Course Hero review: Terrible tutor service

I asked a question for my Chem 121 assignment, the tutor username “Grace0001” provided me with an explanation that not only needed reformatting completely due to the lack of clarity but decided to not even solve the question I was asking when I desperately needed the answer and step processes. I put a thumbs down review asking if they could revise it and they really mentioned how there was one part in my question where I didn’t provide context of “what the two temperatures were” when you COULD HAVE CALCULATED FOR IT. I solved the first part myself luckily, however the second part was the part I needed help with and I still could not solve it. You wasted one of my tutor questions and really tried to play dumb with me and now you’re going to get exposed. I don’t condone mob mentality or witch hunting but please report “Grace0001” for poor tutoring behaviour as I’ve already visited their profile and seen that they do not have 1 single star for review and nobody found them helpful at all. Please report “Grace0001” for unprofessional behaviour.
