, 2020 SUNDAY), but I waited for my order for almost 20 minutes. Since I ordered it take out, I didn't check the food immediately. When I got home, I noticed that the dumplings that we order is over cooked and worst it is burned. They didn't even give me my receipt after I ordered. I will attached some of the photos of overcook dimsum.

Good day! I want to raise my complaint. Recently, I always love and choose chowking for taking my lunch everytime I went to Gmall Davao and it was my 6th times today. I ordered around 1:28pm. However, this was always my concern. "Kumakain po bah staff nyo"? They can take a break instead. "Tired to work"? Well give them rest. Or "Do they love their job"?
Because your service is too low. Cleanliness is very poor as well as sanitation. After my succesfull order to the counter, sya parin ng preprepare ng drinks without proper handwash/santizing their hands? It's a food safety issue. The whole world is suffering from covid virus pero parang walang virus sa kanila. We do not know from where or when can we be transmitted of Covid 19 virus. But Safety starts from ourselves. Let's practice this change. I would be very happy if you will let this store know about my concern. They need improvements. Products served after 30 minutes. Service is 1% and I'm not satisfied. How they prepare the food in times of pandemic outbreak
Hi good day, I went to chowking Dimasalang last Feb 22 to have my late lunch. Then, when I'm in the counter to order my meal I saw their cook/chef wearing his face mask down to his chin (improper wearing of face mask) while cooking, so I decided not to continue my order because of that hazardous way of preparing their meal. As a medical practicioner I'll never consider nor take that to consideration, it is instated in the presidential memorandum of proper wearing of facemask in any establishment private or public to prevent the transmission of this Covid19 especially on the food industry. The store is strict when it comes to the customer dinning in, if the customer don't have proper mask or faceshield the store will not allowed the customer to dine in, but what action will the company take to this kind of behavior especially when it comes to its own employee, I will randomly check the store in Dimasalang if the management take action on this concern.
Ps: the person on duty in the cashier was "Reyann" and I pointed to her the man inside that kitchen who's not properly wearing his facemask and faceshiled I didn't see any name tag in him so I get the attention of the cashier about that employee.

We order around 10:43am Lauriat chix, porkchowfan, wonton soup, large coke, large milktea and kankong. We finished eating exactly 11:25am but still our ordered kangkong not yet serve.
Canton of Lauriat was soggy and brownish color and the chicken were not golden brown. Kangkong dish supposedly a side dish not a finished dish and we had it for take out for we had finished eating.
Desired outcome: Improve service and food presentation.

My husband ordered 3pcs choco pao and 1 pcf with toppings for take out at lgf sm city fairview branch around 6-6:30pm. Sadly, pag uwi dito sa bahay, pag open ng siopao., asado siopao ang nakalagay.. Nakakayamot lang nag craving pa naman ako sa choco pao dahil buntis ako.. Tapos yung gusto ko kainin hindi ko makain.. I tried to contact their hotline pero hindi makontak.. Disrespectful crew
Good day! I am one of your regular customers. I am writing this letter to make an appeal on my predicament on one of your crew/staff at UpTown Mall, BGC. It was the first time that we went to the said mall, as we were looking for a new place to have our groceries.
We were amazed by the place because it is well sanitized and we have decided to have our lunch in Chowking because my wife has been craving for Salt and Pepper Pork as it is one of her favorite dishes in the restaurant. So we ordered the said dish and I ordered ChowPan w/ Siomai. My wife noticed that the dish she ordered is too dry as it was almost toasted the same thing that the other woman besides our table noticed also. My wife did not complain for this and even the other woman. I asked for two sachets of Toyomansi sauce, one for me and my wife because it is our favorite condiment every time we eat at Chowking. Your service crew, in the name of CRISTINA ASUNCION, who is taking our order, did not even consider my request for an additional of only one sachet of toyomansi sauce. She told me that I need to buy the sauce for Php 5 .00 and she even said this "Oh ano ba and inorder mo?" May memo kami dyan." Memo for what? I am just asking for 1 sachet of toyomansi only which we usually do every time me and my wife eat in Chowking. Why does she need to tell me about that memo when in fact toyo is just a condiment which is supposed to be an extra seasoning for your dishes to satisfy your customers. Many restaurants are doing that, Mang Inasal, Landers, other branches of Chowking, Jollibee, Mc Donalds, and even KFC w/ their unlimited gravy. but only UpTown mall branch did not give in to a small and simple request of a customer. As I remembered, we were only 4 customers during that time (as evidence see attached picture) and the restaurant is almost empty. So I don't think they run out of the said seasoning. Yes, I admit because I am already irritated with what the service crew said so I raised my voice. But due to my surprise, she also yells back at me! and still insisting not to give me my request. Such inappropriate manners as a service crew. So, I asked her to call the manager. Good thing that the manager, Ms. Kimberly Urmatam, talked to me and approached me calmly. She said sorry and to ease the situation, she gave me my request. As simple as that.
What brings me to this, is to call your attention to look into this kind of situation. A simple request for a condiment or "TOYOMANSI" is supposed to be free. Another thing, maybe more orientation on your staff on what is a good CUSTOMER SERVICE all about.
Wonton soup is very salty and the sweet and sour pork is so hard to bite
Nag order kmi via food panda chowking patindig araw. Ung wonton soup is sobrang alat tas ung isang rice namin pinaupgrade namin into egg rice pero ang dumating is plain rice tas ang chaopan rice is walang lasa tuwing oorder kmi lagi nlng may kulang o kaya sobrang alat. Sana kahit delivery lng same parin ung sinesrve sa dine in at sa delivery. Please sana next order hndi na ganto.
