madalas ko to mapansin sa store na to.Yung isang manager napaka bastos magsalita namamahiya ng crew kahit may nakaharap na mga costumer.Ako yung nasasaktan sa mga bata kapag ginaganun sila hindi lang isang beses na napapansin ko to.Sana Mabigyan ng aksyon to dahil kawawa ang mga bata. Kung ganito lang naman ang manager na hinahired nyo I think in the future wala na kayong crew.

Chowking online order processing

I placed an order for food online.
I ordered a meal which is for siopao and milktea. It was supposed to be 100.00.

But when my order came; checking the receipt, it was charged/processed separately. So I have to pay extra for it. The total is 126.00

I know it is just a few pesos to pay extra, but think about the dissatisfaction as a customer.

Is it to hard to process the correct order? Or is it a scam on your part so your customers get to pay extra?

Chowking service of crew name ruzz

When I went to Chowking UN Branch near Lrt station, I ordered 1pc Chicken plus wanton. It took 10mins before they served it to me. I asked for a sauce with chili to the server name RUZZ, Ive waited for it but no one give me what i am asking for. I cannot leave my table because I have important things on it and there's a customer also beside me. I approached the cashier and ask for chili sauce but suddenly I saw RUZZ doing something near the handwash area. I talked to him why he didnt gave me the chili sauce and toyo. Then he impolitely said that it has a charge that is why he didnt lend me. Why he didnt approach me again so that i can pay. What i am asking is soy sauce without charge with chilli sauce. He was so boastful and inappropriate manner. I talked to MOD name Ramel. Please do action on this. I am not happy the way RUZZ interact to customer and he want me to be wrong in the front of his manager. I didnt enjoyed my food. Bad service

Chowking meaty wonton mami with uod

Chowking branch Garnet cor. F.Ortigas Jr. Road Oct 1, 2017 around 4:30pm. Pagpasok pa lang namin may mga batang yagit na nasa loob ng store, wala bang security guard dun? The worst is yung kinakain ko na Meaty Wonton Mami nakitaan ko ng uod na kulay green. We inform them. My manager na lumapit nagsorry naman asking kung gusto ko daw ng replacement or refund na lang. I chose the latter kase nawalan na din ako ng gana kumain. I am so disappointed kase first time ko kumain ng mami nila my uod pa. I want feedback from the management.

Chowking bad service/ beef chaofan with siomai topping

Last night september 29 kumain kami ng partner ko sa chowking shell gas station sta. Queteria branch. Ung order ko na food ay beef chaofan with siomai topping. We waited for our order so nandyan na ung order naka isang subo pa lang ako napansin ko na malamig ung siomai tapos tinawag ko ung crew para sabihin kinuha naman niya. Ang tagal nung pinapalitan ko siguro mga 10 mins. Tapos dinala nya na ung food tapos may buhok dalawang piraso hindi ko na pinansin tinangal ko na lang dahil gutom na din ako ok naman na ung siomai. Ung kinainis ko talaga ung hindi man lang nag apologize tapos nilapag nya na lang basta. Sana hindi na to maulit at sana meron gawin ung management regarding dito

Chowking product/ service

I am so disappointed with Chowking Lower Session Baguio City branch. I was about to order Chowfan w/ fried toppings and then the staff told me "walang available na toppings plain na chowfan lang." with matching frown in her face. This is not a carinderia, this is a fastfood outlet. The manager is so careless that she doesn't even care to do inventory about the stocks at her store. I MEAN REALLY?! This should stop even the other customer said "MAGSARA NALANG KAYO, LAHAT NG GUSTO NAMIN WALA.(sarcastic tone)" . I love CHOWKING but never been disappointed like this.

Chowking regarding your service delivery men or riders

It happened on September 20, 2017.

I was on the center isle, sa tawiran ng tao. And talagang masikip yung daanan ng tao, at talagang daanan lang sya ng tao. Eh yung delivery nyo po na naka motor talagang pinagsisik - sikan nya yung motor nya. At pilit na pinauurong ako sa gilid. I told him, dun ka sa kabila umurong. Nagalit sya, at sabi nakiki - excuse naman sya. Sabi ko, oo nga, mas maluwag dun sa kabilang side ikaw ang umurong. And I said, dapat ikaw nagbibigay sa tao at daanan ng tao itong sa center isle at hindi daanan ng motor.

Umurong po sya sa kabilang side, dahil wala syang magawa. All the while nagmumura at saying foul things.

Paki disiplina po naman yung mga delivery nyo. This especially happened on sucat, paranaque. Yung delivery po na iyon nagmula sa chowking Santana groove, malapit sa me shopwise dito sa sucat.

Chowking poor crew manner

Nag order ako nang chowking chinese style fried lauriat sa chowking binondo. Nang dumating ang order ko dala nang crew na si arman. Nagrequest ako nang dimsum sauce para sa siomai. Galit pa sumagot pero ok lang atleast nakarequest ako. Pero natapos na kain ko at natira na lang ang siomai. Di parin dumating ang sauce. Paki refresh po sa crew ninyo paano makitungo nang maayos sa customer.

Chowking attitude problem of cashier crew named eli

Hi. I ordered food to cashier ELI(as it is written in the receipt) today around quarter to 4pm at Chowking Star Mall branch 0993. I ask the cashier for 2 extra glass of water. And ask for another extra plate. Pero yung kahera nyo inirapan ako. Hindi ba dapat hindi kayo nag hahire ng kaherang may attitude problem. Hope this is a critical complaint. I won't ever eat at this kind of chowking store with a poor service. And please talk to that cashier to never do that to customers. Thanks.

Chowking the service

I am complaining about a cashier at robinson's place lipa. The girl is very sarcastic and making faces at me just because I misunderstand what I actually order. She just punch it without clarifying what I order so when im asking her she made me look stupid. That kind of employee is not worth of her salary! and please please please the place was too dirty and tge utensils smells like soap and bleach! does this have cleanliness control? I love eating the food but the ambience and employees sucks. Btw cecile is her name

Chowking incomplete item - chop suey w rice

This is a complaint about the item I've received. I walked through chowking Taguig C5 store. I ordered chopsuey w rice for take out. After that, the lady served the food and said that it is comlete. I left the store and when I got home and check the item, there is no rice.. You know the feeling that u are in hurry to eat and starving to death? And when u checked the item the rice is not there.. There's even no convenient store in my place to buy rice so I had no choice but to eat the chopsue without rice.. This was happened just today.. Theres a number on the receipt table 93 ([protected]) .. This is my first time to log a complaint and Im really upset about what happened..

Chowking customer service

I ordered Chefs Special bundle for 2 + 3pc siopao box... the siopao has been given to me as i placed my order and already paid for it... after a few minutes dining staff keep on asking whats our order i told them its the chefs special... we are asked twice. After the 2nd, my order came and the staff get the number and leave. As I check the drinks were not yet served, so i ask the one who give my order about the drinks but he just stared at me and do nothing. Because we are about to leave and where looking for a traffic we are heading, i go to counter and ask the cashier aout the drinks but she just tell me sandali lang po. There.are so many staff hanging around a corner, in my mind she should ask someone to do it for her with proper instruction. So i initiated and ask someone fr the grp to serve me the drinks. Because my companion is already outside their store waiting for me. But the one i ask for the drinks seems do not know what he is doing. I takes him a couple of minute to do a 2 glass of drinks for take out.
For me, there are so many of them hanging around doing nothing why not give them assignment of preparing drinks, putting chili sauce... the drinks can be given as you placed and pay ur order. Why not do it that way so the main order is the only one left to serve...

Chowking food, service crew, and manager

We just visited the newly opened Chowking Store at Cuasay Branch or the place is more known as Waterfun Taguig. We ordered 1 sweet and sour pork meal, 1 order of pork siomai, 1 wanton noodles with asado siopao, at halo-halo.

While ordering the food, my partner asked kung magkano kapag pina-upsize ung drinks. The crew replied but my partner said "wag na lang Ate". So binayaran namin ung amount na sinabi smen not knowing na ipinunch nya ung upsize ng drinks nmen. Nalaman lang namen when we check the receipt. Hayss... pinalampas na lng namin.

Here comes the food. Yung kanin sa sweet and sour sobrang tigas. Sobrang bahaw na hindi kinayang lumambot nung sinangag. Yung siopao malamig. Yung wanton soup walang gulay. Yung halo halo sabi namin i-take out pro sinerve na pang dine. Hayss.. pinalampas nanaman kase baka anu pang ilagay sa pagkaen namin.

Pinapalet namin ung siopao pro after 10 - 15 mins bumalik kaya tinake out na lang namin. Humingi kami ng take out box pra sa sweet and sour na hindi namin maubos dahil matigas ung kanin, sabi may bayad daw so binayaran naman namin. Iniabot ng crew pro literal na cartoon lang wala man lang plastic. Humingi kami ng plastic pro parang wala lang narinig ung crew. We knew the crews of this store kc nagtraining cla sa Chowking Bayani Road branch where we use to eat. Nakaka-disappoint ng sobra.

Nagtanong kami sa isang crew kung meron silang feedback form. Sabi ng crew hndi nya daw sure pro itatanong nya daw s manager nya. Pagbalik ng crew sabi daw ng manager nya wala daw silang feedback form! Haler!?! Sana pinuntahan man lang kami ng para itanong pra san ang feedback form.

What the heck to end the night. Magrerelax sana kami pro lalo pa kami na stress.

Chowking take out order lacked 1 item

Went to Chowking Pasig Kapitolyo located at Shaw Blvd, Kapitolyo, Pasig today 8/26/17 at around 11am to order some chao fan for take out. So we ordered 2 PCF with shanghai, 3 PCF with dumpling and 1 PCF with siomai which costs us P412 due to SCDiscount, OR#[protected]. After sometime a fat lady with glasses came with our order inside paper bag. She read our order from a piece of paper and I just asked her if its complete and she said yes. Our fault is that we did not actually check the completeness of our order inside the paper bag. So we went home to Cainta Greenland Subd to have our lunch. To our dismay, 1 order of PCF with siomai is missing and only 5 boxes of PCF was inside the bag. If not for the traffic and for the quite long distance between Cainta Greenland and Chowking Pasig Kapitolyo we could have gone back to Chowking store and lodge our complaint.

Greetings!
I am always a fan of the foods and services that you offered, not until today, Friday, August 25 2017, around 12:00pm to 1:00pm, my co-worker and I decided to to to Chowking SM Lipa branch to have some lunch, as expected, the store is almost full of customers (which is normal), I look around for some space to eat while my co worker tend our orders to the cashier, luckily, I have found some vacant chair outside the mall (under big umbrellas), a few minutes later maybe 10 to 15 mins., your security guard on duty approach me (in not so nice manner) he said, "may kasama ka ba?" and I was like, opo, dalawa po kami, tapos sinabi niya sakin, hanap ka na lang ng ibang pwesto kasi may uupo na anim, at syempre iba ang dating sakin nun, I said, teka, kanina pa ako dito ah? sagot naman niya, dalawa lang naman kayo anim yung uupo dyan, medyo malakas na yung boses niya at napapahiya na ako dahil napapakibggan na ng ibang mga nasa area, and para lang matapos na ang usapan, tumayo nalang ako at sinabi kong hahanap na lang ako ng iba, surprisingly, etong security guard niyo, nagtaas na ng boses, edi humanap ka, banatan kita dyan eh, (umakto pa siya na parang may bubunutin sa tagiliran) bumalik ako sa kanya at tunanong ko kung tama bang narinig ko at sinagot naman niya akong, umalis ka nga sa harap ko that was the time na sobrang napahiya ako dahil napaka raming tao dun at nakatingin sila lahat sa amin, hinanap ko ang manager on duty at di naman ako nabigo at nilapitan naman kami, at ning ine explain na namin sa manager ang incident, nakiki abat pa si manong guard, and hindi ko na talaga nagugustuhan ang sitwasyon, your manager ask for our forgiveness and understanding, at okay na hinanapan na lang niya kami ng space, and then nung nasa table na kami, (share table), lumapit na naman ang manong guard at tinatanong kung anong problema namin sa kanya, , I called the attention of the manager again and she responded naman, at that moment, nawala na ang appetite naminat napalitan na ng stress, we decided to have cancel na lang yung order. Pumayag naman ang manager at himinge siya ng sorry, and she also offered some token, , and we declined it, alam din kasi namin ang sitwasyon nila eh, at sadyang wala na akong gana kumain, with these, I have some insights and questions, wala bang training ang mga tao niyo (particularly security personnel) about good manner? In my opinion, wala dapat ang mga ganitong tao sa company niyo, knowing na nasa food chain industry kayo, you should have training for your personnel in handling the situations like this, sayang ang magandang pangalan ng cimpany kung sisirain lang ng mga taong kagaya niya.

Chowking laging kulang ung binibigay na take out order

Chowking waltermart general trias cavite
Umorder ako ng 2halohalo at 1box siopao for take out. Iniwan ko sa mama ko ung number at lumabas kasi naiinip ung anak ko maghintay. Paglabas ni mama halohalo lang ung dala. Un lng daw binigay at kinuha na ung number ng crew kaya akala nya un lang order.

Umorder naman ako ng 2box siopao at 1wanton mami for take out. Katulad nung una ang binigay lang nila ung 2siopao. Sinasadya ba nila un! Sana magawan ng aksyon.

Chowking pancit canton-service

august 20, 2017 I ordered pancit canton with drinks. The time of receipt is 19:32, i've received the order when I went to the counter and the time is 20:15. My point is, why it took so long To prepare thefood. If I didn't go directly to the counter for further follow up NO food will be delivered to me because, as I obeserved, "kakaprepare palang" nun inabot sa akin.
Nextime Be sensitive to the orders of your customer special if they are willing to wait.

Chowking order delivery

Umorder ako sa chowking lapurisima zamboanga at pangalan ng crew lyn binigyan ko ng instruction ng maayos unilit ko pa sabi ko lagyan ng kalamansi pero walang kalamansi sinabi ko ihiwalay ung siomai sa choafan pero magkasa pari at lastly kulang yung order ko ng pineapple juice..almost two hours ako naghntay paki aksyunan naman at kelngan ko ng compensation icharge dyan sa kumuha ng order
