Had lunch at Hamburg pa restaurant. We both had the Wednesday special chicken broccoli cheese dish. We were charged 12.99 and noticed when we got home and looked online it was priced 8.99. On Friday, May 12, in San Antonio, Texas we decided to go have breakfast at the Cracker Barrel off of 10W. We arrived around 8:30 am and went in. Immediately we noticed the place was way too cold. After about 5 minutes we were seated. We also noticed that there were not many people in the place. There seemed to be a shortage of help for it took abut 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. We also noticed the fireplace was burning at full capacity and it was still too cold in the place. We told the server it was too cold and she just smiled with no comment. We ordered and after a 25 minute wait the food came. This is when we knew we had come to the wrong place. The eggs were cold, the bacon was burnt, and the bread was so cold the butter would not melt. After eating a cold breakfast we went to pay the bill. To our surprise we were charged the full price for coffee refills, but our refills were only for about a third of a cup. We will not be back and we will tell our friends how terrible the food was. I do not think this place will be in business very long with this kind of food and service.

Tables dirty and dirty plates not removed
We visited yesterday Cracker Barrel in Boyton Beach Fl for lunch.
The problem is that 4 tables in front of us were dirty with used plates. I think you need to address ensuring that you have runners that clean the tables. We received our bill and no one removed our empty plates.

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, a group of 5 ladies entered the Pooler,GA, CBOCS, for dinner on our way to church. When we entered there were very FEW customers in the dining area. We ordered our meal, we received our beverages and a basket of rolls. For the next HOUR, no exaggeration, we watched almost all the tables in our section fill with customers who not only ordered by received and ate their meals while we were still waiting. Our waitress, Nae, was new, this being her 2nd day. We asked about our order, she went to "check" at least twice. When the manager came over, Josh, we asked to pay for our drinks and bread so we could leave, we had waited over an hour and our time had come, we could wait no longer. He apologized and told us not to worry about the drinks and bread. About that time, Nae brought SOME of our food to the table. We began to question why it took so long when everyone else ate and left...Josh had a dumbfounded look on his face and bowed out as if it was his chance to escape. We were on individual tickets. Personally, I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a baked potato. I was the LAST person served. A salad...but she came back with a baked potato and stated that she did not want me to feel left out. (smh) One of our ladies did not get the baked sweet potato she ordered. Another lady in our grou did not get a side that she ordered (cant recall what it was). The waitress was told to just take them off of the tickets, we simply did not have time to wait. I had to have my salad put in a to go box.
When we got to the register our tickets were just wrong. Being in a hurry, the lady who didn't get the baked sweet potato stepped up and said she would pay the whole ticket and we could sort it out. $96.06. When we returned to our vehicle and began to sort the ticket so we could each pay her our part, we discovered that not only were we charged for the 2 sides that were never delivered, there were 2 additional $9.99 meals added to the ticket.
The manager on duty that night, LaJuan, assured us that the entire amount would be refunded to the Discover Card used to pay the bill. We understand that there is nothing that can be done as long as the charge is still pending. It finally cleared, and when I reached out to the restaurant again, Aubrey, the manager I spoke to on April 3, he said it had been too long and there was nothing that could be done from the store, but would have to be corrected on the corporate level. I'm not sure who i am the most upset by, the store and the entire fiasco, or the inability to reach corporate in any way. We are all pretty disgusted.
Desired outcome: A complete refund as well as an apology. I would appreciate being contacted by CBOCS, with information that I can pass along to the one that paid the bill, so that she can contact you for reimbursement.

I was hired for Togo and said I would train to become a server for extra hours to be close to 30 hours and I said I would be fine with that if they gave me enough hours and enough money to pay my bills and purchase health insurance through the market place. My hours were about 20 per week in training and the week after now they are steadily declining to the single digits. I'm happy to train in other positions to get hours just let me know thats what you need. No communication from the manager as to why. He is not approachable most of the time, because he is in a bad mood. Yet they keep hiring high school students. The only person who seems to care is the trainer but she isn't always there to talk to. Also I was expecting the tips for Togo to be higher but they have allowed Doordash, Grubb and Uber to deliver and I don't usually get tips on those. Last week they called me in for 3 hours of serving I was given 2 tables of 3 people total and came home with less then $20 including pay and tips. I just want to cry, because I can't pay my bills or for the car to travel back and forth to work. God bless my mother for help with the car and insurance payment. People say tell them I need more, etc but I have a hard time communicating with people about what I need and also feel I should not have to. You hired me if you don't like me then fire me. Then every hen in the hen house nit picks how you do your job, anf how you help them with their job. Very few teamplayers. I have received minimal training in the a little over a month. More training is to come for 90 days and I didn't get a raise after 30 days like it says we are eligible for but no review was performed.
Desired outcome: I would like enough hours to pay my bills and for market place insurance. My Togo hourly to go up since they said I could expect $15 w/ tips. Finish server training or other training to get hours. Perform reviews for raises.

On Feb 18, 2023 we dined at the Corinth, MS Cracker Barrel. At check-out we were denied the use of our e-gift certificates due to no PIN. These were a few years old (prior to PIN being included on the certificates). No one was helpful. They just said we had to pay them because cards were no good (even though supposedly Cracker Barrel gift cards never expire). I completed the on-line customer service form and the reply from Cracker Barrel was that I should expect a resolution within 5 business days. That was Feb 22. It's now March 7. In addition to the gift card concern, the chefs salad I ordered for myself contained only lettuce, croutons, and a bit of hard boiled egg. Disappointed for sure about the quality of food. Today I attempted to complete another on-line form asking about a resolution. When I "attached" a scan of the denied gift cards the entire form disappeared twice. Perhaps they don't care about customers concern? I hope that's not the case as we have enjoyed our visits to the restaurants in AL near our home. Disappointed in the meal and the attitude of the staff.
Desired outcome: Resolution of the PIN issues so cards can be used. They were a gift from family members.

I went to your location in kernersville n.C., placed a to go order in the store, and was not given half of the food ii paid for on order 403760! when i called back, chris pace, who identified himself as the manager, hung up on me while we were discussing my issues. I would like a refund, and he needs to be fired. This is not the first time that this location has failed me! i frequent the mount airy location as well, and they provede much better service. Missing balance on gift card
In September 2022, I received a $50 gift card for my birthday. On October 14, 2022, we drove (approximately 22 miles) to the Cracker Barrel at Spanish Fort, Alabama. Being older, we do not eat out often. We spent $33.04 and left a nice cash tip. I got the balance by calling the number on the card ($16.96) . Then went to the site on November 20, 2022 at 5:50 pm and took a photo of the balance so I could remember when we went again. Have it on my phone but do not know how to put on my computer.)
As we had an appointment in Spanish Fort on February 10, 2023, we decided we would eat at Cracker Barrel to use up the balance ($16.96).
Again, we tipped the young lady cash and went up front to pay. The total was $33.69. I told the cashier I had a balance on my card. She ran it 3 times and each time, it was declined. So ended up paying the full amount. She told me to call the number on the back of the card.
That did not get me to anyone. I did get to hear review of past transactions. It said purchased the October 14th amount $33.04. Then it said uploaded (?) $16.96 on November 19th. I had checked it on the 20th and it was still ther, so what and where is this? Went to website to find out. I had to send an email, explaining all of this. They said give them 5 business day and they would get back with me. That was February 10th. Nothing. So I sent 2 more, each with 5 business day waiting. Nothing. I am not going back to Cracker Barrel and I am letting people know. A big disappointment in a restaurant that I will not go to again, mainly because of NO RESPONSE.
Desired outcome: I would like a response to what is uploaded as I had not been back in Cracker Barrel since October. My feeling is somehow the cashier or someone took that 16.96 themselves.

Todaya fter my wife's eye appointment we decided we stop and have lunch at the cracker barrel in the close proximity to our home. I ordered the fish platter and my wife had smothered steak... Something like that. For a beverage I ordered a glass of red wine. The server asked me for my id... I started to laugh and said, "are you serious", she said yes. I said i'm 75 years old and you are carding me... Get your manager. He shows up and I said, I am totally insulted that I am asked for my id to purchase a glass of wine in this establishment... Well he says that is cracer barrel policy... I said I do not care about your policy. Does anyone have common sense... If I were 21/25 even 30 I would not complain and in fact I would also be supportive. But a 75 year old man, vietnam veteran who served 25 years in the military and this is the way i'm treated. The left wing "woke culture" has infiltrated cracker barrel or someone in corporate is brain dead. With that said, I am following this letter up with a letter to the veterans of foreign wars and notify them of this incident. Also tunnel to towers and wounded warriors.

Complaints about store, wait staff and cooks.
STORE # CBO414 in Arkadephia, AR on Wednesday, February 22 @ 9:30 AM. I had a party of four (4) dining in: Hostess sat us, and a few moments later, waitress came, took drink orders and off to gather drinks. She came back with drinks, and took our order. Both men ordered Grandpa's Sampler, eggs over easy, bacon soft and both women had French Toast Combo with scrambled. Waitress took order and headed to kitchen. Food order was slow on coming from kitchen and as it turned out bacon was over done, and eggs were almost done, and the French toast was tough and cool. I complained to the server and she offered to cook me more eggs, but we were finished with our meal by then. When I complained to the check out, she said the cook needed lots of things including learning how to cook.
If the staff knew the cook was this bad, why hadn't he have been replaced or retrained? I have dined at many Cracker Barrel's through the years, and had many sorry meals, but this was FAR WORSE than any other.

Restaurant at Campbell Station Road in Knoxville, TN visited 2/22/2023 around 11. Two of the 4 in the party order kid's cheeseburger sliders. What was ordered: Sliders - they are supposed to be a little mini hamburger, round in shape and pretty close to the size of the bun. What we received: A hamburger cut into fourths. The portion size was noticeably less than an actual slider burger.
