I have been working with Course Hero for one year. Last week traveled to Saudi Arabia for religious purpose (Umrah). There, I had to shave my head. I logged in to my Tutor Account from there. Next day, I got an email stating "Hero tutor account that violates our Terms of Use. To ensure the integrity of our platform for students and other tutors, your account has been temporarily disabled. To appeal this decision and potentially re-enable your account, we must collect certain information to verify your identity. To verify your identity, you must complete the following steps within the next 48 hours".
I gave proof of my identity using Persona. I gave it within 10 hours of the email. However, I got another email stating "After conducting a review of your tutor account, we identified an activity that violates Course Hero’s Terms of Use. You also provided insufficient materials to verify your identity and/or failed to provide materials within the required timeframe. As a result, your account has been permanently disabled, and you can no longer access Course Hero."
Just because I visited another country, the Course is showing discrimination towards me. This is not acceptable from such a large company. This is pure unprofessionalism. I need answers and proper action from the company.
Desired outcome: Restoration of my Tutor Account.

I posted this complaint here and after viewing the reply from Course Hero, I wrote an email to their Tutor Support. However, I got no reply even after one week. This is very disappointing.
