I ordered by 10:45am but the item arrived at 1:30pm, it took almort 2hours to deliver it. To make it worst, the store didn't even notify us and didn't call us to apologize.
I tried to contact the store but to no avail.
When the food arrived in 1:30pm, i didn't accept it.

We ordered at chowking sm val thru grab delivery. We had 2 orders of pork chaofan with siomai and drinks. The rice of the chaofan tasted like "sunog na kanin". It is disgusting! We paid for QUALITY food but look at what you served?! This happened to me twice already. This is not an isolated case already. Please act on this.

The store at the national highway General Santos City is disobeying the new law for the senior citizens rights. The store never wants to accept any ID from senior citizens. The new law is as long as the senior has a valid ID with a date of birth is should be acceptable, but the staff especially the cashier was very aggressive, rude and unprofessional. All store that we’ve been has no problem accepting any IDs from senior citizens expect the Chowking restaurant at the national highway general santos city.
It would be nice educate the staff about new laws and be more professional.

We've been waiting for more than 30mins and they're serving time is always poor. Sobrang onti lang ng tao na kakain at umorder pero they feel the same thing. nakakainip yung serving time nila. I really loved chowking kaya sana maimprove ito.
Desired outcome: Kindly improve the service because chowking is one of the "fast"food but the service is very slow.
Incomplete serving
July 16, 2022 at 20:09 me and my friends passed by one of your branch at PETRON SLEX and ordered food for take out as we still need to travel back home to Laguna to save time. So upon receipt of the items, we did not have time to check as we were in a hurry to go home plus we trusted that the itema we bought are all packed and checked by your crews. So upon arriving home, I immediately opened my share of what I ordered of sweet and sour pork. Based on the receipt the contents of this order should be the sweet and sour pork, plain rice and chicharap. To my dismay only plain rice and the meet were packed without the chicharap. Please refer to the pictures captured for reference. Whqt will be your action for this? Thank you for paying attention

I am complaining about your product cuz, The service said it would only take 5 to 10 minutes but I waited for almost 40 minutes and there was still nothing and I was expecting the part I said so I thought the product would take a long time because the thigh part was cooked so long but when I took the leg part and rib part I got. the product is too slow and what is being given is not correct.

Nag repeat order naman sya but I’m not sure if 2 medium halo halo yung sinabe nya. Siguro dala ng sobrang sakit na ng ulo ko sa init di kuna masyado narinig yung sinabe nya. Yes it’s my fault na di ko masyado narinig yung repeat order nya

We were in this branch for the first time Chowking Pasig Rotonda 3186 and because we came from the hospital after the check up naisipan namin bumili ng halo halo but when we entered the store we also thought of buying chowfan with drinks 07/11/22 12:16pm apart from not serving at the same time most annoying yet the drinks were not given The distance from our house to Marikina is still annoying because we paid and then were not given

I dined at chowking cogeo gate 2, I ordered yesterday, July 6 at 6:12 am, it's okay, the cashier took my order and my order arrived, it's complete. but the pork chowfan tastes like sunog this isn't just the first time happend to me. Unang order ko i dont remember what exact date and time yun pero sure ako na morning din yun. I ordered pork chowfan yung dumating na order ko lasang sunog sya. Di ko na pinansin kasi first time palang naman nangyare samin yun pero second time i ordered yesterday and nangyare na naman.

Inaask po namin yung cashier to void transaction mag rereplace po kase ng order then Yung cashier is complaining bakit ivovoid. Sabi po namin magreplace nlng ng order then she is acting like super stress sa maraming tao ganun iaasta nya pinakita, pagiging mainitin ng ulo.
Then requesting din ako na intake out nlng Yung isang Chao Fan then the rest is dine in. Complaining ulit, na kala ba nya take out na, then biglang dine-in syempre dumating Yung kasamahan namin mahirap po ba Yung ganun? Di pa Naman po napprepare ang food.
What kind of employee is that?

Desired outcome: Please communicate with your staff kase kinakausap namin sya ng maayos kahapon sa POS pero dinadaan nya sa init ng ulo. Nakakahiya sa ibang tao n nkapila at nakikinig. We are disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
1 hour waiting time for a Take out order
My bad experience in Chowking fast food chain happened just this evening in Chowking Acacia lane branch. We ordered 1 beef wanton noodles, 4 chaofan with toppings, and 3 regular size bola bola siopao. We are about to order also chicken and halo halo but the cashier said it is not available. Not available @ 7:20pm, dinner time? we ordered @ 7: 20pm and received our order @ 8:17pm. It took almost 1 hour to prepare our order where in fact there is no special with the foods that we have ordered. How hard is it to prepare chao fan? beef wanton noodles? do they have to cook the noodles which looks like an instant noodles in a clear plastic, because I saw the crew in the pantry opening one, and the 3 siopaos, will it take almost 1 hour to steam and put it in a box? and the cashier never told me that I have to wait that long for my orders. the toppings in the chao fan were not freshly cooked either.
And I also noticed, that the movement in the kitchen, because I can see them from the "viewing window" they've been moving so much, that seems not so busy. I followed up several times, but looks like they delayed it more, as I kept on following up.
I do not see any valid reason for them to kept us waiting for an hour for those easy to prepare foods. And the crew doesn't look apologetic because of their delays. They just ignore the reactions of the customer.
I just hope that the management will now work harder because the complaints as I have reviewed has been filing up. Some of the customers maybe just do not know how to properly file a complain to you, the reason why you do not received so much, and the crews just absorb the pressure and in-house complaints, then conceal it to the higher management.
With that, room for improvement is not possible and the company will suffer in the long run if no action would be taken out of the complaints you have been receiving.
And to remind you, your business is fast food chain which is expected to deliver faster, but the waiting time is longer than s fine dining restaurant.

Rude staff at sm consolacion cebu
Around 5:30 pm today july 3, 2022 my daughter asked to eat at chowking consolacion. We just waited patiently even if i saw other customers who just came and got their order. I asked my husband to check but he said the staff just look at him in a rude manner with no response so he went back at our seat. After 10 minutes i get up and asked the same staff about our order. He did the same just look at me and get my receipt. I waited and waited standing in front of him until my patience run out and asked to refund immediately our order so we can leave. I asked the manager that i would like to file a complaint but she just told me to call a number or scan a small of paper. And it added to my disappointment that even a manager doesnt know to handle or even apology for the misconduct of the staff or even to our nightmare experience with them.
