Horrible management
We arrived at 5 with a 45 minute wait. We were called at 5:36 stood by the check in desk for 10 minutes while the table was cleaned off. We put in our order & we waited & waited! I visited the Sherman Tx store on Sunday 2/13/2022 my order number I guess is [protected], we came in and got seated immediately but then it was 20 minutes before our waitress came to get our drink order and then 20 minutes later our drinks came and she took our food order, during the meantime I went to the kitchen entrance and I assume it was a manager a large guy who stayed there the whole time we were there and I told him our glasses, coffee cups and silverware were dirty and gritty, he never came to our table to look at them or replace them. We are in the middle of a pandemic and these dishes were nasty. it was like 30 minutes and another waitress brought us our food and it must have been sitting in the kitchen forever because the eggs were ice cold and the biscuits were cold, gravy was so cold and thick you couldnt even spoon it onto a plate. I have sent 3 complaints in since Sunday and no one has called or emailed me back. I have never ever had this type of service at a Cracker barrel, and if I get sick from the dirty dishes I am going to be very upset. We only left the waitress $1 but we did give the waitress that brought our food out to us a $5. Tried to tell cashier about our service and all she could say was Im sorry. Well Im sorry but since no one has called or emailed me back Im gonna make a call to the Health Department.
Desired outcome: I want a phone call to apologize to me about the sorry experience and food we had there and I want to receive some type of reimbursement of some kind because that was $36 waisted.
The worst cracker barrel that I have ever been in.
Cracker Barrel, 1960 Mel Browning St., Bowling Green, KY 42104. We arrived just at 10:15 this morning. We were told there was a 15 minute wait. We were seated at 10:35 and we placed our order just as soon as the server came to the table. She brought our water and while we were waiting we had time to look around. We were in the center dining area and it was the most crammed together that I have ever seen a Cracker Barrel. I literally was closer to the person at the next table than I was to my husband across our table! We began to notice that the windows were filthy, the globes on the glass lanterns were filthy, the servers were dressed in every type of clothing imaginable instead of dress slacks and neat tops. Some even had on cardigan type shirts that literally drug on tables. And yes, we had plenty of time to see all of this because 30 minutes later we still had no food. I caught the attention of our server who told us that ours should be out in no more than 2 minutes. Fortyfive minutes AFTER OUR ORDER WAS TAKEN we still had no food! We asked for a manager and 5 minutes later were told that one couldn't be located but if we would wait just a few more minutes they would keep trying to locate one. Needless to say we DID NOT WAIT! WE WERE IN THIS CROWDED, NASTY, POORLY SERVED AND UNPROFESSIONALLY STAFFED RESTAURANT FOR 70 MINUTES AND LEFT WITHOUT EVER BEING SERVED FOOD!

the green beans I ordered, I got 1/2 of a cup instead of the full serving normally get. potatoes had no gravy The turkey was tough...
the second dinner the hamburger steak was burnt. and the biscuits were hard as a rock. I wasn't going to waste my gas to go back across town to get replacement meals at that hour of the day. I paid cash for my food. The total for the meals was 25.40

Bad management
Management at Cracker Barrel Orlando, Florida, close to the airport is by far, the worse people to work with. Jeanne Ford. Barbara Griffin... and Kiesha, from Retail, are 3 women who need to be fired. They are rude, condescending, selfish, unfair, uneducated. I worked there for 3 and a half months. I had to quit because it affected me physically and mentally.

The restaurant was not full but it took a long time to be waited on. I finally put my order in a Sunrise Sampler for breakfast. I asked for my bacon to be crispy, my eggs to be scrambled in one piece not cut up and I wanted them well done. I came into the CB to pick up my order and pay and was not greeted nor acknowledge. I waited for 4 people to be checked out til I said something. Then as I see my food getting colder by the minute. A to go order phone call was placed. As I was waiting over 4-5 min at the to go area, the cashier then ignored my request to assist me. The next person was ready to be rang up apologize but still proceeded to check out. After 6-8 minutes of waiting I was very upset .

Burger platter
I visited Cracker Barrel Monday Jan 31st at 7:45p.m. in Milford, CT. This particular rest's hours they close at 9:00p.m. The young lady asked for the Order and I specified my Burger to be cooked Med well with country side of Greens. The burger was completly burned, the bun it came on was stale, my Cheesy Tots were also burned. I was so dissaointed the Manager said he was going to Comp my meal. This is the 2nd issue I've had at this location. Your cooks tried to do everything fast because of the "hour" and not the "customer." Absolute horrible Customer Service at this establishment. Unfortunately this is the only Cracker Barrel in our area so I'm stuck. This complaint needs to be shared with management and I deserve a complimentary meal for this injustice that your company provided me on that particular evening. Corporate's lack of response
On November 18th, I brought my staff to the Wichita Cracker Barrel (store 213) where we had a great breakfast. Upon leaving I accidentally forgot the receipt that I need for work accounting. I went back a little over a week later, but the manager let me know they couldn't find it in their system, but provided me with the customer service phone number (1-800-333-9566).
I have called this number several times. I waited on hold for a long time and a few times the call was just ended. Other times I left voicemails. I've waited two months and not once did I receive a call back or voicemail return. This is one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have received. All I wanted was a copy of the itemized receipt, but the lack of follow through from Crack Barrel Corporate has been extremely poor.
While I won't be visiting any of your establishments in the future again, I am compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes that others won't suffer the same terrible customer service experience.

Next time have them ring the entire order, print the receipt and then cancel the transaction as if it didn’t exist.
It does require a lot of time to source back to find the receipt especially if their computer program is archaic.
Sad to know you had to jump through hoops.

I took my out-of-state nephew to cracker barrel store #cb0026 in Nashville, TN on12/29/2021. The service and the food were horrible. Never received any muffins or biscuits, even after asking for them. Silverware was dirty, green beans were wilted and brown. i prefer to view a restaurant's website for menu options and nutrition guides before i patronize the place and you do not have one, so i will not be coming in... and your online ordering site is NOT a website, it is strictly for online ordering and not for customers that intend to dine onsite. i have nothing further to add but apparently i am not at the required minimum characters needed to submit the complaint.

I submitted an order on-line today (1/21) for curbside pickup. I received an order # and email stating "Thanks for your order". My husband went to pick it up at the chosen time, finally going into the store after about 10 mins since no one came out after he clicked "I"m Here". He had 4 different people say they would go check on the order and never came back to him. Finally, someone asked him how he put the order in and when he told them, he said oh our website won't take gift cards for some reason but it's not our fault. The manager came over and took the order again and said she would put it in as priority and would be about 20 mins. It didn't come out until30 minutes later. Asked what they could do for the inconvenience, and they said it's not our fault. Not once did they say they were sorry it happened. Nor did they do anything for the trouble. I have been places where they would have given the meals for free. Good customer service would have ATLEAST given a free drink or dessert and you would not be getting this letter. My husband and I had a Cracker Barrell gift card in the amount of $50.00 which our granddaughter Yvette Dwyer purchased thru Amazon on 10/28/20 (I have the receipt). We had never used it until and tried to on 1/15/22. It was still on the small cardboard Cracker Barrell card and was attached with a glue like gel. The Pin number 9210 had not been scratched. When my husband tried to use it to pay for our food the Clerk could not get it to work. She is the one who scratched the Pin number. She told us that it had already been used. So how could that happen when it was still intact when my husband gave it to her. The card # is [protected].
She told us to Contact Cracker Barrell Corporate Headquarters so that is what I am doing now. I called their 800 number and spent 25 minutes waiting for a representative and finally left my number for a call back at [protected] around 3:10 pm and it is now 9:05 pm and I did not get a call back so I decided to go to the web site and submit my complaint. Would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.
