Hi chowking Regalado! nag order ang asawa ko sa inyo, June 08, 2023 (Wednesday in the evening) 10:53PM! My question is umaabot ba ang promise time and serving nyo ng almost 1hour sa PCF nyo? 5minutes nalang 12:00am in the morning na ng maibigay sa asawa ko ang order nya, 5times follow up for PCF! ganun katagal kayo magserved! Nauna pang bigyan Yung mga sumunod sa kanya samantalang sya ang nauna, BTW atleast nalaman na namen na ganyan Ang serving nyo, let see sa susunod na audit Kong may magbabago! THANK YOU! sayang Balita pa Naman Namin lagi kayong gold!

Nagtake ng order: manager (girl. Nakapuyot and nakamask na black. Sorry di ko nakuha ang name as i didn’t expect na ganito mangyayare)
Cashier: lalaki (Same scenario) isang cashier lang naman that time ang working.
I think it was around/past 7pm. Pagpasok namin sa loob, expect namin malelate ang food since May graduation yata near school.
Nag advance call: separate person. Lalaki din.
As in. Tinake ni manager order ko via paper na maliit. Then i I call her attention. May ID yung kapatid ko for PWD. 2x ako nag attempt- binanggit. Dahil nakamask sabi niya wait.
Then nagpalit, si cashier naman. Sabi ko magbabayad ako via gcash. Inabot ko ulit phone ng kapatid ko with me at the counter since nasa phone nya ang copy ng ID niya.
Inask ko ulit siya. Sabi ko na discount ba yung sa kapatid ko. Inulit ko ang order. Yung chicken lauriat and then tumango siya saying opo. Binigay niya lang sakin is yung confirmation receipt from cashless payment nyo.
Matagal dumating syempre si food. Given, since madami nga tao.
After kumain. Inapproach ko si ate. Naka black, yung naghatid ng food. Kako pasuyo naman ng resibo namin may ipapareimbursed kasi ako for my food. 2-3x siya sakin lumapit. Wala pa daw. Ipprint lang daw. Tatapusin lang daw yung nasa counter. Sabi ko ok lang. Yung 4th, basta inexplain ko same scenario, take order manager. Cashier for payment. Then, wala pa din. May lumapit na ibang staff. Girl. Asking kung ano yung need ko. Sabi ko resibo po kasi kelangan ko maipareimbursed yung dinner ko.
Ni reprint na po si resibo and then sinabi ko may discount ba yan for PWD kasi yung sa kapatid ko tinuro ko may binigay kami. Wala daw. Bumalik sa loob may dalang chicharap paglapit. So alam ko na. May fault sila. Kasi hindi na discount. Yun ang kapalit.
I would like an apology from the Manager. Kasi andon lang siya sa loob to approach me directly na sana na kasalanan niya talaga. Manager na siya niyan to think. Pero di niya nagawa ng ayos ang trabaho na hindi naman nya dapat kunin kasi andon si cashier mismo. Then 2x na approach. Impossible naman na Nalimutan.
Gusto ko po sana maturuan ng lesson yung mga ganitong issue. Hindi lang siya dahil manager ay let go na. Dapat siya din maging responsible enough sa action niya. Since fault niya. I want an apology from Her. Isa lang naman siya don na kaiba ang uniform so i know siya ang mas mataas. If hindi siya mag acknowledge, i will elevate this also to BIR ,since di nyo binigay yung original copy ko ng resibo. & since receipt customer copy should be given every now and then. I have proof na reprint lang siya. Knowing na sabi nila staff. Nawala na daw. Hinahanap pa.
Desired outcome: Mapabalik yung discount kasi don lang sila entitled. :give proper lesson to the manager. I charge sa kanya ang bill if kinakailangan.
Post on your restaurant that ask for receipt is a must. Check if proper discount were given.
Di ko kelangan nung chicharap. Kaya kitang bilhan kahit isang sako pa. 2nd, wag ka madamot. Kasi di naman sayo ang company. Paswelduhin ka lang. Kala mo sa bulsa mo mapupunta yung madidiscount namin. Kapag di mo binigay. Practice what you preach. Ikaw nagtuturo. Pero ikaw nagkakamali. This must be an example kapag nagttrain kayo ng bago. Kasi real life siya. Promise. Masakit na di nyo binibigay yung entitlement na deserve ng mga PWD citizen. Di naman nila ginusto magkaganon sila.
Desired outcome: To the manager or staff. Tatanda ka din. Deserve mo din to. Isipin mo nalang pano kung ikaw nasa position namin. At nag effort ka for your brother for the discount.
Incomplete order
I ordered a pork chao fan with 4 pcs of fried pork siomai for takeout yesterday. I wasn’t able to check it, expecting that it’s complete. However, when I got home, my chao fan contained 3 pork siomai only. I would let it pass if it happened the first time, however, it happened twice this year already. Is this how you try to take advantage of your customers now? Please do something about this.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response and a refund for this.

The staff name Mary Rose gallano
We are not happy about the staff name Mary Rose gallano staff in sm baliwag.she owe a lot of people money even the management knows about this but still allowed her to work there. We made complain in barangay as well and we went to sm baliwag chowking and talk to her manager. But why the management still allowed her to work even they know that there staff make a bad reputation in their company also to her colleague as well. The manager said that they allowed her to work there so she can pay her debt to her colleague as she owe money as well? It means that you tolerate her in her wrong doing?
Desired outcome: Fire her from her job
Delivery, incomplete order, poor service
a) Incomplete order- I ordered choa fan w/ steamed Siomai at Glorietta for to go and upon checking at home there was no siomai in my order.
b) Delivery - (SM Bicutan branch) they always pinned wrong address which confused the rider / delivery man in result it took hours to received my order.
c) Poor Service - hard to contact indicated contact numbers of branches resulting LATE service & delivery.

5 times na ako nakakain sa chowking and kahit isang beses never kong nafeel na welcoming sila.. imagine after umorder sa cashier pinagchichismisan nila yung customer pagtalikod.. tapos ilan beses ko din maexperience yung ipappasa kanakng bigla sa ibang cashier kahit ikaw lang yung umoorder... minsan hindi pa nakikinig lalo kpag hinihingan ng tubig parang ayaw kagbigay

Nag order kami around 4:45 upon ordering wala man lang sabi na ung drinks walang yelo? Sa sobrang init ng panahon deserve namin un. Second, all around ba cashier nyo? Sobrang bagal mag take ng orders. Lastly, sograng dumi ng utensils nyo. Nakakasuka. Nakakawalang gana kumain. Pati ung trays sobrang dumi. Parang diman lang hinugasan. Paki ayos po service nyo. Mababawasan lang customer nyo. Manager nyo, rude pa. Di man lang nanghingi ng “pasensya?”

Nagorder ako ng chowpan fried siomai toppings, pagkaserve amoy sunog na, tinikman pa namin lasang sunog nga nagsabi ako sa sa mga crew pero ang sabi bagong lasa daw ng chowpan yun. how come e lagi kami kumakain ng chowpan sa ibang branch ng chowpan, nakita ko yung manager sinasabi ko sa kanya pinalitan kinuha yung chowpan pero same serving pa din parang nilipat lang ng lalagyan.

I bought chowking bauan batangas worth of 2,600 something the cashier named mitch told me that 25 minutes is the waiting time and if ever make it faster she will advise m. Then 11:46 is the 25 minutes waiting time. When i follow up theres no order made for me. Then if I don't follow up they will not priority mine. They served my food late 15 minutes meaning to say 40 minutes for my food.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a proper punishment

Halos puro ice ang laman ng baso. Para nalang siyang baso ng ice hindi milk tea. Sabi ng crew, yong daw ang standard na dami ng ice (puno). Wala na kami halos makitang "pearl", tanging ice nalang at konting gatas na malabnaw din. Napansin ko, hindi naman ganito sa ibang branch ng Chowking. Bakit sa Munisipyo Montalban, ganon karami ang "Standard" Na dami ng ice?
Desired outcome: I maintain ang de kalidad na lasa at dami ng produkto. Nakakasira kasi ng imahe ng Chowking.
Service
Chowking - Robinsons Valencia, The one in-charge of your food releasing section have so much attitude. Will just give you reasons without looking into it. I had to follow up twice (30min after I made orders and 25min after the first one) and wait for almost 1hr for my take home orders just to find out it was placed at the wrong counter. No apologies made by her, just 'naa ra diay' then placed the pack in front of me and turned her back.
Desired outcome: I hope you could look into her and at least a minimal disciplinary action just for the sake that it won't happen again to anyone. God bless your business!
The foods they served are cold
We have waited for half an hour. My husband check the counter if our food are stuck on the counter but he doesn’t found so we still wait. Until our food are served and all are cold i ask them it is cold they just heat it up but still cold. Why they are serving cold food.? this is so disappointing we are thought that our food is fresh and just newly cooked because we waited for half an hour but it’s not fresh just a left over food. The supervisor is the one who give that back to me not even checked if all are heated properly.

Hayaan daw kung gusto nyang I cancel oh Hindi. Bilang grabfood rider Po aksyunan nyo Po sana Yung store na ya. Dahil napapahiya Tayo Kay costumer. ngayon Po nandito sakin Ang pagkain. Wala Ng kumuha dahil sa tagal nila. Wala nmn pong masyadong costumer nun. Mag rereport din Po Pala Yung costumer dahil nagagalit Po saknila
Disrespectful crews at chowking gaisano puerto
My husband and I dined in last Friday, lunch, we we're tired and hungry. We ordered politely, the cashier immediately knew what we wanted( beef, all beef) it's because that was not just our first time in this restaurant every time we have an important business to attain in Puerto we dine in here and yes they, I believed that, accidentally put pork on my plate before and I forgave them, I understood their work. But, last Friday, lunch! They gave me pork again, I am disappointed but I have no strength to fight, so I just stood up and brought the untouched cold food on the cashier's left side table, she immediately took our food, brought it inside, few seconds later came out with the right order lumpia beef chao fan, she throws it on the table, cold, as cold as her treatment to us, and turned her back right away, without even listening our humble "thank you", no apologize nothing, not even a single word from her mouth! we felt so disrespected, discriminated. I am sad so sad that I couldn't eat in this restaurant again, I hope that this will reach the crews in Chowking Gaisano Puerto please don't judge the book by it's cover, serve fairly, respect everybody.

I rereport ko lang po sana ung incident ngayon, umorder po ako ng beef siomai chaofan pero ang dumating sakin is manok. Pumunta pa po ako personal sa store para mapalitan pero napakasungit ng manager na naka duty duon at isinisisi nia sa foodpanda ni hindi manlang humingi ng sorry 5pm po ako pumunta ngayon, paaano po magiging kasalanan ng food panda eh sila po mismo yung nag papack ng mga idedeliver at nag tatape ng receipt na may pangalan ng customer, tama naman ang pangalan ko at yung receipt, di lang talaga nila matanggap na sila nag kamali sa end nila, kung nag sorry nalang sana ang manager pero hindi kala mo wala silang pag kukulang ni hindi manlang sakin nabalik yung delivery fee. Sana po eh ma email nio yung management duon dahil iba yung customer service na pinakita ng manager dito sa capas tarlac chowking junctionnung pumunta ako. Manager rude attitude
I ask for my order as a follow up but the manager of the chowking AIC garnet branch ( arcy ) act a rude attitude towards me i order thru food panda and the foods was mark as ready to pick up and when i ask to my food the manager arcy was said the foods still cooking and said "bahala ka jan maghintay ka kung hindi ka makapag hintay di ko na problema" what kind of attitude is that acting towards a customer? Do something about this rude attitude please.

When it's already 8pm made the 2nd follow up and as per staff after looking at the monitor she said there is no order with regards to number 43 so we call the attention of the manager to clarify. Naghihintay pala Kami sa wala , Kung Hindi pa mag follow up ulit hindi na masiserve ang food namin . Wala palang naka qeue sa loob. Ni wala kaming narinig na paliwanag mula SA manager. binantayan namin Yung claim counter , nakita KO pa nagtatawanan mga staff SA loob habang nireready Yung food namin.naserve finally Yung food around 2008H . Kaya naman pala mabilis kelangan talaga matutukan pa?
