quality of food and poor service
Tumawag ako online pra sana magpadeliver, pero.unfortunately daw, wala na magddeliver, hassle agad. So kinailangan pmunta sa nearest store which is sa pantranco. I was at your store before 12 midnight. Napaka bagal ng serbisyo! Pati sa happy plus card sinabi card daw namin ung defective tpos nung may sumunod na guest declined din ung card. Tpos bglang bawi niya na ung sakanla pala ung may sira. Sayang naman ung load nung card. so ito na umorder na kami. Ung lomi namin prang may sticky na something pa parang gaw gaw na hndi natunaw. Prang tubig pa ung lomi. Ung yang chow akala mo naman bnuhusan ng mantika. Very bad experience. Paki ayos naman po Chowking.
late delivery / missing item
Me and my colleagues ordered around quarter to 5pm and the CSR told us it will be delivered with a maximum of 1 hour and because we are hungry we let it be because we know it will not take too long since they are near our establishment. After 30 mins. the delivery came and we were not able to go down right away because our service elevator is coming from the 30th floor so it took around 10 mins. before my colleague got in the elevator. When she arrived at the ground floor the delivery man left without giving us any notice that he will be leaving. I started to get pissed off because we are hungry. I called at the store directly to tell them what happened and the tele marketer called the driver and according to the driver he waited for 20mins.?Hello!It only took around 10mins. We knew that he went to other establishment for delivery. Okay lang naman kung nagsabi sana siya.Naghintay ng matagal yung katrabaho ko sa baba tapos malalaman na ganun?Dahil gutom na kami we let it pass and eat. I opened my chicharap and my manager get some. We knew na makunat na yung chicharap and walang vinegar! SInabi ko pa sa CSR na pakilagyan ng vinegar para sa chicharap. I really got pissed off dahil 6pm ang out ko. Tumawag ako ulit sa store and they said papalitan at bibigyan nila ko ng vinegar so I expected na 5mins. lang nasa baba na siya. After ko sagutin yung tawag bumaba agad ako para maghintay sa labas. I waited for 30 mins. at wala pa din. Tumawag ako sa store at sinabi daw ng driver na binigay sa guard. Tinanong ko yung mga guard and they said na wala naman iniwan. I believe them kasi after ng call bumaba na ko agad at naghagdan na ko para mabilis ako makalabas kaya malabong binigay niya sa guard kasi ang tagal ko naghihintay. This is the worst thing that happened to me in Chowking!

Kabibili ko lang po ngayong gabi ng milktea. Nung inumin ko po sya, halata pong matigas pa yung pearl. Ganun po ba talaga yung milktea nyu? Sa chowking pacita po ako bumili. Saka po ngayon lang po ako naka encounter ng milktea na walang small size. Please do enlighten me on this matter po. I know this is a small issue kaso favorite ko sago kaya sana pakisabihan crew sa pacita chowking na ayusin ang pagtatrabaho.

Yung isang customer panis na daw yung kinakain nila pero pinalitan nila ako nagmamadali nah kaya hindi ko napansin agad pero parang hindi ko na gusto yung nakikita ko habang kinakain ko. Yuck talaga. Chowking gen roxas katabi ng eurotel. Sa tagal kung kumakain ng chow fan dun lng talaga ako nakaencounter ng halatang reheat kc papanis na cia. Eto rin yung branch na nagpabayad sa akin ng chili oil.

Good Afternoon,
We just finished eating our Chowking lunch by this time. We are dissapointed with what we have eaten. The "Chicharap" that we ordered from your Chino Roces branch in Makati are burnt. We didn't enjoy all of our food because the staff said that the store ran out of rice meals like yang chow and chao fan, and we accepted that so we bought different foods than our favourites. We understand that there are alot of people in the store for lunch but please atleast you give us the right and safe food we want and we pay for. Would you eat something like this especially for the children?
We hope you understand and you do something about it. Chowking is really our family's favorite fast food and issues like this and stories about your restaurant's failure from friends and relatives, we take a step back all the time

Hi. I'm a customer of SM PAMP. CHOWKING. Naghintay kami for almost 15min. na pila pero ok lang because it's Sunday. Mag oorder sana ako ng halo-halo kaso di daw available. It will take 30mins. bago mging ok. Nag order kmi ng 2BCF with siomai and plain rice. Naserved ang BCF within 10mins. yung isang BCF napaka konti and siomai served for 30-40 mins

I have ordered via online delivery, the [censor] 'chowking' delivery online even sent me a confirmation.. 'Your order # [protected] Good Day please be informed that your order is already confirmed.' Thank you again, Chowking Online Store. at exactly 11:27am. i called them at 12:03pm and that is only the time was placed the order. they told me it will be delivery after 30minutes. After a long time waiting, exactly 1:14pm the order was arrived..almost 2hours! what the [censor]!
rude counter personnel
There was this rude counter personnel named marky at chowking harbor point mall subic while I was following up with my orders who took them 30mins or more to prepare. He keeps bragging all the utensils tissue papers inside the take out bag while murmuring words I cannot clearly hear but I know was all pertaining to me. I was telling the other crew that Ive been waiting for so long and he keeps talking behind and even interrupted us by saying "niluluto pa ung yong chow" and even got irritated with the other crew who was attending to my request for chili oil saying "ako na, umalis kna". In my part, u should not act that way. You should be apologetic in making the customers wait for so long and not being rude. Chowking should not tolerate those kind of rude employees. I hope this matter should be taken into action, I have been experiencing a lot of bad encounters in this store. Makes me hate eating at chowking already. Thank you

The service at chowking citymall dau is to slow, the crew said that my order will take 18 mins to serve but it takes 40 mins and ut taste bad specially the chaopan rice
I didn't know na may add 5 php yung chili sauce wtf and to mention its only a pinch.
0 rating out of 10. I placed an order and they never tell me exact time. One of the agents I followed up my order even told me na tumawag ako uli kasi baka magkamali sya ng details.

Galing po ang bf ko nag take out ng food from chowking. Nakadismaya lang kasi po sobrang itim na nang chicken dahil po mukhang niluto ng dalawang beses. Expected ko pa naman juicy ang laman, kaso parang chicharon ang balat at laman ng manok :(
The chowking driver delivered the food to the wrong address! I clearly informed the chowking representative that the delivery address would be 2 army road, zone 4, South signal village, taguig city but the driver delivered my order to reddoorz hotel! what is wrong with you?

I am writing this letter dahil everytime na nagpadeliver kami ng food they always deliver the food late..(as in consistent sa late and that pisses me off) lalo na if you order the food earlier and they commit that after 30mins..the order will be served.
Ikaw pa ang magpapaulit ulit mag follow-up just to track your order...na dapat pag late delivery...yung store branch mismo ang mag update and apologize for not delivering the food on time.
Parang wala rin naman naitutulong ang call center actually pagdating sa follow up orders...they keep on saying na yung store branch ang tatawag...pero wala ka namang mareceive na call.
Ako pa mismo nagtrack ng status sa branch na magdeliver tapos pag nagtanong ka sa update..sasabihin lang naka out na ang rider pero di naman maspecify what time...kung di pa magsusungit di pa speed up ang delivery ng food...This happens many times...and this is really irritating lalo na pag nag order ka ng maaga tapos late pa rin makakarating ang order sa time na commit na delivery time ng food.
And pag dumating at tinanong ang rider bakit late...with a smile pa sasabihin na kasi late naprepare yung food..How nice di ba?
Even yung GC na sinasabi for late delivery hindi ka na matutuwa kuhanin pa dahil sa stress na maibibigay sayo upon ordering dito. At wala namang GC kahit late na.

After a long time waiting, d order didnt arrived! Tried to call them to follow up my order coz its more than 1hr already and d order still didnt arrive. And even deir f*****g hotlines took me 30 mins before i managed to get them. I asked what happened to my order? And d girl says dey apologised coz dey have cancelled my order due to cut off time of delivery! If thats d case then why they accept my orders and even confirmed it!? And why i didnt even get any call to inform me! After all that waiting thats all dey gonna tell you!? WTF! Kids been starving waiting for food and thats all dey can say! So pissed chowking!

Im here now sa chowking olongapo beside of victoroy liner store #0133..i was order king special and they gave me a pending number 100 aroud 10:48am, but around 11am i do follow up no update from the crew.. around 11:11 bumaba na ako to asked them what happened but wala silang nasagot na maayos... Very disappointed and before I left i get the name of the manager roland santos "raw" and i hope he gave the correct name the attending cashier her name is Marj.. I left my food sa sobrang inis at galit ko sa store na ito kasi not once nangyari sa akin ito.

I placed and order worth 221 but got the final price of 223. I also got a Pineapple Juice instead of Iced Tea when in fact I'm allergic and have an acidic reaction with Pineapple Juice. I called 3 times in your delivery hotline to lodge a complaint but got disconnected twice and when I got to talk to G*** who sounded and considered the situation as a "small thing" and only apologized for the situation when I already advised that this is not just some "small thing". I got a call back minutes later and the agent on the line was more accommodating. This wasn't the first time I had an issue with their delivery since 2 years ago, I ordered at 12nn and got the order by 5pm. Hopefully next time they would update the customer for any changes. I no longer lodged a complaint against the agent since she has a job/metrics to keep but please update the customer right away for any changes especially with the food.

Hi. Goodevening! Umorder ako sa chowking san pablo plaza 6:49 pm. Ang inorder ko ay pork chao fan yung isa with fried siomai yung isa just chao fan lang tinanong niya kung anong drinks sabi ko yung isa pineapple at yung isa sarsi. Hindi niya man lang ako naimform na large na pala yun at additional 22 kahit na alam ko naman. Pero diba dapat hinahayaan niyang malaman ng customer yun. E may senior card ako gawa ng mother ko ang bill ko 147.14 ang change ko 2.86. Pero binigay niya 2 pesos lang. Tama ba yun? So I asked her hindi ka ba talaga kayo ng cents? Pero nakasimangot siya nung binigay niya yung piso so na insult ako. Nung inaassemble niya yung order ko nakita ko na lang na large yung pineapple ko. Tinanong ko kung automatic 16 oz talaga yun. Sabi niya oo! Sabi ko bakit sa ibang store hindi naman. Hindi siya umimik. Nakakainsulto lang kasi kulang na nga yung sukli hindi pako ininform na large na yung pineapple wala pang toyomansi for the fried siomai. 😠 kaines diba? So yun. I was line up for5 mins and cashier counter close and transfer me to senior citizen line. The girl was take order from senior and she turning back to inside ! Not going to take my order. In he meantime another senior coming to line up to order she show up again and ask the senior for order. I was really angry for this behavior I take a video all the time she did. If you hiring someone and she don't want to working then you should hiring someone that really want to work for and it gonna useful to pay salary for them bot for this person !

(4-29-17)I ordered 2 hours ago through chowking online and had a follow up for 3 times but sad to say until now there was no food delivery. Namuti na ang mga mata ng mga anak ko sa gutom... I ordered at around 1:20, had a follow up call at 1:32 just to make sure that our order was right... Icalled up again after an hour and the girl said " Maam kaaalis lang po ng rider kasi kagagawa lang ng chicharap". And then I said ok for how long do I have to wait again and she said about 30 mins. I waited over and over again but until now wala pa rin... Time check its 3:35pm...

29th April 2017 at around 11 am I have placed an order via Chowking Delivery 9-8888, spoke to Jerome & was told my order will arrive in the next 1hour. Was guaranteed I will get a P200 food voucher in case my food will arrive late. So we have waited til an hour & 15 minutes passed. Called the delivery hotline again, & also spoke to Jerome. He told me that the assigned store that should cater to us only has dining & take out orders & is not accepting delivery orders. I asked him reason why they didn't call to update us about it. Jerome said they tried to call our number but nobody answered. Told him that our home phone rang twice, we answered it but the line cuts off. We have another contact number we gave to Chowking which is a mobile phone but they didn't bother to call us. Jerome can't give me a good reason why we weren't informed ahead of time. He just apologized & said sorry for the inconvenience. We waited for the last 1 & a half hour, was waiting for our lunch when we were just told sorry & they didn't even tried or find a way to fix it. I gave up since I'm not getting any good resolution & just ended the call.

Kindly give a lesson to the said supervisor which was on duty today 12:30pm because of un ethical manners. Recently I went there to buy take out orders for our lunch. Im on the 3rd line cashier when suddenly the 1st lane cahier call me up to take my orders. Then suddenly the said manager Ms. Annaliza call the assign cashier to off the machine and tell me that it is nit functioning. Then i transfer to the 3rd lane cashier again. After 2 mins someone take charge to the said non functioning machine and call the rest of the line. I told the cashier that i thought that it is not functioning. They take my orders then cancelled and told me to transfer. Then i call the manager but she just keep on listening without saying sorry?
