Course Hero review: Account deactivation

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding recent developments with my Course Hero account, and I appreciate your time in addressing these matters.

My helpful rate increasedfrom 33.33%(improved since then) to 90% from last 3 months but after that for 3-4 question even I did correct also student rated it as unhelpful.

how can you remove my account with even reviewing my unhelpful questions.please review the questions which are rated as unhelpful then deactivate my account.. With that 3-4 questions only my helpful rate dropped from 90%.

After writing mail to them regarding this they responded by saying that Because your Helpful Rating has not improved since then, our team has removed you as a tutor for quality purposes. Even through I increased my helpful rate drastically from 33.33% to 90% .because of 3-4 unhelpful rated questions they removed my account.

I remain committed to contributing positively to the Course Hero community and request transparency and fair evaluation of my efforts and those of my fellow tutors. I believe a more consistent and communicative approach will benefit both tutors and Course Hero as a whole.
