Hi, gusto ko lang po sana mag complain. Kasi ngayon ngayon lang, halos 20mins po kami naghintay sa order sa drive thru. Pwede naman po siguro ipagilif muna yung naunang car kasi pineprepare palang po yung food. And may curfew po right, so kaming mga nasa likod ng car is chaofan naman po yung order so expected namin saglit lang kami. Nakaready and iaabot nalang pala yung order po namin pero mas inuna parin niya yung piniprepare palang, and fyi po madami po sila sa counter and imbes na magpasensya po is nagalit pa po yung crew na kung makareklamo daw po. I hope na mapagsabihan nyo po yung crew na ganyan. Salamat po and God bless.

I order pork chowfan with steam siomai and wonton soup with regular iced tea, but they served me chowfan with steam siomai and upgrade iced tea, where's the hech my wonton soup and regular iced tea?

At 6pm i called the hotline and was told that shaw branch which normally delivered to us in the past, was already closed(maybe due to the curfew). So i asked for the # of a sta mesa branch.i was given that of sm city.my order for chicken and pancit canton came right on time but i was dismayed that the canton noodles were like those of lucky me and was quite chewy too.i know this was different from my past orders...what happened?

Just give your customer needs, I simply ask for chili oil no need to ask many questions just simply as that fcking poor customer service i even repeat myself

Di napunch ng counter ung order ko kaya inabot ako ng isang oras galit na galit na customer na pag dedeliveran ko ang ending ako pa ang naireport.. My wife order siopao asado.. And she waits about 15 minutes.. Until they said that siopao asado is not available.. And the kitchen crew are only laughing inside the kitchen..1 employee approach my wife and apologize.. But I don't see it as a sincere apology.. I am only watching my wife outside. And I could see the kitchen crew.. Only laughing as they look my wife waiting our order

I received fried siomai instead of steamed. The person who will eat can't chew food easily since he is just a baby. The fried siomai is too hard to chew because it is over-cooked. Also, the rice was not cooked properly. Even a child can not eat this. PLEASE DO SOME ACTION!

We ordered 2 halo halo thru food panda and when we received the products there's no have ice cream on top and we ordered the largest one with 119 each. The ingredients is not worth for the price we're super disappointed . Last isn't like this that's why we ordered again but I'm sad this happened to us.

I have ordered thru Grab and requested for an official receipt.

I had the chance to talk to the Supervisor.

The supervisor has refused to issue an official receipt as I could not provide a TIN#. I have further explained that do not need my TIN# and insited they will not issue a written official receipt.

They have violated Section 237 of Tax Code.

I ordered regular wanton mami and pork chao fan with topping and drinks last 04/07/2021 around 7:52am at chowking san pablo junction, but suddenly when i was eating the wanton mami there is a cooked fly on the noodles soup, so i double checked it but its clearly a fly, hoping that you can give action on it and check every product that you serve. thank you

Samantalang nasa harap na nya.. 30mins halohalo edi tunaw na yun bago pa makain ng magulang ko. Plano ko paulit yung halohalo sa bwisit ko ayaw n lng ng mommy ko

Lasang sunog at amoy sunog yung chaofan platter nagtry kami tumawag sa customer service walang sumasagot. Sayang yung pera ko halos hindi makain to.

Hi I'm eloiza. Nagorder po ako ng milktea today sa Sta rosa bayan for take out kakatapos ko lang sya inumin gusto ko lang inform na yung pearl nyo po sa milktea is hilaw pa po. Baka maserve nyo pa po sa iba. Super tigas pa po nya and sa ibabaw ng milktea nilagay which is alam kong substandard sana po ininform nyo nalang ako na hindi pa luto yung pearl para kahit iserve nyo sakin ng walang peral e ok lang. Good day, this is just a concern citizen, earlier I order and book in food panda a pork lauriat and halo-halo in Chowking - Fuente Osmena Branch. While preparing and eating the rice first, I noticed that there's no buchi in the serving, in which according to your description in food panda it has. I wonder if you kindly check the food first before you serve it. I have here photos as proof of today's transaction and received item. Thank you very much.
