I purchased this coffeemaker at Walmart. I used it one time and the coffee filter basket broke. I called customer support, supplied a copy of my receipt and was told a replacement basket would be shipped to me. I was also told this coffeemaker is obsolete.
I then receive an email stating I must prove that the coffeemaker is still under warranty.
I replied with a copy of my receipt.
I then received a coffee filter basket and it was the wrong one. The picture below: the basket I had is on the left. The replacement basket I received is on the right.
You can rest assured I will not buy another cuisinart product again.
