unethical behavior
Sobrang nakakadisappoint ang store na to . sa service nila sa customers especially sa dine-in and take-out service nila. Actually kanina omorder ako Sept. 14, 2019 6:30pm to be exact. ang order ko kulang kulang kung dumating sakin at nung nagtatanong na ako about may products sinunod naman sya ng dining pero yung manager on duty na babae padabog kung kumilos. parang ayaw paistorbo sa chismis nila nung isang counter. ilang beses ko na naexperience to at the same store. Kung papairalin nila ang ganyang way nila sa customers nakakasira sa image ng Chowking at sa company mismo. Hindi ko nakuha ang name ng manager pero di sya magandang example para sa mga crew nya. Nakakadisappoint.
they forgot to prepare my order waited for more than 15 mins
Was the 2nd customer for the day. No queue at all and not much customer as it is early in the morning. Was patiently waiting for my food. 10, 15 minutes have passed, still no serving of food. Was observing that those who lined up after me already got theirs. I made a follow up Only to find out that they forgot to prepare my food! They serve the food later on but told me that the egg was still being prepared.
No apologies whatsoever.
Really disappointing.
incompetent crew
I contacted Vito Cruz branch to track or make a follow up on our order. Order was placed at 9pm today 9/13. We waited for 1 hr and 20 mins and was advised that the delivery guy is about to deliver our order and just wait for 10-15 mins. Guess what, after 15 mins no order arrived. I call again, and I spoke to another crew and says that we do not have order placed! How is that? How come that on my first call the crew confirmed that my order will be delivered after 10-15 mins and even ask for my name and my home address! I am very frustrated! Waited for 1hr and 45 mins! For nothing! How can they even do that! Heartless people, not even thinking that the person who ordered might be starving to death. Very disappointing.

I went to 168 mall and decided to get some refreshment. Ang sabi ng cashier if it's ok to wait for 15mins, so I said Ok. More than 15 mins na wala pa rin so i follow-up to one of the crew. After 10 mins of first follow-up I approached the manager. The manager said ginagawa na po sa taas. Total of more or less 30mins para lang sa inumin na Milktea tsaka sa Halo-halo. Ganun sya katagal gawin. Hindi biro ubusin ang 30mins para lng sa gnun.
Pagdating ng milktea hindi ko matusok yung straw sa loob. So i need to remove the cap. Pagtingin ko punong puno ng yelo buo buo pa halos takip na ung area sa ibabaw. So sa inis mo sa tagal ng waiting time tapos gnun ang serve sayo tinawag ko yung manager na babae.
She explained that normal nyo daw na puro ice ang milktea 3/4 daw ng cup at 1/4 lang ang tubig. If that is the case I dont think it is worth it di ako bumili ng ice inumin ung gusto ko.
Bumibili ako ng milktea s iba this time ko lng naexperience to na halos 3 sipsip lang ang inumin.
Nung nagapproach ulit ako sa manager pinakita ko yung ice na halos occupied buong baso, one of the crew told me "O ETO NALANG INUMIN NYO MAM".
Dapat bang mamahiya kayo ng mga customer nyo kung nagbibigay ng feedback?.. the manager was there.
Yung babaeng manager, she is lack of emphathy and wala lang sa knya yung sinabi ng crew nya kasama pa sya sa nakipag argue.
Di ko matanggap yung pambabastos pa natanggap ko sa mga crew sa stall na to.
So I went back to cashier and asked what's the name of the crew as I have decided to write this letter. Proud pa sya "AKO PO YUN, JOSEPH PO". Without regrets, talaga ba?
Yung isang manager na lalaki tried to intervene. I appreciate his time to make an apology. It's somehow hindi lang cguro tlg sila trained how to make it well. Sabi nya let's talk about it as marereceive naman din nya rereplyan lang din nya yung complaint ko.
So ok, ganun lang pala. Kahit pala magfeedback ka sila din magrereply kaya pala papangit ng service ng mga Jollibee food corporation.

I purchased at Chowking Pasig Rotonda Branch at 11:20pm, Sept 7, 2019. A cashier named Markris, took my order and gave me a 15mins waiting time for the Chicken. But then 20mins passed and they are giving me 8mins again. If I didn't ask this girl she might not even told me to wait for 15mins, I have to ask it first for her to tell me.
And she gave me a hand written receipt that I can't even understand, I'm asking for my printed receipt but they told me they can't give it through their POS, so they went inside the office, But No ONE approached me that I have to wait another 5 or 10mins for it to be printed. So I left.
I went to this branch because this is the nearest to my house, I only have limited time to buy food because my babies sick at home but then this happened! I am so disappointed! I think she's new by the way.

It was happen tonight September 7, 2019 at Chowking National Highway Cauayan City, Isabela. Please paki train po ng mabuti ang inyong mga crew to have a Proper Handling to a Customers Concern hindi po yung di namamansin ang cashier niyo kapag may reklamo na at yung mga cooker niyo po make sure po na itrain niyo sila kung 20minutes waiting sana naman po gawin nila kasi po nag hihintay din kameng mga nag take out. Kahit na pinapangalagaan niyo ang pangalan ng chowking nasa mga crew po yan at sa pag uugali nila. Under service provider po kayo isaalang alang niyo yung CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT CUSTOMER RELATION. Meron pong training about dyan at alam ko po meron din sa inyo kasi Service provider kayo. paki check po yung cctv tonight at pakituruan at paki train po mga crew niyo dahil po sakanila nasisira ang customer relation sa chowking which dapat hindi po. Kailangan po nilang ma train. Naiintindihan namin yung protocol niyo 20minutes pero yung tatanungin mo sila kung asan na yung take out nag titinginan ang cashier at cooker? Ano po iyon? Kaya sinabi kong irefund nalang pero hindi nag sasalita ang cashier niyo at mukang minadali ng cooker niyo ang pag kain. Sana naman po wag niyo lang basahin mga complain bagkus ay aksyonan niyo. Three hours back I was with my family for lunch in Chowking inside City Mall Tetuan, Zamboanga city and I was really disappointed what happened to my wife.
She's Filipino and she order PEARL MILK TEA because she was attracted from the advertising located on the counter beside the cashier.
When she got the order, the container of the tea was completely different!
We complained to the staff and they replied us that chowking doesn't SERVE THAT KIND OF GLASS showing on the advertising but only serve paper one!
What? This is the was you're serving your customers? Why are you serving in different way?
THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!
We are paying your food and we must have what YOU ARE ADVERTISING!
I'm really disappointed on this situation and honestly I don't know if we'll go back to your outlet!
Please give me an explanation!

After ko mag wait ng almost 10 mins. Kase kasama sa daldalan ng mga crew ang pag piprepared ng food, kulang kulang pa !
Is it my fault ba na sinabi ng crew ok na ang food at umalis na ako? Pag dating ko sa bahay namen kulang ng siomai ang binili ko na which is kasama sa binayaran ko ! Bakit ganun ? Twice na nanyare saken yun .. una extra soup na binayaran ko na wala din pinadala and now eto naman ? Paki ayos naman po service nyo para masatisfied ang mga costumer sa service nyo !

Nag place kami ng advance order sa chowking online delivery kaninang 2:30pm. Idedeliver ng before 7pm. Around 6pm, tumawag ang store to confirm my order, but around 6:45pm tumawag ulit para sabihin na 1 platter n lng ng shanghai ang available. ( I ordered 2 platters of shanghai)
Sana sinabi na ng mas maaga para na cancel n agad at may bisita n kami ng 7pm para sa birthday ng apo ko.

-They don't greet Filipinos upon entry only the foreigners. While they're taking my order, they don't listen properly and act like they've heard you but took my orders wrong so i had to repeat it again.
-We had to wait for our order which is understandable but placing the halo halo on the edge of the table is not good. One move and the halo halo could've fallen.
-Chicken Lauriat: the pancit was fewer than what I usually get from other Chowking branches. The chicharap had half pieces.

We ordered around 1am at the moment of writing this compliant, beef wonton w/ siopao chicken lauriat and halohalo. the chicharap served was 7 pcs only by counting 5pcs standard size and 2 tiny bits . The canton was just a spoon and a quarter, I know by the looks because I always eat at chowking that it is far less than the standard portion. And just to test I ordered a pork chowfan for take out and I regret to inform you that your cook at this branch still needs intensive training at your head office or else you will loose your costomers that regularly eats at chowking. The sipao and beef wonton was ok. And to verify my doubts I asked the manager on duty (sir Alvin) to check while I was ordering the pork chowfan and waited for him. The pork chowfan arrived and I asked the dining crew for the manager it took him that long to comply. I asked him To check if it is standard and he said that they use a cup for portioning, I think he also needs visual training to know your standards. I told him"sir di ba sabi ko kanina sa counter pa check nman yung product nyo" he answered " sir may ginagawa kase ako sa loob". Another question, was that a proper answer? If you were the manager will that be your answer or will the pork chowfan arrive before you when a costomer seeked for your opinion?

Store is supposedly open for 24hrs as what stated.waiting in line for long to have your order and the [censored]ing store crew will tell you that only beef chaofan will be serve.
The [censored]!No wonder ratings and comments of the store is too bad! Management must inform the customer immediately what they can offer to prolong the waiting time and dissatisfaction!

I am an Ex crew of chowking and also i am a TL, last sunday (August 25, 2019). Nagorder ako ng madaling araw with a guy on the counter. I think Siya yung GY na cashier. Then nung umaga na mga 8:30am bumalik ako para mag order ulit ng meal, si kuya na nag take order sa akin nung madaling araw andun pa rin, and i've heard from him na "wala pa rin daw siya kapalitan" then after a few minute nagkaroon na siya ng kapalitan, nagswipe out na siya. Nung pag swipe out niya isa lang yung SERVICE STAFF nun which is yung girl pa. Then napansin ni kuya na may mga pending na halo halo, si ate na SS ang daming sineserve. Nagulat lang ako kasi naka swipe out na si kuya pero nag charity pa siya para tulungan yung kapwa niya crew. Siya po gumawa nung mga halo halo na pending
I just want to share what i saw. Kasi hindi niya pinabayaan katrabaho niya kahit extend na siya ng oras. I want a promotion for him.

nag antay ako ng almost 30 minutes bago ko naisip i check ung email ko na unseccusful ung order ko, opo 203.00 lang sya pero food ko po un at ng baby ko na 1 yr old kasi kmi lang dto sa bahay at naglalaba ako kaya nag order na lang kmi ng pagkaen at hnd naman pala ma ki cater!

I would always buy chowfan because i love eating it with the chili sauce. Pero last night i bought 1 and wala na ung complimentary chili sauce for the chowfan? Dba dapat meron? Tapos if ever gusto magpadagdag that's the time that you get to charge the customer for it? Disappointing.
Sana mai mga meals kayo na mai complimentary chili sauce na talaga. Yun na kasi yung nakasanayan ng ibang tao. For example ako, sanay ako na everytime i order a chowfan mai kasama na siyang chili sauce. Hindi yung mai 5 peso fee na agad.
Can you pls bring back the chowfan with the complimentary sauce on the side?
Hindi naman na hindi affordable, pero what's a chowfan without the chili sauce? It's kulang
