Cracker Barrel Gift card

Received a gift card in October 2021 with $50.00 available. Attempted to use the card last night
January 11, 2022 and the Balance was zero. We never used the card. Apparently hackers used the card. Called customer service and pressed the options for gift card and was placed on hold for 40 minutes. A rep came on the line. Soon as I said I was calling about a gift card issue. She proceeds to say you have to speak to the gift card department. THAT'S WHAT I PRESSED ORIGINALLY. Back on hold I go. Another 30 minutes and the phone disconnects. Straight BS! Customer service is BS and so is this gift card fiasco.

Cracker Barrel Overcharged

We visited your Calhoun GA location on 12/18. We enjoyed our meal and made some purchases in the gift shop. We realized once home that we were overcharged. Transaction [protected], Item 566885 IQ Fit 12.99. Charged for 2, but only purchased one. I reached out on 12/20, 12/29 and 1/3 for assistance via your website, but no response. Cracker Barrel Jennifer Holliday at Anderson Cracker Barrel

I applied and interviewed for a server position on Dec 30th, I stated I wanted to work extra for an event and that I was available on the weekends on the application. I waited 30 minutes to speak to the manager, then was told to come back for a 2nd interview 4 days later even though it said on the email they are on the spot hiring. I emailed after the 1st interview thank you for your time, and if you come to a decision before hand please email me. Came back for 2nd interview she had me wait 30 minutes again, then came in the gift shop area and told me they wanted someone full-time and for a permanent position. This is RUDE Jennifer, you could have just emailed, text or called this info, not make someone stand there and you come out to the busy gift shop to embarrass someone like that. Shame to you, I hope this happens to you one day.

Cracker Barrel Bill for food

Hi,
My son and I had breakfast at CB in Henderson KY this morning. I thought the total sounded high so I looked at my bill when we got home. we were charged for 3 fountain drinks at 2.79 each. It was just the 2 of us and I had 1 Coke Zero, he had 1 Dr. Pepper. Also the charge noted on receipt was 3.19 for 1 bacon order, 2 slices. He was only given one piece of bacon. I gave him mine so he would have another piece. Our total was 25.69, which made me look back at receipt. Again, not enough money to argue over, but the service was minimal and we were overcharged and underserved. Thank you

Cracker Barrel Dressing for salad

My boyfriend and all of our friends like Thousand Island dressing on their salads. You do not offer that at your restaurant. Please bring it back.

Cracker Barrel Terrible Thanksgiving Dinner

I took my family to eat at Cracker Barrel yesterday, Nov 25th at the Newnan, GA location. I do not like their green beans and pumpkin pie and was told no substitutions were allowed. I then asked if I could just buy the additional food items that I wanted and have it added to my order since it was on the menu. I was told a firm "NO" by the manager so I told him I could not eat at a restaurant that refused to serve me what I was willing to pay for. I used to be a regular at Cracker Barrell but will give my business to another restaurant after yesterday's rude treatment. It is probably for the better because the last few times I've been there they forks and spoons presented to me were filthy and had to be replaced.

Desired outcome: Keep your food. I will never buy it again.

Cracker Barrel Thanksgiving meal

Cracker Barrel was formerly one of my favorite eating places. Now I am complaining that their Thanksgiving meal discriminates against diabetics. I am a diabetic and I try not to consume sugar. The meal came with sweet potato casserole very high sugar content and included pumpkin pie. I very nicely asked if I could switch to mashed potatoes, but was told by the manager that "Corporate" policy did Not allow substitutions! WHY?

It does not seem fair that because I have a medical problem that I could not switch to a less calorie item. I was willing to forgo the pie, but was really angry that I could not get mashed potatoes instead of sweet potato. This is a clear discrimination of people with diabetes.

Cracker Barrel Being lied to

I am from Michigan, and I called last week to pre-order a Thanksgiving dinner for an elderly widow who is a dear friend. I was told that a single dinner should be called in on Thanksgiving Day and orders were not taken for a single dinner PRE-ORDER. I still decided to call early, and I called today 11/23 and was told they are no longer taking ANY orders for Thanksgiving Dinners! I am furious - the woman who answered said "That's what they told me to say" - SERIOUSLY? This is how you run a business? I tried to place the order through this Cracker Barrel - and I want the management rated 0 out of 5 stars! 901 Fieldstown Rd., Gardendale, AL This facility was the closest to my dear friend who lives at 3801 Midway in Adamsville, AL.
Thanks to them, this elderly friend, who cannot drive or get out will not be celebrating Thanksgiving in ANY way this year.

Cracker Barrel Family size dumplings and fried okra

I placed an order over the phone and asked for a family size to feed 3 people and when I picked it up to go after we got home it barely fed 2 of us. Cracker Barrel To Go Order

I stop often at Cracker Barrel in Alexanderia Louisiana.. I was going to New Orleans a couple weeks ago.. I went inside, placed a order for 2 Hamburgers.
I went to ladys room, and back in store shopped and asked about order..
I waited and waited and the lady at register said should be ready soon..
I waited 45 minutes to get a to go Hamburger order and Coffee.
Then, this past week.. We came back thru on way home, and I ordered and it took me long time. Not sure how long this time but not as 45 minutes but possibly close..
The management is not what it was ..
Also in the ladys room about each time we go and we do go to that direction often.. The comode's always dirty and not flushed.. Seems maybe the water dont work correctly.
Over all, this Cracker Barrel is in need of some maintance and seems kitchen help..
Also the Hamburgers were slopped together.. Like hurried..
Thanks, I love Cracker Barrel and hate to complain but its getting worse there., .

Cracker Barrel Service complaint

Saturday Nov. 6, 2021 at the Bourbonnosi IL store mt wife and I arrived at 5:15 PM. Our order was taken by 5:30 PM. Every time the waitress went by our table she would tell us our order will be right out. In the mean time other people were seated and they received their orders promptly. By 6:00 PM we decided to leave and go else where for dinner, after being told again our order would be right out. There were four waitress in our area, but it seemed like only one was working the tables while the others stayed in the kitchen most of the time. I understand that every business is short handed, but it seemed, to us, that there were plenty of employees, some working some not.

Cracker Barrel Service

Me a friend of my daughter went to the Menomonee Falls Wisconsin location. We normally have a decent time there. This time they were short staffed and short on waitresses or waiters. Took a while to get out first order of drinks. The weight of a very nice and a black woman. She told her they were understaffed they were only two waitresses working on the backside of the restaurant. Our food not take so long to come up. But my daughters food took almost a half an hour they forgot about it. When I went to ask for more coffee and to ask about my daughters food I had to talk to busser and one black busser and I had to go to him twice the second time he made sure they knew about my daughters food not coming. But when I went right before that to talk to the waitress I'll put my head around the door to the kitchen and she was standing there crying. So I believe the management there or someone made her cry. We did not see her until we were about to leave almost an hour or a little over in the restaurant. The manager never came around to check on us and see how you were doing a white male. Or I believe he was a white male. I asked the manager to take her food off he did but he did not take off the orange juice. It was very sad to see a wages overwhelmed and stressed out. That place needs help .
