Coles Supermarkets Australia coles online delivery

This morning i text my local Coles. I received an email stating when my delivery will be coming between 4 & 5pm. My chosen time was between 4 and 10pm. I stated that i would not be home until 6pm could it be left at my door. They said it can only be left if i had bags. I messaged saying I didn't order bags with my order so what can i do. The replied to leave bags or boxes at the front door then to call thos arvo because if i verbally told them they could get the delivery driver to put the groceries into the bags. This is now not being done, i have been told i will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. Im not happy about this at all and will take this further if im not given a full refund. The store it was packed wont help me, the delivery driver won't help me and the young man i spoke to was not willing to help me. I asked to speak to a manager twice and was refused until the third time i asked and im still waiting for a call back. If I had of been given the right information this morning in the first place this would not habe escalated into this issue. Id like a phone call and refund about this issue.

Coles Supermarkets Australia groceries not delivered

Hello,
I ordered over $500.00 worth of groceries, order number a88189580 which was booked for the 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM delivery window on the 23/12/19. I received an email on the day to notify me to expect my delivery to arrive between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. I also checked my bank account & money had been taken out of my bank account for the groceries at approx. 15:30hrs that day. By 8:30PM my order had not arrived which I did not panic to much as I realised it was leading up to Christmas. I phoned Coles at approx. 8:50PM to inquire what time they would be arriving as I was working night shift at the hospital. I spoke with a delegate who got onto the driver. The delegate stated that the truck had broken down at some stage but the delivery should arrive in 30mins. As I commence work at 9:30PM I rang work & informed them I would be running late. I waited till 22:00PM but could not wait any longer so had to wake my elderly mother to sit up & wait for the delivery. I noted at 10:30PM that I had received an email to say that order had been cancelled. I also noted on my phone that a Coles delegate tried calling at approx. 10:15PM. I was furious that my order had not been delivered. Coles have delivered groceries to my house on a number of occasions & I have never had an issue with them. I was told to ring Coles the next morning which I did. I must say that the staff I spoke to on each occasion were polite & very accommodating. I was told the driver arrived at the property & there were padlocks on the gate. I had my gates open & the flood lights on. I am unaware of any neighbours that padlock their gates so I doubt the truck came down my road & stopped at number 60. I was totally unimpressed with not having a delivery at all. The fact I had to wait around, call my work to tell them I would be late & then waking my elderly mother to sit up & wait for the delivery & then to get no delivery at all is just not good enough. I look forward to getting a response.

Coles Supermarkets Australia white finger buns pkt4

My family and I are disheartened to learn that the Coles bakery will no longer be making/supplying the pkt 4 WHITE FINGER BUNS.
I brought these regularly and thought they were absolutely scrumptious to say the least.
Sadly, I have searched every local bakery but have been highly unsatisfied with similar products.
I've spoken to many staff at my local staff and although they were very helpful and sympathetic with my enquiry they have all informed me that they will no longer be in stock.
Please give thought to all of us lovers of these buns and stock up on these cakes asap We would greatly appreciate it
We especially love that these cakes have no fruit or raisins unlike other Boston buns.

Coles Supermarkets Australia salad bowl

Hi bought 2 x salad bowl today tbey are really bad bad and bad !
Just wondering how you guys are selling that i took the picture mostly they are made with the off cuts of the salad like hard bone part of the red cabbage and all that they all turn in to rotten !

The work ethic displayed by the check-out clerk David was absolutely terrible. He was extremely slow and didn't seem to care about the line up of people at his counter. He was constantly yawning and seemed as if he did not want to be there. Not a good look for such a company. Hopefully something can be done to improve the quality of work at this establishment.

Coles Supermarkets Australia telstra prepaid max card

I purchased 2 telstra Max $40 35 GB 35 days Prepaid, I need to exchange the shop manager Nobin didn't exchange theses cards. Due to limited time it's can exchange and return, this against this consumers rights. Consumers allowed to exchange or return, we have been treated like a idiot in this shop the manager was so rude and arrogant. When I was shopping in that shop there was no one helping me and when I went back asking for help, the manager Nobin even didn't want to help, or apology to me had this bad experience in this shop, he is bullying me saying he is the manager here, we'll you can't do nothing about it, and we will not exchange also didn't explain exactly what the policy why can't not return. Just saying that their policy, as a consumer we have the rights to know what the policy, and there is no writ ten policy said sine you purchased you can't return or exchange even though you can't use it. This is definitely unfair for customer like me spend $40 for recharging card, and can't use it. I hope this can be resolved thank you.

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles online - damaged products - still waiting for refund

I first contacted Coles Online Customer Service by email on 4/12/19 after many of my delivery items from 3/12/19 were damaged. I got the usual "high standards" template email back, but was told the store that processes my deliveries would send a refund back to my credit card. This was on 4/12/19. On 14/12/19 I emailed to ask where my refund was. Again I was told a refund request would be sent to the store to process. Lastly I texted them and emailed as I still don't have my refund today, 24/12/19. I again was told a request for a refund would be sent to the store. Wouldn't you think that after the first or second time, their approach wasn't working and just process the refund themselves? My last contact with them was when I texted that I believed I deserved some form of compensation for the lengthy and stressful delay in still not receiving my refund. Up until that point they were responding to me. As soon as I said official complaint and compensation, contact ceased. Brilliant customer service - NOT!

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles brand dim sims

Who Was the Bright Spark that Decided to Stop Producing the Best Damn Frozen Dim Sims in Any Supermarket. I was very fond of the Coles Brand Dim Sims, been Eating them for years. There's other brands sold at Coles but they are more expensive and no where near as good. Please Bring Back the Coles Dim Sims and the Coles Brand Organic Baked Beans. Coles Supermarkets Australia customer service or lack of

Today I went into banksia grove coles wa thinking it closers at 5pm rushing to get in a quick big shop just after an appointment at the hospital and before my children where due home... I shopped the isles quickly as I was feeling quite nauseous due to illness but that's irrelevant and proceeded to the check out a lovely young lady helped me and opened her register and started scanning my shopping, she was cheerful and bright and out a smile in my face then this old small white hair Scottish lady comes over very cold unwelcoming and rude and proceeds to as the young lady if she had put thru all my shopping continuing to look through trolley saying have you out through the toilet paper the popcorn ect oh and the cereal... YES she put it through ! Making me feel very uncomfortable and almost like she was accusing me of stealing as I wasn't feeling To well I had grabbed a $1 juice drink it was in front of trolley and was accidentally missed but we also HAD NOT completed transaction and was put on the end as simple as that! After the day I had I wasn't thinking straight and was trying to leave before I threw up from my earlier treatment... I apologised politely and it was simply fixed this obnoxious woman gave no eye contact no acknowledgement & no sorry except from me and she snuggly looked at the girl.. Now I had done a $215+ transaction and do every week ontop of what I spend daily in your store and to be treated like a thief or criminal and so rudely judge is of the up most disrespect and bad manner .. this lady's customer service is disgusting everytime I have been in store not only just to me but to other customers too and she need to be spoken to about her appauling insinuations and her lack common courtesy IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE if it happens to me again I will be taking it further as I have NEVER stolen or been treated with such disgrace in my life!

I will however not be entering your store unless I have to and will be taking my business elsewhere and I'm down right offended disgusted and disappointed in this ladies manner ! I will further more be telling everyone I know not to shop there and word will spread quick I know I'm only one person but that's min $200-$400+ you will be receiving from my plus my extended family and then there extended family and I think you get the picture!
