Complaint about the quality of chicken and incorrect order
I order 8pcs bucket chicken plus 2 gravy. I received chow fan and chicharap. The grab driver came back and gave the right order 8 pcs bucket however the gravy that I pai for 2, I only receive 1 then there is no free gravy. In addition, it seems that they did not make sure that the chicken is crispy. All the 8 pcs of chicken that I ordered is not crispy. I am so disappointed with the fcm branch.
No condiments
wala pong condiments ung inorder ko via foodpanda diko alam kung sino irresponsible dito pero what worst is nag note pa ako walang sauce for siopao and pork chao fan with fried siomai
Chicken lauriat and buchi platter
I ordered chicken lauriat and buchi platter and then i request two chilli oil two dimsum sauce but only 2 chilli oil and 1 dimsum ive got. Then tingnan niyo po yung binigay sobrang liit halos hindi na makasawsaw alam kong hindi pwede ang chilli oil and dimsum for my food but i request them to give that two sauce kasi nasasarapan ako sa pagkain ko kapag andiyan ang dalawang sauce na yan. My god kung kayo po ang bibigyan niyan ma satisfied po ba kayo? Napaka pangit talaga ang damot yan nalang nga yung request ko bat idadamot pa! Super dis appointed po ako sa CHOWKING VAMENTA, after that i talk to the manager through phone sinabi ko lahat and i tell him na mag cocomplain ako through email and then sabi niiya OKAY MAAM " See? confident pa siya . Anong attitude po yan . Walang paki sa store . Nextime sana hindi na maulit ito .
Invalid codes for sharetreats
I recently bought a sharetreats code from Shopee App.
Masinag Hillside is one of the redemptions store. When I was about to claim the said treats, the crew declined .
She said that my code was INVALID in their POS, Sharetreats is NOT considered in their store.
That's why they also did not served the person who is also redeeming a sharetreats early in the morning before me.
Desired outcome: I would like to call the attention of the higher ups to fixed their POS or the store branch for not honoring the SHARETREATS code. It's clearly that their store is one of the participating branch.

As always.. lagi na lang offline for sodexo payment..checking muna kami bago ang pagorder namin kung pwede ang sodexo payment then pag payment na sasabihin sayo offline.. pati ang happy plus laging offline. Nakakadisappoint..buti na lang me dala cash.. sana kahit kakabukas lang nila online na din sana ang system nila.

Upon consuming the pancit canton, I've noticed that the pancit canton was spoiled, there's an off odor and off taste coming from the pancit canton. Another thing, the pearl in the milk tea I've ordered was undercooked. It was hard and unchewable.

Hi good evening. Gusto ko i-raise ang concern ko dito sa Robinsons San Fernando Chowking. Nag order ako ng chowpan with iced tea. Then later on nag decide ako na palitan ang iced tea into pineapple. Sabi ng cashier i didnt get her name ang sabi nya bawal na daw ksi na punch na then i insist na papalitan she acted as if hindi nya narinig. Nagsalita ulit ako to change my drinks sa pineapple then sabinnya ulit bawal na so i ask so bawal na palitan? Sabi nung "Rose" i void na lang. Sabi ko yes sige. Sabi nung isa, pero magbabayad ka ulit ng 25. Sabi ko okay lang. Then they processed. Umupo ako to wait for my order. As i checked my receipt napansin ko ang nakalagay 1pcf D 1UPG 65 PJ Med. Worth 25. Nagpunta akonsa counter to clarify kasi nagtaka ako 49 lang dapat ang chowpan so they charged me 41 sa upgrade? Sumagot ang cashier namely "Rose" explained to me in a very bastos manner halos marinig ng lahat ng customer sobrang ingay nya magpaliwanag gusto nya ipahiya ang customer nya in a way na dko naintndihan ang paliwanag nya ksi ang objective nya sa pagpapaliwanag is para ipahiya ako na customer nya. I hope na maactionan ito. Maliit na halaga lang yan pero i felt cheated and disrespected.

Inattentive order taking from sarcastic cashier.
Uncleaned probably unsanitized dining table.
Food taste a little funny.
Table napkin fell to floor and food server picked it up and handed it again.
The store issues were brought to the attention of the manager who ignored the complaint with statement of nothing wrong.
If manager is this unaccomodating and permissive to the simple sanitary issues, How much more for the actual food handling and preparations.
I hope this is not a reflection of all Chowking chains.

pumila ako sa counter 1 at sobrang tagal mag take s20minutes ako nag antay! Pero pangalawa lang ako sa lane.
Umorder ako ng isang large halo halo and medium milktea unang nag serve ng halo halo and then inask ko si milktea kung ilang minutes si ate girl nyu pong crew ang sabi gagwin lang po sir . Umasa po ako na gagawin lumipas ang 30-45 minutes kung hindi papo ako lumapit sa counter para mag update wala pong mag uupdate miski manager on duty so sad to say ang sabi po nila sakin wala napong available dahil ubos na daw po . At walang pasensya sakin si manager on duty.
Reprint nalang binigay sakin na reciept dahil vinoid nya yung milktea.
Next time paki ayos ang sistema nyo ang dumi dumi na nga ang bgal pa.

Hi i ordered 2 large Halo-Halo 2 days ago on Chowking Cabanatuan Highway via FoodPanda App, as i notice, nang ibinigay ni rider ang order ito po ah hindi naka lagay sa paper packaging, it is our way po ba ng cost cutting, but its not, couse you putting a costumer in the critical situation, it is a food safety issue, when i ask rider, nasaan po ang paper packaging,
as per rider "sorry sir ganyan lang po binigay ng store". hope this issue po will address .
