Lauriat mein b
On saturday the 24 september my side and wife went to your ormoc branch by robinson supermarket to meun b lauriat for my 65 birthday.
All the food was very oily and to have you illness return.
1, chicken very oily
2, pansit there was 0.5 oil in the box and went my wife warm the pansit for breakfast the oil in pan was bad
3, also the rice was oily
4, the only good thing was the halo-halo.
You know I am unwell due to the bad food services to us and what a waste of money
(my two dogs wouldn't eat the chicken or rice both of the drop the food to the floor then piss on it).
Desired outcome: refund and medical bills pay and the chief and branch manager both fire
we have not hear from chow king this must show what a cowboy outfit this company is.

It is with great disdain to have dined out in your Uptown Mall branch. The chicken served to us was like BAHAW, heated left overs, with utterly poor, cheap and dry chicken cuts (cut parts). They were like spring chicken parts. Mind you, the meat was intensely dry and tasteless, the only means giving taste to it was the ketchup and soy sauce. The whole experience was so…how do I put it…DISAPPOINTMENT would be an understatement. While the staff were in no where helpful and pleasant to the customers, or to us, what we were reallt hoping was at the very least CHICKEN should be NOT BLAND. What happened to Max’s chicken? So disgusted by our experience in what seemed a Chicken BAHAW was served to us! 😫

Poor customer service especially cashier

We ordered food at 9:02pm. At that time, we are the only customer at the cashier. However we observed that after 20 mins, our order was not yet served. The person who ordered after us was able to receive his order. At 9:27, we followed up our order. Again during that time, no customers queued in the cashier. The cashier at that time, Jane Ramos, informed us that it will be served after 5 mins however it didn't happen. We finally got our order at 9:38pm. During that time we are kinda frustrated because we waited for long despite of the fact that there's not much customers. And when we asked for our halo-halo order, Jane Ramos, the person in the cashier, just put the halo halo without at the counter without looking and saying anything to us. She also said that our orders are already at the back kitchen so we asked "kami ba dapat ang kukuha noon dun?" To think that she is just mapping the floor.
Desired outcome: It would be great if the said service crew will improve her customer service skills. Be friendly. Always update pending items and prioritize customers.Hoping for your fast and reliable response. Thank you.

This branch is have a problem in service and kitchen and it false down too slow service. We waited our order for 30mins! Oh my gosh, how come is this happen. I ask first the cashier for the available part of chicken so that we will wait for serving time only and Counter Sheila said serve for 12mins. But this happen. We follow up so so many times. But still we wait for 30mins.
And also, Manager ask our concern but I don't think if he forgot to check our order because a lot of customer follow up their order.

Pancit Canton/ using an artificial "lucky me" like type of noodle
At first when I saw an online a trending about a customer complaining that he was serve Lucky Me (ready to cook noodle) pancit Canton, it didn't bother me at all. I thought maybe the customer was just over reacting.
But, when I happen to experience it by myself I was really shock. #CHOWKING WalterMart Sta.Maria Bulacan was also serving the same type of noodle.
I didn't bother to complain anymore I just took some pictures and send this complain.

Around 8:30 P.M, September 01, 2022 when my friend and I entered at Chowking SM City Iloilo. We both ordered Pork Chaopan with shanghai for take out transaction. We waited for 15minutes for our (spoiled or maybe contaminated) food . The only thing that caught our attention is the too much oil of our food! Here at Chowking Nova Tierra Village Davao City. They used to have king's breakfast . It's still up in the menu board but always not available since the COVID pandemic. I ordered at 00:53 am just pork Chao pan rice with siomai. They didn't give advise. Per mas una pa nagbigay ang food ng huling sa akin. I got my food at 1:30 am. The staff must be sleeping or not doing their job right.
Kung di pa kami nag follow up nung katabi kong table walang response.

Nagorder ako chao fan thru grab dito Davao City sa Quimpo boulevard. Im always a fan of chowking pero nakakadismaya ng chao fan amoy sunog at lasang sunog. Bumili yung husband ko ng chao fan nung friday sa chowking candon ilocos sur ng chao fan grabe nawala appetite ko dahil lasang sunog na kanin na ginawang fried rice. Paki ayos nyo naman po yung mga products nyo. Pag open pa lang ng box amoy sunog na kanin agad akala ko nagbago lang yung aroma pero nung kinain namin pinaghatian namin yung isang box tapos ipinakain na aso yung isa pa at natira.

The food was too salty in taste
We are yesterday in Chowking Waltermart North Edsa, I ordered Sweet and sour pork lauriat, chicharap, wonton and my auntie order chaofan pork.
The chicharap and wonton so far okay, but when I ate the pork in sweet and sour it was too salty especially the breading, I didn't finish my food due to the taste. And the noodles(pancit canton) in lauriat was instant, why is it like that?
