cancelled delivery because of "iced tea"
Waited 40 mins only to find out that my order is cancelled because "Iced tea" is not available. Seriously?
As if the customer should know what is available and what is not.
They require you to enter your contact details but it seems they will not bother to call you if there should be changes or clarifications with you order.
They'll just hit cancel. That's it.
Never again will I order to Chowking.
service complaint
I was supposed to dine in at Chowking tutuban center last Saturday, 12/16/2017 at about 5:00 pm. My sister and brother in law sat on a not so messy table when we called the staff for assistance to clean it. The staff ignored us the 1st time and so we called again. This time the manager approached us with a frown on her face and tried to radio someone. My god, she only have to remove 2 trays of leftovers and she still needs her crew to do it? I was annoyed and I said, "eto lang kelangan pa iradyo?" Then she quickly removed the trays with a much deeper frown on her face. Then I went to order. I asked for beef Chao fan, and I can't understand what Dina(counterperson) said because she was talking at the same time as me. When I said, "pwede ako muna" she stopped. When I said "isang beef Chao fan.." She loudly said "PORK CHAO FAN LANG" like she was irritated or something. That is when I decided not to eat there anymore because I was so pissed at these people. I immediately walked out of the store and then I went back to ask for the counterperson's name, , w/c I saw on her name plate. Unfortunately I didn't get the manager's name because I was really way over my head. Is this how you train your people? Maybe try to think how you teach your staff about customer service. A little politeness goes a long way if you know what I mean

First of all, i dont like the attitude of cashier! She didnt know how to smile to the customer, her name is rhea i think. Feeling na gutom na gutom ka na that time tapos kakainin mong fast food ganun ung mga crew!. Kasama ko gf ko kumain sa chowking nun pinag usapin namin na maghiwalay na lang ng resibo then umupo na kami waiting na lang ng foods, after 5mins dumating na order ko pero sa gf ko 20 mins na wala pa rin ung order niya. We asked to kuya (crew) kung pwede paupdate ng order ng number 29 after ilang mins dumating na ung order. Tinanung ko si kuya(crew) kung pwede makuha ung resibo pero ang sabi niya wala daw ung resibo pinafollow up nga lang daw niya ung order ng gf ko. Ang nakakainis lang kasi hindi man lang marunong humingi ng sorry si kuya( crew) pati si ate cashier tingnan lang din kami na parang patay malisya!. Sana magawan ng paraan ang mga ganyang crew. Sorry for the word mga bastos kasi kayo magserve!

First of all the crew in that branch are not smiling and approachable, Naghintay ako ng sobrang tagal hanggang sa nagfollow up na ako tapos ang tagal pa din, tapos malalaman ko WALANG RESIBO NA NAPUNCH, tapos idadahilan nyo na kaya matagal kasi walanh resibo, So kasalanan ko pa ba na walang napunch yung cashier nyo, eh nagbayad naman ako tapos wala man lang nag sorry sa delay o sa pagkakamali nyo.. Nakakadisappoint yung ibang mga crew nyo pano yan nakapasa eh sa pagkakaalam ko pag mga fast food dapat laging nakasmile ang mga crew.!

I ordered foods for our lunch. Sad to say, the delivery crew was late by almost 20 minutes.To follow up the order, I tried to text the number which had been used to call my mobile number for order confirmation. Sad to say, I received no replies. When I checked the order, it was incomplete (no tofu delivered). The delivery crew had no answer why he was late and why the order was incomplete. He was also not courteous enough.

I am not feeling so well tonight that I decided to order online. After processing my orders I decided to take a nap and just wake up when the door bell rings. After an hour and half I woke up wondering why my orders haven't been delivered yet. So I checked my email only to find out that my orders were not processed bec 1 item is not available and you are asking me to just call the hotline. Why? Are you expecting your customers to stand by his/her email the entire time? Isn't it your responsibility to reach out since the fault is in your end (that you do not have the item that I want)? What kind of stupid policy do you have? And when I called the hotline, the agent tells me that the store doesnt have a cup for regular drinks, thus I have to order a larger size and pay extra. Seriously? After making me wait for almost 2hrs?
late delivery
I ordered at 12:51pm and i waited for more than an hour but my order has not yet been delivered, so i called them by borrowing my neighbor telephone. When someone answered the call, he told me that my order is not processed due to incomplete information which is the telephone number, but exactly 12:55pm i received an email that my order is in process. They should insert in their online delivery system the mobile phone number requirement instead of telephone because most people today don't have telephone and it could create misunderstanding and the customer would suffer to that negligence. I considered the case that there were limited food to order today. However, I did not expect that the sevice would be limited as well. I ordered pork chao fan with pineapple juice since sprite was not available but when my order was served there was no beverge included and even when I approached the counter to follow up the order, it took more than 10 minutes for my drink to be served and it was not the pineapple juice. She gave me an iced tea. My worst chowking experience ever since I started dining here. Please pay attention to small details for they play a big role in the service.

I ordered 1 regular Super Sangkap Halo-halo. When my order arrived, they gave a glass of ice with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and leche flan on top with some green gulaman, macapuno and pinipig. So, I asked the store manager what were the ingredients of the halo-halo. He told me a lot. I told him that I want my halo-halo looking the same as what was shown on the poster. They took my order and gave me almost the same. I can't believe that thay can come up with it unlike the one that they gave me first. Are they keeping the ingredients for themselves? Just asking.

We have ordered pork chao fan and order was confirmed around 3:01 in the afternoon. Guess what? On the email it says 60 minutes. Currently its already 4:20 in the afternoon and it does now exceeded the 60 minutes as what is being mentioned on the email being sent. This branch was for Pacific mall mandaue city cebu. Your delivery is the most worst of all. When i ordered lumpiang shanghai there was even no sweet & sour sauce that was included. What a worst service delivery you had! I really like the foods you have on the menu but your services were lousy and I'm really disappointed!

1. October. Amira-cashier and one of the supervisors which I forgot to get the name. We were waiting for our order and we were not informed that it is not the right place so they just bump into our things which was placed over the counter desk. As if nothing happened and they were not sorry for that. Worst part is, they blame us saying, "nakaharang kasi kayo jan". And we felt that we were being bullied by these two people.
2. December-we were asking for a condiment and migs the asst manager told us it is not allowed since we ordered for a beef chow dumpling. There is no consistency of the policy. He gave us a chili sauce and he was having 2nd thoughts so he get it again and returned it to the place where he get it. Binawi nya ganon?
3. Your branch in moa is the worst chowking! We don't like their service!
delivery: missed out order, late delivery and failure to address complaint

Would like to report a complaint regarding my delivery experience with branch North Gate Alabang.
At first I ordered via online and immediately got a reply. However my order of beef wonton mami was not able so I contacted you hotline to settle my order at 6:17 The agent who answered my call advised me that he will take my order again. He also advised me to wait 45 minutes and if it is late I will have a 200peso worth of GC for my next order. I waited for my order but it seems that it was taking too long so I called again the hotline for follow up at 7:11pm. The order then came at 7:20. Upon checking my orders, one order was missing (Nai Cha Pearl Milk Tea -Large). We even checked the receipt together with the delivery guy but no milk tea was listed. I called the hotline again at 7:25 to report the missed order and advised me that the branch will contact me. Around 7:37 I called again the hotline to follow up my concern since no one is contacting me. Again he advised me to wait for the call from the branch. At 7:57pm I called again the hotline to follow-up (3rd follow-up) and advised me to wait for the branch to call. It was 8:30pm when I finally decided that North Gate Branch will no longer contact me nor address my concern. This is the reason why I am writing this to report the bad experience I had with chowking. I've been ordering before and this was the first time that it happened. Hoping for your feedback regarding this matter.
PS. I have sent this complaint last Sunday, December 03 thru Chowking's facebook; however, still no response. It seems that Chowking's team is not taking this seriously.
super poor customer service.
We ordered around 5:35am. Cashier named ANA can't give smile even a little. And she looks like she cannot even smile at all. poor customer service. What's make me little irritated is when she insert her finger into her ear and scrated it infront of me while taking orders. Does your crew know how to assist customers? With proper manner? Second to the dining crew named NICOLE who served us food with incomplete orders and utensils.. he get the number without asking if our order is already complete.. which is not.. i ordered 3 meals and he only gave us 2 drinks. He will not notice until i approched him and ask why u get our number? Our order is not yet complete.. doesnt have any calamansi back up? Is the 3rd meal i ordered have drinks? I have my receipt. And he said ah ok mam il give u 1. I ask him to take out or left over food but their asking for a packaging payment for 5php or else they will put our food to a plastic bag which is not right i did not ordered a food from carenderia. 3rd the manager named KHIM CRISOSTOMO he just sitting all the time while chatting with the lady cashier and the dining crew. Doesnt have a initiative to ask what's the prob or is there any problem? When i approached his dining crew he just staring on us. Not saying any word. Is that the way you treated your customers? Im very upset and dissapointed with your service as well as your team. This is at chowking vito cruz. I think they need more training how to handle customers. I truly understand their at graveyard shift but they need to follow what is right for assisting customer because they know that is they work. This is the second time im filing a complaint into your service. We placed our order around 9:25pm, Dec3, 2017. They informed us thaf tbey will call to confirm our orders AND that the maximum delivery time is 1 hour. We'be been waiting for a call. Suddenly, their rider came (10:30). Gave us our order. Upon checking, the orders was not complete. Yes! After waiting for an hour, some items were not delivered. That was around 11:30! We immediately call again the hotline, and acknowledge our concern. After an hour, yes! An hour again! One item was delivered but the other item is still missing. We called the hotline and asked for the branch number. They used to promise to call us from the beginning we placed our order but no call from them! I asked the customer service agent to ask the branch to call me because I can't contact the landline given earlier. If they will not call us we will directly go to their branch and file a complaint. That's the time when the manager, Ms Lirio called. I don't want to want to eat anymore since we've been waiting for 2 hours and half for our order! I can't believe how the manager handled our complain! Food delivered suffered its quality already then the service was soo bad! Around 12:10am, the rider came for our items not delivered refund plus wanton soup?!? Not funny!

Nagpunta ako sa store nyo para kumain kasi nagugutom ako, simple as that! Umorder ako ng Chicken Lauriat and extra egg fried rice. Pero nung dumating sakin na order walang extra egg fried rice na kasama. Tinawag ko yung isang crew na di ko nakita yung pangalan nagfollow up ako ng egg rice at di na niya ko binalikan, pagtingin ko sa receipt ko walang extra egg fried rice na nakapunch kaya kahit nabibitin ako sa pagkain tumayo para umorder ng egg fried rice lumapit ako sa isang crew na nasa cashier na (trainee daw) sa kanya ako nagsabi na extra egg fried rice sabi nya saglit lang daw si cashier daw magaassist sakin, hanggang sa naghintay ako ng matagal, nawala yung gana ko sa pagkain, una pa lang inorder ko na pero di napunch dahil out of focus ang cashier. Nagpapalit pa sakin ng bills na parang nasa palengke lang kung magpapalit. Uulitin ko pumunta ako sa chowking para mabusog para makakain dahil gutom ako, pero hindi pa naging maganda ang experience ko. At hinding hindi na ko kakain sa branch na yan. Nakakadala ang service. Tsk tsk tsk. Sana magawan ng action to!

Shame on this branch, what a very nasty service! Wala man lang nag-inform samin ma hindi nila ma-cater yung order, walang sense of urgency! We've been waiting for an hour and a half and nakareceive din kami ng confirmation email para lang sa wala. Nasayang lang oras namin, nagutom pa! Very very very poor customer service! I just can't explain the frustration i'm having right now!
non availability of coffee during breakfast
Last Nov. 27, 2017 at around 7 AM, i went to Chowking Villonco Store in Villonco, Commonwealth.
I ordered a breakfast meal with coffee as a drink. To my surprise, the crew said that they have ran out of stock of coffee, so she asked me to choose a drink- soda or pineapple juice. So i chose pineapple juice. But to my surprise again, she asked me to pay for an additional charge for the pineapple juice. Wow! is this really the way it should be? Unanag una, bakit ako pagbabayarin ng additional? Kasalanan ko bang "naubusan daw sila ng coffee"? eh un ung dapat kasamang drink ng breakfast meal nila. And to think na ang aga aga pa, 7AM, tapos wala na daw silang coffee? Paki double check din po, kasi ang alam ko, 7AM sila nag oopen, tapos sasabihin nila ubos na coffee nila? So i asked the crew kung pwede makausap ung manager nila, tinawag nung crew pero di lumabas at pinasabi na lang sa crew na, sige daw, wait na lang daw namin dahil mag bbrew pa sila. WOW again. this means, merong coffee pero di nila inasikasong mag brew bago sila mag open. Tsk tsk tsk...
auto large drinks
We ordered for a Large milktea and a regular coke, which my boyfriend clearly stated when cashier named Alino/Allie took our orders.. We were about to get a glass of water from the water station, and upon bringing the glass of water to our table we noticed how the glass of our 'regular' coke was a lot taller than our glass of water. We scanned the receipt and we found out that we were charged of 17php for a 16oz drink, which we never ordered. I called the manager Cathy who was not on floor but was addressed to us by a crew. I explained to her about this unauthorized charge, and she never even opted to give my 17php back, or replace my drink since I could barely even finish a large soda. She promised she will speak to the cashiers, but as we were observing, all of the customers looking for seats were carrying their trays with either pineapple/iced tea or large soda on it. What bothered me most is the group of students beside our table who experienced the same scenario. I felt the need to ask them if they ordered for an drink upgrade and they were also surprised to be charged of such fees as well. I hope it appears on the cctv camera on this branch on how many times customers had called for a crew/manager to clarify this wrong doings. Im not sure if this became a habit as to benefit for something, but i believe this is a form of stealing. And through some form of legalities, this has to be stopped.
very late delivery and non advise of branch manager
I ordered at 11:56am. Was told delivery time is within an hour. After an hour i called the hotline for about 4-5x to check. They always tell me that the branch manager will call me and to free my line but no call was received. The names that was given to me are Nessa and Naomi. On my 5th call i asked for the branch number was given a wrong number. So i checked online and called the casimiro branch. Was able to talk to Nessa and i got the impression that they have not called the driver yet to check. It is already 2:07pm as of this writing. No call from the branch. No food has been delivered. I am extremely pissed off. I have a litle kid waiting that has not had lunch at this late. Please do something about this. This has so much inconvenience in our part.
