Circle K customer service and fountain machine

First of all, this has been my local convient store for over 20 years. I have never been treated as poorly or rudely as I have, since this woman became manager! For that matter I haven't been treated as badly as I was today, at ANY STORE, EVER. Everytime I go in while Polly works, she sits behind the register and watches the other employee(s), bekons commands, and never smiles. I have never seen her smile, not once; she has never welcomed me to the store or even bothered to say hello. I've heard stories from others who areand have been treated similarly.

Unfortunately now the problem includes another employee who has verbally assulted me, while also making me question my safety; "if you keep being a b[censor], I don't have to serve you, and I sure hope for your sake my boss doesn't hear about this." After that comment she did not like my response so she came from behind the counter pointing at me &basically chasing me from the store, while using similar verbally aggressive language...

""yeah b[censor] you better walk away""
""you better leave b[censor]!""
""ha ha there's Polly pulling up now b[censor]"",
""let's see whatcha gonna do now b[censor]""

...all started over an expressed opinion on my part; ""Polly is an [censor], if all she needed to do was change the bib."" I suppose she felt the need to defend her boss, but she acted extremely inappropriately as a circle k employee. I bet her actions would speak for themselves, mine should when I tipped the cup over onto the floor! ...it should all be video recorded at or around 5:30 on April 15th, 2018.

I am not saying I responded appropriately to being called a b[censor], but I wouldn't spontaneously push over a full cup of liquid for absolutely no reason... I mean who would? ...at least I only pushed it over when she decided to threaten me and call me a b[censor]... [censor] is not profane so there's a huge difference. I do however feel I handled it way better than she did especially since she's the employee while I'm the customer. Aren't Circle k employees supposed to take care of the customer?... I do believe I was at least entitled to an opinion for putting up with the past week. In accordance with any criminal justice education, which I actually have, she responded to me using ''fighting words. There is a proper definition within the very first article you find when googling the term. ""Fighting words are, as first defined by the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) in Chaplinsky v New Hampshire, 315 U.S. 568 (1942),  words which "by their very utterance, inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace."" I read the full article, just to make sure I wasn't too far out of line by calling her boss an [censor] and it suggests the following case matches my point most accuratly.:

Terminiello v. City of Chicago (1949)

In Terminiello v. Chicago,  337 U.S. 1 (1949), the Supreme Court narrowed the scope of what constitutes fighting words. The Court found that words which produce a clear and present danger are unprotected (and are considering fighting words), but words which invite dispute and causes unrest are protected (and are not considered fighting words).  (HTTPs://WWW.law.cornell.edu/wex/fighting_words)

Therefore me calling her boss an [censor] doesn't begin to compare to how she verbally assulted me!

I should also mention I made the mistake of calling (a week prior), to warn somebody I was going to call district &make a complaint on her boss! Which is exactly what happened. I called in a complaint about her past attitude and the one that came with my request to fix fountain machine last week.

So here's what happened...

I had someone bring me a fountain drink, I specified not to use ice, so it would stay fresh long after normal consumption time. This is what I always ask for, since it can take me hours to finish. However, when it came home, literally five minutes later, it was nothing but water with not one ice cube. Since this was literally the third time in 24 hours I paid for a watered down beverage, I sent the person back, in hopes she would refund or fix the machine. I sent all three cups back, just to help prove it had happened more than once. I also sent the receipt for the latest cup to prove it had been bought ten minutes prior. Well when he got back he told Polly the drink was watered down and asked her to fix the machine for him. He even had the receipt in his hand. She raised an eyebrow then said, "it would be if it's been sitting a while." Without bothering to come check the receipt he was holding in the air. He was then instructed "to get something else;" this was after he had been told by the other employee, approximately 20 minutes earlier about the new shipment. He explained I couldn't drink carbonation and how it was specifically what he came back for knowing it should have already been replaced. She then made some sort of unrecognizable grunt and continued stocking shelves for almost five minutes without being bothered that the machine still hadn't been properly fixed. She intentionally kept letting him stand there even though another employee was running the register &tending the only two customers in the store. So he left with nothing.

Honestly, I would like (to know how to get)a response this time!...my last complaint seemed to go unheard bc I never received a call back.

Circle K employee

To whom this may concern I'm a regular customer at circle k on Weber in Corpus Christi tx I had it with the employee name Christina who works 2nd shift I was waiting on my spouse to clock out cause we needed go down the street our car battery was dying Christina showed up late instead of clocking in she went to buy cigarettes for her gf that kept complaining about it as the employee came out side told her partner she had to go cause she needed to release the other worker and that I who her wife was waiting Christina gf stated she didn't give a [censor] and continue [censor]ing about whatever they had going on I told them my situation and she continued be rude I went to report the incident inside and told them I was going to be professional about it cause it be stupid of me to lower myself to that level knowing everyone needs their job I was trying to avoid having to have my vehicle stranded at the store but of course it did and all because that employee can't do what she needs to do and this is a every time situation when she works my spouse or other employees clock out late because she takes her sweet [censor] time and don't respect others have things to do after working their shift all she does is smerk and acts like it funny when this situation is annoying and getting to the point where Christina gf who has criminal trespass at that store continues going and starts drama especially that my spouse is the one who put the criminal trespassing on her cause Christina wanted her to she was being harassed were I myself and other customers were witness the day it happen I was purchasing items but I feel if this girl continues what's going on it can't end up in worst situations with any customers

Circle K workers

The worker in the circle k on Bellaire and Synott Houston, Tx. The cashier name Callie was very rude and unprofessional on 4/16/[protected]@ 7:11 a.m. She talked about my son as he was pumping gas and did not know that I was inside the store. She uses profanity towards me and became very confrontational when I told her she needs to watch what she say about people, that she never know who inside the store. The level of customer service that was given was very unsatisfactory.

Circle K no receipt at pumps and combative associates

I used to stop every morning for years for gas cigs coffee and snacks. There has been some kind of change at your 1609 state route 28, Loveland oh 45140. Every time I stop and think I'll give them another chance and get gas no receipt prints. I attempted to go inside and met with two boys that was combative about the issue. I had not tried your location until this morning on way to work for a thing of mints as I have a meeting this morning. An older gal took order asked if I had your rewards and I told her I stopped coming bc of the receipt at the pump she too turned combative... WOW my receipt # 2029630. This will be the last time I stop in. It's a shame bc I live around the corner but I will pass your stores with crew that does not know simple customer service and how to give a simple apology for something that is wrong.

Circle K night employee

On 4/16/18. Around 1230 am i walked to the store, and about a block from the place i could hear loud music. When i entered the store there were a few customers, but no employee.. One customer was in the back of the store near the offices. Thought maybe they were being robbed. The guy finally came out of the back and made a few jokes about the 30 min wait time.. ( not impressed) besides the unbearable volume of the music, he proceeded to insult me about what i bought. I have been a regular at this store for 5 years. That will stop if this type of behavior continues.

Circle K store cleanliness

The rest rooms at the Boothbay Harbor Circle K have been out of order for months.
Inside the store is filthy, including displays, utensils, glass, countertops and I wonder if where the bathrooms are out of order if the staff is actually washing their hands.
I find the overall Sanitation not compatible with Department of Agriculture guidelines. The floors are filthy, muddy and not washed. I truly empathize with the employees who tried to do a good job but are not provided the proper tools to clean with.

Circle K employee

I recently visited the 3060 store on indiana ave getting off of work tonight. When I walked in the store me & 3 other customers the employee working was by the drink machine appearing to be cleaning. After standing there patiently waiting, a customer calls for the employee. She had headphones on her ears so that explained why I wasnt greeted or attented to promptly entering the store. After the customer tells her several customers are waiting she looks over her shoulder & slowly walks toward the register. Once she gets to the register I proceed to tell her what I would like & she just stared at me. I thought she was asking what else would I need but she didnt hear me so I said well those headphones are not supposes to be in your ears & thats the reason I wasnt heard. She then says dont worry bout whats in her ear but I was going out the door after giving her my money for the gas I purchased. I goto (pump 10) to pump my gas, I noticed the pump said begin fueling but as soon as I cut on the pump she cuts it back off. So I hang up the pump & wait a few seconds for it to come back on & it never did. So I go back in the store to let her know my pump wasnt on. She then yells at me my pump is on & working & to go back outside & try it. But I look at my screen from the door of the store & can clearly see its waiting for payment like I didnt pay her yet. So I get back in line & ask for a refund she then tells me she doesnt care & calls me a f[censor] because I let her know I will be reporting my visit tonight & she still showed no remorse to the bad customer service she was not only giving me but to the other customers that were in line & being very disrespectful for her age to know she is an older adult. It was just plain out the worst ive experienced coming to that store since a child. I was also shocked by the things she said & knowing that she is being voice recorded. I then get my refund back & goto the store 3026 indiana I believe thats the other store number on indiana ave & get my gas & let the employee working know how my visit was at the store 3046 & that I would like to speak with the direct manager about it.

Circle K employee complaint

On 04/14/18 my husband entered your store located at 301 Louisville Ave, in Monroe, La. 71201.
He stops here before heading to his job.
There is an employee there by the name Kimberly. She is an assistant manager. Her attitude is unbelievably rude. She fails to speak to customers who are shopping. She refuses to answer a qusestion a customer has. She is always on her phone or speaking loud with fellow co workers. This employee needs to be secretly looked into. The store manager could careless how her customers are being treated as long as she isn't bothered smoking out front of the store. Employee's are always speaking about smoking weed. Or standing around outside conversating with one another. As a paying customer of your company this matter is important and should for the sake of fellow customers never have to have this happen to them. Everyone who shops there speak about this assistant manager.
Please handle this matter.

The customer service you receive at your store located at 301 Louisville Ave. In Monroe, La. 71202 is RUDE!
Assistant Manager is horrible her attitude, she's getto and loud when she does speak. She acts like she hates life.
The other employees are always talking bad about one another or their own problems to care that there are paying customers waiting to be helped.
Drug test would wipe all the employees out at this location. The store manager has been there so long she failes to speak to her own customer's. She is too busy talking on her cell phone or standing outside puffing away on cigarettes to care. Placing someone new and fresh in that location would be nice for a change. Its clean and organised but that doesn't matter if your customer aren't being treated right. Manager seems to love the drama her staff keep up.

Circle K store

Every time I go in to store #711 in Lakeland fl located at 933 West pipkin rd they are constantly out of polar pop cups, lids, soda, candy, beer and cigarettes. Circle K is known for the polar pops but this isn't the first time they have run out it's almost every week they are out of one of those. The manager told me the owner made her cut the orders. Also about half a year ago I hear yelling from the back. Come to find out it was the owner yelling at an employee I also hear from the employees how she treats them. She is horrible! I will not be returning I will take my money to the 7-Eleven down the road Circle K has lost my business. I'm not goin to support a store that thinks it is ok to have the owner of that store yelling at her employees and treating them like [censor]!

Circle K wrongful termination

On February 23rd 2018 I was wrongfully terminated from 7600 Tucker rd ocean springs Mississippi store # 1593 my name is summer Lewis employee # 232070 I need someone to contact me back asap at [protected] I need to explain my case the mgr would not let me explain before firing me I was set up and fired and lied to and I am filing unemployment with appeal and I will win because I have witnesses in my case so please someone contact me asap thanks again .

Circle K poor quality station

Location 3612 store number in tiftonia Chattanooga Tennessee on Brown's Ferry Road the worst BP I've ever been to they never refill the receipt machines at the pump also always trash piled everywhere outside around the pumps, the window washing stations are always empty I've lived here my whole life sad, I've actually stopped going to this station over this reason as well as many others I know around here I went back this morning doesn't seem to be any better.

Circle K service

I went to the Circle K at 61104 Airport Road in Slidell, La on March 15 at 11pm for gas. The pump was out of gas so my transaction was canceled but my card was still charged $76 dollars. I've called customer and talked to numerous people and have received the run around. Everyone has taken my information and everything they need for this transaction but no one can refund my money for some reason. Nothing was purchased, so why is it so hard to get a refund and why is it taking so long?

Can’t remember if it this store but in Slidell the cashier Jackie was rude and used cussed words at customers because she was trying to rush people out of the line I think she should be fired or brought back to training to learn how to talk correctly to customers I personally will never go back to a circle k and I will let everyone I know to not go back because of this Jackie person she is gonna to cost a lot of business for this brand good luck with your business with this employee

Circle K juul and other vaping devices/pods sold to minors

It has come to my attention that many Circle K convenience stores in Lexington, KY are selling Juul vaping pens and pods to minors. If you look on the Juul website (juulvapors), the recommended minimum age to purchase these supplies is 21 due to the excessively high dose of nicotine in each pod. The Juul devices and pods are causing lung problems, high blood pressure, heart complications, and liver damage to minors. It seems to be common knowledge among high schoolers that Circle K is an easy place to buy the Juul devices and pods. The pods are also highly addictive due to the excessively high doses of nicotine. One pod contains more nicotine than a pack of cigarettes. These products are dangerous, and most convenience stores in Lexington, KY refuse to sell them (and other vaping devices) for that reason. I am asking that all Circle Ks in Kentucky remove Juul (And other vaping products) from their stores due to the severe health risks that they pose. I will also be contacting the Lexington police department about the stores that are selling these items to minors.

Call corporate and request that this store require identification no matter visible signs of age, video will be monitored after such a complaint as, "Your employees are selling tobacco-based products to minors." I see where you came from as a parent, but I believe every [legally eligible] person should have the option of buying a smoking deterrent instead of the real deal.

Circle K faulty fuel pump and bad customer service

I went in the store and pay $10 on a pump. I went outside put the pump in my fuel tank and put the lock to have the fuel keep pumping. The moment I released the gas pump it came out and continue to pour gas on my car and hit the ground. I was concerned with the gas all over my vehicle and did not realize that the locked pump continue to pour gas all over the ground. I went to go get help at the register instead of getting help I was sent to the back room in the freezer to get somebody else. I went into the back and the two stockers told me to go around to the side by the car wash. At this point it's feeling like a goose chase I have just dealt with their faulty pump got gas on my car and instead of receiving any help I'm being sent to look for it myself that's not the way customer service should work. Anyway I got to the side and talk to the employees at the carwash they came out to pick it up and somebody met me by the pump she asked me what happened I told her what I explained above. The two people picking up the gas we're quite rude to me. They were asking me what happened giving me dirty faces like it was my fault that they have a faulty pump I don't like the accusations and being how I'm still being considerate and polite even though I'm dealing with bad customer service and faulty equipment. And I go inside with a smile because nobody's out here talking to me explaining how it works and she's on the phone at the manager. After me waiting around for another few minutes which I don't believe I should have to they told me that they were not going to be able to refund my money. And I'm trying to explain to her that she wants me to wait a complete seven days so I can find out if I'm going to get my money back or not after they review the footage. I'm still trying to be polite at this point and talk it out I'm explaining up in a customer there for 3 years and I don't want to leave and start using other services she said yeah okay go ahead. At this point I'm pissed now I'm done being polite I've been a frequent polite customer for years there and I'm now facing disrespect in three or four different angles. And then I go to call for customer service and y'all don't even have a phone number y'all are a real trashy company.

Circle K circle k at 4301 e pima st tucson as 85712

My complaint is simple. I visit this circle k everyday before work and or on my break. Everyday and I mean everyday I spend a good 4 to 5 min in line because there is only one worker on the register with a long line down the candy isle. Now when this women does have help her other coworkers are either "working" on a computer and or stocking! I've been late to work more than once due to this ridiculousness. I know i could just go to another store down the street but that's inconviencing me. I thought I'd let someone know cause now even getting to the store earlier to wait in line is unnecessary as well. Thank you for taking the time out to read this.

Circle K ice cream

My husband went to buy me an ice cream cone and when i got it and tasted it it was sour and tasted really expired. This is the 2nd time this happens to me, and i am dissatisfied with the lack of attention the employees are giving the products. It could be the store or the distributor, either way both are to blame because now i am sick. Please pay attention to these things, i as a customer trust the store to provide good quality products, not something that will cause us harm. I will no longer be shopping for any food items at your store. Thank you.

Circle K circle k overcharged me

I went into circle K on Buena Vista Rd located in Columbus Ga. I paid $10 for gas and the pump didn't work. They charge me another $10 and refuse to give me my money back. I didn't get a chance to pump my gas because the pump didn't work. I went back internet the store and told Shaun (manager) she told me they didn't charge me but my card statement showed that did. She refuse to give me my money back and told me I had to pay a additional $10 for gas.

Circle K 32148 interlachen fl

I was just there and the cashier patsy was very rude, everytime me or my family go in there she is always very rude and has an attitude. She is making it very hard for me me to take my business or my family there ever. And she always takes forever to do anything and she never listens right when u tell her something. Shes always off in her own world or talking to someone else and im tired of it.

Circle K bad gas, causing my vehicle to stop running, store #4520255

My truck has been at the dealership since 4/3/2018, today is 4/7/2018, i purchased some gasoline at store on Markland street, in Kokomo, Indiana,
drove my truck a few blocks and it shut off, i got it towed to the dealership, and they diagnosed it with having 3/4 water and 1/4 gas content. contaminated gas, fuel line spark plugs, gas tank drain, the cost is high, and the responsibility is on the station. I talked to the employees at the station, No one is knowledgable of steps to take to give customer satisfaction.

Circle K customer service

This morning (4/7/18) I went to circle K on 101 Pisgah Church Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455 at 7:10am . The customer service there is horrible. It's really two specific employees that have no means of caring about the customer. This morning in particular both ladies were taking care of their personal business rather than to attend to customers. I will no longer visit this store. I suggest to retrain these employees on customer service or find employees that actually care to do their job. Being that I am a manager myself, I would be embarrassed by this behavior and would not want them to represent my store or brand.
