I ordered over the phone today [protected] around 12:30 and im busy didnt notice the time then i realized it's already 1:30. I called again and to their agents and i talked to that MARICAR again! And said order was not procesed they tried calling but they sadi phone is busy! No ones using the phone. I asked for a supervisor since that maricar put me on mute and i never hear anything. The supervisor SHIELA was also rude. I told them not to be rude since supervisor rin sya kaya pala ganun din ang ugali ng mga agents nila dahil pareparehas silang bastos. You chowking management should train your agents properly. Kinakusap mo ng maayos sila ng mali sila pang galit? Ganun? Awardin ko nga!

Hi chowking, we just want to report the incident happened to our order awhile ago. We called your hotline delivery number 9-8888 at around 7:30pm. The call center agent told us that chowking kamuning branch will call us to confirm our order and pending gc. We've waited for almost an hour but we still haven't received any call from that said branch, so we have decided to follow up on 9-8888 hotline to confirm if our order was processed, then they told us that it is on-going. We've waited again for an hour then do further follow up calls, but we still haven't received any feedback regarding our order, so we have decided to call the branch directly. Then they told me that there is something happened with the transaction, "hindi daw nag proceed yung transaction receipt" at wala daw silang nakuhang tawag from the call center agents regarding sa follow up namin. Saka ko lang nalaman na nag aantay pala kmi sa wala for almost 3hrs. And it's already 10pm in the evening. The point here is, if nagkaroon ng problema sa branch nila, they should coordinate with the call center agents or call us directly to let us know na may problem at wala pa lang maidedeliver sa amin. We can wait for 1hour but 3hrs. Of waiting is too much. Please fix this problem with that branch. Madalas kaming magpa deliver sa chowking at ngayon lang to nangyari. Thank you so much.

When we entered the store, heavy metal music was blaring on the speakers. Upon entering the restroom, it was dirty and foul smelling. The floor had muddy looking smudges and the urinal emitted a very strong disgusting odor. When I went to the cashier to report the unhygienic restroom, she just shrugged off the complaint.

I had late lunch today April 5, 2017 at chowking all home Taguig. 13:57 i ordered food, sat down and wait for someone to clean our table. Unfortunately there is only 1 staff on the floor name Jason, i have noticed some chowking people chitchating at the corner. Then i asked whose the manager because the store's very dirty! Guess what the manager Jen Candido was no where to found. Aside from food late served! (Roughly 30mins) the softdrinks taste like water with a pinch of sugar.. food was cold, which i assumed no one care to help "Jason" to serve it because all was busy chitchating in a corner..
This was the worst experienced i ever had with Chowking, maybe you need to focus more in this branch.. Once again thank you for ruining our day.

This complaint is directed to the branch here in Gaisano Mactan. When I got my priority number, I look for any vacant table. Luckily I've found one, I noticed that there was a left-over plates from the previous customer if I was right. I've waited for some time as this thing is kind of normal in any fast-food chain that there will be someone who will clean up this mess. After a few minutes my food had arrived and I was thinking, "oh! Maybe he'll be the one who will clean this one". But I was wrong, the staff just left those leftover and didn't even say a gratitude to the customer for waiting. Is this thing is normal in any Chowking branch, cuz this is my first-time. I ordered chowking chicken lauriat. I told the cashier din na patake out nung pancit, she said ok ma'am, in a very polite manner naman. There's a guy dining crew (Na medyo rude) na nagbgay smin ng orders at take out na pancit. Kampante naman ako, so hnd ko na inopen para icheck. Last Friday, March 10, 2017, while looking for parking sa kahabaan ng Juan Luna st., usad pagong dahil sa traffic. Sinabi ng nanay ko na ihing ihi na sya. Since traffic naman, sabi nya lalakad sya forward to approach Chowking that acdg to her, lagi sya kumakain dun pag nasa divi sya. Nagmadali si nanay para timing pag tapat ko sa chowking e tapos na sya umihi. Pag tapat ko sa chowking, maya maya nakita ko ang nanay palabas na pero hinarang sya ng guard. Acdg sa kwento ng nanay after nya makalabas...Kailangan daw nya bumili bago sya lumabas. Nakiusap sya at sinabing naghihintay ang anak nya, kaya tatanungin muna ako kung ano order ko pero di sya pinayagan. Maya maya, lumapit yung manager at hinarangan din sya lumabas ng pinto kaya ang pobreng matanda ay napabili ng sapilitan. Acdg sa manager, policy daw nila na customer lang pwede gumamit ng CR. Ang sama ng ginawa nila sa nanay ko, , , ipinahiya nila at pinagmukhang kawawa. We already filed formal complaint to the police and today nila i forward sa fiscal's office. To the chowking mgt, why are you tolerating that kind of policy, hindi sya makatao and the way they treated senior citizen. We will hold you responsible to this.

Good Morning, I would like to file a feedback on your Antipolo Branch.
I had ordered to the cashier A King's Special, extra fried rice for Dine In and 2 ala carte pork chowfans for Take Out.
After waiting for awhile, i received my order only to find out that the cashier punched in the Beef Tapa and not the Kings Special. I did not return the order and accepted it since I did paid for it anyways.
However, my coffee was not provided. The cashier told me that it would be given to me later so I assumed it was being brewed. After eating, my coffee still was not delivered and I had to get one of your crew team to get me my coffee.
That particular crew took my receipt in exchange for the missing coffee as well.
Also while this fiasco was ongoing, your crew failed to honor the request of a senior citizen to make sure the chicken she had ordered is a Leg part and had to wait for another few more minutes when she had already waited for at least 20 minutes.
Also 2 months prior to this incident, Your crew team also had left me waiting for 30 minutes when the order was actually ready for quite some time already.
As a quality analyst for my company I find this quite unpleasant.
Please address the following:
1. The cashier's active listening and comprehension on what the customer ordered. Provide a recap on the orders punched in before proceeding. (This part was never done for 3 times I had went here to order and eat)
2. Return the receipt back to the customer when providing the missing Items. It is unacceptable that you take away the proof of receipt from the customer when you had clearly forgot to provide the items.
3. A direct feedback form aside from your receipt on branches that is collected on a fixed basis (I will leave that up for you to decide how you will do this)
I hope that this feedback can make the Antipolo branch better as I had no qualms over with your other branches.

Good day im going to complaint one of the store you got along Commonwelath branch near Villiongco st. beside Commonwealth market today as of 4:23pm March 3, 2017. I'm start taking order in cashier for a meal of 2 chaofan with a toppings of shanghai, fried siomai and a chaofan without toppings, also a 2 large size of Siopao Asado for take out.. Regarding to the receipt I've paid at a time of 4:23pm i got my order exactly 5:15pm. . I'm so disappointed to the crew also the staff for making customer wait too long. Chowking bajada is the worst fast food chain ever!
Nag order kog sweet and sour fish for breakfast and they serve pork (I don't eat pork meat, and inform them na to make sure na it's fish).
2nd time was I ordered the same, but yung fried rice kay naay buhok, so I talk to their supervisor and promise na they'll make sure na clean and order ilang kitchen facilities.
3rd time, same order, they serve sweet and sour fish na may halong pork (I already informed them that I don't eat pork). So, di na jud sya accidente. You tried to be calm, then ingnan lang ka sa same supervisor named argie na nakausap ko last time na: "so anong gagawin namin sayo ma'am?"
Lord god, gusto ko masuko pero wala ko kasabot sa akong ma feel. Insensitive lang kaayo ka sir argie, salamat kaayo. It's not only about the food, but you have customers who has different religions na di kumakain nang ibang meat. The fact, na nag trust kami sa service nyo, but we end up disappointed.

Ordered today (Feb 25 2017) Chowking Maysilo Boni branch.
No one bothered to call or even text me that the delivery will be late. I phoned the branch and asked where my food is, was able to talk to the manager (Rommel) who's super apologetic but was not able to provide the answers to my questions. Kept saying that the rider is already on his way- to think that my house is just a few blocks away from their store.. it took them 3hrs to complete my order.
They made the delivery twice because the order was incomplete. So they had to return and bring back the missing items. For the first delivery I waited 1hr and for the 2nd delivery 45mins and the other hour was spent complaining to the manager over the phone. On the 2nd delivery - still incomplete.
I phoned them again and asked why was the order still incomplete. They said that - that should be okay since I will not pay for it. That pissed me off! In the first place- I have the money to pay them, if they were able to deliver everything on time and complete, I will be more than happy to pay them! My point is they should deliver everything / ALL as how the customer ordered it on their website!
Chowking Maysilo is operating in a 24/7 schedule. If they cannot deliver quality service they should just operate on a 9hr shift or the normal schedule. They are giving Chowking a bad image.
I want to escalate this! The manager (Rommel) and the other crew (Abby) were not helpful at all. And even have the audacity to tell me that it's a win-win situation since I will not pay for the food. It was never a win-win situation because I am already hungry - had to endure hunger because of the miss outs made by the people who handled my order. So much time was wasted and I got frustrated because they are a fastfood chain but as I see it, they do not value time.

Ang mesang ito ay hindi pa nalinis so i was expecting that the crew would clean up the mess before he serve my order. My goodness! That used bubble gum was inside my pansit canton and I didn't notice it until I chew it. Sobrang nakakadiri and hassle too on my part, from one saliva to my own. What if that person is sick!

200 certificate if late
We ordered from chow king's call center on Jan 27th 2017 at about 4:30pm. The representative that took my
call told me the branch that would cater to my area would be the branch in Philcoa. Then he then took my
order and gave me the time of 4:38pm and said the delivery will be there in 30 minutes or you will
receive a P200 certificate that can be used the next time you order. I was a bit surprised that he only
gave 30 minutes delivery time so I reconfirmed it with the agent and he said yes maam 30 minutes.
As we waited for our order that should be delivered by 5:08 based on the 30 minute time frame given. At
about 5:03 our landline rings. My husband picks up the call and it is Chowking Philcoa saying there was a
problem with our order. So my husband says what is the problem. They go on to say there was a problem
with the system and ask for a 10 minute extention. My husband tells them, that is not our problem. The
time that was given to us was 30 minutes or it is late. He tells the person they should coordinate with
their call center so these issues do not arrise. He goes on to say that your company put this scheme in
place for a reason. If you will not follow it why have it in place. The person from Chow king Philcoa
then says okay sir, we will make sure your order is not late.
The order finally arrives and YES it was late. Before we can even open the gate you hear the rider saying
sir hindi kami late! My husband opens the gate and says Hi.. Yes you are late. its 5:13pm. The rider
insist sir its only 5:05pm on my watch. My husband tells him why are you basing it on your watch. The
call center gave us 4:38 which is sycronized with our time. So YES you are late. He continues to insist
and then says he will have to call the branch. My husband allows him to call. He is explaning to the
manager that we are insisting it is late, he then passes the phone to me.
Me: Hello?
Manager: Yes Maam! (Very Stern voice) What seems to be the problem with your order?
Me: I said there is no problem but you are late therefore we should receieve a P200 gift certificate.
Manager: Maam you have to base it on the time it says on the recepit.
Me: Sir why would it be based on the receipt when the agent specifically said the time is 4:38pm you should receive your order in 30 minutes or you will recieve a P200 certificate if late. Then I tell him I really done understand, why you have this scheme in place if you will not obide by your rules and told him this is false advertisment.

Me: Sir your branch even called us to inform us there was a problem and asked for an extension. Then now you will insist you are not late..
This is no longer about the 200 pesos but now about principle.
Manager: Okay Maam we will look into it.
Me: Isnt that what you should have done before you called me? Rather then insisting you were not late.
Me: Okay investigate and return for the bill.
Manager: why arent you paying for the bill?
Me: you said you would investigate.
Manager: P200 lang certificate and not the whole amount.
Me: okay then, I will pay the balance deduct the P200.
Me: I will never order from Chowking again. Head office please look into these cases.

I would like to share my experience at chowking nepo mall, angeles city, pampanga. At exactly 8:20pm, this 11th day of january 2017 I ordered for 1 chicharap and 2 orders of 4pcs siomai steamed. The frontliner cashier said "fried nlng pu yung available" but as I can see from there steamer, there are lots of siomai. So I told her "di ba available yung mga nandoon?" she answered me "para po sa lauriat yun". I saw a manager and call his attention, pointing out the steamer and I told him I want to order ala carte siomai. He told me "waste na pu yun" then I saw the kitchen person getting some siomai and still serving it.
Please be considerate of people's freewill to buy. Make sure to serve just, and fresh products. Be honest and do serve within expectations.
