Chowking review: poor service and crews’ lack of manners

We waited for almost an hour so we decided to follow up our orders at the counter only to find out that our orders were not being made because of their lack of coordination with the kitchen staff.

Also, another customer complained (in which I also witnessed) that crew member A uses a broom that is used to sweep the floor to clean the tables.

The assistant manager told crew member B who is at that moment attending to our concerns to immediately call A and didn't mind us at all.

B then told us if we wanted to change our order because she said that our initial orders are not available anymore or to just get a refund so we decided to just get a refund.

One of my concern as well is that how the assistant manager treated us. She was not even apologetic to us customers and even showed us how annoyed she is.

Over all, that particular branch has poor services and the crew were not friendly.
