This is regarding Miss Clairol 44 (Red Copper) NEW Cover-Precision Formula. Have used MC 44 for ages, a beautiful copper red. Last night bought MC 44 NEW and dyed my hair. To my horror, an horrible dark brown color was the result, not even red highlights! Tonight is my 40th High School Class Reunion and they have ruined it for me! Went back to Walgreens and bought a much lighter color, but to no avail, didn't lighten any. Now my hair not only has this dark ugly color, not copper not red, and hair damage because of double haircoloring. This new MC 44 stained all my skin around the hairline which the haircoloring stain removal product I bought could not remove! THIS NEW MISS CLAIROL 44 IS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE ORIGINAL MISS CLAIROL 44. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE CODED THIS NEW COLOR AS MC 44 BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE SAME. IT MUST BE CODED WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER/COLOR. CODING IT THE SAME HAS RESULTED IN THEY RUINING THIS EVENT FOR ME; I TRUSTED IT WAS THE SAME COLOR I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT.

bought one of these again prior to this box, all have been okay, i have used them a lot of times same colour , medium ash blond 8A, this one turned out to be a dark colour when i used it ,any reason why my hair looks a right mess now and i am not impressed,cant understand why it turned out different from the same colour i have always used ,
Purchased a box of the nice n easy hair dye earlier today. Got home opened it up and the gloves are not usuble, they have not been produced correctly, this resulted in a waste of hair dye as it was mixed before noticing the faulty gloves.
On the 29th of July, at 11 a.m. my hairdresser came to colour my hair. This was important to me as I was about to meet my son's fiancee for the first time. Imagine my horror and disappointment,
when I saw the result. My hair has a blue tint! I have used this product for many years with excellent results and my hairdresser is very experienced.
Why does your black hair dye bleed if I wear my white baseball cap it bleed right through WHY ?
I purchase a medium auburn color and the color was complete wrong it was a dark brownish maroon color. I have used the same dye for month this is the wrong color. Completely ruin my hair color that I’ve been working on for months. This was purchased from Newark nj.
i purchased this item with intention of dying my hair a reddish colour .ihad my hair stripped of black colour so that i could have it red only to find now this dye has made my hair dark brown not even a hint of red
I am very disappointed with this product. I actually used it twice to see if maybe I had done something wrong. Nothing. Left it on 20 minutes the second time instead of the recommended 10. I am very disappointed. I used medium ash brown to cover gray roots. Very sad. The date was April 4, 2023.
Per my hairdresser, I chose this product to cover the gray. It did not do much of anything. I left it on the roots only for 30 minutes. I would like a refund or coupons as I have used the Root touch up with much better results. I used it this morning for the first time.

I sprayed my roots with this product. When I next looked in the mirror the colour was weeping on my face. I tried to clean it but it kept weeping and smudging. The colour faded from my roots to expose grey hair
