price scam
On May 8th, 2011 I bought a box of Total Cereal. A sale sticker indicated it was 2.47 on sale. I didn't notice until I got home that I was charged 5.89. On May 12th I went back to the store; the sale price of 2.47 was still on the shelf. The clerk looked at it and ripped it off and said that sale price was two weeks old, and it was not valid. I think the sale price should have been honored.

I thought it more convenient to transfer my prescriptions from Target to CVS since they have drive thru and I have both hips replaced. However, I dropped off my written scripts around 4pm. I was told they would be busy and could I come back at 8pm. They would be ready! Lol!
They were in computer but no time to fill. Lol! Would I come in store and wait another 20-30 mins. I believe it is a scam to get you in store to spend more money. In the meantime, I needed my mess and antibiotics for my daughter's strepthroat. Mgr needs to addess his pharmacy turnaround times. Brain storming is a start and flow charts to see where the holdups are occurring ASAP.
Dissatisfied Customer from Porterville. I hear the other two CVS's are just as bad!
unprofessional lead technician
On Monday April 25th 2011 I went into the cvs store 6045 to fill a prescription for my surgery the next day. As the young girl behind the counter April, was checking all my information i got a phone call. Now the lady next to April's cubicle Irene Sutton(lead tech) very rudely turned to me and said you need to get off the phone or move over there, pointing to the front of the store. I was in shock then she proceeded to say your voice is so loud i cant hear myself think. I mean this is a person that is suppose to help people she was the most unprofessional and rude person i have ever met. You do not talk to a customer like that. How could you have a person work for you like that? it makes your whole pharmacy look bad she is the lead technician. When i asked Irene for her name because i said you cannot speak to a customer like that she then screamed to me "make sure you spell it right. " I mean how do you have someone working for you like that just a rude person. When I went to the manager for a number to call on this rude tech she told me that I was not the first complaint today about her. She had two complaints in one day. Why would you keep someone around like that.I have always filled my prescriptions at this cvs but I will not fill them there anymore if that lady is whats running that pharmacy.

um... manners are out the window in this day and age, are you kidding me, you are writing a complaint about this, maybe you should take a look in the mirror before you act next time... I'm glad the cashier did what she did, maybe you'll learn next time how to behave, then again maybe you won't, all depends how you were brought up
As someone who did a lot of cashiering in my beginning in the work force, I am happy to see all of your responses. When someone talks on a cell phone during a transaction, it increases chance for error, it increase length of transaction time, and it's down-right impolite. I bet the poster wouldn't like it if their cashier were talking on their cell phone.
You were more rude by answering your phone in the first place
accused of stealing
I am very disappointed with the event that occurred this Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 9pm. I live very close to this store and walk there almost daily for almost all of my shopping needs. I was in the store purchasing cranberry juice this evening and as I was checking out I was asked by a tall, blond manager to "take the bottle of alcohol out of your pants". I was absolutely shocked and enraged to be accused of stealing. There were many customers in line; i was embarrassed and very upset. I am a well educated, 31 year old business professional and normally dress in suit and tie. This Saturday evening I was wearing jeans and a nike sweatshirt. I have never been treated this way before and I am convinced my casual attire (perhaps combined with my race-this is 90% Caucasian area) played a role in her unjust accusation. As I left the store I asked for the manager's name- Ruth Doyle so I could contact their corporate office regarding this matter. I expect an apology from this woman for treating me this way and embarrassing me in front of others in my neighborhood. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and see no reason to shop here ever again. I will be sure to let all of my neighbors and friends now about this incident and the terrible, unprofessional attitude of this manager. I

Stay off your phone. I would have crammed it down your throat
While she should have apologized and been more discreet, she does have the right to accuse you if she has reason to suspect you of theft. Maybe you were acting suspicious or she thought you had picked up something and didn't pay. People make mistakes.

store hours
ehy in the word do you corporate idiots open so late at your store at 1701 K Street Sacramento, ca. I can see the fron of this store and onSunday, April 17, 2011. i watched 21 peoiple walk up to the store and walk away when they saw the store closed. This does not include cars that slowed to a near stop then drove off. Have you never done a pro-active...

As loyal customers since the beginning of the Kosciusko, Ms. store, we are considering changing to another pharmacy.
Our prescriptions are often filled improperly, or not ready as promised, even when called in more than 24 hours before, although most days there are four or five people standing behind the counter chatting. We have had to call their attention to mistakes several times, and that problem is becoming a regular habit there.
It is so bad that people are talking about it in the grocery stores, churches, and other public places, as well as at home. When someone complains to their face they say they are changing computer systems, or have some other flimsy excuse, but still they stand around as if they do not care about the customers. People are leaving faster than the Titanic!
As a former CVS employee, I can tell you that most managers and pharmacists do not care about customer complaints, in fact most of them are treated as jokes.
money order
I went today to purchase a 100.00 money order. I do not have a valid Driving Lic (it was expired). I ask for a manger due to the first clerk stated the system won’t let me do it, so I ask can you over ride that I only need a 100.00 money order. The YOUNG manager came over states again no it won’t let us, again I ask for another manager. Was told he is on a call and can’t come to front of store ! REALLY ! So I ask is this by law or by CVS rules.. They would not give that answer. After review of money rules the only thing I find is if I was getting a money order for over 3000.00 ID would be needed. If a person is giving you cash why the HECK do you need a ID. I was mad ..As I was leaving the first young man told me to try ACME down the road. And yes I did purchase from them..Guess what CVS ACME has everything you got and more..So maybe my money is better off there!

Because all the Computers Being Stolen or your Data that was in the computer ... Duh Do you really want your Drivers License Scaned. Take a Stand and complaint and have your RX Tranfered and leave all the stuff on the counter that you were going to buy.
I would like to get about 10 people in line and keep complaining and leaving stuff on the counter and Tranfering Rx.
It is a policy of CVS, but it is to prevent counterfeiting and/or tax evasion. I worked at a grocery store service desk that did this (usually for orders over $500 or multiple orders from one person, but every store is entitled to their policies).
Also, I'm a little offended that it appears you didn't believe the manager just because he was young. A policy is a policy and you are not worth losing a job over.
Here's an idea-dont let your license expire.
incompentent employees!
Found a $25 discount coupon for Diovan 160mg online. Took it to CVS on 4/9/11 and asked to use it with my next refill. CVS promised to check it out and call me with info on whether it could be used. Never called ! When I called on Sunday I was told I needed a 30 prescription instead of 15 day (written in error by the nurse). So 4/11/11 I called the drs. to get a new prescription called in to CVS. The nurse called me at 3pm to say she'd called it in. Then I called CVS to make sure they "married" the new prescription w/the coupon to save me $$ on my copay. When I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't ready and it would be "a couple of minutes." I waited 30 mins. and finally told the girl to call me when it was ready. 2 hrs. later (and NO phone call) I called them and was told it was ready. When I picked it up, they had filled the 15 day (wrong) prescription and gave me serious attitude about filling the right one and using the coupon. The mgr. was in the pharmacy and after all that ruckus, NEVER turned around to offer help . I was so upset, I finally said, I'll pay the $60 co-pay, just give me the meds. and I promise I will transfer ALL my meds. to another pharmacy at once. The clerk(Veronica) was very smug and rude as was another clerk standing nearby and wasn't even involved. Altho I know my business will not break their bank, word of mouth of rude, incompetent employees will definitely hurt their business. I have cut up my CVS card and will NEVER set foot in that store again !

I worked as a pharmacy tech for CVS for over a year, only because I worked for Longs Drugs when they were purchased by CVS. CVS continued to cut back on hours and staffing of their employees. The pressure of working their is unbelievable. The company makes so many demands on the employees. They cut staff and yet had us calling customers to see if they wanted their prescriptions filled. No wonder nothing else gets done, like following up on problems or making sure your refill requests are handled in a timely manner. It creates a very hostile work environment, no one has time to even run to the bathroom, and most of the time I never got my breaks because we were overwhelmed with work because everyone was trying to do three things at once, and that's the way CVS wants it. It's no wonder that you will get rude employees, they are being treated very unfairly and overworked. I'm glad to not be working for them, I was on my way to a heart attack or a stroke, it sheer madness working for that company, and they do not care about their employees. I will not shop there.
bad service
I had a coupon for Skintimate shave gel 55c. On 3/27 sale Along with the sale in paper, which says you can use the coupon was denied!? Manager walked away and I was told " well this is what it says on the screen" ugh! I was handed the coupon back and a little embarrassed. I wil try another cvs because it says "after coupon 44c" Coupon in Sunday paper was not accepted with sale in paper althou it states that you van use Sunday coupon! And then denied with people waiting to get there items ringed up. I like the store and the deals but that was not good
CVS/Caremark is the provider for AT&T's prescription drug plan. I recently filled a prescription at Walmart under there $10 for three months generic plan. I received a message from Caremark that I should be filling the prescription through them. It didn't seem to matter with their customer representative that it would cost me $58 with them compared to $10 at Walmart.
I also have 3 thyroid nodules that were found in October 2006 and I had to have a thyroid biopsy in June 2008 and it didn't find cancer but the nodules are really small and the thyroid needle biopsy isn't 100 % so I have to have the fear of possible thyroid cancer, and I have to keep going down to university of Penn hospital every year to have a thyroid ultrasound to check to see if they have grown and or changed.
In addition I had a possible uterine polyp found many months ago and the radiologist said one of the things it could be is endometrial cancer and my own mother died at age 49 from stage 4 endometrial cancer! I also have had irritable bowel syndrome for 17 years now, and I had to go to two gastroenterologists who both said that this is what they think I have and one of the things that causes the bad pain in my bowel that lasts for four or more days, is being emotionally upset. And I have gotten the generic for the medication, Bentyl at CVS for the past 3 years for the pain that the second gasroenterologist prescribed for me.
In June 2008 shortly before I got my thyroid biopsy, I was in CVS and I was going to buy Xanax to calm me down for the upcoming thyroid needle biopsy, but I couldn't afford the 25$ it cost just for about 8 small tablets. And there was a woman standing in line with me and she heard me say I couldn't afford to buy it.And she walked up to me in the parking lot of my apartment complex and said that she was visting her mother and got medication for her and she asked me if it was for something important that I needed the Xanax and she kindly offered to pay for it! And I thanked her and told her that it was very nice of her but that I couldn't let her do that.
Yesterday late morning, I got a call from a very nice CVS pharmacy supervisor who is a supervisor for all of the CVS pharmacies in the area and I didn't even know who he was and I didn't expect him to call me.He said right away that he read the detailed description in email that the CVS customer service sent him about of what I have gone through and how badly I was treated by those CVS employees because I had called them and complained again because I really didn't feel I was getting any justice and the district manager could of, and should of been more empathetic than he was! And I said to customer service that he didn't even offer me any compensation like a gift card, (not that even a 10000$ gift card would make up for all of the totally unjustified emotional and physical upset and distress they caused me, for no reason!) for all of the injust bad treatment I received from those terrible sick nasty employees, and I had told him that I was going to that CVS and giving them my business since the Fall of 1990!)
This CVS pharmacy supervisor said he felt really bad and he wanted to know if there was anything he could do to help. He said that they are nasty people and that they should be fired. He said in his 15 years of being in this business, he never heard of anything as crazy as this. I asked him how he would feel if this happened to him, and he said he understands why I'm upset but that nasty people like this are not worth getting stressed out over and he said I should concentrate on the positive experiences I've had with people and forget about them.I said they aren't going to admit what they are doing to me because they have no rational good reason and no defense and no excuse, and they want to keep their jobs and it makes them look guilty and bad which they are! And he said, I agree with you, I don't think they are going to be honest about what they are doing, because he said they have no good reason and he said they are just nasty people!
I also told him that the district manager had said to me that from the standpoint of the CVS employees, their treatment of me is totally unacceptable and that it's their job to treat customers well, but I said that that isn't the only main issue here, I would never treat anybody that I don't know who never did anything to deserve it, badly, I don't know them and they could be very kind person(as everyone who knows me well, knows that I am) but I wouldn't know this because I don't even know them, and I would never pick on anyone and treat them badly anywhere not just as a an employee treating a customer this way.And he said, you're right you don't even treat people on the street this way.
I said I would like to meet him in person and I asked him if he ever comes to the store, because I said I would like you to see for yourself that I'm a very pretty woman who dresses very nicely and you can get to know that I'm a nice person and there isn't anything to pick on, and he said, he doesn't meet to know this, he said he is already thinking that now.He said he's going to send me a CVS gift card, but I will have to use it in a different CVS which is a very long walking distance away.
I called this far away CVS yesterday and asked them how far it was from where I am and exactly where it is so I don't get lost. And I spoke to a supervisor there and he said that it's quite a long hike. And as soon as I told him my terrible experiences at the local CVS, he too just like the other supervisor I spoke to at a totally different Northeast CVS Saturday night, said he knows about that store and that many of their customers left the other CVS for good because they said the employees weren't nice or helpful there! He said they are pretty different at this store.
Today I walked to the far away CVS and I looked around a little while, it's bigger than my local one, and then I bought a twin pack of tooth brushes and I had a CVS extra bucks coupon from my bad local CVS, and a 75 cents off from the Colgate company, and a young woman manager waited on me and she was pleasant and smiled and the cashier next to her smiled at me too shortly before I left.
I called the supervisor at the CVS I spoke to on Saturday night and I told him that this supervisor at this other Northeast CVS told me exactly what he did right off the bat. And he was really nice and he said I told you, I wasn't lying. And I said no I believed you it's just that now there are two CVS stores that I know about that a supervisor told me that customers left the other one to go to their store because the employees weren't nice at my local one! He thanked me for telling him this and also that the district manager and the pharmacy supervisor called me.
I also walked to a kind of far, Right Aid and asked if I could transfer my prescriptions and they said yes, and I gave them my insurance card and my name, phone number and address. But after I left I decided that I would go to a much closer very small pharmacy that opened up about three years ago, and I transferred all of prescriptions there and they were nice. I'm never going to step foot in that CVS again and they lost a good loyal customer of 20 and a half years!
This has happened in more than one occasion. 2 things
1) I mis-read the sign by the candy, thought it said buy 1 get one free, So I grabbed 2 and it was rung up, I looked at the receipt it the candy bar was charged once, I asked and they said it’s buy 2 and get one free, but the cashier didn’t bother to say anything until I asked. Is that policy?
2) Purchased CVS allergy pills, sale was buy one get 1 at 50% off. The count I thought I saw was 24 pills. Cashier rang it up and it said 48 count and he rang it up twice. I looked at the boxes and 1 was 24 and the other was 48 but since he grabbed the 48, he used the same box twice and didn’t bother to verify the other box.
Pay attention to detail CVS and stop trying to rip folks off.
Or do cashiers get to keep what customers are supposed to get free but forget to grab it?
Why Doesn’t CVS have a customer service email address?
OMG ..for 9 yrs i been going there for my 11 bottles of drugs per month and the last 2 yrs they only fill 2 bottles here and 1 bottle there and next thing you know i'm making 5 trips per month just to get my F$&*@ pills..i pull up to the window and theres 7 people in there and 5 are bull ### and laughing and not working on the orders..must be nice if they dont care if i go to walgreens with about 50k a yr in drugs..AND I'M 100% OUT OF 1 PILL I NEED FOR TODAY AND THAT WASNT EVEN FILLED TODAY...maybe should start buying them over seas or in mex where there cheaper "OR WALGREENS" this store is at 2809 s sossaman rd, mesa. az 85209

We don't need all this useless detail, you didn't even describe how there was any BAD services presented at all. What was the point of this supposed complaint, I'm not following. So you can't cough up $25.00 and your ###? Stop trying to make people feel sorry for you, everyone has issues in their life and you should not be singled out, you're no one special.
Well, duh.. because how else will they make their money? And of course Walmart is cheap, they use cheap labor to make their products and have you wait 2 hours to shop in their front store because that is where their sales are at. They don't depend on the pharmacy to make money, just to bring more customers in to shop in the front.

The hour cuts at cvs have gotten ridiculous.
First my store went from being 24 hours to being an 8am-10pm store. We lost two of our best employees, because we had to cut hours. Me and two other employees now have to work at two different stores to get our hours so we can survive. Then just this past week our DM tells us we have to cut hours again because a few stores went over on payroll hours, and we have to pay them back. So now we not only have to suffer for other ppls mistakes, but slot of us now have to decide if we want to pay rent or keep our insurance. In one case a fellow employee was told she wasn't full time anymore and they are now going to lose their benefits. All of our stores are looking horrible because no one has time to do anything about it, alot of stores are behind on planograms, once again no time to do those. Everyone is at eachothers throats now because we are all stressed out. All the while our bosses and their bosses are riding our ###. Customer service and morale has gone way down. Don't get me wrong, most of our customers are very good, honest people, it's the stress that just turns us into rude uncaring ###s. On that note I would like to apologize to everyone who has dealt with a rude employee at cvs, this is one of the major factors. I used to love this job but, now I just hate it, and with the job market the way it is I don't really have anywhere to go. So a word to the wise, don't work here. Cvs doesn't care about it's employees, it only cares about it's profits and their bonus pool, if that means cutting hours and forcing employees onto the streets, so be it.
Oops, that was supposed to go on another question, don't know what happened there.
I was fired after other people complained about the management at my store in Texas. They fired seven of us at one time, and blamed it on various things. They told me that I was too lenient with coupons, and told me I had to pay back $1000 for coupon fraud. They liked me well enough up till the day they fired me, as I was consistently asked to work overtime, and worked about five hours past the end of my shift the day before because they needed me and I was a really good worker.
I tottally agree with you on this on. I worked for Longs Drugs and when then turned into CVS it was ok but now it is hell. I have been an employee for 17years full time and just this year alone got cut down to 24hrs and the worst of all they say oh you can use your vacation pay for the lost hours.. Im like hell no. That is vacation i earned for all the years i worked. And when you you call another store to see if they have hrs they dont have none so you are screwed. I like to be customer orinated with my customers and they the boss are like when are you gonna hurry up. You just dont shoe away the customer. Customers come first, employees next and your stupid profit last. And also what sucks is whith the cutting hours they will hire someone when they dont have any hrs to give.. which is plain dumb also. CVS you suck big time..
Signed.
Truth. CVS is a poorly run corporation interested only in their bottom line. They present themselves as caring towards customers but behind the scenes, they walk all over the backs of their employees. As a former pharmacy tech with CVS, I can attest.
piss poor customer service
1. In my time dealing with CVS, despite leaving a time to pick up meds, they have NEVER been ready on time. Never. (I have used the pharmacy for at least 4 mos. now.)
2. Lines are always long, and there is never more than one person on a register.
3. Today is a new low. I called in 2 scripts at 8:30 this AM. Pick up time is 5PM. I go in at 6 as they are never ready on time, and find out that one script has been denied. It's a blood pressure med, so I'm obviously surprised. I ask why, and she shrugs and says you'll have to ask your dr for refills. I tell her they are bolod pressure meds, and I can't see my CARIOLOGIST not refilling them. The lady looks it up on the computer. She asks me about a doctor I've never heard of. I ask her if that's the doctor they called for the script. She nods in affirmation. I say, "No wonder. That's not my doctor. " She says, "We can fax it to your doctor..." after I give her the correct name... It's Friday. At 6PM. Fortunately I don't wait to the last minute to refill my meds. However, I'm completely done with CVS after this. I'm moving my scripts to elsewhere. I've never seen this level of sheer bad service at any pharmacy in my life. Screw CVS. I'm taking my money, and my insurance's money, elsewhere.

You're not imagining things! You know, CVS is not unique!
I'll bet you that the Pharm techs, the ones that assist the actual Pharmacists (the ones that are allowed to stand behind the counter with a lab coat), haven't got clue about what the medication that they may be allowed to pour into bottles actually are for or what they do. They are also too lazy to look at the customer's profile (I am pretty sure you have a profile/history).
rude cashier&manager
My name is zahra. I am a regular customer of cvs pharmacy. This week a strange thing happened to me. One guy named shane was rude and he misbehaved. One day he told me that I can get once a day per limit pepsi. The other day when I went he was shouting "no ma'am, no ma'am". I was astonished what happened now. He told me "ma'am, only once a week you can buy here!". I was buying mountain due this time. I want to ask a question, what are the rules they are trying to apply on customers? Definitely the company is loosing because of these stupid workers.
You are resulting to childish name calling and they are the rude ones? Calling them stupid makes you how old?
very poor service
I have never seen such lazy and incompetent people in my life like the workers and the manager in that store (Yorktown & Staples). They are ignorant and plain stupid. You go to the photo department and they send you to the front of the store ...you wait in line then they open and another register and get the people behind you. No common sense what so ever...Does anyone know what the 1-800-complaint department for CVS is ?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
they are incompetant because you didnt get into the new lane they opened up, that would lead me to believe you are incompetant im sure if you would have moved to the new lane you would have been the first or second person in line. Im not sure how packed the cvs store gets in your area but i have never waited more then a few minutes in line at any cvs anywhere so how long exactly were you in line for? And what are you going to complain about the fact that you waited for 3 minutes in line and didnt go into the new line when it opened up lol oh well you will probably get a 10 dollar gift card for this major inconvienance lol.
lost prescription and back ordered medication
Had doctor's office fax prescription to CVS at 11:00 am. Got there at 5 pm and they had lost the fax. Called doctor again and they refaxed. I told them I needed that filled, that I would be back and that I was going next door shopping. I return 20 minutes later and they hadn't even taken the fax off the machine and she tells me it will be ready in a 1/2 hour.
Special trip at $3.43 a gallon for 5 miles each way when the original fax went to them at 11 am. Then I asked if they could fill another script - she tells me it has been backordered for a *&^%%$ month. All CVS 's do not have this medication because of backorder.
DO NOT GO TO CVS.

refusal to help
I've been obtaining my presecriptions from this pharmacy for over a year. Everytime I do, the prices of my prescriptions is lower than the normal because of discounts and coupons that my doctor has given me. When the price is not what I usally pay, I say something to the cashier and they, in turn, look in their computer system and realize that I do have a...

Pharmacist/Keith W Stevens, Phd.Would not give his full name, I found it on the perscription. When asked why perscription was not ready said I kicked it back because I didint have an empty bottle to mix it. When asked how to mix it simply said follow the instructions that weren't there, when asked where do I find and anti-bacterial soap said I dont know I dont usually work here, asked the assistance for help who also had no clues she sent me to three different Isles instead of coming out to show me. I have been coming to this store for over thirteen years, and here of lately it has become a serious nuisance. I will not return there ever again, and will definately give to all I know a very bad reccommendation to any who think of going there. When I went to the front counter for a seperate purchase got the same response, sorry you weren't happy here, but thank you. Thank God for them I bit my tongue and walked out.

customer service
Today, 3/15/2011, I walked into CVS #2119 in a rush, and approached the short haired elderly clerk asking nicely if she could give me 3 dollar bills for 3 dollars worth of quarters. I was shocked to have the clerk deny this request, saying how she couldnt open the register. As a previous CVS employee I KNOW this is false. I used to assist people in similar situations all the time because it was the right thing to do. However, this situation was incredibly insulting the way she refused to assist me. She forced me to run out of my way to stop and shop ALL FOR 3 MEASELY DOLLARS! Even after offering to wait for the cash drawer to be open she still denyed the simple request. I believed that CVS had good customer service, apparently I was wrong. Even though this request is not an obligation of the company, it definately made an impact on me. It was not a friendly interaction and I wont be visting again for a long time. Maybe I'm wrong but in my opinion customer service should be present at all times.

Maybe they changed their policies? Maybe SHE didn't have that particular ability because she was new or had other specific duties? Anyways, they are not a bank, and as Amazejbj said, short change artists have made companies cut back on making change for customers.
Many cashiers in recent years have been told not to open their drawers to make change for customers. The are many short change con artists out there that start with the same simple request you made. She is probably following a new company policy.

"Mgr needs to addess his pharmacy turnaround times. Brain storming is a start and flow charts to see where the holdups are occurring ASAP."
I think the pharmacy manager understands this problem and is unable to do anything about it. Braining storming and flow charts aren't going to help.
The answer is obvious: not enough employees/work hours. Cooperate dictate the employee hours budget for each store, but never gives enough to sufficiently run the store smoothly. Employees don't take their minutes breaks unless they have to go they really have to go the restroom to finish their task. We're stressed, treated coldly by corporate, and paid poorly; but we need to eat.
I guarantee you that 99% of the when we're on a computer, we are NOT trying to look busy.
What we are doing:
-typing prescriptions that was faxed in, phone in, sent electronically (yes, we have to re-type electronic prescription because the are written uncleanly or using medical abbreviations/codes/jargon)
-process prescription through insurance
-take care of insurance problems / rejections
(the above 3 takes the majority of our time, insurance is the most useless time-waster for us in the pharmacy)
-schedule prescriptions to be processed
-prepare faxes to be sent to physicians
-doing special instructions for patients (i.e. preparing prescriptions for delivered)
-ordering
-look up drug information
-complete required training
-call patients regarding their medications
