very slow service at chowking puerto princesa city
At 1045 pm tonight, November 18, my wife ordered 1 box choco pao box, 1 siopao asado, 1 siopao bola2, 2 chicharap, and 1 pork siomai... sadly, after 25 minutes of waiting our order is still 7mins from completion per their kitchen staff...
I had the order refunded since we lost our apetite in their abysmal service... at least benjie, the manager, is fast in processing the refund... must be because of the volume of complaints you at chowking receive daily...
Do you even take action to any of these complaints? I see you do not even have a direct website for all of the complaints that people give you... You give jollibee a very bad light...
These days, there are always alternatives to anything... rest assured that from now on I will be preferring the alternative instead of chowking...
fried chicken
Last night 11/14/2017 me and my husband went to chowking for dinner. My husband ordered Chicken Lauriat. When he sliced the chicken, the chicken is RAW! its ok of their is blood. but no. the chicken is literally RAW! what is happening to Chowking? Seems like most of the branches have issues when serving food. Good thing we dined in. hope this will be fixed.

Kanina nag order ako online for delivery and after I check out, I already received an email confirming that my order is on process. We waited for 30 minutes then someone from chowking called me saying that hindi sila nakakapagdeliver today unless dine in or take out. I can't say anything. My point is sana right after ng order ko nagsabi na regarding the delivery. Wala kming choice but to have out late late lunch outside at 3pm. I am very disappointed.

We decided to eat at your branch in Robinsons Manila since Chowking has always been our go-to place whenever we want delicious fast food. We ordered a lauriat and chao fan with Lumpiang Shanghai. I was a little skeptic when I took the first bite and noticed it was unusually chewy. When the second and third bite still had the same chewy consistency, I immediately checked for doneness and found that the insides were still raw in the middle. It did not help that the manager, Val, was almost unapologetic and was more defensive saying the batch was within standards. it also did not help that the cashier did not give us her full attention while being served at the counter. Val only gave her rather unsincere apology towards the end. Please take real action on this matter as our health may be affected. Thank you.

We had late lunch last Sunday November 5, 2017 at Chowking Paseo de Sta. Rosa. I was pissed off from the beginning until the delivery of food on our table. First, they cannot load my happyplus card due to offline, they also asked for smaller bill due to lack of change fund. We waited for more than 40 minutes for our food to arrive and I've noticed that we were the only one waiting and people behind me at the counter were already served food and already eating. When my kids complained that they are already so hungry I went to the counter to check and follow-up our order, they asked for my receipt because there were no more pending order in the kitchen so they asked me to wait and apologized. One of the food served was wrong so they changed it and my son waited again. Siomai is fried not steamed and we did not order for a fried one that's why it is so hard and my daughter cannot eat it. Crews cleaning the table keep on dropping wares on the floor. Hope they will improve their service. Please follow the first come first serve and NOT the last in first out system. People putting order slips in the kitchen must be organized and remember to follow the queuing system.

I ordered 1pc chicken with choco pao sa store nila. Nung una oorder plang ako almost 2minutes akong nakatayo in front of counter, dinadaan daanan lang ako ng cashier nila, walang nag aasisit sakin! Then next yung pag serve ng food! Ang tagal nang andunsa warmer nila yung order ko! Andami nilang crew pero walang pumapansin ng order ko! Dinadaan daanan lang nila ! Even yung manager nila! Tatlo pa naman silang manager na naka onfloor dun ! Then kung di ko pa sabihin sa service staff nila na andun na yung order ko sa warmer nila HINDI MASERVE sakin yung order ko! Then pag kaserve saken ng product angliit ng chicken yung itchura nia parang chicken na nabibili sa kanto ! HINDI WORTH IT YUNG BINAYAD KO! Ngayun lang ako nag encounter ng chowking na ganun! Nakakabadmood! Yung feeling na gutom ka na nga di tas ganung quality pa makukuha mong product !
I complain about the service and the food
Umorder po kami ng pancit sobrang oil po tapos hindi masarap ung lasa nya.. At ung inorder kopo lauriat ung rice nya po plane lang diba fried at ung siomai nya naka fried ei hindi naman ako nag request ng fried naka steam un diba po. Ung mga product nyo hindi na po nasusunod ung proper procedure.. At pag pasok namin sa chowking wala pong counter.. Im wait a long time before she take my order.. Then she not approach me very well hindi pa sya nag smile... Ang rude pa nyang sumagot.. Then bakit po walang counter manager na naka assign na mag bantay sa mga crew nila kung nasusunod po ba ang proper procedure na food na iseserve sa customer... I hope that the next time i visit ok na ung food and the service ng store ninyo... Sana po mabigyan ng aksyon ko... Thank you for listening my complaint...

Goodeve! It's a Halloween Event (Trick or Treat) in SM Clark. My son decided to eat in Chowking and as of 1pm there's no available chicken? Hindi ba nila na-anticipate na may event that time and well informed naman siguro sila ng Mall Admin beforehand. At the counter naman, the cashier didn't greeted me and ang bungad nya agad ay offline ang happy plus card because he noticed me na hawak ko yung happy plus card. And napansin ko na everytime na kakain kame dun ay lagi na lang offline. Di man ba nila naiisip na i - report o ipagawa? 1pm pa lang wala silang available na chicken at take note 1hour daw serving time? Pagod and gutom na kame that time due to trick or treat event kung di lang talaga nirequest ng anak ko ang Chowking. Madalang lang talaga ako magcomplaint pero that time bad service talaga na-experience namen. Upon entry pa lang marame na unbussed tables kung di mo pa tatawagan, di ka pa lalapitan para linisin. Sa sobrang inis ko, tinanong ko yung dining if anu number or email add my customer service nila ang response nya sakin itatanong sa manager nila na nasa counter na di man ako binalikan at again naghintay na naman ako.. Then after few minutes, umalis na kame na pagod and gutom.. I feel pity for my child kasi gustong gusto nya mag-dine in sa Chowking due to incompetent crew and bad service umalis na lang kame. I hope this complaint serves an improvement sa kanila. Sayang mga walk out customers na umaalis ng store due to bad service experience.
We also had a unacceptable experience at Chowking SM Clark last Friday, around 12:30 pm. Kakaout lang namin from graveyard shift and super gutom at pagod. Nung magoorder na kami na kami ng Agent ko, this cashier named VINCENT gave me an attitude. Mgkasama lang kc kmi ng order nmin then after inistate nung Agent ko ung order nia and I thought the crew(Vincent) already got.it punched, I started to take my order. Looking at thr menu, I asked if available ung Kangkong. He din't answer me, instead, bnalikan nia ung Agent ko sabay sabi "Coke ba ung drinks?!" Mejo napahiya ako kaya tumigil muna ako.
(Nung umalis kami dun lang cnb ng agent ko na inistop pala ako ng crew thru hand gesture which is unacceptable! Di ko napansin kc nakatingin ako sa menu)
Then hinayaan ko lang sya. Tapos nung okay naung drinka na ulit2 nia kinuha sa agent ko, sabi ko "Are you done?" Then tumango lang sya. "Chaofan with siomain and Sarsi-" di pan ako tapos magsalita, ni cut na nia ako "walang sarsi". Dun na ako nabastusan tlga pinacancel ko nlang order namin at ngwalkout kami. Nanginginig ako sa puyat, gutom at galit. Gustong balikan ng Agent ko para ireklamo pero mas inintindi nlang nmin ung gutom nmin at kumain kami sa ibang foodchain.
To the Management, I've worked in fastfood chain as a Cashier and I know how tiring it was. Pero alam ko na kailangan ko din maging mabait sa customer ko kc nga NKIKIPAGTRABAHO LANG TAYO AT BNANAYARAN TAYO. But this crew named VINCENT really got an attitude. Pataas taas pa ng kilay. Ni hindi pa nga sya masyado pagod dhil halos kakaopen palang nila that time. I hope this will not happen again.

I ordered online and after checkout, I was sent order number [protected] at 11:01AM. I know that the standard delivery time is 60 minutes. I called the deliver hotline 98888 and asked for the status of the order. I was told it's under process and I should wait for the second email. The second was received at 12:23PM and the email said that it will take 60 minutes for the order to be delivered

I was so disappointed sa hotline service nyo or should I say dun sa order taker, I was ordering chaofan + steamed chaofan, pero sabi nya hindi daw available ung steam and only fried lng dw.. E db nka-steam lng ung siomai before nila i-fry I doubt kng i-ffry nila lahay un w/o orders pa.
So nag-onli e na lng ako to get rid of the order taker... After 5 mins nagffup ako 40mins dw delivery.. After 30 mins I checked to confirm kng out na for delivery.. Out na daw after 45mins tinawagan ako ng branch only to tell me na nagkamali dw sila ng pick up ng order kasi instead na pque branch ang kumuha ng order ko casimiro branch pla... And the [censor] ako pa tinanong kng pano na kasi dw malayo... The hell ako pa pinag isip.. Pinagpasapasahan p ko ning rider at mgr.. Tska lng nila naisip itransfer ako sa pque branch... But another 45mins waiting time... So I ended up cancelling my order...
To chowking... Kindly educate your staff on the use of online ordering and carefull reading of addresses!

yang chao and beef chaofan
Good day Mam/Sir! I would like to complain regarding the uncooked rice that was served to us today. The items that we ordered was Yang Chao and Beef Chaofan. This incident happened last Octber 29, 2017, Sunday around 9am-10am. We weren't able to complain it in the branch since we had our order take-out. The branch is located at Plaza A. Hernandez, Tondo Manila. I hope that this incident would not happen since we paid the right amount of service and yet we got disappointed. Thank you and God bless!
very slow and poor service
Kumain kami ngayon sa Chowking Madrigal branch Muntinlupa City. We ordered chao fan, pearl milk tea and chicken for my daughter. Sabi 15 minutes daw. So we waited for a few minutes at dumating na yung chao fan and pearl milk tea pero yung chicken wala pa. We waited for 10 minutes pero wala pa din kaya nag follow up kami. Wait lang daw so we waited again. Inabot ng another 10 minutes nag follow up na uli hubby ko at hindi sya umalis sa counter hangga't wala pa yung chicken. Pati yung hiningi namin na water inabot ng 20 minutes. Mabibilaukan na yung kumakain wala pa din yung tubig.Take note hindi masyadong marami ang tao nung time na kumain kami. Even yung tissue wala grabe ito yung worst Chowking branch na nakainan ko!

today october 26, 2017 18:55, i ordered lomi in chowking centris. this is my third order from previous orders dates.
i was surprised that saute pork and liver were not included in lomi.
only to found out that the store is owned by a moslem.
i was charged higher due to incomplete ingredients.
the cashier shouks have informed me in advance or a post can be seen. NO PORK Serve.

I ordered at chowking edsa central at 2:30am with my friends and my order was porkchop milktea and tofu. The cashier inform me that I have to wait so I waited. Then later on they served porkchop and milktea. Hndi ko alam kung ilang minuto ba nila niluluto yung tofu ksi almost 30mins nko naghihintay. My friends already finished their food and so as my milktea. So nung pina follow up ko sa server which is si lou merong guy na nasa front ng kitchen wearing white uniform and matangkad na sinigawan yung server na nag fofollow up. Hndi nmn sana ako mag cocomplaint kaya lng that attitude is not tolerable and my friend heard na sinabi nung guy na "Pag follow up kayo ng follow up mas lalo kong hndi ilalabas yan, etc etc.." Dba? I would like to inform that I am so disappointed that everytime I order at any branch of chowking there is no sufficient raw mats.Just like awhile ago (Oct.22, 2017). I order Chicken lauriat the menu include 1pc.chicken with rice, canton, soimai, buchi & chicharon for dine in @Chowking City Mall.But, unfortunately there is no provided sauce for soimai & chicharon but only gravy was given by the cashier.She, said that no available sauce for it. As a customer, it is the responsibility of a manager in charge to check all the availability his/her raw mats. And, must accountable to provide the satisfaction of their customers needs. I do hope that before serving the order please always check if the products is complete before serving it. Completeness and accuracy is next to satisfactory of a customers. Thank you.
PS: No action taken regarding on my concern I emailed it last October 22.2017. And, no ones answer it. I’m so very disappointed to the management.

Good afternoon! This is just to complain what i experienced from chowking delivery service. I placed an order for a friend. It was chowking roces in q.c. Catered our order. I
Placed my order at 11:45 as per customer service who took my order delivery time maximum at 45 mins. My time on my cp was synchronized to the delivery service time so i am expecting the delivery at 12:30 pm. Time has passed delivery service were 6 minutes late. I called the delivery service and said that the rider was dispatched at 12pm. As far as i know when it is late a customer must have GC but they did not gave it to my friend. I even called the delivery service again not once but twice and said that the branch will give a call to my friend to settle it. I checked with my friend its so sad that no calls nor text received from chowking roces. You should Do the Talk and comply to your commitment! You are about to give customer satisfaction to your customers. To the Rider and Manager on Duty of Chowking Roces yesterday October 21, 2017 kindly review your commitment to customer. Dont ruin the reputation of Chowking! A simple call or text will do, is that really hard to do?

I would like to complain about my order online dated today, october 15, 2017 @ exactly 7:37pm. I received a confirmation on my email but the order didn't arrive. Around 8:26 pm, after one hour, I received an advisory that the store where my order has been placed is already closed. Sobrang nakakainis! Sana po nag aadvice kayo ng mas maaga. Para nakaorder na kami sa iba. I'm never ordering from you ever again. This is the 2nd time we've experienced this from you. Sana pala nung una palang nadala na kami. i used to dine at chowking AIC gold tower, this is my 2nd complain regarding how they treat some customer. i just ask some additional creamer and sugar, but ELLA the cashier said it has a charges, how happen that it has a charges today but yesterday has no charge. dhe give it to me for free but she throw the sugar and creamer in my tray. what a staff.
