customer service rude employees that works at this CVS
I been going to this CVS for 20 years since i bought this house. Since they transfer the store manager and got rid of the nice very polite employees. My whole family shopped there. They were so nice when you walked into the store, they used to greet the customers. It was a pleasure going in there to shop. I shopped there a week ago I need to go to the restroom I asked for the key. I got told they didn't have a key because the pharmacy was closed. I tolded them so where do you go to the bathroom when you need to? The answer I got told was nothing and I got both employees ROLLED THEIR EYES AT ME. I put my stuff down and I walked out. I am a store manager for a huge company. My employees do not treat customers like that. This store # 1328. There is a Walgreens across the street from this store. Since this happened i start going to shop at Walgreens,
I am complaining about the store employees not the pharmacy employees they are great with customers. I thought you should know this since you might be losing more customers and losing business. I was a loyal customer to CVS but not anymore. The store manager and the crew had in this store was the best. Since you got this new manager and new people in there, they are AWFUL AND VERY RUID. If you need any more information, you can contact me at [protected]. I am hoping this will get solved the problem at this location, RUID CUSTOMERS SERVICE FROM THIS STORE EMPLOYEES.

First I would like to say I notice your resolution rate for complaints is less than 10%. So I have no hope that you will even look at this complaint and I consider this as being of high importance.
I will tell you a little about myself I am a nurse coordinator for Duke Community and Family Medicine.
My Wife scheduled a appointment today the CVS Pharmacy at 803 South Main St. Lillington, NC 27546 at for a COVID vaccine she thought but in actuality she scheduled a Pneumonia vaccine.
When she arrived she clearly told vaccinator that she was there for her FIRST dose of her COVID vaccine. Remember what we are taught before we administer any medication 5 rights
Right Dose
Right Patient
Right Route
Right DOB
Lastly
RIGHT MEDICATION
After vaccine was administered my partner asked for a information sheet, since this was her first dose. She was told it was on-line. Then she ask when should she return for her second dose of COVID vaccine, she was told next year. That raised a question "she then ask next year for my second COVID dose that is when she the vaccinator told her she had received the Prevnar 13. Then he went and got the COVID vaccine and administered it in the opposite arm. In actuality she did not need Prevnar 13 she is not autoimmune compromised. Then she was miss informed that she would return in a year for the next pnemovax in actuality she should return in 8 weeks to receive her next Prevnar 23 and then her next one at 65..
So please use this indecent to educate although there was no reaction or sentinel event as we call it here at Duke. You may not be so lucky next time.

Order Delayed
Placed order online 1/10/22 with expected delivery date 1/13/22 but order show now Delayed with no additional information as of why and when I would receive the order. Totally unacceptable, when we order online is with a purpose of saving time and to get it on a specific time period. Will NOT use CVS online service any longer. I'm a CarePass member since their creation and this is absurd. Order # [protected]. Thanks.

Unethical behaviour
Hi, I was in your store and was treated as usual for the race and local police war here in Dyer Indiana, since I am a democrat I am constantly told that I support the black vote and have my family harassed when people come up to me and say or are harassing to me and my family. I have had my parents run off the road recently in an accident (alleged) random...

Hi. I went to the CVS store to get two prescriptions filled as did my wife. We would have been new customers. I was told to come back in one hour. I did and was told that a prior authorization from my doctor was required and to come back in one hour. I did and was told to come back the next day. The next day I got one and was told to come back on Monday. My wife was told to come back the next day, she did and was told to come back next week but they could not give her a date. My medications are narcotic and as a result I have had to experience withdrawals which have been very painful and a nightmare. The pharmacist told me that my doctor was sending to many new people and that was why he needed to talk to her yet never said anything about not getting my medication except that I would get them the next day. I did get one but not the other and the one I needed I did not get. I was told on a Friday to come back on Monday. My wife was told they could not give her a date and her medication are also a narcotic and she is also experiencing withdrawal from not having them. I would like someone to contact me to get this resolved not just for me but for other people because when we were waiting, we heard two others state that they were going to go elsewhere and to not bother to fill their prescription so that tells me this is a major problem. I will give your company one chance to fix this if it is not resolved soon, I will be contacting my attorney general the pharmacy board as well as my congressman. This will not go away. It needs to be fixed. I am also considering contacting a lawyer to file a lawsuit for pain and suffering that was needless no doubt. I will wait one week to hear from someone at your company and if I do not, I will proceed with what I have said I will do.

Customer service
I waited in a drive through line for 45 min only to discover only one prescription had been filled when my doctor called them in at exactly the same time and date. Why? The employee said he had no idea why he was extremely rude as well... The drive through is always backed out to the road, it's absolutely insane, it shouldn't take that long to get your medicine!!! This needs to be fixed!!!

Read full review of CVSI was not advised of the price of the Shingles shot prior to being given
I made an appointment with CVS Pharmacy located at 700 Main Street
Lanoka Harbor, NJ. for the pneumonia shot and decided to have the shingles shot as well. I had previously taken my flu shot.
Being that there was not deductible by Aetna for my flu or pneumonia shots I wasn't aware that there would be a deductible on the shingles shot.
When I was seated the administrator of shingles shot told me after he had given me the shot that I had a copay. Thinking that it may be $!5.00 or $20.00 I did not think much about it. However, when I went to check out, they handed me a bill in the amount of $199.00, This is ludicrous I would never have taken the shot had I been advised of the price that I would have to pay. I advised the manager that I did not come preprepared to pay $200.00 and was embarrassed due to the amount of people standing around listening to the conversation. She said that I needed to call my insurance company. i asked if she could check on it and let me know if I really owe that amount. She was kind and allowed me to leave. She called me the next afternoon and advised me that she had spoken to a representative from Aetna and was advised that I had a copay on the shingles shot. I immediately went to the pharmacy and paid the $199.00 that I owed.
I am writing this complaint so that CVS may set a protocol that if there is a cost to a shot that they would advise of it prior to giving the shot. I can't imagine someone that are on hard times getting the shot then having to come up with the money that may have to be taken out of their food or rent money. Luckily, I was blessed to have the money at home but, I did not take that much cash with me due to not expecting to need it. Honestly, I would not have taken the shot if only they had counseled me prior to getting the shot of the cost.
Take this information to heart and please set a protocol that the tech administering the shot will advise the patient of any excessive cost to them.
Thank you for listening to my vent,
Willie Smalling

Desired outcome: I would like to see a protocol set in place that required the tech to advise the patient, prior to giving the shot, as to the cost to the patient. oof how much the cost is assccieat
I suggest that a protocol be put in place that was require the tech, prior to giving a shot, to advise the patient of the exact cost associated with the shot if any. This could prevent an embarrassing saturation as I was forced to be part of. It would be a great asset to the realm of customer service.
Thank You

Shingrix price
My wife and I researched GoodRx for a good price on the Shingrix vaccine. It is listed with the GoodRx coupon at $155.00. The CVS store #2236, 1600 Towne Lake Parkway, Woodstock, GA 30189 charged my wife and me each $183.31 for a total of $366.62. If we would have been charged the $155.00 as listed in GoodRX our total would have been $310.00. I paid $56.62...

I am a prescriber in Florida. I have become used to your pharmacists lying about orders not being on the voicemail. However one in particular warrants reporting. Store #3227 at 795 West Grenada Blvd, Ormond Beach FL 32174.
Med called to voicemail on [protected]. Naturally on [protected] they lied and said the voicemail was empty. It was called again that day. Next my patient was advised that CVS has NO VOICEMAIL! Why then was it empty, and why then is there a prompt for providers to leave a voicemail? The order was sent for the THIRD time via Fax.
This is deplorable. The pharmacist on duty at that time should be dismissed. He or she is NOT concerned with patient care.

I've call the pharmacy about 15 times today and have just been put on hold and no one picks up. This is a on going issue. I understand there are staffing issues but without the pharmacy answering the phone I have no other way to get my question answered. I need answers about having someone else pick up my scripts that are a controlled substance. I am unable as I am Covid positive.

I am a cancer patient and am having extreme difficulties getting my medications from the CVS store # 1481 in Waldorf MD in a timely manner. My doctor calls in my monthy medications that are due for refill on the 7th of eah month. My oxicodone was available for refill on January 7, 2022. I called the pharmacy on January 7th as the website indicated the prescription was still "in process" and was told my prescription would be ready by 12:30. When my husband arrived at 5:15 it was NOT READY! The following day I called the pharmacy again and was told by ASIA, an employee, that the pharmasist on duty the day of the 7th could care less about doing his job! That was most distressing to hear. My prescription was not ready until JANUARY 9th! Another prescription medication, Alpropizale was to be ready on January 11th. Again i go to the pharmacy and its NOT READY. I checked the website this morning and it is STILL IN PROCESSING. I need these medications to be filled ON TIME. I have been on these two meds for over 5 years now. I had to switch to CVS due to my old pharmacy closing. I am VERY VERY stressed out over this situation and am most concerned that an employee would tell me that you employ a pharmasist that deliberately withholds customers medications. I would like for someone to call store 1481 and get my alpropizale PROCESSED. I take 1mg a day and get a 90 day supply. I do not overtake these meds and am now completely OUT. I can be reached at [protected]
