I have been working for CH for more than a year now. and then they placed my account on a 14-day probationary period, and I already unlocked it, and now they locked my account again for another violation, they said. I have worked exclusively for this company, and CH is always coming up with problems just to close the accounts of their hardworking tutors. And I am sure I am very careful when answering on the platform since they put my account on 14-day probation. And right now, this is stressing me because, as of now, I am applying for a job, and CH is the only source of my income and has helped my family for a long time. I am always thankful for CH, but this is nonsense; they keep locking accounts without any specific reason. I hope they unlock my account because I really need it back.
I hope CH is considering my complaint, and I don't want to hear them say again that I have committed a violation. I am hoping for their kind consideration, Since my wife is pregnant, i really need my account back and also my earnings
